這次托福TOEFL的具體成績是：閱讀29 聽力30 口語29 作文28

口語高的有點意外，作文聽說大家好多都滿分也有點意外。

我的托福TOEFL考試復習程序如下：

因為還在上課，所以基本上用了一整周的時間來復習，因此復習模式適合英語基礎相對比較好，又沒有很多時間的同志。

首先隨便用baron還是kaplan的一套卷子來適應一下考試模式，并對自己的水平有個初步的估算(通常結果不會太好)。

其次制定一個合理的目標。合理不是說要定的低，反而是比你實際需要的分數要高。比如我需要114，我就訂在117，這樣你付出的努力會更多，而萬一沒有達到這個目標，你也會意外的發現：耶！也夠用了耶！

托福TOEFL考試中閱讀、聽力、作文一般都是用來提升分數的，所以絕對不能放過它們。因為許久沒有上過英語課了，平時也只是看美劇，所以我當時覺得非常有必要提升一下閱讀速度，于是我先用了3天時間看了一本歷史書。歷史書好在哪兒？它又講生態環境又講經濟政治又講文化，跟許多閱讀材料不謀而合啊，如果你找的是一本有關科學技術的歷史書那就更贊了，反正本人考試的時候三篇都很科普??

除了看書之外，我還每天練作文，不多，也就一天1-2篇，但一定要找人批改！自己寫的咋看咋好，但別人一旦給你指出問題了，那通常是你會常犯而一直不自覺的問題，早日發現早日改正！另外，口語黃金80句也可以開始練起來，一天練個一頁左右吧，一定要給自己限時，慢慢找到在短時間內完整表達一個想法的能力。想法不用高深，關鍵在于完整。

這三天的時間其實是個熱身的過程。旨在解決一些問題：

1、閱讀速度慢的問題

這通常源于：默讀、回讀、眼球轉動慢。三天高強度的訓練之后你應該會發現自己的閱讀速度明顯有提升，之后的復習過程中你要堅決擯棄過去的壞習慣，保持快速閱讀的感覺。

2、語言環境問題 拼命讀、拼命說、拼命寫旨在將自己置身于一個英語環境中，還是那兩個字：感覺！啊~感覺什么的最重要了！

三天之后，作為一個新生的人類你又可以投入新一輪的復習中啦。在這段沖刺階段，每天必須保持至少2套的題量，單項訓練不計。

就個人做題和考試的經驗來看，聽力應該使用偉大的Baron來練習，人家外國人容易嗎？聽的人都快睡著了，他還噼里啪啦說著呢??通過Baron的練習，你將會在考場上發現：哇！聽力是這么的短呀！

閱讀的話Kaplan的亂碼讓人心煩，Baron的一般，倒是文勇的閱讀比較實在，讓你了解托福TOEFL的出題思路。個人考完試的感覺是，現在針對某一段落的問題越來越少，大多是含有奇怪單詞們的科技文章，分幾個時期或幾種東西介紹，然后讓你在幾段間比較選擇找出結果。碰到連續幾道這種題目，一定要控制住你砸電腦的心。

口語的話很多人說kaplan和baron不太像真題，有些確實不太像啦，這必須承認。但是說到底都是聽東西，做筆記，理思路，然后說話，就其實質又能差多少。反正我就是用baron練的，外加黃金80題。沒有用模板。

作文的話用OG上面的題目，每天練個1-2篇真就夠了。本人作文實在是弱項，每次都能寫成散文，大概我適合去考托福TOEFL的新概念作文版。不過還是說明自己言無實質啦??要反省??要檢討??跟GRE不一樣，對于托福TOEFL來說最重要的還是你能夠用自己的語言說清楚一件事。所以，不用太多花哨的語句，想清楚一二三要講什么，然后寫出來就可以了。好多扣分往往來自于一個“突發奇想”的表達方式，考試作文達人告訴我：應試就是有最保險又最清楚的方式。你想是太簡單扣分多還是寫錯扣分多嘛？

差不多最后幾天我就這么過著然后去考試了。

對于在考場我也有些經驗，這也是我這次去才掌握到的??

如果你實在是很想先聽一聽邊上人答的口語，然后做些準備，你可以在做聽力的時間把空余時間都填滿，但這也不能保證你一定能聽到，而且為了等對方或者聽對方，你甚至可能錯失自己正在做的聽力信息，得不償失。

因此最理想的狀態是你第一個到考場，第一個開始做題，你也不用等著去聽別人答什么，等你做口語的時候沒有任何人影響你(反而你可能分散別人的注意力)，然后第一個全部做完特別牛的走出考場~~~~~或者！你最后一個到考場，最后一個開始做，這樣你總能在休息10分鐘時聽到一些隱約的口語題，然后大家口語也做的差不多了，你自己慢悠悠的開始說起來，讓大家邊寫作文邊欣賞。

首先讓我們全面剖析新托福作文：（以下要求均為我自己的理解，非官方版本，官方要求請參照OG）

integrated writing/綜合寫作:要求考生在3分鐘內讀一篇文章，然后聽一個lecture，在20分鐘內根據文章和lecture內容寫一篇250字左右文章比較兩者的觀點。（注：文章內容和lecture內容注定是對立的，如果你考的不是對立的，那只有一種可能，你的RP次到了人神共憤的地步了。）

綜合寫作的八股在于：第一段指出reading passage和lecture內容是對立的；第二、三、四段從三個方面/點來說明他們的內容是怎樣對立的；第五段總結一下他們之間確實是對立關系。

independent writing/獨立寫作：給定一個題目，要求考生在30分鐘內寫出400字左右的文章，要求邏輯清晰，論述有力，無明顯的語法和詞法錯誤。

獨立寫作八股在于：第一段陳述你的觀點，支持哪一方；第二、三、四段從三個方面論述你的觀點；最后一段總結一下，綜上所述，某某觀點是正確的。綜合寫作：模板，套模板，一定要套模板！

理由：1，模板讓你的思路更加清晰，這是ETS要求的。

2，20分鐘！開玩笑，怎么湊到300字？當然要用模板！

3，閱讀聽力我都不怕，就怕作文，寫三句話錯兩句，我怎么得26+？當然還是用模板，既然是模板就意味著是你精挑細選的句子，保證了寫作的質量！

提醒：1，模板要富于變化，一篇只能用5句那你就要準備10句！

2，模板不能一味照搬別人的，避免重復！

3，保證模板里的句子沒有語法和用詞錯誤！

一般來說，大家把一下幾個句子稍微變形，即完成了綜合寫作第一步

1.The lecture discusses…which differs from the main idea in the reading that…（用于第一段）2.The professor made the point that …The reading , in contrast, held a different view.（用于第一或第二三四段）

3.Another important point showed in the listening material is that …but the reading presents a conflicting idea that…（用于第三四段）

4.Finally, the professor stated that...which challenges the standpoint made by the writer who said that...（用于第四段）

5.In general, the professor discussed the problem of …that the reading viewed in a contraryopposingdifferent angle.（最后總結段）

6.According to the lecture… on the other hand while the reading stated that …

7.The professor made the point that… on the contrary in contrast however, the writer demonstrated an ideathat…

8.The lecture supportsillustrates the idea that…

9.The lecture contradictsrefutes is contrary to is the opposite of the idea that…

大家可以把連接詞變化一下，把動詞變化一下或句式稍變，11句話靈活運用。

除了模板以外，綜合寫作我們還需要做什么？

做筆記，做聽力筆記！

99．9%的情況下，綜合寫作的主體內容是三個對立的觀點，所以大家只要把這個三個點記下來，然后把閱讀里相應的三點摳出來放到模板里面去，你的綜合寫作就做完了，就是這么簡單！獨立寫作怎么辦？

很遺憾，獨立寫作沒有固定的模板，起碼我沒用過。沒有模板怎么能叫八股文呢？獨立寫作的八股在于它的題目很固定，如果不信，請翻看OG上給出了那幾百道例題。絕大部分題目是：**和**相比，你覺得哪個更好/更合理？/你更支持哪個觀點？ 一部分題目是：*******，你怎么辦？/你是怎么看的？

還有極小部分發散性題目很少考，而前面兩種其實是一種題目，不信？你看個例子。

Q：Your school has received a gift of money.What do you think is the best way for your school to spend this money? Use specific reasons and details to support your choice.這個題目沒有給你二選一的選項，我們要做的是把它轉化為二選一，捐款的用途無外乎這么幾種：建圖書館、體育館（還可細分籃球、**。。）、學生公寓、辦公大樓、買電腦。。這么多選項你只要從中挑選一個，然后把這個和其他的相比較這篇文章你就搞定了！

除了題目固定之外，寫作的手法同樣很固定。其實大家只要熟讀范文100篇，不會背書也能寫。而且能寫高分作文。具體的方法就是在論壇找到那誰誰誰的185篇滿分作文，挑選其中你覺得寫的不錯的把其中鋪墊的句型，轉換詞挑出來，背一背，背多了你會發現所有的滿分作文其實是一個套路出來的流水線作品（除極少數作文）。流水線作文誰不會寫呢？那滿分作文其實很簡單的 關于托福作文的幾個比較常見的問題：

1,多少字數合適？

ＯＧ上說綜合寫作１５０－２２５，獨立寫作３００。個人認為綜合２５０字，獨立３８０＋比較妥當，但是不用追求太多的字數，有字數沒質量的作文絕對不能得高分。但是有質量的作文字數肯定少不了，ＥＴＳ要求Use specific reasons and details to supportyour choice，你想想達到這個要求的作文字數能太少嗎？

2,要準備多少時間？

三到四周

第一周把***185范文看透，每個題目自己都分析一下，同時學習好的句子。后面兩周每天練一篇綜合一篇獨立，練手感，同時練打字速度。（用老鍵盤練，不能用筆記本鍵盤）

TOEFL詞匯過目不忘六絕招

單詞是成功學習TOEFL的最基礎，沒有了單詞這個基礎，接下來的會話、文法、閱讀、寫作都將無法順利進行，因此在英語的學習中，“如何背單詞”是絕不可忽略的首要之務。有些人背單字是“每背必忘”、“每忘必背”，永遠離“成功背單字”有段距離;為破除這個魔咒，請奉行高老師正確背單字方法的絕招：

第一法：基本功

絕招一：蠶食鯨吞法

準備一本字匯書(或一本筆記)，這本書(或筆記)的結構應該是：英文在最左邊的位置，中文在最右邊;中間則要空下來寫“提示”，提示這個字“怎么背”。背單字的方法依每個字匯的不同，可能是依據字根、諧音、形狀、例句………完成工具的準備后，就可以開始背單字的工程!

以此窗體為例，我們在下面整理了“蠶食鯨吞法”的基本背法及步驟：

英文單字提示中文imp小魔鬼Vfelonfelon felon念起來像“壞人”所以是重罪犯。重罪犯首先看到第一個字imp，在腦中我們可先自行加以判斷：這個字“背”或“不背”，如果“不背”就跳過去，也不用做任何記號。

再看到第二個字“重罪犯”：如果覺得很好背就背，不想背就跳過去，這一點很重要。背單字三秘訣：好背的才背、想背的才背、有時間才背。“重罪犯”怎么背?felon的諧音聽起來是不是很像“壞人”?掌握了背這個字的訣竅后，這個字就被歸于“好背”的部份;背起來了，就在旁邊打個勾勾、做個記號。

一本字匯書(筆記)，就用這種輕松的心情簡簡單單背過去，想背的做記號、不想背的略過;用這種方法，你一定可以看完這本書，而不會像被施了咀咒似的，買來的字匯書、自己整理的筆記都永遠停留在前幾頁，連翻到后面的機會都沒有。

背完一遍，記得在書(或筆記)的封面寫下日期，如2010/1/1背完第一次、2010/1/8背完第二次…，用這種“選擇性”背法，相信一定可以在一個月內背完四次。

一本書背完了四次，卻發現有些單字“怎么都不想背”或“背了4次都背不起來”，其實，這些字是最佳幫手，你就是需要藉助這些“背不起來”的字匯，找出個人背單字的盲點。經過這個方法的篩選，你會知道哪些字匯需要再加強磨練，進而利用字匯課中老師提供的方法破除這些“背不起來的單字”。

絕招二：廢物時間法

大部分的人，在一天當中有許多時間是被當作廢物來處理的;例如學生不專心上課、上班族摸魚聊天、通勤族坐在車上發呆…等，這些被浪費掉的零碎時間若能善加利用，背單字的成效會很驚人，尤其是等車時間，更是最值得被利用的“廢物時間”。該如何利用這些時間?你需要兩個訣竅來配合學習：

1.卡片：一張卡片上只寫一個單字，而且字體要“斗大”。卡片越大越好，正面寫英文單字，反面寫中文意思，以不能直接瞄到答案為原則。

2.少量多餐：時間少、單字少、多復習。背單字最忌“常立志，發宏愿”，愿太大不僅自己沒辦法負荷，還會打擊信心;反而是應該“立志長”，維持背單字的信念，持續不斷地背下去。

配合這二個訣竅外，還需注意以下三個Tips：

1.單字：一次不能背太多個，容易搞混。

2.時間：一次不需用太長的時間來背，廢物時間恰好可以拿來利用，但必須常常復習。

3.例如：學生利用每節下課時間背四個單字，背的時候也可順便復習之前已經背過的，1 / 6

一天大約背32個，不需花費太大的力氣，一年就可以背一萬個單字了。即使最后忘掉一半，成績仍然可觀!

絕招三：四面楚歌法

面對“有若無，實若虛”，明明背過好幾次卻完全想不起來的單字，你會需要用到“四面楚歌”之法。在每個看得到的地方都放一個背不起來的難字，字體要大。單字務必配合情境場合。例如廁所就不適合放Yummy(美味)這個單字。

讓單字出現在絕對有時間、絕對看得到的地方。例如：學生對于不喜歡上的課，可以在教室黑板兩側各列五個單字；經常使用計算機的上班族，可以下載自動換桌布的程序，把單字設成桌面，一次一個單字，絕對不怕你看不到!

第二法：細部功夫

絕招四：Concentration(專注力)-觀字法門

背單字靠的不是記憶力，而是專注力，專注力不夠，記憶力就不會強。因此背單字的首要之務是練習專注力，可利用“靜坐”、“數息法”等幫助心靜下來，心靜方能攝物。當你的心靜下來后，就可以開始修練這個高老師最喜歡的方法—“觀字法門”。

一般人背單字，不斷書寫復誦只做到了口到手到，心卻漂浮不定，沒有效用。“觀字法門”的必備條件則是足夠的專注力。

“觀字法門”-背完一個單字時，是用“思考”的方式讓自己“記住”。例如背了一個單字“imp”，閉上眼睛，這三個字必定會浮現在眼前，讓字的樣子一個一個從心頭上熨貼過去，如果心夠靜，就可以達到“看過等于記得”的境界。

絕招五：耳根圓通法

耳朵背單字的效果遠勝于眼睛，聲音更能使人臻至化境，所以利用耳朵的這個特點來練“睡眠學習法”，其實就是在進行一種潛意識的學習。

工具：

1.錄音帶

2.錄音機(具自動回帶功能，而且一定要雙卡。)

錄制方式：

1.請發音正確的人幫忙錄制。慢慢念，搭配讓夠心情平靜的背景音樂更好。

2.念完單字后，停頓1--2秒接著念中文意思，每個單字復誦3--5次;換到下個單字前，間隔5秒。

例如：imp--(停1--2秒)--小魔鬼、小魔鬼、小魔鬼(重復3--5次)--(停5秒)--felon--(停1--2秒)--重刑犯、重刑犯、重刑犯……，一次最多錄五十個單字。

3.錄好以后，把它對拷到兩卷錄音帶上，把兩卷錄音帶都錄滿。

播放方式：就寢前以自動回帶播放，A面播完后自動換到B面，連續播放整個晚上，假設五十個單字共錄了半個鐘頭，一個單字在一整個晚上就可以聽到好幾次。

勿戴耳機，將錄音機置于腳邊，音量不要太大，若有似無即可。

絕招六：圖像植入法

很多人背單字無法成功的致命傷在于用了“翻譯式背誦法”，但若僅是不斷地復誦單字，是很容易忘掉的。試著回想小時候學習中文的過程，中文的方塊字是不是往往會與相關畫面一同浮現腦海。以此經驗為據，即可得知背單字最直接的方式應該是圖像植入、搭配意境，以達到背誦的最佳效果。用這種方式背單字之后，下次要用某單字時就不必再搜尋腦中字庫，單字將自然浮現，達到“不思而中”的境界。

怎樣背單詞才符合人的記憶規律

“我首先要用20天把托福單詞背完”，“我的計劃是先用3周的時間來背單詞”，“我現在一天背100個單詞，40天就能背完托福單詞”當一次次看到這樣的學習規劃的時候，總是感覺很痛苦。

因為這樣的規劃完全不符合人的學習規律，如果不是基礎特別好的話，這樣的學習規劃只能導致一種結果，就是越來越絕望。因為這樣的背單詞的方式，完全不符合人類的記憶規律。

但是很多人真的是在采用類似的方式，總是期望在20-30天之內背下來所有的托福單詞或者GRE單詞。

本質來說，這都是一種幻覺。只要你稍微有思考能力就會發現。托福有本單詞書叫做《21天搞定托福單詞》，托福的單詞量是多少？最多了1.2萬。這本單詞書多少單詞？大約2700個單詞需要用21天才能搞定。那么準備GRE的時候，有本單詞書就做《17天搞定GRE單詞》。GRE單詞量是多少？少說2萬。GRE的紅寶也不會少于8000個單詞。前面2700個單詞，你用21天才能搞定，后面8000個GRE單詞，你用17天就能搞定？稍微一想，就會發現邏輯有多么混亂。

當然并不是說單詞不能背。而是說，背單詞千萬不要這么急功近利，一定要采取一種理性的方式！什么是理性的方式？簡單來說就是“大量，多次”。

我們在背單詞的時候，首先要知道，單詞應該是在整個準備托福，或者SAT考試過程中一直要做的事情，而不是用短時間的沖刺就能解決問題的。換句話說，我們在背單詞的時候應該把單詞書等分為4份，并且把我們的學習時間，也等分為4份。在每一個時間段之內，我們就是要重復的背這一份的單詞。說的有點抽象，舉個例子。

比如說《21天搞定托福單詞》是200頁，那么我們要把這本書分為4部分，每個部分50頁。然后假設你準備托福考試的時間為4個月。那么你要做的就是在第一個月里面的每天都瘋狂地背第1-50頁；第二個月里面每天都瘋狂的背51-100頁；第三個月，每天都喪心病狂的背101-150頁，后面依次類推。當然，我們也要注意復習前面的單詞，比如說第2個月有時間就要把第1-50頁迅速的翻翻，以及第3個月也要把1-50和51-100抽時間看看。這才是我們背單詞最聰明的方式。

5招打破單詞“貝勒爺記不住”的怪圈

其實這話說得很有道理，我們每天都會說出很多真理，但是我們自己都不去遵守那些真理罷了。一個很簡單的道理，既然你自己都發現背了也記不住，那么為什么不多背幾次呢？中國有些老話很有道理，有些老話很沒道理。什么沒道理？“書讀百遍，其義自見”。正確的說法是“好書讀百遍，其意自見”。丟人“現”眼“法”讀1000遍也沒用！再有一句就是，“量小非君子，無毒不丈夫”，這句話，其實是被我們的自己的懶惰給忽悠了，正確的應該是“無度不丈夫”。但是有些話，是很有道理的。就是“殺人必須頭點地”，“落井必下石”！

背單詞，這貨。就是一個挺奇怪的東西，從來都不可能一次就記得妥妥的，換句話說，就是前面的經典用語“貝勒爺記不住”。

既然知道記不住，就應該想辦法變通。想想我們為什么能記住you，are，clever這些單詞呢？很簡單，看的次數太多了嗎！那么，之前的經歷已經證明一天背很多遍也記不住，那么不妨換一種方法嗎，就是很多天，每天都看很多遍，自然就記住了！為什么這樣能記住呢？很簡單，你以前的那些單詞you，are，clever就是這么記下來的！

而且要注意，其實背單詞的時候也有很多小竅門。背單詞的時候，就背一個中文解釋。因為我們最難的就是把單詞和相應的中文意思給

對應起來，后面擴展就容易很多。讓單詞朗讀帶著自己來背。這樣一能解決不會讀的問題；第二還能解決背單詞心里很疲憊的問題。不要去反復書寫單詞。很多小盆友們，從小就被老師灌輸“好記性不如爛筆頭”的觀念。因此，總是喜歡瘋狂的抄寫正在背的單詞。但是實際上，他不是一種最高效的方式，而是一種最搞笑的方式。因為，大多數單詞對我們來說是能夠閱讀就可以，作文的單詞是另一個層面的問題。復習遠比背更重要。其實不僅僅是單詞，任何一個我們可以出口成章的詩句，那個不是靠背了很多天的，為什么單詞我們就必須今天背下來？！背詩詞和背單詞是一個道理，靠的都是每天都背一遍！養成習慣最重要。給自己設定一個專門用來背單詞的時間段，只要這個時間段到了，一切其他的工作全都放下。只要2周，你就會對單詞產生一種欲罷不能的感覺！記住！words rule everything！

高效掌握托福考試詞匯的8個絕招

掌握一定數量的托福英語詞匯并將它們準確運用到句子中是考好托福的基礎，從另一方面講，同學們增加自己的英語詞匯量不僅能考好托福，還能在今后的美國留學學習生活中收益。目前在市面上流行的各種詞匯書很多，但面對數量龐大的英語單詞，同學們該如何有效記憶呢？下面是我們總結出的一些背單詞的托福培訓絕招，應該對正在“詞海”中掙扎的同學們多少有些幫助。

一、大浪淘沙法：

如果你的目標是一天記住100個單詞，那么所需背誦的單詞數量最好要達到500個。因為人的記憶力是有限的，所以不要指望只背20個單詞，就能記住全部并且永遠不會忘記。將每天背誦的數量定在500個，雖然你實際記住的也許只有100個，但是這100個一定是你記得最牢的。

把沒有記住的單詞繼續放到第二天的計劃中，這樣天天堅持，就會看到成效。這個方法好比用篩子過濾沙礫，雖然漏掉的是大多數，但剩下的卻是精華。要在短時間內背出大量的單詞，必須“以量取勝”，持之以恒。

二、詞根詞綴法：

這個方法基于英語單詞的構詞法，靠分解單詞來記憶。每個英語單詞都可以分解成一個核心詞根，和前綴或后綴。例如在view(看法、景色)這個單詞的基礎上，加上表示“再一次”的前綴re，就是“復習”的意思；加上表示“人物”的后綴er，就有“觀眾、探視器”等的意思。這是一種比較高效率的記憶方法，認識一個詞綴就會幫助你認識很多單詞，做到舉一反

三。但前提是，你必須先學習和掌握一定的詞根、詞綴的意義。

三、循環往復法：

把所要背的單詞分組，比如每組100個，共50組。第一天，背第一組的100個；第二天不要急著前行，先用比前一天快一倍的速度把第一組的單詞過一遍，然后再看第二組的單詞；幾天以后再復習第一天的單詞，以此類推。

這樣做雖然可能影響背單詞的進度，但能有效地鞏固所學的內容，以“滾雪球”的方式加深記憶。

人會遺忘，最好的方法是在你正要遺忘的時候復習一下，這相當于對原來記憶進行刺激，會使快要忘記的東西記得很牢。這個方法因人而異，你可以根據自己的記憶力情況，決定復習的周期。如果怕雪球越滾越大，到后來每天的任務越來越艱巨，你也可以先把要背的所有單詞都背一遍，采取每第二天只復習前一天的內容方法，等全部背完一遍后再從頭來第二遍。

四、狂讀狂寫法：

這是依靠重復某種生理活動來強迫大腦認知的方法，對于大多數人來說是有效的。當然每個人的習慣各有不同，有的喜好大聲朗讀所背單詞，有的鐘愛在白紙上邊背邊寫所需記憶的單詞，更有甚者把單詞錄成卡帶，每日聽之方可入眠。真可謂“單詞人人會背，各有巧妙不同”。

五、分類歸總法：

所謂物以類聚、人以群分，單詞也有它的家族史與裙帶關系。常用的分類方法包括：同義詞與反義詞分類，種屬特性分類，類比分類等等。例如，表示 “笑”的單詞通常有：chortle(開心地笑)，chuckle(輕聲地笑)，guffaw(哄堂大笑)，jeer(嘲笑)，snigger(竊笑)，simper(傻笑)等等。對這種“單詞家族”的分門別類，有利于掌握成片單詞以及其意義差別，不失為一種好的方法。

六、做題看報法：

對于許多學生朋友來說，背單詞不只是為提高詞匯量，而更多的是為了應對考試。無論是參加英語四、六級，還是TOEFL或者GRE，檢驗英語水平的試金石還在于對詞匯的運用與解讀能力。因此通過大量地接觸真題與模擬題，我們才能知道每個單詞的“精華”在哪里，從而體會到背單詞的樂趣。

此外，另一種有效的檢驗方法就是通過閱讀英文書籍、報刊，來尋找記憶中“似曾相識”的單詞。要想所背的單詞“刻骨銘心”，還是要靠實踐、記憶單詞雙管齊下，大量的背誦必須和平時的閱讀、寫作、口語聯系起來。

七、創意聯想法：

聯想的方法有很多，一般可以從意思上、讀音上或者形象上聯想。例如，vernal(春天的)和venial(可寬恕的)，這兩個單詞長得很像，讀音也相似，惟一的區別在于前者有個“r”，后者有個“i”。

根據意思，不妨可以這樣想，“r”很像一片小樹葉，自然是和春天有關；而“i”像個人，是人自然會犯錯，就和“寬恕”的意義聯系了起來。這種方法有時看來“牽強附會”，但對于少數實在記不住的單詞，不妨發揮創意，根據自己的習慣和文化背景聯想記憶，也會使枯燥的背誦有了樂趣。

八、快速掃視法：

把每天要背的單詞寫在紙上，左邊寫英文，右邊寫中文意思。先掃視一遍，然后遮住中文意思，進行回憶，沒有記住的就做個記號。第二遍只掃視有記號的，然后遮住中文意思，再回憶，沒有記住的再做記號。一直到所有單詞都記住為止。那些記號最多的單詞也就是最難的，今后復習時可以作為重點。這種方法還有一個好處，你可以先從英文背中文意思，然后可以反過來，看著中文回憶英文拼寫。

每天背誦的數量和時間要根據自己的具體情況定，背誦要選擇一天中頭腦清晰、精力充沛的時候進行。此外，記住背單詞的三大宗旨：一是貴在堅持；二是要遵循人的記憶規律，循環復習比一次性記憶有效；三，背誦的詞匯只有真正運用到聽、說、讀、寫各方面，才算“修成正果”。

以上介紹的8種方法，同學們可以根據自己的實際情況取長補短、綜合運用，找到自己最適合的托福培訓方法很重要。英文詞匯的積累需要一個相對漫長的學習和練習的過程，只有真正把詞匯掌握用好用熟了才能在托福考試中順利取得高分。

對很多同學而言，準備ETS的各類考試的閱讀部分，單詞是最大的敵人之一。托福閱讀需要的詞匯比國內的四六級多，難度與考研詞匯相當，6000-8000的詞匯量是比較能夠達到托

準備托福單詞應該有三個階段。

第一個階段是單詞的初級，我覺得需要1個月時間左右。大家可以參考《17天搞定GRE》這本書里面的方法，對照自己的詞匯書制訂復習方案(我推薦的是王玉梅托福詞匯)，有的同學能夠14天就突破了這本詞匯書，也有人反映難度較大，但是無論如何，1個月內完成初記是必須的，因為這樣就能更早進入做題狀態，也就是進入準備托福單詞的第二階段。第二個階段是通過做題、泛讀鞏固初記的托福詞匯，加深對于單詞的精細理解。大家只要做一些真題或者模擬題就應該知道，單詞從詞匯書中剝離出來之后到了相應的閱讀段落中容易出現水土不服的情況，即在詞匯書中認識的單詞到了文章中就忘記了意思。這是因為掌握單詞的環境太單一，即你只見過在你的詞匯書的某一個固定的位置用固定的字體印刷出來的單詞。為了避免這種情況，大家即可以通過做真題掌握，也可以通過泛讀老托的一些篇目來掌握。老托的閱讀題目雖然和新托福有所不同，但是單詞和句子還是有一定程度的相似的。最后，大家如果完成了前兩個階段，其實是可以參加托福考試了，但是如果想要得到高分，還需要更進一步，也就是第三個階段：整理歸納出自己的單詞體系。這個階段需要自己動手，把手頭的單詞整理、歸類，可以按意義、相似拼寫、意義范疇、學科門類等分類。這樣一個整理消化的過程，才是掌握單詞的至高境界，因為你已經不是單純的輸入信息，單純的輸出；而是能夠將輸入的信息再加工，輸出自己的知識。
