外語系“學雷鋒-雷鋒月”特色活動

------大學英語四六級義務輔導活動總結

2012年3月26日晚7點外國語系分團委學生會在一棟小圓頂舉行了第一期“大學英語四六級義務輔導活動”。英語四、六級考試一直是一個令廣大同學頭疼的問題, 因此我們系分團委學生會特舉辦了此次“大學英語四六級義務輔導活動”。我們很榮幸的邀請到了具有多年教學經驗的外國語系老師到場進行了臨時的指點，同時也邀請到了09級英語專業四級成績優秀學生對大學英語四六級有問題的同學進行指導。舉辦此次活動詣在提高同學們的四六級通過率以及我們院整體的高分水平，幫助同學們解決學習中遇到的問題，增強同學們面對四六級的信心。

一、活動簡介

1、活動規模： 本次活動于2012年3月26日晚7點準時在一棟小圓頂舉辦，參加活動主要是09.11級的外語系學生以及其他各系對外語學習有疑問的學生。

2、活動時間及場地安排： 活動于 7:00 開始，9:00 結束。3月21日外語系分團委學生會開始策劃本次活動，3月26日第一期活動圓滿完成。3月23日場地申請工作完成。由于活動對象比較集中，活動地點定在一棟小圓頂。多媒體教室的音響效果比較好，也有利于外語角的相關PPT 展示更加生動、形象，提高同學們的積極性。同時也有利于對大學英語四六級考試有疑問的同學集合在一起，一對一進行輔導分組.3、分工負責：在本次活動中，學習部負責申請教室、通知09.11級學生參加活動。辦公室負責音響設備安排工作；宣傳部負責制作活動的展板以及活動現場的教室黑板的設計； 自律部負責檢查到場情況，維持活動秩序的工作；新社團部負責活動攝影以及拍照工作；禮儀部部負責給嘉賓送礦泉水的工作，活動的圓滿完成，離不開分團委學生會各個部門的分工合作。

4、邀請嘉賓：活動的主持人是我院廣播臺主持隊隊長劉豆豆.而嘉賓則是邀請了具有多年教學經驗的林老師，以及英語專業四級考試成績在70以上的學長、學姐。

二、活動流程

1、活動流程：此次活動主要是針對全校即將在六月份參加大學英語四六級考試的學生而策劃的。活動之前我們通過宣傳板做了宣傳，在活動舉辦的前一天又通過學習委員將信息傳達給同學們。同時也在各教學樓宣傳欄張貼了宣傳海報.這次來參加活動的同學基本上有全院各系的學生。活動開始主持人介紹了出席此次活動的外國語學院老師和學生嘉賓，并介紹了此次活動內容和活動展望。接著由外國語系老師對大學英語四六級考試進行了點播，點名了復習重點以及如何復習，指導同學們針對某一題型分類練習，模擬題要整套做，并教導同學們在做閱讀理解和快速閱讀時要注意每段的開頭和結尾。緊接著大學英語四六級義務輔導小組的成員向同學們介紹了他們以前備考四六級時候的戰略和經驗，并指導我們在接下來的兩個月內該如何更大程度的提高我們的成績。并留下雙方的聯系方式進行長期的義務輔導.2、在老師和學生嘉賓講解完后，不少同學根據自己的實際情況提出了自己學習中遇到的問題，老師和學生嘉賓一一作了詳細的回答。活動結束后，我們的嘉賓都留下了自己的聯系方式，以備同學們有問題，但不好意思當面請教，可以單獨聯系嘉賓請教不懂得問題。最后主持人致結束語并再次感謝老師和學生嘉賓的出席。

三、活動的效果

1、活動的效果：在活動現場，同學們都積極在聽老師的講解，現場同學都很積極與大學英語四六級義務輔導小組的組員進行交流提問；由于大學英語四六級義務輔導小組的組員都留下了聯系方式，他們也希望同學們都能積極地與他們聯系，根據自己的情況，提出了相關的問題。

四、活動的不足

1、活動之前把各項工作分配下去了，但部分工作沒有落實到位，造成了部分的活動工作及時完成，弄的很被動的局面，幸好學習部部長及時將出現的問題一一解決，使得經驗交流會準時在 7:00 開始，而又沒有影響活動的效果。

2、我們認為邀請的嘉賓會準時到位，個別學英語四六級義務輔導小組成員在活動開始前突然有事不能參加學英語四六級義務輔導和外語角的聯合活動，由于我們沒有想到這種情況，所以沒有備用人選，只能是在少一個組員的情況下進行；以后我們一定會認真落實到位，在活動策劃時，盡量想到所有的突發情況，如安排備用人員，以備臨時突發事件的發生。

3、個別班級干部沒有按要求通知本班同學提前到場，造成活動快開始時來的同學較少少，會場秩序有點混亂。這說明我們學習部需要對學員的學習委員進行培訓，以提高學習委員的責任心，在學習委員例會上提高學習委員的素質。

4、這是我們大學英語四六級義務輔導的第一次活動，還沒有對后續的教學效果進行跟蹤，學習是一個長期的過程，我們也將連續舉辦相關主題的活動。跟蹤學生們參加活動后的學習效果，并予以匯總。爭取能做要效果卓越的目標.外國語系分團委學生會 2012-3-27

第二篇：大學英語四六級考試總結范文

我順利的通過了全國英語四級等級考試。下面，我就我的四級心得給大家分享一下。

（一）作文

英語作文是一塊難啃的骨頭，在規定的時間內寫出高質量的文章絕非易事，但是大家首先要保證字數，其次千萬不要跑題，其實只要這兩點能辦到，就可以及格了。如果你可以運用一些從句，一些語法結構，那得高分就太簡單了。我建議大家可以多背幾篇英語范文。

（二）聽力

聽力在英語四級考試中占的比重還是很大的，當然其重要性不言而喻。所以大家一定要多聽歷年的真題，只有把自己容身于英語的環境中才可以。大家可以每天在一個固定的時間認認真真的聽歷年的真題，去思考和揣摩出題人的套路，你可以從中受益匪淺的！

（三）閱讀

閱讀是英語四級考試中分量最重的，單純一個選擇題就十七分，相信大家只要能把英語閱讀搞上去，那過四級就是小菜一碟。在閱讀方面我給大家以下幾點建議：

1.從現在起就開始訓練自己在規定的時間內完成閱讀和答題（大概一篇九分鐘為宜）。這一點很重要，大家一定要在這方面下功夫，既要速速又要質量。

2.具體閱讀方法因人而異，但一般的閱讀方法是，首先快速瀏覽全文，接著回答問題，然后再有針對性的去閱讀文章的具體段落。

3.做完一篇閱讀，查閱試卷的答案解析，如果有錯誤，自己心里應該知道自己錯在哪里。最后要再認真的細讀文章，努力掌握文章出現的生詞和詞組，這不僅是練習的過程，還是學習的過程。

（四）快速閱讀和翻譯

這兩部分考察大家的是詞匯量，以我之見，如果大家頭英語四級考試之前就可以掌握英語六級的詞匯量，那么你的四級考試就會做的得心應手。所以說，大家的詞匯量一定上去，只有保證詞匯量，才可以大顯身手。大家從現在就應該開始辭海戰術了！

（五）選詞填空

我在四級考試中最害怕的就是選詞填空了，但是自己在考試時做題思路是正確的。首先查看和分類所提供的單詞，然后回到文章中根據詞性有針對的選詞填空。

四級在不知不覺中就過去了，以上幾點是自己的一些淺薄的心得，希望大家可以借鑒和提出建議。希望對即將考四級的考生一些幫助。大家一定要記得，笨鳥先飛，從現在就要開始備戰了。自己現在正在備戰六級的考試，只要大家有好的心態，相信大家都可以順利地通過英語四級考試的！

第三篇：大學英語四六級報考

關于做好2014年上半年全國大學英語四、六級統考報名工作的通知各學院：

上學期全國大學英語四、六級統考成績已公布（考生可在網上或到所在學院里查詢，成績單將在4月發放）。2014年上半年全國大學英語四、六級統考的報名工作即將開始（考試時間：6月14日），根據省教育考試院的要求，結合我校的實際情況[學校目前考場的容量為226個標準考場(30人/場)]，現將有關報名事項通知如下：

一、報名對象和條件

1．2011級、2012級英語四級統考成績未達到425分或未參加過四級統考的非英語專業本科生須報名參加四級統考。

2.2010級英語四級統考成績未達到425分的非英語專業本科生可自愿報名。

3．已通過英語應用能力A級考試的非英語專業專科生可報名參加四級統考。

4．報考六級者四級統考成績須在425分(含425分)以上；四級成績已達450分(含450分)者只允許報考六級。

5.大學英語四、六級考試只接受本校非英語專業的在校生報名。

二、報名時間和程序

1.3月11～17日，學生個人網上報名。方法：進入肇慶學院校園網→公共服務→教學管理系統→輸入用戶名（用戶名為本人學號）、密碼(未更改密碼的初始密碼為學號)，選擇“學生”欄，登錄成功后→（必須先進入“個人信息”欄更改初始密碼并核對本人信息準確無誤后才能正常報名）→任意選修課網上選課→點擊相關操作欄的語言與工具，在要選的統考科目后的第一志愿打勾（不能選其它志愿），點擊“選定”。完成報名退出系統后，請重新登錄報名系統檢查報考科目是否準確無誤。逾期將關閉網頁。

2.3月24日（星期一），各班負責報名的班長到所在學院教務辦公室教學秘書處領取《考生集體報名信息校對表及誠信承諾書》，交報考者本人認真閱讀、核對報名信息無誤后讓其簽名確認。按集體報名表上名單收齊本班的報名費（班長復印一份留存備查）。

3.3月25～27日（星期二～星期四），班長持報考者本人已簽名的《考生集體報名信息校對表及誠信承諾書》連同報名費到教務處教材室（第二教學樓一樓114室）交費確認。交費完成后將《考生集體報名信息校對表及誠信承諾書》留在交費處，考生只有完成了交費確認手續后報名才算成功。

三、注意事項

學生網上報名時必須核對本人信息：先進入“個人信息”欄內核對本人信息，凡沒有電子相片的學生請在3月25～27日到教務處考試辦公室補照（行政樓二樓224室）。

四、收費標準

根據《省物價局、財政廳關于調整我省全國大學英語四、六級考試收費標準的復函》，我省“全國大學英語四、六級考試”筆試收費標準為每人每次36元。

各學院務必及時將本通知發至各班，以免影響報名工作。

考試應注意：

1.字跡清楚，段落明朗（clear）：字體不要太大，也不要太小，以行間距的三分之一到二分之一為合適；另外，大小要一致，不要忽大忽小；字母的傾斜方向要一致，不要東倒西歪；要抵著給出的虛線寫，不能上竄下跳；總之，要給閱卷人清楚、工整的感覺。段落一般為三段，采用段首縮進式，即每段開頭空4至8個字母的格，每段段首縮進的量要一致，要讓閱卷人一目了然。

2.內容完整，緊扣提綱（complete）：一般來說，六級寫作都會給出三點漢語提綱，考生應嚴格按照三點寫成三段。不要有遺漏，也不要隨意改變提綱要點的順序。因為閱卷人要在30秒左右的時間打出分數，所以不希望看到與提綱嚴重背離的作文。
