第一篇：專接本總結演講

老師們，學弟學妹們：

大家下午好，請容許我做個簡單的自我介紹，我是15級常州信息職業(yè)技術學院電氣自動化專科畢業(yè)生，16級南京理工大學電子工程 專接本畢業(yè)生。目前在我們公司研發(fā)部門擔任助理工程師一職，主要的工作就是負責項目PCB板繪制、項目環(huán)境的搭建和測試、以及項目說明書的編寫等等。

我想在座的同學心里可能有個困惑，就是我該選擇直接就業(yè)還是繼續(xù)升造？ 在分享我的經歷之前，我想先給大家分享一個故事，秦國宰相李斯的老鼠理論，故事內容講述李斯還是楚國的刀筆小吏時，有一次，他看到吏舍廁所中的老鼠，吃的是骯臟的糞便，又經常受到人和狗的侵擾。但是他發(fā)現糧倉里的老鼠吃的卻是堆積如山的谷粟，住著寬大的房舍，而且沒有任何人來打擾。于是，心中頓然明白，嘆曰：一個人有無出息就像這老鼠，在于能不能給自己找到一個優(yōu)越的環(huán)境、平臺。人的賢與不賢，決定于他所處的地方。這個故事其實很明顯告訴我，要選擇一個更高，更優(yōu)越的平臺——而我選擇的平臺就是接本。可能追求一個更好的平臺說的比較虛，但是在畢業(yè)之后，我深刻的發(fā)現我之前選擇接本是多么正確的選擇。

從幾個方面來說，首先，我們知道學歷它是一個門檻，很多公司招聘的時候工作機會后面會標注招聘本科以上，這就設置了一道門檻。舉一個我朋友公司的例子，她在常州天合光能工作，她們部門需要招人，那么人事就從各個渠道給他們部門招人，一開始物色了一個公司內部的人選，這個人能力是有的，在該公司也干了幾年了，對公司的業(yè)務什么的都挺熟悉，但是就是因為學歷不夠，被pass了。所以說，接本給我們提高了一個門檻，讓我們能夠接觸到更多更好的工作機會。其次，如果有些同學想有個鐵飯碗，考公務員或者去事業(yè)單位工作，那么有個本科學歷也是最基本的。不然連考試資格都沒有。除了找工作時會用到這個本科學歷，進了公司之后，像正規(guī)公司都是有一套薪資體系的，那么通過什么來決定剛畢業(yè)學生的薪資呢。最基本的就是根據你的學歷來給薪資，我有個朋友在臺企上班，公司的薪酬體系規(guī)定，本科生起薪4000，但是專科生起薪2500。不光如此，你的工種也會受到你的學歷的影響。因為門檻的設置，可能更多的工作機會是去工廠做技術員，所以選擇更舒適更有發(fā)展前景的工作崗位會更加艱難。另外，工作幾年以后，兩個能力相當的人爭取一個升職機會，領導在這個時候當然更愿意選擇一個學歷高的。

接下來我想跟大家分享我的求學經歷，09年我中考失利，考進職業(yè)學校，當時我學的是電子信息技術專業(yè)，后來參加對口單招考試，考進了我們信息學院的電氣自動化專業(yè)，在這個求學過程中我一直向大的環(huán)境、平臺靠攏著，14年的時候學校宣傳專接本的時候，我毅然決定報考和專業(yè)有關的專業(yè)，記得當時非常苦惱。現在再來看自己曾走過的路，會覺的一切都是讓人懷念的，包括那些彷徨與徘徊。那種經歷讓自己成熟了很多，也學到了很多。當時我在想我是畢業(yè)后參加社會機構繼續(xù)學習，還是在報名參加學校的專接本？后來我發(fā)現我的選擇是對的，自考本考學習周期長，而且遇到問題沒有人能夠解答，其實工作后面臨的事情很多，我參加工作后，每天晚上回去都需要學習與工作相關的知識，根本抽不出時間去學習其他知識，我有位學姐，報名參加了社會機構的升學考試一年，到目前為止才通過2門科目，現在我想想，還好我那時報名參加了專接本，因為工作后面臨的瑣事太多。

最后我和大家講講我的學習經驗吧，在座如果有學弟學妹已經決定參加專接本考試的話，可以借鑒下我的經驗，我相信對你們以后的學習會少走點彎路。

1）思想態(tài)度：決定參加專接本后，我在思想上更加堅定了自己的學習目標，把它當做人生的第二次“高考”。我的目標從我決定報名參加專接本后就很明確，每門課程都要考到70分+，并且相信自己一定能實現，最后證明我確實通過自己努力做到了。

2）制定學習計劃，根據所開的課程，合理制定學習計劃，在平時上課的時候，認真聽老師講課，畫出重點，然后根據重點找相關的例題。

3）做好規(guī)劃，找到屬于自己的學習思路。我是將我的學習分4階段，第一階段：系統學習，將書本瀏覽一遍，做好知識點的整理；第二階段：做書上比較典型的例題，尤其是老師提到的題目，第三階段，做歷年試卷，第一遍閉卷做，做自己會的，第二遍開卷做，將每到題目對應書上的知識點，第四階段，背誦知識點，將重點內容重復學習，然后再系統性的全部回顧需要考試的全部內容。

4）關于專業(yè)課，我建議從自己不太熟悉的課程開始，多給予生疏課程時間，多背，多練。專業(yè)課的復習最好提前一個月進入復習狀態(tài)，對于工科生來說，考試題量較大，如果你不多做多練，想要通過考試還是較難的。5）關于英語，我當年參加專接本時，我們班有位男同學就問我英語考不過怎么辦，專接本的難度大于大學英語3級，介于三級與四級之間，根據最近幾年的考試真題來確定自己的薄弱點，有重點的進行反復聯系。相信做好這一點，達到最低控制線應該是沒有問題的，關鍵是要持之以恒，堅持做下去，考前一定要做練習題，專接本的練習題和我們以往參加考試的三四級考試的習題都是不同的，不提前練習，進入考場一定會不適應。

6）考試心態(tài)，一定要調整好心態(tài)，只要平時認真聽講，加上認真復習，加上正常的考試心態(tài)，考試就一定能取得成功，考試的時候一定要認真對待試卷上的每一分，盡可能的多寫一點。另外優(yōu)勢科目要盡可能的少丟分。一般科目要多得分。

最后就是要有毅力，要永不言棄，半途而廢什么也辦不成，如果你選擇了專接本這條路，就要堅持到底，既然選擇了繼續(xù)深造，就一定不能浪費時間，時時刻刻都要認真的學習，要懂得付出就會有回報。

對于參加專接本的同學來說，這項考試也是讀書生涯的一次較為重要的考試，我們在對待專接本的時候，要有足夠的決定，耐心和信心，建立一個良好的心態(tài)，針對自己的學習情況，因地制宜的制定詳細的復習計劃，在遇到挫折和不良影響的時候，及時調整好自己的心態(tài)，以更加飽滿的精神狀態(tài)投入到學習中，只有這樣才能更好迎接專接本考試的來臨。相信自己通過以前的復習和對最后這一階段的沖刺，一定會順利畢業(yè)并取得學位證的。

專接本學習心得

回首2014年專接本，已漸漸離我們遠去。可是，我想專接本是很多專科生不可回避的話題，我們這一屆已經完成了這項“任務”,可是還有很多學弟學妹們要面對這個挑戰(zhàn)，所以我就以過來人的身份，談談專接本的學習心得。

我想，在決定是否接本前，很多同學的心里都很矛盾，不知道接本與否，他們認為自己在大學里荒廢了三年，什么也沒有學，接本的希望很渺茫，如果你這樣想的話就錯了。其實，接本沒有我們想象的那么難，只要你想接，就去學就可以，不要考慮自己接上接不上的問題。心態(tài)很重要，只要你為之拼搏奮斗了，你就有很大希望。

我想說的是，不管你之前是否為接本做了充分準備，最后2~3個月，你一定要踏踏實實沉下心來復習，因為這個階段很重要。畢竟學習是個逐漸積累的過程，什么都不是一蹴而就的，下面我就談談我的學習心得。

一、英語

對于大多數同學來說，英語是一個致命的弱點，大家都不能輕視，因為專接本的英語難度大于大學英語，介于三級和四級之間，所以我建議同學們都以四級的標準要求自己，根據最近幾年的考試真題來確定自己的薄弱點，有重點的反復練習，只要持之以恒，就沒問題。

我英語基礎就很差，很擔心自己因為英語而達不到公共課分數線，所以就報了佳鑫諾的點睛模考班，并且在最后兩個月的每天早上，我都拿著詞匯書和作文范文去圖書館前面背一個小時，并且每天掐時間做一套英語四級題，就這樣堅持了兩個月，結果在最終的考試中，英語考了90多分，雖然不能說很高，但是對于英語基礎比較差的我，卻沒有拉分。我也明白了，只要努力并堅持，就一定能學好英語，再也不會“談英色變”了。

二、數學

因為我是數學專業(yè)，所以學起來得心應手一些，畢竟三年一直在接觸數學，所以對高數的學習我并不排斥。我只是將課本上的課后題全都做了兩邊，又根據考試大綱上的重點著重復習，并將老師講的知識點及例題看了一邊，就固定的題型，掌握熟了就沒有問題。

因為公共課對于接本很重要，所以我們一定不要掉以輕心。

三、專業(yè)課

畢竟學校錄取時除了公共課過線還要看總分排名，所以專業(yè)課的學習也是非常重要的，一般學校都會設有專業(yè)課的班，如果自己基礎差不妨報一個，認為沒問題的話自己復習，把課后題做了就ok了。專接本不難，難得是保持一個好的心態(tài)，只要相信自己并付出努力，信心滿滿的面對專接本，就一定會有一個令人滿意的結果。

專接本學習總結報告

回首去年的這個時候，自己應該是茫然而彷徨的吧。專接本是很多專科生不可回避的話題，但接本前的迷茫讓很多人是深有體會的。記得去年的這個時候，同學們就開始面臨著選擇了。是要接受培訓然后參加工作呢，還是要接本繼續(xù)提升自己的學歷呢？記得當時非常苦惱。現在再來看自己曾走過的路，會覺的一切都是讓人懷念的，包括那些彷徨與徘徊。那種經歷讓自己成熟了很多，也學到了很多。

首先我們要確定目標，也就是要確定自己考哪個學校，考什么專業(yè)。這個選擇的過程是痛苦和繁瑣的。如果是考本校本專業(yè)就沒什么好多想的了，但如果是考外校的話，最好還是問一下自己的同學（在目標學校讀書的朋友），打聽一下你想考的學校那個專業(yè)怎么樣，是否適合自己，多問問別人，如果能問到同專業(yè)的就最好了，因為只有自己學的專業(yè)一樣，才能更好的知道哪個學校好一點。我覺的確定學校是很有必要的，因為，當你確定之后，你就有了目標，也就有了動力，也更適合自己努力的方向。當然，確定學校還是要跟自己的水平和實力相當的，如果有把握就考好點的學校，我覺的接本應該上好點的學校比較好，但如果學習不是很好卻愿意努力學習一次，這樣也是可以考好點的學校的。因為好點的學校不但讓你學的東西更多，也會讓你確定自己的人生觀也不一樣，你的精神面貌也會不同的。

然后就是買到相應的教材，有條件的最好還是報名參加輔導班，因為輔導班的老師可以幫你更好更快的理清思路，老師的講課更有助于你的記憶。科學證明人在記憶時，聽覺記憶比視覺記憶是更有效果的，這一點我在實踐中也證明是有道理的。上輔導班的時候，你的語文只要上課好好聽一下，一般就不用怎么再看書了。但如果你想要獲得高分的話還是得多花點時間，如果自己語文功底比較好的話，花的時間可以少一點。而且專接本輔導班的老師都很好很負責的，如果自己情緒上或思想上有波動，他們也會很關心你的，你可以和他們一起探討，一起進步的。而且參加輔導班認識的人多一點，那樣你的思想會開闊一點。

再后面就是用功復習，時間不是很長但還是要很用功，持之以恒的努力比較好，特別是英語。我覺的英語不是一兩下就能搞定的，最好還是每天花2小時左右的時間看看它。要堅持每天看，可以是記單詞也可以是背誦段落等。總之，英語是你多看看它它也就會喜歡上你的。你也就不用煩它了嘍。至于專業(yè)課嘛，我覺的花的時間不是很多，因為畢竟自己學了幾年了，學的東西就是那些，它考來考去就是那些精華，然后看你怎么發(fā)揮了。當然如果你想取的更好的成績的話，還是要多看書的，一切源于課本又是脫離課本的。

一． 英語

二． 數學

由于我在高中時上的是職業(yè)高中，所以數學基礎不是很好。曾經一度對數學非常擔心。但我發(fā)現，只要將課本上的題掌握好，你做任何模擬卷就都沒有問題了。《高等數學》考試的面是比較廣的，但主要考的還是我們的基礎知識掌握程度，學好高數有一點很重要：勤于練習、貴在堅持！高數是比較拉分的科目，對大家的最后錄取起了很大的決定因素，說的再多不如練的多，在掌握新知識點的同時不要忘了溫習舊知識點。

三．專業(yè)

由于我在平常的學習中對物理比較感興趣，所以在復習物理的時候并沒有多吃力。在機械工程控制原理這塊有些不理解。這更讓我感覺到，平常上課老師講的都是我們以后要用到的，千萬不要覺的以后在我們的職業(yè)生涯中用不到，而去忽略這些課程，這是非常不對的。老師在課上講的任何知識，對我們來說都是必需的。一定不要草草了事。

四．重視考試真題

任何一種考試的真題都是非常有研究價值的，專接本考試公共科目也不例外。收集近幾年的公共科目考試真題，認真的研究，尋找其中的規(guī)律和特點。特別是計算機這一門做多少篇都不為過。

五．輔導班的問題

個人觀點是只要有條件的話：就去上一下，上了肯定比不沒上好。但上了一定要認真地對待，并且一定選正規(guī)的輔導班，不能太依賴輔導班，更不能單一的信從其中的重點。考試 有一部分就是基礎性的內容。所以無論專業(yè)課還是公共課的復習都要腳踏實地地，全面系統，不能留有死角。

六．考前心態(tài)和考場戰(zhàn)略

雖然現在大家只有一次專接本考試機會，但不管是什么時候都不能緊張。相信只要能夠復習的全面，加上正常的心態(tài)，考試就一定能取得成功。

關于考場戰(zhàn)略：考場是這個考試的核心內容，直接關系你的成敗，一定要認真地對待試卷上的每一分，盡可能地多寫一點。另外優(yōu)勢科目要盡可能地不丟分，一般科目要盡可能地多拿一點分。

七．幾個注意點

1：思想上不能放松。

2：復習一定要有耐心、持之以恒。

3：不能只相信所謂的權威，一切以自己全面復習每個知識點為核心。

4：考試的好壞與在校成績沒有直接聯系，關鍵看你大三的復習情況。

考前準備

１、停止“開夜車”。考試前三天開始，晚上盡量不復習，把復習安排在白天，從而將自己的最佳狀態(tài)調整到白天，保證與考試時間同步。

２、帶齊手續(xù)。出門之前，務必檢查身份證、準考證、考試座號通知單等必須攜帶的證件及鋼筆、圓珠筆等書寫工具是否齊備，以免來回折騰費時費力影響情緒。要學會放松自己

１、不看書。到了考場以后，以心態(tài)平和為目標，越看書越緊張，況且在考前幾十分鐘甚至更短的時間內看書毫無正面效果，如果看的內容又未出現在試卷上，對整個考試都有不利的影響。因此，在進考試教室之前，瀏覽一下考場環(huán)境，看看綠化狀況，對于保持清醒的頭腦是很有幫助的。

２、調整心態(tài)。進入教室后，把眼睛閉上，盡量回憶一些美好的事情，如某次旅游、登山、游泳等輕松、愉快的情形，這樣就自然而然地松弛了肌肉，從而緩和了緊張的心理狀態(tài)。

我覺的要取得好成績的話，除了比別人更努力之外應該沒什么了，因為天上不會掉餡餅哦！而且考試時可以拉開距離的分數一般也會有的，這就要你花更多的時間比別人記的更清楚，知識面比別人更寬了，同時也要更細心了。特別是考試的時候自己能拿的分數千萬不要丟了哦，不然的話會很心疼的。再就是復習的時候可能會有心煩的時候，但不用擔心，找你的好朋友傾訴一下，讓他們給你打打氣，督促一下自己好好學習，畢竟學習的機會可能不會很多。如果能碰到一個友好的競爭對手那就最好了，那樣的話你們可以共同努力，共同學習的，最后當然會是2個人都一起考上的，不要太小氣了，要學會和別人分享，那樣可以一起進步的。

不要把未來看的太渺茫，不要把一切看的太遙遠，只要你努力了，一切都會是那么的順其自然的。所以不要再焦慮了，讓自己學會取舍，懂得確立目標，朝著目標奮進，你要的一切不會離你太遙遠的。相信自己，迷茫只是暫時的，走過之后就會是彩虹。
