教學工作總結

時光荏苒，武漢為明實驗學校第二屆畢業生又要走進考場了，去實現自己的人生的夢想，去為母校再添光彩?；叵脒@一年來的辛勤努力，有酸甜苦辣，也有會心的微笑，付出總會有回報，看到孩子們輕松的走進考場，考后露出的幸福的微笑，這才是最大的回報。

我教的九年級（3）、（4）兩班學生的英語學習基礎較差，九月份第一次考試全班的優秀率和及格率低，均分和同年級其他班級相比差距較大。面對他們這么差的基礎，我沒有失去信心。我很努力地想要把他們的成績提高上來，特別是到了復習階段，我更加覺得壓力重重！到第一輪復習結束，我發現大部分學生的基礎已經補上來了，平均分與其它平行班級差別已縮小，但九（3）班尖生率依然很低，九（4）依然沒有尖生。但是，差生基本上能過合格分數線。不合格人數大幅降低。學生最大的問題是不會做到閱讀理解和書面表達，這方面需要學生有大量的詞匯積累和綜合運用語言的能力，又加上差生特別多的狀況，因此，我覺得九年級畢業這一年，我特別注重學生詞匯的積累和語言的綜合運用能力的培養，在復習階段我想盡各種方法，提高復習的效率。我具體是這么做的：

一．目標明確，有的放矢，對學生進行必要的思想教育

通過入學初的摸底考試成績，我將兩個班級可以爭取為及格的學生名單列了出來，對他們進行了必要的思想教育，樹立了榜樣，進行了鼓勵，使他們信心倍增。對最后幾名差生也列出來，對他們進行了詳細的分析，從學習基礎，學習態度，到家庭狀況我一一做了分析。并逐個進行了一對一談話，也與其家長進行了電話溝通。

很多學生告訴我，他們不是不想學，而是學不會。如果他們一直處于這種不自信的精神狀態，那么該如何來迎接任務繁重的初三畢業班的學習生活呢？因此，作為英語老師，我首先應該給他們精神力量，鼓勵他們戰勝困難，取得進步。在平時的學習和生活中善于發現這些學生的長處和優點進行表揚鼓勵，以培養他們的自信心和學習熱情。

二．給差生必要的幫助，進行輔差。

思想工作做通了，如果沒有對他們進行必要的幫助，他們學習跟不上，意志力薄弱的學生馬上又會失去信心了。因此，在一進入初三我便加大了輔差工作的力度。領導早就給我們明確的指示了：重點抓差生，提高合格率和平均分。因此我在平時的課堂教學中注重對差生課堂的提問，課后作業的講評，注重對他們進行面批，批完再讓他們考一遍，對于中考基礎題，我是不厭其煩找兩個班的差生集中考查后，又個別考查講解，有的學生做過五、六遍，有的學生做過十多遍，直到掌握為止。另外，我還在班級進行一幫一活動，讓學生自愿進行組合，并給他們提出目標，提供指導，也取得了一定的成效。在課堂上鼓勵所有學生參與活動，大膽開口用英語進行語言交際，學生每取得一點進步要熱情鼓勵，表揚，以激發他們的學習熱情，同時教學要與學生的興趣愛好相結合，要促進每個學生身心健康的發展，培養學生良好的品質和終身學習的能力。課后堅持搞好培優輔差工作，不管我有多忙，堅持大課間時間進一個班進行聽寫訓練。每天第四節晚自習課，有很多學生找我拿試卷做，我為不同層次的學生準備了不同的試卷，開學不久我就根據教學進度和學生差異準備了好了，放在我的辦公室柜子里，滿滿一柜子，現在柜子已經基本上空了。每天第四節晚自習定期對幾名差生進行聽寫訓練，還對劉港、劉潔、王高飛等同學進行一對一輔導，經過一學年的輔導，這些學生英語成績都有很大的進步，受到了家長的好評。

三．根據實際，統籌安排教學進度。

針對兩個班學生基礎差，差生多的特點，我在教學九年級新授課知識的時候以比較快的速度進行。因為我發現在教新課的時候，大部分的差生都聽不懂了，他們幾乎是處于陪讀的對象。而中等以上學生我如果以較快速度來上的話他們一樣可以聽得懂。如果按照教學進度來上新課，勢必造成今后總復習時間又太趕，差生依然趕不上來。為了今后能爭取到更多的時間復習舊知識，給差生一個機會跟上來，我只好趕進度了！當然趕進度歸趕進度，教學質量也要有保證，因此我重點對學生進行預習的指導及練習的精講精練。進入第一輪復習的時候，我則是扎扎實實地進行基礎知識的復習并 1

且配上中考題型的練習。因為我比別的老師早一些進入第一輪復習，所以我的時間是比較充裕的。這也為后來的進步提供了保證。

四．提高復習效率，使各個層次的學生都能有收獲。

武漢市中考英語復習備考基本上都采用的三輪復習法，針對我班學生的情況，我在每一輪復習的時間安排上有所變化，早結束課本新授課的教學，早進入第一輪復習，為差生贏得更多的時間復習七八年的基礎知識。第二階段復習重視學生強項的提升，也就是聽力和基礎題得分率的提升。同時注重照顧各個層次的學生，分層教學，分層布任務，往往一套試卷，不同層次的學生做的題不同。第三階段重視對學生應試技巧的輔導以及對差生進行心理疏導，讓他們輕松應考，考出理想的成績。另外，為了提高學生閱讀理解和書面表達的能力，我在課堂上注重教給他們方法，往往把一個閱讀理解題進行解剖，看有多少生詞我們不認識，有多少句子我們看不懂，先讓學生劃出這些不懂的地方，然后指導學生分析做題，結果發現，很多生詞，難句子，對我們做題的影響并不是我們想像的那么大。同時給他們方法讓學生結合上下文猜詞，結合文章第一自然段或最后一自然段，把握文章主旨。同時讓學生在聽的同時多積累，而在課后多練習，因為有了好的方法，也因為詞匯的積累增多了，他們的閱讀水平和寫作能力也得到了一定的提高。

回想這一年的畢業班教學，我可以自豪地說我付出了努力，也取得了一點成績，更重要的是積累了經驗。

①我很喜歡唐代詩人王維寫的《使至塞上》，其中“大漠孤煙直，長河落日圓”這兩句，讀來自然、貼切，全無筆墨雕鑿痕跡。但是，從來也沒有從科學的角度加以推敲過它。②前幾年，偶然東臨大海，隔著面紗似的薄霧觀看躍然而出的紅日。咦!剛升起的太陽竟是略有一點扁的。這使我想起了王維的詩，既然初升的太陽是扁的，落日怕也不會是圓的吧!

1碰巧，在一本書里找到了答案：落日是扁的，據觀察是橢圓形的，短軸約比長軸短1/5。后來，眼見又證實了這一點。

③落日為什么是扁的呢?這是光的折射現象在搗鬼。

④不少人都有這樣的經驗：把筷子插入一只盛水的杯子里，看起來筷子是折成兩段的，這就是光的折射現象。光在密度大的物質中跑得慢，在密度小的物質中跑得快。水的密度比空氣大，于是，光在水和空氣的界面上速度突然改變，造成光線曲折。

⑤那么在空氣中光線會不會曲折呢？也會。原來空氣的密度也是不均勻的。由于地心引力的關系，地球表面大氣密度大，越往高處空氣越稀薄，密度越小。這種密度的差別并不大，通常覺察不到光線由此產生的曲折。但是，太陽落山時，陽光斜著通過大氣，距離很遠，產生的折射已經可以使人明顯地感覺到。這種折射越貼近地面越強。落日的上端和下端光線曲折得不一樣，看起來就成扁的了。
