會(huì)議是現(xiàn)代商務(wù)中的重要一部分。它可以集思廣益、將公司的智慧集中起來(lái)。作為一名會(huì)議主持人,該怎樣做才能保證會(huì)議順利進(jìn)行呢?下面是一些主持會(huì)議的常用表達(dá),希望能對(duì)您有幫助。
●宣布會(huì)議開(kāi)始
1.Let's call the meeting to order.2.Let's get things under way.3.Let's get things started.4.Shall we begin?
Order 在此是指“會(huì)議的程序與規(guī)則”;call 有“宣布”的含意,call(a meeting)to order 是開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)的慣用語(yǔ),是“會(huì)議開(kāi)始”的意思。此句型適用于主席宣布討論要開(kāi)始時(shí),示意與會(huì)者安靜,遵守會(huì)場(chǎng)的秩序。這里“call”亦可以“bring”代替。這個(gè)句型適用于正式的場(chǎng)合中。如果與會(huì)者中有公司以外的人,可以這樣說(shuō):

1.Let me bring your attention to(what I see as)the main issues.2.Let's focus on the main issues.3.Let me tell you what I believe to be the main issues.4.Allow me to set out the main issues for you.bring one's attention to...的意思是“讓某人注意(聽(tīng)、看)……”。此句中的bring 可用 call代替;main 為“主要的”;issue是“爭(zhēng)論點(diǎn);關(guān)鍵;議論”。這句話(huà)是表示自己要宣布幾個(gè)重要事項(xiàng),請(qǐng)與會(huì)者注意所要說(shuō)明及提示的要點(diǎn);這是正式的表達(dá)用語(yǔ),語(yǔ)氣中帶有權(quán)威感。
●請(qǐng)專(zhuān)人發(fā)言
1.To address this issue, I'd like to call on...2.To discuss this matter, I'd like to call on...3.To shed some light on this, I'd like to call on...4.To provide us with more detail, I'd like to call on...Address 為“提及;陳述”;call on someone 這個(gè)詞組的意思是“要求某人(做某事)”,on之后的賓語(yǔ)為被要求的人。此句型是在正式的場(chǎng)合中用以介紹下一位發(fā)言人。由于句首使用 To address this issue “談起這個(gè)問(wèn)題”,顯示特別強(qiáng)調(diào)這位發(fā)言者的意見(jiàn)值得采納、尊重或聽(tīng)取;有時(shí)亦暗示主席或高階人士也同樣支持此人的意見(jiàn)。

開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)除非座位已事先安排好,否則宜選擇靠近老板或有實(shí)權(quán)者的座位。此舉并不是勢(shì)力眼的表現(xiàn),而是您若故意保持距離,在他人眼中看來(lái),是有欠團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的表現(xiàn)。這種不愿參與(成為一份子)的姿態(tài),尤令高層主管不悅。
B.開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)避免選擇靠門(mén)的座位
除了盡量靠近老板坐之外,不要忘了要遠(yuǎn)離門(mén)邊的座位。因?yàn)殚T(mén)口是出入必經(jīng)之地,人來(lái)人往難免會(huì)干擾到您的發(fā)言,并會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)移他人對(duì)您的注意。況且會(huì)議上的一般習(xí)慣是:權(quán)力愈高者說(shuō)話(huà),他人愈會(huì)注意聽(tīng)。因此,發(fā)言時(shí)愈易遭到他人打斷者,愈是人微言輕的人。為避免造成這種沒(méi)有份量的尷尬場(chǎng)面,應(yīng)避免選擇靠門(mén)的座位。
C.開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)避免選擇靠窗的座位
同樣地,美景如畫(huà)的窗口、名畫(huà)或令人感興趣的物品旁邊,皆不是好位子,宜避而遠(yuǎn)之;否則發(fā)言時(shí)自己將容易成為紅花旁的綠葉,他人關(guān)愛(ài)的眼神也亦將投射在您身旁的物體上。

我很榮幸能能被集團(tuán)公司列入千人計(jì)劃,七個(gè)月的商務(wù)英語(yǔ)培訓(xùn)轉(zhuǎn)眼即逝,通過(guò)這七個(gè)月的培訓(xùn),我受益匪淺。在這兒不緊把我的英語(yǔ)大幅度的提升,還學(xué)習(xí)了和中國(guó)不同的西方商務(wù)禮儀,并結(jié)交了集團(tuán)公司各方面的精英,為我以后在國(guó)際上工作奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)也能為公司奉獻(xiàn)自己更大的力量!
因?yàn)槲乙呀?jīng)工作好幾年,英語(yǔ)可以說(shuō)幾乎忘光了。剛來(lái)到這兒的時(shí)候第一節(jié)課接觸的就是外教,上課間沒(méi)有一句漢語(yǔ),這讓我很難明白外教的教學(xué)內(nèi)容。記得第一次上交流課時(shí),我每說(shuō)一句英語(yǔ)都要提前查一下單詞并思考一下語(yǔ)句,并且從第一句話(huà)開(kāi)始我已經(jīng)開(kāi)始冒汗!所以我需要更加努力,首先我定制了屬于我自己的計(jì)劃,上課努力去聽(tīng)的同時(shí)我需要記下生詞,直到能熟練運(yùn)用。漸漸的我能聽(tīng)懂外教的課程并且慢慢融入整個(gè)課堂!
通過(guò)這次英語(yǔ)的培訓(xùn)總結(jié)了以下幾點(diǎn):
1、學(xué)語(yǔ)言是枯燥乏味的,且沒(méi)有捷徑。盡管不能否認(rèn),好的教材,輔助設(shè)備,老師,環(huán)境,以及個(gè)人的恒心乃至天分,都對(duì)學(xué)好外語(yǔ)有一定作用。然而絕不存在一種超越一切普通方法的神招妙術(shù)。國(guó)內(nèi)流行過(guò)無(wú)數(shù)的國(guó)外英語(yǔ)教材和五花八門(mén)的學(xué)習(xí)方法,然而無(wú)不是曇花一現(xiàn)。常識(shí)和專(zhuān)家早就告訴我們:學(xué)外語(yǔ)和學(xué)其他一種技能一樣,只能靠日積月累,無(wú)論什么方法都一樣。
2、“成功”與否取決于具體目標(biāo)。十個(gè)學(xué)外語(yǔ)的人大概就有十種不同的目地。例如考級(jí),職稱(chēng),學(xué)分,工作需要,留學(xué),進(jìn)入外企,上網(wǎng)瀏覽,乃至于看懂產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)等等。目的不同,所要投入的時(shí)間和精力也大不相同。例如對(duì)于一個(gè)受過(guò)中等以上教育,除了“ABC”之外基本沒(méi)有英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)的人,看懂簡(jiǎn)短的英語(yǔ)的產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)也只需半小時(shí)。要通過(guò)英語(yǔ)六級(jí)則需不止幾個(gè)半小時(shí)甚至幾天。若要達(dá)到和自己的母語(yǔ)一樣的水平,能夠在國(guó)外進(jìn)行商務(wù)談判,唯一的辦法就是不斷的學(xué)習(xí),天天使用。
3、學(xué)習(xí)的方法和側(cè)重點(diǎn)也取決于學(xué)習(xí)的目標(biāo)。我感到國(guó)內(nèi)目前流行的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)方式太強(qiáng)調(diào)聽(tīng),說(shuō),讀,寫(xiě)面面俱到的訓(xùn)練。其實(shí)絕大多數(shù)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)者是沒(méi)有或很少有機(jī)會(huì)“說(shuō)”和“寫(xiě)”的。因此這種訓(xùn)練往往是事倍功半。因?yàn)閷W(xué)得再好不用很快就忘記了。對(duì)于絕大多數(shù)人來(lái)說(shuō),“聽(tīng)、說(shuō)”是唯一有實(shí)際效用,也是唯一能夠盡快掌握的技能。通過(guò)我堅(jiān)持不懈的努力,語(yǔ)音標(biāo)準(zhǔn),能用英語(yǔ)表述流暢,通曉英語(yǔ)的基本語(yǔ)法,并通過(guò)后期的FDIC課程,掌握了一定數(shù)量的工程英語(yǔ)詞匯。能夠適應(yīng)集團(tuán)公司在國(guó)外從事國(guó)際工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)對(duì)外語(yǔ)的需求,具有勝任各項(xiàng)任務(wù)的能力。掌握了常用商務(wù)信函格式,能夠撰寫(xiě)各類(lèi)商務(wù)信函,對(duì)在不同文化背景下對(duì)信函準(zhǔn)確內(nèi)涵的理解。并了解了國(guó)際政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)際商務(wù)知識(shí),世界地緣政治。了解了國(guó)外及東道國(guó)的地理位置、自然條件、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施狀況、具有在東道國(guó)進(jìn)行國(guó)際工程項(xiàng)目組織管理的能力。提高了英語(yǔ)的綜合運(yùn)用能力,能夠熟練的運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)解決國(guó)際工程建設(shè)中的各種商務(wù)問(wèn)題。并了解團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的精神,團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的意義與作用,具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作的組織與管理能力。
