一個(gè)好老師不僅要擁有淵博的知識(shí),將課講活﹑講精、講好，還要有高尚的師德。的確，一個(gè)老師的師德將會(huì)影響一個(gè)學(xué)生的思想。一位好老師，就應(yīng)該抓住生活課文中的一點(diǎn)一滴的小事，借機(jī)把好的思想傳輸給學(xué)生，將會(huì)使學(xué)生終生受益。當(dāng)看見(jiàn)受傷的小動(dòng)物時(shí)，就應(yīng)該教育學(xué)生：要愛(ài)護(hù)動(dòng)物；當(dāng)看到有人破壞花草樹(shù)木時(shí),就應(yīng)該教育學(xué)生:要愛(ài)戶(hù)花草樹(shù)木；當(dāng)看到有人亂扔垃圾時(shí),應(yīng)當(dāng)教育學(xué)生；要保護(hù)我們賴(lài)以生存的地球的環(huán)境。在學(xué)課文的時(shí)候,譬如講到《自己的花是讓別人看的》一課時(shí),應(yīng)不失時(shí)機(jī)地教育學(xué)子：要學(xué)會(huì)“人人為我,我為人人”的品質(zhì)；講到《金錢(qián)的魔力》一文,老師又應(yīng)及時(shí)地告誡學(xué)生:千萬(wàn)不要像托德與老板那樣有著見(jiàn)錢(qián)眼開(kāi)的丑態(tài),不要為金錢(qián)所動(dòng)……當(dāng)然,不僅要教育學(xué)生,老師自己也要做出榜樣。例如:當(dāng)大家在班級(jí)大掃除中都干得有氣無(wú)力時(shí)，老師帶頭大干起來(lái)，揮如汗雨---用自己的實(shí)際行動(dòng)來(lái)打動(dòng)我們、鼓勵(lì)我們；再如：當(dāng)大家在街上看

見(jiàn)殘疾人乞討而冷冰冰不予理睬時(shí)，老師上前去，用同情與憐憫的目光看他一眼，用手遞上一張大鈔---用自己的行動(dòng)去感化學(xué)生心靈中的角落，教育他們成為一個(gè)真善美的好少年……

現(xiàn)在，不少教師經(jīng)常體罰或破口大罵一些犯錯(cuò)誤及成績(jī)不太好的同學(xué)。看到身邊發(fā)生的一個(gè)個(gè)典型事例，我十分痛心，并堅(jiān)決反對(duì)這種做法。我認(rèn)為，真正的教育不是對(duì)學(xué)生體罰或破口大罵，這是一種能深深刺痛孩童們的心的做法。遭受了這樣“待遇”的`同學(xué)們，不僅會(huì)心情愈來(lái)愈低落，對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣也會(huì)越來(lái)越低……這種狀況發(fā)展到最后，就會(huì)對(duì)這些莘莘學(xué)子們---甚至是祖國(guó)的未來(lái)---產(chǎn)生不良的影響。所以，我認(rèn)為，一個(gè)好老師在學(xué)生成績(jī)不好或犯錯(cuò)的時(shí)候，應(yīng)該親切地去鼓勵(lì)他，指出他的錯(cuò)誤在哪，接著，以足夠的耐心，幫助他改正錯(cuò)誤---而不是以體罰或破口大罵的方式。長(zhǎng)此以來(lái)，學(xué)生不僅提高了自信心，還提高了成績(jī)---真是一舉兩得啊！
