小學英語熱身活動

英語課前熱身活動用英語說是“Warm up”，又可以稱之為導課。良好的開端是成功的一半，新課開始，教師能否在較短的時間內調動起學生的積極性，吸引學生的注意力，使學生的思維進入興奮狀態，迅速進入學校軌道，是教學成功與否的關鍵，因此，課前幾分鐘的導課是課堂教學的重要前奏。課前熱身活動不僅能夠調節氣氛，而且還能復習舊的知識，起到鞏固作用。

課前的熱身活動可以分為三種形式：

1、談話：這看似閑談的師生之間的聊天其實體現了教師的教學藝術與方法，也體現了教師的教學能力。精心設計每一個提問，每一步深入都為本節課所要講的內容服務。有位老師在講Shopping這篇課文時，由于她知道這篇課文對學生來說難度不大，課文中的三個生詞size，purple，cool也容易理解和朗讀，于是她這樣設計了課前的自由交談：你們都想知道老師的小秘密，今天老師就給你們機會，不過呀，內容限定在“English Name，Favorite Color，Hobby”（邊說邊寫板書）根據老師的引導，學生問出了如下問題：“What's your English name？What's your favorite color？What do you like？對于學生的提問，老師邊回答邊在相應的位置寫下了Bessie，Purple，Shopping。就這樣，師生自然地進入新課。教師親切的期待喚起學生求知的熱情，上課時，學生也自然參與到教學活動中，充分發揮其主觀能動性。其次，每天給學生規定一個話題，如“My favourite season” “My family” “My school”等。讓學生提前準備，老師每天選出一至二名學生站在臺前向大家介紹。這種方法可以有效地提高學生英語口語水平及培養學生語感。

2、兒歌：因其詞句簡單、內容生動、形式活潑、韻律優美等特點，深受孩子們的喜愛。上課伊始，學生注意力不易集中，而利用兒歌熱身，由于其節奏明快，氣氛熱烈，孩子們常會感到新奇振奮而手舞足蹈，拍掌應和，自然地進入學習氛圍。在教“What's the matter？”一課時，學生要學習一些表示感覺的形容詞，如tired，ill，bored，happy等。在上課時，我首先教唱兒歌If You Are Happy，在歡快的樂曲聲中，學生邊唱、邊拍手、邊跺腳；一會兒眨眨眼、拉拉耳朵；一會兒聳聳肩膀，扭扭腰。既放松了肢體，又調節了氣氛。在教“animals”時，我教大家邊唱 Old MacDonald Had A Farm，邊模仿各種動物的叫聲和動作。老師教得趣味盎然，學生學得津津有味。兒歌以其優美的韻律，歡快的節奏吸引并打動學生的心弦，既使孩子們獲得音樂的享受，又能使他們集中注意力，提高興趣，樂于求知。有些老師在課前為了調節氣氛或驅趕學生的睡意而讓學生唱歌；也有老師在選擇曲目上做文章，從而別出心裁地上出優秀課。由于其節奏明快，氣氛熱烈，孩子們常會感到新奇振奮而手舞足蹈，拍掌應和，自然地進入學習氛圍。但是，我個人認為這種方法更適合于低年級學生，因為在中、高年級的學生已經對這樣的引課不感興趣了。

3、活動：“活潑、好動是孩子的天性。我們在教學中不妨投其所好，設計一些新穎別致又包含課文內容的活動，既可以作為揭題的引子，又可以作為激活學生思維的興奮點，為新課的呈現起到了良好的鋪墊作用?！笔堑模袝r候我常常想，為什么學生那么喜歡體育課呢？因為體育課上不用學習活動特別多，學生喜歡活動，喜歡做游戲。每個英語老師手里都有一些游戲，比如：“挖地雷” “警察捉小偷” “正反話”等，一度我還因為游戲貧乏而發動學生設計英語游戲。不過，真要承認活動是英語課不可缺少的一部分。

總之，英語課前的熱身活動如果做得好，不僅可以使學生情緒調到最高點而且還能鞏固舊知識引出新課題，我們應該在課前活動上多下些功夫。

第四篇：太極拳熱身活動

太極拳熱身基本功

一、頭部運動：

1、前點后仰（兩個八拍）

2、左搖右擺（兩個八拍）

3、左看右看（兩個八拍）（注意動作要慢）

二、肩部運動：

1、肩部極力向前劃圈（順時針）

2、肩部極力向后劃圈(逆時針)(注意胳膊放松，由肩部帶動雙臂自然走動)

3、兩肩極力向耳朵靠近（各做兩個八拍）

三、上肢運動：

1、兩臂放松前后擺動

2、兩臂放松左右擺動

3、兩臂隨身體左右擺動（各做兩個八拍）（注意用腰部力量帶動手臂）

四、腰部運動：

1、兩手十指交叉，反掌向前俯身下按，盡力向下。

2、兩手十指交叉，反掌向上帶動腰部向后擺動，盡力向后。

3、雙后叉腰，上身向左向右擺動。（各做兩個八拍注意動作要慢）

五、髖部運動：

1、大腿抬至與地面平行，做左右擺動，小腿放松，左右腿各做兩個八拍。

2、兩腿交換做蹬自行車動作。

3、兩腿交換向兩側抬腿。注意保持身體平衡。

六、腳部運動：

1、兩腳輪換向前踢出后再蹬出，然后左轉三圈右轉三圈。各做十次。

七、放松運動：

1、兩腳自然站立，放松下蹲，臀部要挨著腳后跟，然后借助反彈力起身，繼續第二次下蹲。腳后跟不得離地。做二十個左右。

16.畫畫接力游戲: 準備用具：圖畫紙和畫筆

游戲玩法：將全班分成兩組，每一組發一張大圖畫紙，輪流一個一個傳下去按照老師的指令畫畫，“Draw a big right eye.”“Draw a nose??”學生一邊跟著老師念，一邊老師一直發命令道畫完為止，讓兩組學生來展示自己的畫畫作品。注意事項：每次必須確認全班一起跟老師念。

游戲玩法：將全班分成幾組，聽老師指令搜集東西，全班學生問老師“What do you want?”老師回答“I want 3 shoes,2 coats, 2 hats.”每一組就開始按照指令搜集東西，搜集速度越快并且是正確東西的組就得分。注意事項：指定的東西可以改成教室內物品或是文具等。

老師可以事先準備要搜集的東西給學生，有學生到臺前來按照指令尋找。76.單詞聯想游戲 準備用具：無

游戲玩法：將全班孩子分成若干組，寫下一個可以讓孩子聯想的單詞，例如：school,每組開始由這個單詞開始聯想所有相關事物的單詞，并將它們一一寫下來（或是畫出來），最后看哪一組聯想的單詞最多就算獲勝。注意事項：或是準備許多閃卡，讓孩子從其中找出相關的單詞。77.傳呼游戲 準備用具：無

游戲玩法：老師事先選定好主題，孩子根據選定好的主題，自選內容，看自己要代表什么東西，由老師開始下命令（老師也必須選定一個東西，假設是apple），如 “Apple is calling banana.”，選banana的孩子就必須將指令接下去，如“Banana is calling pear.”，如此依序進行下去，若在限定時間內無法將指令接下去者，就被淘汰。

注意事項：適用于任何一種主題，或是字母也可以。78.記憶大考驗

準備用具：數張圖片（或用課本的圖片）

游戲玩法：先拿出其中一張圖片，老師給全班孩子一分鐘看圖片并說“Look at the picture for one minute.”時間到了之后老師開始發問各種問題（例如：”What color is the shirt?”）測試孩子的觀察力和記憶力。

注意事項：也可以選一個孩子出來，像模特兒被觀賞一分鐘后，再來考記憶。
