我的口語30小小經驗

經歷托福已過兩個月，對IBT從起初的怕怕著急但現在覺得親切陌生，這其中的轉變只有experience by self 的人才能感同身受。

報的8.11中午11點半的，假期忙忙碌碌無為，直到快八月了才開始正式走上BT路。閱讀和作文對考過G的人來說還是很和善的，聽力稍微有點問題，但搞定BARRON和kaplan之后基本可以從容應對，except nervous~~ 聽力時緊張的后果：記錄中手抖，腿抖，發冷，對詞語反應遲鈍，so我的聽力一般。正題是口語。考BT之前所有問的朋友都告訴我最難的是口語，OG上告訴我們：”Pronunciation is not important.” but as time passed and as iBT is getting more and more complete, this is so so wrong.我屬于口音湊合但表達起來詞，句用的不理想的類型。當初英語班里雖然我的演講受到外教的認可，但情況是：事先有充分的準備，憑借良好的發音和演講稿的反復修改我才有不錯的成績。因此最初準備口語我處于焦躁擔心的狀態。第一次做OG中的口語題。45”中結結巴巴的說了沒有5句話，中間的口吃停頓~~省略。急迫萬分，我決定把DELTA中一切口語題搞定。開始練習時沒有模板，近一分鐘的時間像煎熬，但我基本把每個口語都極其認真的做過一次，有些沒有思路的前兩題我會寫一下，組織好語言，再練習。如此反復，臨考前，其他題目沒有保證，但口語delta 和kaplan的大部分都做過一次。

考前2天多，一個BT友告訴我應該看下機井，上面的1題重復率很大，而且最好準備模板，所以臨陣又磨槍，把模板搞定了一下，對照機井，脫口秀了大概十個題，這時我已經可以比較順暢的把每個題說下來，思路也完全不成問題了。I think I’m ready now.考試是很緊張的，聽力后是口語，緊張太過分了所以小憩了一下，平靜了一下心情，把模板寫了寫，進入考試。最后的成績讓我感到比較驚艷。幾個我認為應該注意下的事情：

1.語速盡量慢些，我說漢語的語速較快，說英語時最初也很快，導致中間的間隔很長，從前我的態度是比較喜歡說話快些，那樣高效自己高興別人聽著也覺得不拖沓。考前兩天在電視上看到outlook英文演講大賽，4個大學生角逐，我看好一個說話超快超清楚的女生，很喜歡她,認定她是冠軍，但出乎意料，評委中的一個英國老頭對他的評價是：you are just like a machine gun.We cannot quite follow you.Despite you pronunciation is clearly and your voice is nice, you should try to slow down so others can follow you and understand you better.結果是她沒有晉級，而另一個我覺得過分老成說話時每個詞中間都有一秒以上停頓的男生獲獎了。后來我一直盡力克服機關槍的毛病，考試時放慢語速，幾乎沒有停頓的完成了speaking section。2.強調口音。有些人會覺得口音是次要的，只要能讓別人聽懂，說的內容好就會得高分。但事實是：口音好會讓評委對tester有一個很好的印象，對內容也更容易理解，至少從我個人的經驗來說，口音在IBT中還是有很大比重。我所了解的口音好的同學基本都有口語理想的成績，而表達的內容充分，準備完善但口音欠缺的同學口語方面卻留下了一些遺憾。讓口音更好的方法有很多，我自己的方法:reading。我喜歡模仿好聽的美劇演員的口音(喜歡friends 中Rachel and Ross 的 發音，越獄里tbag的發音)，voa 播音員的口音，還喜歡自我陶醉的朗讀一些雜志中的article，我想這些對我口音形成存在潛移默化的作用。3.盡量準備模板，看好機井。第一題的重要性大家都了解，說的好開門紅心情好，考官會喜歡，印象分會高。所以我建議把機井中的第一題全部看一下，總共的分類不過10余種，全部做一下也不會浪費太多時間。第五題模板性很強烈，把內容在模板中套入即可。我參考了一個很好的speaking tips 不太記得是gter上哪位網友的杰作，很欣賞，根據他的模板我自己總結了一份自己比較滿意的，以饗讀者，希望對后來人有所幫助。另附我總結的一些第一題的TOPIC，參考了很多，如有雷同，表示感謝！
