(一)要注意英語習慣表達法
在進行書面表達時,好范文版權所有,全國文秘工作者的114!要符合英語的習慣用法,否則容易杜撰出“中式”英語,使人難以看懂。所以不能先想漢語的意思,然后再直譯為英語,而要善于用英語思考(thinkinEnglish),使用常用的英語句型
來表達。
例如:
1他的身體很好。Heisstrong.(正)
Hisbodyisstrong.(誤)
漢語說“某人的身體強弱”,英語中不必加body。
2我想不會下雨。Idon’tthinkitwilrain.(正)
Ithinkitwilnotrain.(誤)
凡說“我想……不……”時,英語中應該用“Idon’tthink……”句型。但“hope”一詞卻相反,我們可以說“Ihopeitwilnotrain.”而不可以說“Idon’thopeitwilrain.”
(二)巧用思維拐彎法
當表達某一意思有困難時,巧用常用詞語或自己熟悉的詞語來進行表達,可達到同樣效果,又可避免出錯。
例如:
這些月餅很可口。
Thesemooncakesareverydelicious.
某同學因“delicious”一詞想不起來,為避免拼錯,這位同學思維一轉,靈機一動,馬上寫成:
Thesemooncakesareverynice.
(三)巧用變繁為簡法
當一個較長的中文意思,用一句英語表達有困難時,可分為兩句或多句表達。
例如:這張照片中懷抱嬰兒的那個婦女是我的母親。
Inthisphotothewomanwithababyinherarmsismymother.
如有困難,可改成兩句來表達就簡單得多了:
Thewomaninthisphotoismymother.
Ababyisinherarms.
其實,英語書面表達有較大的靈活性,并不一定寫很長的難句就好,只要敘述清楚,有條有理,讓人一看明白就行。

高考英語書面表達技巧
通常,英語學習,聽、說、讀、寫、譯五項基本技能缺一不可。《普通高中英語課程標準》,對九級語言技能目標英語寫作有6點明確的要求。同時列出了寫作技能與試題設計的要求和寫作評價標準,其測試方式有五種。學生作文主要從內容要點、語言使用效果、結構和連貫性、格式和語域及與目標讀者的交流五個方面進行評價。英語書面表達是英語語言基礎知識和語法基礎知識的綜合運用,還要具有較強的語言表達能力和邏輯思維能力,要求內容清楚、意思連貫、結構完整、邏輯性強、主題突出、用詞準確、文體恰當。一般,要文理通暢,非單純地翻譯。要答卷滿意,平時確實需要長期的信心的培養,耐心的啟發,由易到難,從簡單到復雜,循序漸進地堅持內容、語言、語法、表達、結構、邏輯和卷面等進行規范地訓練,而且訓練有素。現在,不少學生對英語書面表達不予或不夠重視。這并非完全意義上的寫作,只要求用書面語言基本表達出要表達的東西。一般原則是:不多寫、不少寫和不錯寫。現結合存在的問題和多年的教學積累,談談高考英語書面表達應注重的五方面。用順
審準題義,明確情景,看清要求。不少考生寫作時,還有不看要求或不看完看全要求就解題的習慣,特別是不注意生詞或短語提示,或干脆完全根據所給材料先后順序逐一翻譯。前后不連貫,層次不清晰,邏輯性不強。因此應認真思考材料,找到所要表達的主旨文意及線索,在線索引導下通暢地表達內容,增加可讀性。為此,應注意使用and, so, then, at the same time, on the one hand, on the other hand, first, second,at last, what''s more, I''m afraid, I think等表示過度及連接的詞匯,使之有較強的感情色彩。用對
對每一個句子都盡可能避免語法錯誤。通常錯處出在:
2.1動詞錯誤
(1)多用。
1)There were five hundred students couldn’t go to school because of the earthquake.(劃線部分改為Five hundred)
2)A hero comes from Beichuan will give us a talk tomorrow afternoon.(劃線部分改為coming或去掉comes)
(2)缺失。
1)He wouldn’t ∧ able to work out the math problem.(遺漏處加be)
2)It isn’t said that they ∧ often careless in class.(遺漏處加are)
(3)時態錯誤。
1)Hurry up!Here is coming the bus.(劃線部分改為comes)
2)Class start at 8:00 am.(劃線部分改為starts)
書面表達可能出現多種時態,但特定時間背景下時態相同。如人事物現狀的介紹,應以一般現在時為主;過去的介紹,應以一般過去時為主;日記應以一般過去時為主;通知應以一般現在時為主。千萬不要隨心所欲,不假思索地使用,造成大面積失分。
(4)語態錯誤。由于漢語被動色彩不濃,因此英語表達易受影響,該用而不用,不該用而用be動詞。如:
1)He remembered his wallet had ∧ lost in the bus.(遺漏處加been)
2)The matter was happened two years ago.(劃線處去掉was)
還有喜歡在動詞前面加be動詞。如:
3)I am think that I’ll learn how to use a computer.(劃線處去掉am)
4)They are decide that they will study harder.(劃線處去掉are)
2.2名詞單復數混用
1)He wrote an 800-words article yesterday.(劃線處改為800-word)
2)It is a ten-minutes walk from here to there.(劃線處改為ten-minute或ten minutes'')
2.3冠詞錯誤
冠詞屬小詞,重視不夠,影響表達。
1)How do you spell the computer?(劃線處去掉the)
2)We should treasure the time because the time is money.(劃線處去掉the)用準
用準確地道的語言,不能生澀難懂,不合英語表達習慣。常見現象如下:
3.1單詞堆砌
寫句子,用語不準,而根據漢語句序進行相應的英語單詞堆砌而成。如:
1)Study hard, are because they know is the Hope project give their chance to go to school.(錯)→They study hard because they know it is the Hope project that gives them a chance to go to school.(正)
2)Welcome you come back to our school to visit.(錯)
→You’re welcome back to visit our school.(正)
另外,不重視掌握單詞,寫作時碰到生詞難句就委婉地去解釋,用模糊定義,語言生澀難懂,文意混亂,表達不清。如:
Mr.Zhao is good at teaching English;he has many good ways to use to teach us.(錯)
→Mr.Zhao is good at teaching, and he has many methods of teaching us English.(正)
3.2使用Chinglish
英語作文,受漢語影響,雖語法正確,卻不符英語表達習慣。如:
1)Our friends are all over the world.(錯)→We have friends all over the world.(正)
2)My height is 180 centimeters and my body is healthy.(錯)
→I am 180 centimeters tall and I’m healthy.(正)
語言轉換功在平時。簡明扼要,表達清楚,是關鍵所在。冰凍三尺,非一日之寒。用全
初學寫作要簡單完整清楚地表達,就要把握兩個關系:
4.1完整不一定就句式復雜
一味追求新、奇、特、難,容易出錯。如:
1)Li Lang, a brave boy who is only 6 years old and that is a middle school student and that comes from the northwest of the Sichuan province.(錯)→Li Lang, a brave boy who is only 6 years old , and he is a middle school student from the northwest part of the Sichuan province.(正)
2)It is not only we students but also our parents and our teachers are kind to the children.(錯)→Not only we students but also our parents and our teachers are kind to the children.(正)
4.2簡單也不一定就用省略句
在不可省的地方省略,結構就不完整,句意就不明確。如:
1)He studies very hard and kind.(錯)→He studies very hard and he is very kind.(正)
2)He doesn''t know what and how to do.(錯)→He doesn''t know what to do and how to do it.(正)
另外,考試是根據內容和表達給分的,要點齊全,是直接因素。必須注意要點來源:
標題。有些需要標題,卻粗心漏掉不寫,造成失分。書寫標題應力求簡潔明了,有較強概括力和針對性,并注意單詞字母大小寫。
格式。不少應用文需要正確的格式,如通知的開頭,常常要交待通知的對象;日記開頭,常常交待時間和天氣;信件的左上角必須注明寫信人的地址和時間,下一行要頂格寫上稱呼,正文結束后,要有結束語,并簽名。
正文。這是全文要點集中之處,應認真思考材料含義,理清大意,將所有要點逐一落實,并檢查有無遺漏。
常識性。原材料不一定反應,但仍然重要,既屬內容,又承上啟下,增強文章可讀性。如寫通知結尾可用“Don’t forget the time and address.”,“I’m sure you’ll have a pleasant time/a lot of fun.”或“That’s all, thank you.”;寫參觀歡迎詞開頭可用“You’re welcome to visit our city.”,“Now, let me tell you something about our school.”或“Let me introduce something about our school to you.”,結尾可用“Now, I’d like to introduce something about our school/LI ping to you.”,介紹結束也可用“That’s all, thank you.”;寫信結尾可用“please give my best regards/love /wishes to your parents.”或“Remember me to your parents!”,“I hope to hear from you soon.”或“Waiting for your early reply.”
必須注意原則:不多不少。該有的不少,不該有的不寫。整潔
文章寫好后,應認真修改,不忙于提前交卷,避免大小寫及標點符號錯誤,謄寫應盡可能書寫工整,布局美觀。卷面整潔清爽就會增加得高分機會。
總之,了解、掌握、運用好以上五個方面,就容易得高分。

專題二十一 書面表達
【專題要點】書面表達的體裁、題材、情景具有多樣性、實用性。近年來,書面表達取材比較廣泛,內容較為豐富,題材多為日常生活和一般交往所涉及的內容。體裁包括記敘文、說明文、應用文和議論文,命題的方式多種多樣,主要有文字提示、圖畫提示和圖表提示三種。
【考綱要求】考試大綱對成人高考英語書面表達的要求是“要求考生根據所給情景,用英語寫一篇100-150個單詞左右的短文。情景包括目的,對象,時間,地點,內容等等,提供情景的形式有圖畫,圖表,提綱等”;要求考生能: 1.準確使用語法和詞匯;2.使用一定的句型、詞匯,清楚、連貫地表達自己的意思;英語課程標準中關于成人高考寫作的要求為:1.能根據用文字及圖表提供的信息寫出短文或報告;2.能寫出語意連貫且結構完整的短文,敘述事情或表達觀點和態度;3.能在寫作中做到文體規范、語句通順。
【教法指引】綜觀近幾年的成人高考英語發展勢態:書面表達旨在訓練學生對所學語言知識的實踐應用,特別是測試學生的語言交際能力和語言知識的活用能力的必考題型,也是成人高考中重要且難度較大的題型,所占分值為25-30分,要在30分鐘內寫出80-100個詞左右的短文。歷年來,成人高考英語書面表達主要有以下特點:
一是文體的常用性,即其所涉及的文體有:1.議論文,以擺事實,講道理的方式表述觀點,事物,方法的原則,須具備論點,論據,論證三大要素;2.說明文,用說明作主要表達方式來說明某個事物的形狀,性質,功能或形成原因,發生發展過程等;3.應用文,有書信,日記,口頭同志,便條,廣告,啟示,請柬,賀卡,海報等形式,其中信的形式有包括求職信,感謝信,商務信函等;4.記敘文,以記人,敘事為主要內容,以敘述為主要表達方式的一種文體,包括介紹人物地生平事跡,記敘事情發展過程,說明前因后果等。
二是題材的熟悉性,既書面表達的取材主要涉及中學生所體驗到的日常生活。
三是內容的控制性,它通過圖畫,表格,要點等來限定考生的寫作內容,使得考生在寫作時自由發揮的余地較小。
四是題型的穩定性,由上所述,近年來考試的命題形式主要以圖畫,表格形式出現,有時以提綱,要點形式出現。
五是要求的漸進性,既成人高考對書面表達的要求在逐年提高,由原來的要求寫對,到以前的要求寫好,再到現在的要求寫出文采,使用高級詞匯和復雜結構等,并對由此而產生的錯-1-
誤采取了寬容的態度。
以30分作文為例,一般評分標準:
A.內容充實,主題突出,覆蓋所有知識要點,應用了較多較高級的詞匯和語法結構,有效得使用了語句間的連接成分,結構緊湊,給25-30分。
B.內容較充實,能表述作文要求,語法結構和詞匯能滿足內容要求,有一些錯誤但不影響全文理解,全文連貫,給21-25分。
C.內容基本充實,尚能表述作文要求,句子簡單但能表達內容要求,給15-20分。
D.漏掉或未能寫清主要內容,有些內容與主題無關,語言錯誤影響了讀者對寫作內容的理解,缺少連貫性,信息未能清楚地傳達給讀者,給10-15分。
E.明顯遺漏主要內容,嚴重離題,不知所云,字跡潦草,給1-10分。
從高考評卷及平時測驗題,學生在做書面表達題時,得分率較低,卷面普遍存在的缺點:1)文不對題(文體格式不規范);2)離題太遠(抓不到要點,該說的不說,不該說的說的太多);
3)詞不達意(有的甚至用漢語標注或留空);4)病句太多(時態、語態、人稱、數等語法);
5)卷面不工整(字跡潦草、亂涂改、添插箭頭滿篇飛)。如何指導學生克服上述缺點,少犯錯誤,提高該題的得分率?因此教師在引導考生復習備考突破該題型時要注意如下幾點:
一、遵循循序漸進原則
對書面表達題型的訓練要從簡單到復雜的順序進行,可以從一些簡單的看圖作文-記敘文著手;可以從單句-復雜句著手;可以從單段-多段;從不分段到分段等著手對學生進行訓練。
二、點撥技巧,事半功倍
分析要求和閱卷情況,在平時的訓練中要讓考生養成良好的做題習慣如:
1.養成審題的習慣
1)審題時要明確體裁,掌握格式
學生的書面表達往往存在不講究邏輯、文體和格式的現象,所以很有必要讓學生明確常見的幾種文體和格式。就中學階段,最常見的 文體有:應用文(書信、通知、日記、便條)、記敘文和說明文。近十年書面表達內容題材不外乎上述三種文體。若是記敘文,要弄清事件的時間、地點、人物、原因和結果;若是說明文,要了解說明的主旨以及說明的順序;若是以圖畫形式提供情景,即看圖作文,首先應看懂每幅圖的意思,還要弄懂幾幅圖之間的關系。
2)抓住要點,一一對應。
能否找出覆蓋主要內容所有要點是得高分的關鍵,評分標準一般分五個檔次,要點越齊全,得高分 的可能性就越大;反之,若欠缺要點或描述與表達內容要點無關的,得分當然低。
一般要求找出5--6個要點,可先用漢語或用keywords列出,2.養成謀篇布局,謹慎用詞的習慣
1)謀篇布局是審題的結果,也是寫好文章的關鍵。一篇優秀的文章都是層次分明,思路清晰,要求達到此標準,必須依據提示進行分段構思,合理布局。
2)選詞造句,點石成金。
書面表達要求用100詞左右寫出包含5--6個要點的短文。從近幾年高考英語參考答案看,一般都以8-10個句子組成一篇文章。若用較少于8句話來表達,則句子容易復雜冗長,容易失控;若用多于10句話來表述,則句子零亂與瑣碎,文章缺乏整體感。且大多數用簡單句,少數用并列句和復合句。
因此,在教學中首先應對簡單句五種基本句型以及“there be存在結構”等進行強化訓練,然后對并列句、復合句進行適當的訓練,使學生獲得了扎實的句子結構基礎知識,從而從根本上為迅速提高書面表達能力打下了扎實的基礎;在平時訓練中提醒學生在做題時,要善于避生就熟,當遇到某一難以直接表達的要點時,不妨變通一下,進行“曲線”表達。
3.養成合理安排,聯句成文的習慣
書面表達不僅僅是“句子堆積”,要注意文章的連貫性和邏輯性。如何使文章上下銜接自然、緊湊。用好各種連接詞,對寫出一篇有“英語味”的文章很重要。要求學生按照合理的順序或按一定的寫作線索選用適應的連接詞,將句子連珠成串,使各句連成結構緊湊、層次分明、語義連貫的短文。因此,在引導考生復習備考時,教師可介紹一些常用連接成分。如下面表格中是寫作中經常用到的一些連接詞:
4.養成檢查修改,卷面整潔的習慣
做書面表達時,力求用詞準確。作文寫完后應認真閱讀,檢查文章中的拼寫和標點錯誤、語法錯誤、邏輯錯誤等;檢查詞數是否符合要求;檢查內容要點是否全面,刪繁就簡,使表達更加精煉,措詞更加恰當。定稿后應認真謄寫,要求書寫規范、正確、美觀,并保持卷面整潔。從參加閱卷者都有這樣的體會:要在比較短的時間里,閱讀完一篇作文,當看到那些字跡潦草卷面不整潔的,心情就特別煩,評分可能比想象的要低;而看到那些書寫規范、卷面整潔的,就倍感爽心悅目,有可能得到比較高的分數,這也是情理之中的事情。因此,在訓練時,學生要養成書寫工整、規范,卷面整潔的習慣,在做高考題時,才不致書寫潦草、卷面不整潔,從而導致丟失本來不該丟的分。
