重慶市第二十三屆大學生英語演講比賽重慶大學選拔賽通知

Dota大賽策劃書

主辦單位：資環學院團委

承辦單位：資環學院實踐部

活動主題：電子競技之dota大賽

活動定位：展示大學生風采、建設校園網絡文化。

活動目的：

a、引導電子競技運動在重大健康發展，樹立正確的電子競技觀念。

b、為擴大Dota愛好者提供展現自己Dota水平的平臺。

c、活躍高校電子競技氣氛，引導校園文化潮流，豐富重慶大學學生的課余生活。活動特點：形式活潑、互動性強、意義深刻。

比賽規模：資環學院大一大二所有dota愛好者。

活動背景：電子競技在高校中一直有著廣大的受眾群體，隨著電子競技逐步走向正歸化，其在高校中的發展也逐步走向成熟。2003年，中國體育總會副主席何慧嫻女士宣布電子競技成為中國正式體育項目，霎那間就在中國先起了一起電競熱潮，讓人們親眼所見了健康前衛的文化娛樂方式，體驗到了奧運精神在新時代的延伸，也帶動了信息產業的發展。而Dota作為電子競技中港崛起的新星，現如今在中國電子競技中更是占有一席之地。目前中國玩家主要的Dota平臺有VS，浩方，QQ，BN，掌門人等，尤其是在Battle-net上，Dota也已成為最流行的一款對戰地圖。英雄眾多，技能新奇，道具多樣，地形復雜，戰術更是千變萬化。Dota流行的速度非常快，目前廣受各大高校的喜愛。

今天，電子競技已經超越了簡單的游戲娛樂層面，上升到一種人與機器，人與人之

間智力上的對抗，已成為當今社會一個影響巨大的產業和一個不可忽視的重要文化現象

活動意義：

電子競技作為電子游戲的衍生行業，現在正逐年擺脫電子海洛因的現象，展現了許多上進拼搏的積極意義。大學生作為受教育程度較高的群體，更應該正確認識電腦及電子游戲的積極意義。遠離網絡游戲，適當接觸積極向上的競技游戲。

本次大賽在對引導學生正確的對待電腦游戲將有著重要的意義。電腦游戲也不應該再像以前那樣一律封殺禁止。這種方法并不適合在大學教育中實施，應該轉變方式，從禁止改向引導、教育。本次大賽也本著這樣的宗旨，將對許多方面有著重大意義。

活動形式：

本次大賽設dota5V5戰隊比賽。整個賽程分為小組賽、復賽、決賽三部分。

比賽規則：

1．基本規則：

1.1選手不能自帶電腦；

1.2 選手可以使用自己的鍵盤，鼠標，和其它控制設備，但是必須自帶驅動；

1.3 選手可以自帶耳機，但比賽禁止使用音箱；

1.4 選手必須自己負責自帶設備的安裝和調試，并看管好自己的物品；

1.5 選手不能使用任何的配置文件；

1.6 選手不能使用任何除游戲本身以外的軟件；

1.7 選手不能安裝任何插件，外掛以及其它可以更改游戲的軟件；

1.8 選手不能更改操作系統(Windows)；

1.9 選手可以修改顯示器的亮度、對比度。

2、比賽程序：

2.1 每隊按照抽簽表和時間表進行比賽；

2.2 沒有到場或者遲到的選手將因缺席而被取消比賽資格；

2.3選手在比賽的過程中斷開連接或離開比賽等同于輸掉這次比賽；

2.4如果比賽由于外在原因中止（服務器癱瘓，服務器網絡切斷等），比賽將重新從指定的保存位置進行，任何一方都不會得到任何補償；

比賽時間 ：不限時

勝者:徹底摧毀敵方或敵方投降。

3.2 種族選擇: 每輪開賽前必須將使用英雄申報給裁判(可以選擇Random).禁止在讀秒時更換種

4斷線問題：

4.1 所有比賽選手之間由于系統，網絡及電源問題產生的斷線。

4.2 故意斷開：除非裁判行為，任何賽者違規將被罰下。

4.3當任何斷線發生： 從指定保存位置重新比賽

（2）比賽期間允許同學旁觀。

（3）贊助方可以做產品介紹，品牌宣傳和與現場觀眾的互動活動。

比賽獎勵：最后選出冠軍組和優秀組，并發證書。

后續工作：獲獎名單在各宿舍樓下公布欄公布，在合適的學院表彰大會上頒

2013-2014學第一屆運功會選拔賽總結

第一屆經貿系運動會在院領導與老師同學的努力之下，圓滿地落下的帷幕。很高興剛進大學校園的我們這些大一新生，就有了屬于我們的運動會。整個運動會充滿著團結合作，友誼第一，比賽第二的精神。在這次運動會中，我充當兩個角色。運動員與工作人員的身份讓我在那天過的很充實。

運動會圓滿舉辦之后，獲益匪淺。從中學習到很多東西，取得了意想不到的結果，同時，也發現了其中諸多的不足。現在先說學習到的東西吧：

一．在運動會前學生會各部門就開始籌備，每一個成員為了讓這個運動會的順利舉行，都積極的配合著各部門，師姐們提早的把工作都分配到個人，讓每個都清楚自己的工作內容，并使工作人員不能離開自己的工作崗位。很欣慰的是運動會我們系有些班級取得了優異的成績！

二．在運動員比賽中取得成績時，我們及時提供數據，在運動會比賽中，我們積極的寫稿加油吶喊并為下一場要比賽的運動員加油打氣。

三．直到整個運動會結束，我系的后勤工作都做的很到位，每個成員聽從指揮，以最短的時間，高效率的完成最后收尾的工作等

不足之處為：

一．第一次的運動會，有些同學不清楚比賽的規則，躥道，踩過線等行為，使她們失去的比賽成績，班上及學生會沒有做好宣傳工作。

二．有些加油吶喊的同學由于過于激動，跑出跑道而影響了比賽的同學甚至有些還影響了記時員。

三．有些班級的同學只是一味的坐在觀眾席上看，沒有加油打氣甚至有些同學沒有來參加。

四．在下午的時候，有些班級的體委沒有和本班參加的人員說時間改變啦，導致有些同學錯過了比賽等

本次運動會時間倉促，宣傳工作做得很少因此我們還有很多的提升空間。通過本次運動會我們進行了認真的總結，充分認識了其中的不足之處，我們會在今后的工作中引以為鑒，不斷努力，在做好自己的本職工作，力所能及的協助其他部門完成工作。

本次運動會工作的順利完成，離不開領導.老師.同學們的共同努力，有

了這次寶貴的工作經驗，會使我們以后的工作更加美好！
