中專成績考核、評定和補考的規定
1、學生必須參加教學計劃所開設課程的考核。考核成績采用百分制,以期末總評成績記入學生成績表,存入本人檔案。
2、考核分考試、考查兩種,多數科目采用兩種以上考核形式。考試方式:筆試、口試、實際操作,筆試可采用閉卷、開卷、開閉卷結合,筆試以二小時為宜,有條件的盡可能統一命題、統一考試和統一評卷。考查主要是對學生學習情況的綜合評價,由任課教師根據專業及課程的性質、特點,確定具體考查方式。
3、專業課期評成績由平時考核(占10%)、實踐考核(占30%)、期末考試(占50%)和社會考評成績(占10%)構成;其他課程期評成績由平時成績(占40%)、期末考試成績(占60%)構成。平時考核可采取作業、讀書報告、測驗、課堂提問等方式。
4、畢業設計或畢業實習的成績,按百分制記入學生成績表,優秀畢業設計必須通過公開答辯,由學科畢業設計評議組確定。
5、考核不及格,必須補考。補考費每門20元。補考不及格的,可申請第二次補考,第二次補考仍不合格的,允許畢業前補考一次。
6、因特殊情況不能參加考試,經教務科批準,可緩考。擅自缺考、考試違紀作弊,該門課程成績為零分,不再給予正常補考。確有悔改表現,經本人申請、教務科批準,畢業前給予一次補考機會。

2006——2007學年成績考核評定常規
1、成績考核本著全面、公正、公開、合理、經常的原則。
2、成績考核形式一般有考試、考察、評語等形式。
3、考試一般包括期中、期末考試和平時考試相結合,學校要認真組織好期中、期末的統抽考,教師要堅持單元過關考試,要定期考試與不定期考相結合,以便及時反饋教學信息,提高教學效率。
4、考試、考核內容要符合課標規定,突出“雙基”和能力培養,做到難易適中,題型科學,有一定梯度。
5、考察一般有提問、答題、實驗、制作、操作形式進行。
6、成績考核要紀律嚴明、標準統一、答案多樣、評價公正、客觀、合理,各種考核要及時反饋講評。
7、學期末要對學生進行綜合評價,認真填好《學生素質發展報告冊》,以第三人稱的寫法,用激勵性語氣寫好評語。
8、要積極探索、考試、考核的方法改革和實驗,充分發揮考核督導和反饋作用。

金工實習的成績的考核和評定標準
(一)金工實習總成績評價方式:
學生金工實習總成績分為優秀(90分以上)、良好(80-90)、中等(70-80)、及格(60-70)和不及格(60分以下)五個等級。
(二)金工實習總成績構成:
金工實習總成績按“工作態度”、“車工實訓”、“鉗工實訓”和“實習報告”四個方面進行評定,各項占得比重為“工作態度”10分、“車工實訓”40分、“鉗工實訓”30分、“實習報告”20分,總分100分。
1、工作態度(10分)
工作態度指學生遵守《金工實習學生守則》的情況,主要包括安全意識,組織紀律性,公益勞動態度,是否服從治理等方面內容。其綜合評定分五個檔次: 1)10:能模范遵守《金工實習學生守則》中的各項規定,有高度的安全意識和組織紀律性,積極參加公益勞動,并能協助指導教師進行治理。
2)8:能嚴格遵守《金工實習學生守則》中的各項規定,有較高的安全意識和組織紀律性,積極參加公益勞動,服從指導教師的治理。
3)6:能基本遵守《金工實習學生守則》中的各項規定,有一定的安全意識和組織紀律性,參加公益勞動,服從指導教師的治理。
4)4:能基本遵守《金工實習學生守則》中的各項規定,安全意識和組織紀律性較差,不能主動參加公益勞動,不能嚴格服從指導教師的治理,缺勤較多(遲到、早退、脫崗等現象超過三次;無故曠工超過一天;包括病、事假在內的缺勤天數未超過實習總時間三分之一)。
5)2:不認真遵守《金工實習學生守則》中的各項規定,安全意識和組織紀律性較差,不能主動參加公益勞動,不能嚴格服從指導教師的治理,缺勤較多(遲到、早退、脫崗等現象超過三次;無故曠工超過一天;包括病、事假在內的缺勤天數未超過實習總時間三分之一)。或出現過人為較輕的安全事故;
6)0:有嚴重違反《金工實習學生守則》的表現,安全意識和組織紀律性淡薄,不參加公益勞動,不服從指導教師的治理,缺勤現象嚴重(遲到、早退、脫崗等現象超過五次;無故曠工超過二天;包括病、事假在內的缺勤天數超過實習總時間三分之一)。或出現過人為較嚴重的安全事故。視實訓的具體情況酌情給分。
2、鉗工實訓(30分)
鉗工實訓包括能夠根據圖紙要求進行劃線、鋸削加工、銼削加工、打孔及手工加工螺紋、熟練使用各種量具等,其中以鉗工試件為重點考核部分。
(1)基本尺寸(10分)
能獨立熟練完成考核工件的加工,并熟練進行丈量,考核工件尺寸公差完全符合圖紙要求的為15分;主要尺寸每超差0.1mm扣2分;超差嚴重的,或者出現料事故的此項不得分。
(2)形位誤差(10分)
形位誤差包括各個表面的平面度、互相平行的側面間的平行度、上下表面與中心孔軸線的垂直度等,各項指標都滿足要求的為10分;形位誤差每超差一個,扣1分;如形位誤差超差嚴重的此項不得分。
(3)表面粗糙度(5分)
符合圖面要求的為5分,具體情況視工件的實際加工情況酌情給分,如果有嚴重缺損、碰傷等缺陷此項不得分。
(4)螺紋加工(5分)
螺紋無碰傷、毛刺、生銹,擰合應順暢,螺紋有效長度符合圖面要 求的為5分,具體情況視工件的實際加工情況酌情給分,超標嚴重的此項不得分。
3、車工實訓(40分)
車工實訓包括車床操作的熟練程度、能夠根據圖紙要求制定工件的加工工藝路線、熟練使用各種量具等,其中以車工試件為重點考核部分。
(1)基本尺寸(20分)
能獨立熟練完成考核工件的加工,并熟練進行丈量,考核工件尺寸公差完全符合圖紙要求的為20分;主要尺寸每超差0.1mm扣2分;超差嚴重的,或者出現打刀、損料事故的此項不得分。
(2)形位誤差(10分)
形位誤差包括各外圓表面間的同軸度、軸線與端面的垂直度、各外圓表面相對軸線的對稱度等,各項指標都滿足要求的為10分;形位誤差每超差一個,扣1分;如形位誤差超差嚴重的此項不得分。
(3)表面粗糙度(5分)
符合圖面要求的為5分,具體情況視工件的實際加工情況酌情給分,如果有嚴重缺損、碰傷等缺陷此項不得分。
(4)螺紋加工(5分)
螺紋無碰傷、毛刺、生銹,擰合應順暢,螺紋有效長度符合圖面要 求的為5分,具體情況視工件的實際加工情況酌情給分,超標嚴重的此項不得分。
4、實習報告(20分)實習報告包括實習項目簡介、實習的內容及其具體的實現步驟、心得體會及其對課程結構的意見及建議。要求實習目的明確,態度端正,內容翔實,格式規范,總結全面。條理清楚、邏輯性強;著重寫出對實習內容的總結、體會和感受,特別是自己所學的專業理論與實踐的差距和今后應努力的方向。
具體視實習報告的實際情況酌情給分。

研究生補考規定

各學院:
根據《研究生學籍管理實施細則》,制定以下補考規定:
1、需要補考的類型:緩考、期末考試不及格(不合格)、曠考、違規或作弊等;
2、補考時間安排:補考時間一般在下一個學期的第4周,具體安排在開學的第2周發布在研究生教育學院網站的培養工作欄目;
3、補考申請程序:需要申請補考的學生于開學后第2周進入研究生教育學院網站的培養工作欄目查詢補考安排,填寫《研究生補考申請表》,經導師簽署意見后,將表格于開學的第3周前報送研究生教育學院學位與培養管理科,審核通過后方可參加補考。未辦理有關補考申請手續者不得參加補考;
4、各類補考的要求:緩考者參加下一年級的期末考試,如不及格可參加該年級的正常補考,仍不及格的,則必須重修該課程;期末考試不及格(不合格)者可直接參加補考,一次補考后仍不及格則必須重修該課程;曠考者參加下一級的期末考試,考試不及格則必須重修該課程;違規或作弊者不能參加正常補考,必須重修該課程后參加下一年級的期末考試,如考試仍不及格則按照結業處理;
5、補考成績登記:緩考成績及格者可按照實際成績登記,因期末考試成績不及格(不合格)、曠考、違規或者作弊等原因參加補考的,經補考后成績合格者,其學位課程按70分登記,非學位課按60分或者合格(及格)登記,不合格者按照補考后實際成績登記;
6、重修費用:因補考導致重修者,收費標準按照學校有關規定執行。
