《商務英語聽力》課程教學大綱

《 商務英語聽力》課程教學大綱是以國家教育部最新頒布的《高職高專教育英語課程教學基本要求》中聽說技能要求為依據, 根據職業技術學院人才培養模式的定位以及學生的具體情況而制定的。

一、課程性質

本課程是高職高專院校商務英語專業的職業基礎課程之一，也是重要的技能訓練課。該課程強調綜合知識與實踐相結合，突出聽說應用能力的培養。

二、教學對象

本大綱的教學對象是商務英語專業專科學生。學生入學時應具有高中畢業的英語水平，掌握基本的語音語法知識，認知單詞大約 1500 個（掌握其中大約 800 個單詞的基本用法），并具有聽、說、讀、寫的初步技能。

三、教學目的

通過專門系統的漸進式的聽力技能訓練和實踐, 逐步提高學生的聽力能力，著重培養學生在涉外商務活動及業務中的實際應用能力。以達到學生聽、說、讀、寫各項技能的全面發展。

在課程教學中鞏固基本聽力微技能如數字、日期、方位等，著重加強這些基本技能在商務環境（如接待、詢價報價、交貨事宜）中的具體應用，進一步培養學生靈活運用聽力策略如預測、利用前后文或環境線索理解、適應不同口音的能力，同時教授相關商務語言點及背景知識。

在本課程結束時 , 學生不但能掌握系統的英語基礎知識, 商務英語基礎知識，而且還能熟悉相關文化背景及涉外商務英語知識，商務英語綜合聽力能力得以提高。

四、教學內容

本課程以圍繞商務活動涉及的基本環節為主題(Topics)進行組織教學。以能力培養為宗旨，以分析學生聽力困難為基礎，以科學論證為手段的教學模式。目的在于培養學生良好的聽力練習習慣，鍛煉正確的聽力技巧，從而可以在一定的時間內取得較大的進步，達到快速提高聽力理解能力的目的。主教材采用冶金出版社高職高專工作過程導向系列規劃教材《商務英語聽說》1-4 冊，輔助多媒體視聽說教學 CAI 課件和網絡課件作為輔助教材。主教材內容是以一個人準備進入商界工作開始到能夠獨立完成商業活動為背景，共四冊。從內容上分別為走向商務世界、體驗商務精彩、步入商務實戰和磨練商務精英。從聽力技巧上分為培養良好習慣（Building up good habit）、開發聽力潛質（Developing Skills）、經歷真實場景（Situational Practice）和歷練商業精英（Being Skillful in Business）。整體設計思路是一個畢業生準備進入外向型商業公司尋求發展。首先要做的是在語言方面作些準備，然后經歷找工作、預約會談和面試等環節進入公司，開始商業領域的行政助理工作。主要內容包括為步入商界做好語言方面的準備和作為商務助理在辦公室工作場景所需要的英語語言。包括用英語談論時間、地點和人名等。因為熟練掌握時間、地點和人名的理解、使用和記錄可以學生在初步與人交往中得心應手，增加自信，減少緊張的程度。為今后的工作打好基礎。行政助理工作還包括電話之路到約會地點、為客戶購買禮品和培客戶進餐等。第二部分是課本中的主人公由于工作努力得以提升，開始接觸真正意義上的商務活動，具體展現形式是主人公接受公司派遣到國外去參加一次展銷會和會見一些客戶。具體內容應該是包括：走出機場、入住飯店、就餐、購買當地SIM卡、銀行換錢、展會（1）、展會（2）、約見客戶、考察當地市場、聽廣播（節目介紹）、電話訂票、機場候機、參加研討會（1）、參加研討會（2）、第三冊為商業廣告、財經新聞和淺顯理論等，以曾加學生對商務理解的深度，提高學生的商務理論水平，從而加快學生進入商界后適應的速度。第四冊的主要內容是一次貿易活動的全過程，即從詢價開始到成交。整個內容包括了一個畢業生成長為一個商業精英需要經歷的全過程。

除了主教材之外，網絡課件內容含四大模塊：

☆ 課程教案模塊：給學生提供課堂學習筆記，便以學生課后復習使用；

☆ 自主學習模塊：提供包括文化、教育、趣味、節日、商務、經濟、歌曲、動漫、詞的故事等內容的聽力材料，設計了問題和填詞練習，目的在于培養學生學習英語的興趣，開拓視野，提高英語表達能力和交際能力、以及英語語言的綜合能力和書寫能力；

☆ VOA、BBC 綜合報道模塊：提高學生收聽國際新聞報道的能力；

☆ 自我測評模塊：學生選擇不同水平的題型進行自我測試模塊，進行釋疑和文化背景介紹，幫助學生理解主要內容和擴大知識面。

五．教學基本要求

經過第一學年的聽力訓練，學生應能達到下列要求：、能聽懂日常和涉外業務活動中使用的結構簡單、發音清楚、語速較慢（每分鐘120詞左右）的英語對話和不太復雜的陳述，要求學生能夠抓住講話和交談的中心大意，理解基本正確；、能抓住英語國家慢速英語廣播節目的中心大意，理解所聽材料的主旨或要點； 3、了解在從事商務活動中存在的文化差異；、了解本課程所提供的網絡輔助教材所述之商務英語日常相關的內容。

經過第二學年的聽力訓練，學生應能達到下列要求：

１、能聽懂英語國家的快速英語廣播節目的主要內容；

２、能就所聽材料的要點用英語作簡要筆記；能基本聽懂比較淺易的電影和電視片段； ３、能聽懂并掌握商務英語專業英語術語與常用英語詞匯，理解具體信息；較好地完成劍橋BEC真題集第2輯（初、中級）聽力部分的測試；

4、了解商務英語涉外業務相關的背景知識，理解所聽材料的背景、說話人之間的關系等；

5、能聽懂基本商務英語涉外業務活動包括產品介紹、會展、詢報價、裝運等的一般交談和簡短講話，辨別商務談判活動中講話人的態度和語氣，理解特定情景中語言的含義，推斷所聽材料的含義；

6、初步具備在涉外工作環境中恰當地使用商務英語進行聽說溝通的交際能力，突出高職 “ 實用、實踐、實際 ” 的特點。

六、教學安排及媒體使用

本課程共設二學年。總學時 122 學時，每周各2個學時，其中，課堂講課時間為78課時，實踐環節44課時。

教材共分四冊，供四個學期使用。本課程采用的教學媒體是文字教材、多媒體教學光盤（CAI 課件）和網絡課件。

七、考核

本課程的考核采取形成性考核和課程終結考試兩種形式。課程總成績為百分制，形成性考核占 40 ％，課程終結考試占 60 ％。考試內容是在限定時間內就規定的聽力材料進行測試，其目的在于檢查學生的聽力理解能力和聽力技巧，形式為閉卷。

八、教學方法建議、教師課堂講授聽力資料中涉及的專業詞匯及相關聽力技巧。、教師在教學過程中，要始終堅持以 “ 聽 ” 為主的原則，讓學生反復聽取聽力資料（三遍以上），慢慢學會在聽的過程中去獲取語言的信息，而不能先讀書面材料再聽錄音。只有堅持不看材料先聽錄音才是訓練聽力的正確途徑。、指導學生學會邊聽錄音邊記筆記（關鍵詞與關鍵語句），將聽力材料中的要點記下來，以便聽完材料后可以依靠筆記來完成配套的練習。、教師根據聽力資料內容設置部分問題，學生在聽完聽力資料后進行回答。、重視學生的實際情況與需要，編選難度內容適合、實用性強、有意義的、學生感興趣的輔助教材。、指導學生加強課外聽力訓練，提供豐富網絡自學資源，鼓勵支持學生課外自主學習，養成收聽收看英語廣播電視的習慣。、聽力和其他技能是相輔相成的，教學中要注意發揮學生的主動性、積極性。在聽力訓練中，也要靈活采用一些如跟讀、模仿、問答、討論和卷面練習等口筆頭訓練形式。8、充分發揮多媒體教學的優勢，避免學生被動式學習，利用學生的多元智能，采用直觀教具以及視頻資料加強學生理解加深學生印象，培養學生利用非言語信息線索綜合理解的能力。

一、課程的地位、性質和任務

聽力課是英語教學中四項基本技能之一，也是中國學生的一個難點。突破這個難關不僅有助于其它單項技能的訓練，同時也為培養學生的英語交際能力奠定一個良好的基礎。

英語初級聽力的教學對象: 英語教育專業本科一、二年級學生。

聽力課是英語專業的基礎課，目的是系統地訓練和培養學生的聽說能力。聽說能力是語言交際必不可少的手段之一，也是中學教學中課堂教學的重要體現。因此，培養具有一定聽說能力并能用英語作為教學語言進行課堂教學的合格中學教師是師院英語專業聽說課程教學目的之所在。

二、課程教學的基本要求

聽說教學的任務是進行專門的聽說訓練。其內容包括：容易混淆的音素、單詞和句子結構，選擇關鍵詞，掌握重要細節，推測內在含義以及對數字時間地名方位等信息的快速反應等等。

具體的教學內容按學期分別為：

五、教學方法的原則性建議

本課程作為基礎課程，著重培養學生聽的能力，但同時與語言學習的說讀寫息息相關，因此要求學生除了在課堂上及課余時間進行大量聽的練習外，還要大量閱讀各種題材的報刊書籍，擴大知識面和詞匯量，同時，多與英語人士交往，適應不同口音和語言行為，在“說”中提高聽的能力。

六、測試方法

本課程的成績主要由三部分組成：平時課堂表現、小測、期中考和期末考。單學期為考試科目，成績為百分制。雙學期為考查科，成績為等級制，分別有優、良、中、及格和不及格等五級。
