調查對象的選擇技術

一,市場普查

市場普查是以市場調查的總體為對象,主要是對市場上某些商品進行一次全面調查。例如,庫存商品普查,某種商品的社會飽和量普查等。市場普查是專門組織的調查活動,主要用于搜集那些不能或不宜通過正常調查取得的比較全面的、精確的統計資料。市場普查有兩種形式:一種形式是組織專門的普查機構和人員,對調查單位進行直接調查;另一種形式是利用機關團體、企業內部的統計報表進行匯總。市場普查的最大優點是取得的資料比較準確。但是,進行市場普查工作量很大,調查內容有較強的時效性,因此需動員較多的人力、物力;同時,有些內容不宜進行市場普查,所以這種方式在市場調查中很少使用。

二,重點調查

三,抽樣調查

抽樣調查是一種非全面調查。它是根據概率分布的原則,從被調查總體中抽出一部分單位作為樣本進行調查,以此推斷總體的一種方法。這種方法可能產生一些誤差,但它比普查花費的時間少,成本低,并且有些無法進行市場普查的內容也可以采用,無力進行普查的企業也能進行。同時在經過普查的地方,還可以利用抽樣調查對普查的資料進行核對和修正。所以,抽樣調查是調查中常用的方法,已被廣泛用于企業的市場調查中。

調查中抽樣的多少,從數據的準確性來看,是越多越好,但數據越多,成本也越高。因此,抽樣的數量應按照被調查事物的性質確定,如果被調查對象之間的差距不大,采用少量樣本即可;如果差距大,則需多抽樣。

市場調查可分為四個階段:調查前的準備階段、正式調查階段、綜合分析資料階段和提出調查報告階段。

一、調查前的準備階段。對企業提供的資料進行初步的分析,找出問題存在的征兆,明確調查課題的關鍵和范圍,以選擇最主要也是最需要的調查目標,制定出市場調查的方案。主要包括:市場調查的內容、方法和步驟,調查計劃的可行性、經費預算、調查時間等等。

二、正式調查階段。市場調查的內容和方法很多,因企業和情況而異。

市場調查的內容,綜合起來,分為四類:

1、市場需求調查,即調查企業產品在過去幾年中的銷售總額,現在市場的需求量及其影響因素,特別要重點進行購買力調查、購買動機調查和潛在需求調查,其核心是尋找市場經營機會。

2、競爭者情況調查,包括競爭對手的基本情況、競爭對手的競爭能力、經營戰略、新產品、新技術開發情況和售后服務情況,還要注意潛在的競爭對手。

3、本企業經營戰略決策執行情況調查,如產品的價格、銷售渠道、廣告及推銷方面情況、產品的商標及外包裝情況、存在的問題及改進情況。

4、政策法規情況調查,政府政策的變化、法律、法規的實施,都對企業有重大影響,如稅收政策、銀行信用情況、能源交通情況、行業的限制等等都對企業和產品關系重大,也是市場調查不可分割的一部分。市場調查的方法,可分為兩大類:統計分析研究法和現場直接調查法。統計分析研究就是在室內對各種資料進行研究的方法,其前提是對已有的統計資料和調查資料進行系統研究和分析。一般說來,生產資料市場研究較多地采用這種方法,消費資料市場則以現場調查為主。現場直接調查又可分為三種:①詢問法,有當面詢問、座談集體詢問、電話詢問、信函詢問等。②觀察法,有到銷售現場觀察、生產現場觀察、使用現場和家庭現場觀察等。③試驗法,向市場投放部分產品進行試銷,看消費者的反應,以檢驗產品的品種、規格、花色款式是否對路、價格是否適中等。

三、綜合分析整理資料階段。當統計分析研究和現場直接調查完成后,市場調查人員擁有大量的一手資料。對這些資料首先要編輯,選取一切有關的、重要的資料,剔除沒有參考價值的資料。然后對這些資料進行編組或分類,使之成為某種可供備用的形式。最后把有關資料用適當的表格形式展示出來,以便說明問題或從中發現某種典型的模式。

四、提出調查報告階段。經過對調查材料的綜合分析整理,便可根據調查目的寫出一份調查報告,得出調查結論。值得注意的是,調查人員不應當把調查報告看作是市場調查的結束,而應繼續注意市場情況變化,以檢驗調查結果的準確程度,并發現市場新的趨勢,為改進以后的調查打好基礎。

為了適應對外經貿發展的需要,為了培養復合型人才,高等院校相繼開設了諸如商務英語、科技英語等實用性和應用性很強的課程。外經貿英語應用文是一門傳統性專業課程。近年來,我國外經貿事業蓬勃發展,對外經濟貿易交流交往的數量和范圍都有了很大增加。所以,對外書面交流交往就不能僅僅局限在外經貿函電這個狹小范圍里。同時,隨著通訊交流方式方法的現代化,諸如電報電傳等傳統通訊方式已經被淘汰,取而代之的則是傳真、電子郵件等。為了適應時代和市場發展的需要,從外經貿英語函電或外經貿英語應用文這種傳統課程,就發展而來并廣泛開設了《商務英語寫作》課程。《商務英語寫作》課程是商務英語專業必修課和主干課,在復合型人才的培養中占有極其重要的位置,因為寫作技能是現代商業社會對商務專業人才的基本素質要求。



三、教學反思:

本節課按照教學進度要求講授的是一節新課,整堂課完全按照教學流程進行的。為了讓孩子學得更好,在課前,我做了充足的準備,從教案的書寫、PPT、教具的制作,我都很用心的做了準備。即便是如此,還是有很多不足:

1.出現了口誤Team A ask 應該是Team A asks 2.語速稍快了些

3.選的課有些難,如果按照正常教學進度,我們應該將Unit5,而我選擇的是Unit11,中間跨了6單元,而這其中還有很多沒學過的知識點,本節課也涉及到了。4.在講授句子時,因為做的PPT電腦沒有播放出來,所以影響了授課效果,導致孩子掌握的并不是很好,和預期的效果有點差距。

這次的公開課分享交流會,讓我深刻體會到了,作為教育工作者,認真備好每一堂課、寫好每一次教案至關重要!要把平時的每一節課當成是公開課,是我接下來要努力和奮斗的方向。試想如果能做到每次課后進行反思、總結、積累,不久的將來,我也將會成為名師!

有句話說得好:不想當將軍的士兵不是好士兵!作為教育工作者,我想說的是:要把自己打造成在語文中會講英語課的老師,在英語中會講語文的老師!不斷的學習、反思、總結,積累,為把自己打造成名師而努力!加油!
