一、教材分析
1、教材的內容、地位與作用
Project English 是根據《英語課程標準》編寫的教材,這套教材通過不斷出現的任務和活動,使學生能夠用多種手段與他人交流。Unit 3的主題是English Around the world。本單元圍繞著世界語言——英語展開。談到了英語的廣泛應用,英語學習的重要性,不同國家應用英語的差異,英語的發展,手勢語及英語學習策略等問題。這些話題與學生的英語學習息息相關,讓人興趣說的一個主題。本節課是這個單元中的第三個話題Could you give us some advice on how to learn English well?圍繞著英語學習策略展開,由王俊峰學英語有困難引出話題。本課的學習任務源自真實的學習生活,語言學習(Language learning)的談論也是《課程標準》要求學生達到的功能意念項目之一。本課的學習也為之后的三個section英語學習策略的談論打下了學習基礎。
2、教學目標
初三的學生在英語學習上是有一定基礎的,根據《英語課程標準》的五級目標,能就日常生活的各種話題與他人交換信息并陳述自己的意見;能與他人合作,解決問題并報告結果,共同完成學習任務;能對自己的學習進行評價,總結學習方法。結合本課的教學內容,我特制定本課教學目標如下:(1)知識目標

學生學習并掌握談論自己在學習英語的困難,熟練并運用疑問詞加不定式做賓語這個語言結構來表達自己的想法,在聽的過程中進行說的能力訓練。(3)情感目標
A.有學好英語的信心,大膽用英語進行交流。
B.樂于參加課堂中的活動,在小組活動中積極與他人合作,互相幫助,共同完成學習任務。
C.對英語有更深的了解,能體會英語學習的樂趣。(4)德育目標 樹立正確的人生觀,熱愛學習英語。
3、教學重難點(1)重點:
A.學習Wh-+to do 作賓語。B.談論語言學習的策略。
(2)難點:談論自己在學習英語中遇到的困難,并向別人提出建議。
二、教法闡述
依據課程改革,英語教學內容轉變成為從學生所熟悉和喜愛的話題和場景導入語言在真實生活中運用的知識和技能。因而在教法上提倡由學生親身體驗、實踐,通過交流與合作,師生共同參與構建知識過程的探索與發現式教學模式。這一節課,我采取以下的教學方法:
1、任務型教學法
《英語課程標準》倡導“任務型”教學模式,讓學生通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與和合作等方式實現任務目標。因此,我在教學過程中設計了Pre-task,幫助學生了解學習英語的途徑并學習本課新單詞及詞組,為下個任務做準備;While-task,學習1a,獨立完成1b表格,做聽力練習;Post-task提高學生的綜合語言運用能力,共同討論遇到英語學習困難的提示語。讓學生在完成各項任務的過程中獲得知識和運用語言的能力。
2、小組活動
《標準》建議要為學生提供自主學習和相互交流的機會,鼓勵學生通過體驗、實踐、討論、合作、探究等方式,發展學生聽、說、讀、寫的綜合技能。因此,我把全班分為八個學習小組,要求學生積極參加小組中的討論、角色表演等活動。
3、任務評價
在英語教學過程中還要進行形成性評價,培養和激發學生學習積極性和自信心。在教學的各個環節中,都要求學生參與活動,為了鼓勵學生積極參加并對在活動中的表現進行肯定,我為學生設計了如下的評分表格: Name

三、學法指導
在英語課程中幫助學生有效地使用學習策略,不僅有利于他們把握學習的方向、采用科學的途徑、提高學習效率,而且還有助于他們形成自主學習的能力,為終身學習奠定基礎。因此,在教學設計中,我還注意學生學習策略的培養:
1、認知。學生根據需要進行預習,對所學內容能主動復習并加以整理和歸納。
2、交際。學生在真實的情境中,進行交際活動,在完成交際任務的過程中通過感知、體驗、實踐、參與掌握英語基礎知識,發展運用英語進行交際的能力。
3、合作。把班級分成學習小組,在任務活動中,讓各位同學積極參與,互相配合,共同完成學習任務。
4、探究。在語法上,不要求學生死記語法規則,而是讓學生在反復操練、實際運用中發現、了解并掌握。
讓學生通過自我評價,看看自己是否積極參與課堂的活動,以及自己回答問題的準確率,促使他們努力爭取進步。Step 1 Warming-up

談到學生學英語遇到的困難,這個貼近學生學習的問題一下子能夠吸引學生的注意力。拉近了師生之間的關系。Step 2 Pre-task
1、Learn new words 學新單詞
用多媒體屏幕展示一個英語角的圖片,對學生說English corner is a good place to improve our oral English.At times I speak English in public, so I dare speak English in public.Can you make yourself understood in public?..并把新單詞寫在黑板上,反復跟讀幾遍。
2、Learn grammar “Wh-+to do”,學語法并舉例造句。讓學生在反復操練中自己發現語法規律,在實際運用中發現、了解并掌握。在預備任務中,學生得到了充分的練習,擴大了學生的語言輸入量,掃除了下個環節中的單詞和語法障礙。Step 3 While-task
1、利用大屏幕放映課文的插圖和問題,播放課文1a部分的錄音,第一遍讓學生合上書本進行聽力訓練,并基本能回答問題;第二遍讓學生并完成1b表格。
2、跟讀1a.Step 4 Post-task
1、Discuss in group “What difficulties do you have?”小組討論并由組長做匯報
2、Give some advice for them.個人發言。
3、T: Can you use these tips to talk about the difficulties。完成part 3.4、評價。讓學生根據自己在課堂上的表現及評分表上的要求為自己打分,小組合計本組總分,評選出課堂的“小英語專家”和“團體冠軍”。

本學期共學習四個單元,十二個話題:Unit1 The Changing World 本單元教學內容主要圍繞假期經歷、人口問題、社會問題展開;Unit2 Saving The Earth本單元的三個話題僅僅圍繞環境問題展開;Unit3 English throughout the world.本話題圍繞著世界語言——英語展開,談到了英語的廣泛運用、英語學習的重要性、不同國家應用英語的差異、英語的發展、手勢語、英語學習策略等問題;Unit4 Amazing Science本單元圍繞著科學技術展開,談到了“神州”五號、電腦科技、科技方面以及神秘的太空,便于中學生了解科學技術達到發展.一.外語教學和其他學科一樣,有嚴謹的系統性和連貫性。學生在初
一、初二段所獲得的語言技能,能否在初三年級得到繼續發展,是防止分化的又一個問題。這就給教師提出了更高的要求,即力求把教學搞“實”、搞“活”。所謂“實”就是講究實際效果,把課程標準化為具體的要求,落實到教和學上,對每課時的教學計劃逐項落實。課堂上,少講空話,多做實事,精講多練,以學生為主;對每個單元進行考查、總結,分析存在問題,及時補缺補差,幫助學生過關。平時作業或測驗得到好成績或有進步的,一定在班上進行表揚,給予肯定;對作業錯漏較多的當面批改,及時訂正。所謂“活”就是側重知識的活用訓練,把外語課由“講演課”變成“實踐課”。采用任務型的教學方法,使學生一上課就置身于一個講英語、用英語的環境中,在既緊張而又活潑的氣氛中學習英語。第一個課時,我先把完成任務所需的語言寫在黑板上,從而引出新單詞,然后設置任務,要求同學們討論他們能做的和不該做的。這學期我們搬遷到了宏村學校,大家置身于美麗而又潔凈的新的學習環境中,是不是都想為她做些什么呢?我引導學生結合實際,從我做起,從身邊做起,很自然地,學生在情景中大量實踐,用已知的學習未知的,很容易掌握所學內容。英語和其它功課一樣,需要多練多做。這幾個月以來,我給同學們補充了許多練習,既鞏固了所學知識,又拓寬了他們的知識視野。同時良好的師生關系對培養學生的興趣大有幫助,因此,教師要注意控制自己的情緒,普遍關心學生,尤其差生,同他們交朋友,不歧視他們,不動輒呵斥他們,常鼓勵他們的學習自信心和學習熱情。讓他們在自信中學習,在快樂中進步。新課程改革不是紙上談兵,必須要與實踐相結合,今后我要努力學習,積極進取,積極參與課程改革,在課改中不斷學習,不斷實踐,不斷反思。二.全面復習,突出重點
通過幾次的月考后,我了解到今后的試題注重知識的覆蓋面,著重考查學生分析問題和解決問題的能力。在平時的復習工作中,除了抓基礎知識外,我更注重提高學生的試題分析能力。我注意收集中考的信息,最大限度地掌握中考命題的有關信息,研究復習的對策,突出重點,提高復習效果。三.做好學習方法上的指導
好的學習方法可以起到事半功倍的效果。我把早讀課交由學生自己支配,但不是漫無目的的瞎讀,而是有重點的讀書,讀自己認為掌握不夠的部分。單詞過不了關的,就記單詞;課文不熟悉的,就讀課文;句型記不住的,就背句型和例子。同時,我還引導學生注意總結解題經驗,探索解題規律,養成良好的解題習慣。并且,我要求學生建立改錯本,將錯題整理收集起來,反復加強記憶。對于那些沒有建立錯題本的同學,我要求他們將做過的試卷很好的保存起來,以便自己復習時能用得著。
四.提高課堂40分鐘的效率
課堂只有40分鐘,學生也不可能在課后花很多時間在一門功課上。因此,教師必須提高英語課堂教學的效率。我在課前做好充分準備,加大課堂信息量,理論聯系實際,精講精練,講練結合。講,注意講重點和難點;練,以限時訓練為主,提高學生的解題速度和解題能力;評,及時評講,重在指導。但有時我發現,因為怕學生漏掉了某些知識點,我還是講得多了一些,給他們自己思考的時間少了一些。
五、學生對英語學習缺乏興趣、自信心和學習動力;在英語課堂上不積極參與,缺少主動發言的熱情或根本不愿意發言;另外,相當一部分學生在聽新課時跟不上老師的節奏或不能理解教師相對較快的指示語。
六、學生對英語課堂知識的掌握不實在、理解不全面,課外花的冤枉時間多;而大部分學生對書本知識不夠重視,找不到英語學科復習的有效載體,不能有效的利用課本,適時地回歸課本,英語復習缺乏系統性,英語學習缺乏主動性。
七、部分學生缺少教師明確的指導,在復習時缺乏系統安排和科學計劃,或者學習和復習沒有個性化特點,導致學習效果不明顯。
八、基于以上情況,我們認為作為學生中考的把關者,九年級英語教師首先要有正確地意識,應充分認識到:一節課有沒有效益,并不是指教師有沒有教完內容或教得認真不認真,而是指學生有沒有學到什么或學生學得好不好。如果學生不想學或學了沒有收獲,即使教師教得很辛苦也是無效教學;或者學生學得很辛苦,卻沒有得到應有的發展,也是無效或低效教學。
九、教師要有課堂效益意識。教學效益首先體現在課堂教學信息量、教學活動的廣度和密度以及媒體的使用上。有效的媒體手段有助于課堂容量、密度和速度的提高。尤其是在復習課堂上適當地使用多媒體手段,不但可以活躍課堂,更能提高學生的參與面,短、頻、快的大容量課堂節奏能有效的吸引并集中學生的學習注意,從而最終提高學習的聽課效益;其次,課堂效益意識還體現在教學的設計中要充分為學而教,以學生如何有效獲取知識,提高能力的標準來設計教學。課堂設計要有助于學生在課堂上積極參與,有助于他們有效內化知識與信息,復習過程中要重視學習方法的指導,在教學中恰當地滲透中考的信息,拓寬教學內容。
十、英語課堂上教師應及時有效獲取學情反饋,有效地進行課前回顧,課堂小結等環節的落實。為有效地提高英語課堂教學效益,教師還可以制定科學的、操作性強的、激勵性的英語學習效果評價制度,堅持對學生的聽課、作業、筆記等方面進行跟蹤,及時了解學生的學習、復習狀態與狀況,以便在課堂教學過程中做出針對性的調整。
十一、注重課堂教學效率的提高,要切實抓好備課這一環節,即備課要精,練習要精,作業要精。同時,我們要積極進行教學反思,由教師自己及時反省、思考、探索和解決教學過程中存在的問題,及時調整教學方法,優化教學過程。在課堂教學中強調基礎知識的學習。教師要突破現行教材的局限性,在重點語法項目上有系統的強化訓練。在句法上不能拘泥于傳統的語法層面,要搜集材料,適當拓寬。
十二、要強化分層次教學與輔導,通過分層次教學和輔導提升學生的成績,從方法上,要抓住學生學習的薄弱點,區別不同情況,有針對性輔導。從策略上,加強學生實際問題的研究,做到缺什么、補什么,從對象上,要重點關注學科明顯薄弱的學生,采用教師定學生、師生結對、輔導等有效形式使學生隨時能得到教師的輔導和幫助,從而切實提高學生成績。
十三、樹立信心,明確目標
信心是動力,目標是方向。我們知道初三英語生詞多,課文長而且難,聽、說、讀、寫要求高。學生在學習中將會遇到許多困難,因此,信心十足,目標明確是成功地進行英語>教學的一個重要因素。首先,教師要上好課。如:備好課,吃透教材,抓住重點、難點,做到有的放矢。其次,教師要提高授課的效率,注重授課的藝術,活躍課堂氣氛,激發學習興趣,采用靈活多變的>教學方法。
英語學習切不可盲目,一定要制定一個切實可行、周密有效的計劃。同時老師要給學生明確各階段的學習目標,并制定相應的措施來保證目標的實施,要加大督促檢查的力度,并在此基礎上進行總結。在>教學過程中,應注意思想教育與知識>教學互相滲透,寓思想素質教育于知識教育之中,如:向學生講述中國經濟的迅猛發展急需大量的外語人才、北京奧運會的舉辦更需要更多的人會講英語等,讓學生認識到學英語的重要性,鼓勵學生樹立遠大的理想,努力學好英語。
