我開學后加入了外聯部，或許對于我來說，加入學生會的初衷是可以認識更多朋友，但時間長了，我發現學生會是個溫暖的大家庭，它更多的是學校聯系學生的橋梁和紐帶。我在干工作時沒有最好，只有更好，在平常的工作中難免會遇到一些棘手的問題，對于某些同學的強橫，我選擇了沉著、冷靜，并面帶微笑地與他們交談，也正是這種環境才讓我真正明白了微笑的內涵，以前我的工作美中不足，但對比昨天，我今天能干好，相信我的明天會更出色。

首先，我有熱情，熱情能讓我快樂的投入工作，想成為一名好的學生干部最首要的就是要有工作熱情，因為熱情是工作的動力，只有擁有了熱情才能主動服務于同學，才能更好地成為同學的朋友，成為老師的助手。

其次，在大一這一年，我也積攢了些許工作經驗，我逐漸完善自己，提升自己各方面的素質，以飽滿的熱情和積極的心態去應對每一件事。學生會的工作沒有想象中那么光鮮，更多的是基礎的服務性工作，在處理這種瑣碎工作的時候，確實可以鍛煉你的執行力、學習力。此間，我學會了為人處世，學會了如何更好地動員和團結力量，同時我也學會了如何處理學習和工作之間的矛盾。正源于我在工作中不斷成長，讓我今天能夠更加從容更加自信的站在這里。

第三，我工作有責任心，我認為只有具有責任心，才能讓自己全心全意的投入到工作中去，才能真正認真的做好事情。

第四，河北聯合大學校訓中說勤奮求實，我想這非常適用于學生會的工作，實干的重要性不容小覷，實干是一個優秀學生干部的基本要求，只有樸實的行動才能讓大家更好地認識到你的內在，很多事情如果你只是一味的紙上談兵，而不付諸行動，是很難讓大家心服口服的。所以，在今后的工作中，我一定努力做到說了就做，說到做到，做就做好。

對于如何開展以后的工作，我有如下設想。

首先，繼承和發揚我外國語學院歷屆學生會的優秀傳統和各項活動，在工作中、生活中，時刻牢記外國語學院務實高效的的工作理念，努力繼承優秀外院人踏實勤奮的精神品質，堅決扛起傾注了多少代外院人心血與汗水的大旗。

第二，提升學生會團隊凝聚力和社團精神，只有這樣，把個人的小力量凝聚到一起，才能使學生會顯示出無與倫比的集體力量。這就需要加強部與部之間的聯系與合作，使得各項工作都協調配合，團結一心，提高學生會的凝聚力，增強學生會的集體力量。

第三，協助主席，加強學生會自身組織作風建設，樹立外國語學院學生會在同學們心中的良好形象，憑良心辦事，營造外院“家”文化，讓同學都可以更好的融入這個大家庭中。學生會的工作宗旨就是“協助老師，服務同學”。為了這個宗旨，學生會的成員一直在努力的工作，為此，我將一如既往，再接再厲，努力讓學生會真正成為一個讓同學們廣泛認可的組織。

第四，對外加強與其他院系的交流與溝通，在繼承外院經典活動的同時，學習引進更多受同學們喜歡的活動，豐富同學們的校園生活，用滿腔熱情服務每一位同學。

第五，我會把握好這個機會，更加嚴格地要求自己，要使自己的工作更加慎密，在平常的工作中深入到同學中去，了解他們對學生會的看法，認真聽取他們寶貴的建議，與他們交流，使他們更加了解學生會，真正做到及時的發現問題，借用毛主席的話說就是，真正做到工作從同學中來，到同學們中去，并在工作時不斷實踐，即在改進中工作，在工作中改進，我不會下什么決心，只會在自己的位置上實干，服務大家。

最后我要感謝各位老師和我的學長學姐們在學生會這一年對我的支持與幫助，正是由于他們的信任和鼓勵，才有了如今奮發向上的我，在這里請允許我對各位老師和即將步入大四的學長學姐們給予我由衷感謝和誠摯祝福，愿你們和和美美，幸福平安。

敬愛的老師，同學們，大家晚上好！

時間過得真快，冬去春來，新學期開始。今天，我又一次參加黨員競選演講。

我是個性格開朗、積極上進的男孩。在成長的道路上，我能夠每學期都自信地站在這里，每一次都被同學們嚴格的挑選，已經成為我人生旅途上的寶貴財富。正是你們的嚴格要求，才促使我不斷地進步，讓我滿懷著感恩之心面對生活的挑戰。我知道，上學期我還存在著許多不足之處，這學期，我希望老師和同學們給我提出寶貴的意見，我一定會謙虛接受并改正。參加這次競選無疑又是一次絕好的鍛煉機會，憑借一直對黨組織的熱情。今天我在這里努力爭取這份責任，希望承擔這份責任，不是為了榮譽和名號或浮華，而是希望伴隨大家一起成長，一起為黨組織獻出一分微薄但很堅實的力量，在即將結束的大學生活，我期待你們的信任。

假如我當選，我將進一步加強自身修養，努力提高和完善自身的素質，我將時時要求自己“待人正直、公正辦事”；要求自己“嚴于律己、寬以待人”；要求自己“樂于助人、尊老愛幼”，全面地聽取同學們的意見與建議，等等。我將自始至終地遵循“一切為大家”的原則。總之，我要力爭讓自身的職責與個人的思想品格同時到位。

競選宣言

各位老師、部長

大家好！我是電工10的梁坪興?，F擔任班上的班長。今天很榮幸站在這里，發表我競選宣言。我今天競選的是我校的校風部部長一職。

回首過去的一年里，剛在部門工作，對一切都是這么的陌生。但一年后的今日，我有幸參加競選。首先，感謝曾經幫助過我的老師和師兄師姐們。同時也感謝你們給予了我這次機會。

通過三個星期的部長實習，我熟悉到每個部門的運行。在這個過程里面，讓我學會如何面對和處理各種各樣的突發事件。也讓我明白到學生會干部不像我們想像當中那么的風光。

我認為一間學校最重要的就是校風，因此我也深刻地認識到這個職位的重要性。但是，如果我有幸當選，我將在任期內，完成學生會交給的各項工作。同時，公正辦事；嚴格要求自己，起帶頭作用；遵守學生會紀律，不會因為利用部長的特權而做一些違紀的事；

二是強化負責精神：做事公平、公正、不偏私、不袒護，對工作認真負責，落實好學校和領導交給的任務；

三是強化綜合協調：與我部每一個成員積極合作、配合，共同努力維護我校的校風校規。我會根據在我實習的過程里面所學到的東西運用在我任職期間，將好的品德發揚光大，將惡習摒棄，例如在校抽煙飲酒的、拍拖的。。發現一次嚴懲一次。而且，還要加強突擊檢查的力度。

這次的競選無疑是一次自我提高、自我完善的過程。我認為既然是花，我就要開放；既然是樹，我就要長成棟梁；既然是石頭，我就要去鋪出大路。我希望今天，站在這里競選；明天，我能領導我的隊員做好我校律檢工作。

競選宣言

各位老師、評委大家好！我是初二（7）班的王思佳。

這是我第一次來競選學生會委員。在初一的時候，我曾以一個評委的身份來這里參加過上一屆學生會委員的選舉。而這一次，我的身份卻轉換成了一個普通的競選者。

我看到許多熟悉的面孔。在上一次的選舉時，這些面孔無不刻畫在我的腦海中。一些最終競選成功，一些則可惜地落敗。演講時他們每一個人的眼神里都充斥著堅定的信心與不怕失敗的勇氣。正因為這一種勇氣，他們今年又一次來到了這里。

而我，自從上一屆選舉過后，也曾不止一次地來過這里——第一批團員的團校授課，后來的團員開會，甚至是諸多的校級比賽。每一次來到這里，總能體會到一種嚴肅的壓抑，但也正是這一種緊張感，讓我感到興奮，讓我擁有動力。

直到這一次，我又以另外一個身份再一次地回到這里，有一種熟悉感，也有一種緊張感。的確，說不緊張那是不可能的。我看到太多充滿信心的面孔，看到太多蓄勢待發的熱情。但是我，也不可能因此而失去了自信。

我擁有自己的目標，擁有自己衡量的標準。我不是年級中最好的那一個，但我是自己心中不斷實現目標的那一個。

我擁有想要成功的野心，擁有駕馭學生會委員的能力，擁有對內核中這個自己不會減少的信心，更擁有面對失敗不會黯然的勇氣！

我信任自己。

我相信自己不會讓大家失望。

投票的權利最終在你們每一個人的手中，你們可以選擇付出你們的期望與信任，而我，會用自己的行動證明你們的選擇。

是正確，或是錯誤。

在不久的將來，答案將揭曉。

但可以肯定的是，從現在起，一直到“不久的將來”這一過程中，我會用盡

自己百分之百的努力去證實你們的抉擇。在這一過程中，我會努力去回報你們每一個人的信任，我，信任自己的實力。

也希望，你們可以把自己的信任交給我。

探尋未知的答案，需要不懈的努力和永不放棄的勇氣，但重要的是，你需要一條通向未知的道路。

我希望，你們會是那些送給我石子的人。因為有了你們的信任，我才能夠鋪設起那一條等待被探索的道路！
