恩,首先就是穿什么的都有,正裝,休閑裝,甚至牛仔褲涼鞋等等,然后也沒有具體要求必須著正裝,考場里老師也沒有提到,所以沒有說規(guī)定一定正裝,但是個人感覺還是稍微正式點比較好,穿個襯衫配工裝裙或者黑色休閑褲也好過牛仔褲涼鞋。。畢竟老師還是比較嚴(yán)肅的職業(yè)。

記得帶支筆,因為備考室寫教案會用到。考美術(shù)的好像備考室有準(zhǔn)備的道具,彩紙,膠布,剪刀等等都有。不用你自己準(zhǔn)備了

進(jìn)去考場之后,同一樓層的考生全都在候場室,然后就是抽簽,本人抽到的是1號,之后便是跟著老師去抽題室,抽提排隊的時候請盡量站在第一個,因為所有的1號抽完之后才回去備考室,這樣你會比別人多幾分鐘的準(zhǔn)備時間。我抽到的是詞匯題,給一個片段,六個單詞,要求是讀對話,然后講單詞,其他的兩個英語試講是語法,我看了一眼是一般將來時的時態(tài),另一個是作文類題目。之后去備考室,這里給你也就是15分鐘的準(zhǔn)備時間,可以把自己的資料帶進(jìn)去,也可以手機(jī)百度,低調(diào)點,別被老師看到都是可以的。不是很嚴(yán)。

“每一個問題學(xué)生的背后。都有一個問題家庭。”的確,隨著生活節(jié)奏的加快,家長們忙于生計和生活,有的家長自己文化水平有限,對孩子的學(xué)習(xí)只能睜一只眼,閉一只眼。這就意味著教師在教育學(xué)生的同時,還要承擔(dān)起“教育,’家長的責(zé)任。為了讓“問題”家長對孩子的學(xué)習(xí)負(fù)起責(zé)任,配合教師的工作,我會這樣做。

首先.要給足“問題生”家長面子,讓他感到被人尊重的快樂,使其愿意和我交流。比如在公開場合,我要主動先和他們打招呼,在人多的時候,總是夸他們的孩子。這樣他會覺得教師在關(guān)注自己的孩子,心理便對自己的孩子有了信心。

其次,在邀請家長來學(xué)校前,一家要認(rèn)真思考要和家長談什么,怎么談。家長都很忙,如果做老師的不經(jīng)過深思熟慮就把家長叫到學(xué)校來,不僅是對學(xué)生不負(fù)責(zé)任,更是對家長時間的一種浪費。家長到校后熱情招待。先詢問家長孩子在家表現(xiàn),再告知家長孩子在學(xué)校的情況,要表揚(yáng)孩子,也要指出不足,最后告知家長學(xué)校需要家長從哪方面配合,怎樣配合。同時還會定期電話回訪,或者短信鼓勵、指導(dǎo)。

再次,當(dāng)家長和孩子起沖突時,嚴(yán)重的孩子離家出走,這時我要積極地幫助家長想辦法,和他們一起解決問題,幫助他們和孩子談心。我認(rèn)為良好的家庭教育,是學(xué)校教育成功的前期。如果有專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu),把家長的培訓(xùn)納入行政管理,學(xué)生家長便會接受到更為科學(xué)的教育方法。就能對孩子進(jìn)行更為有效的教育和指導(dǎo)。

最后我們作為教師要提高自身修養(yǎng),科學(xué)治班,以理服人。我們在遇到家長不配合時,也要檢查一下自己,有沒有不打招呼留學(xué)生在學(xué)校,讓家長在家苦苦等候?有沒有學(xué)生一次不帶作業(yè),讓家長立刻送到學(xué)校來的行為?有沒有給家長打電話時頤指氣使,讓家長覺得你高高在上呢??這些行為是做教師的不良行為,在自己做錯的情況下,怎么能要求家長配合你。所以,作為教育工作者,要想對方之所想。推己及人,多換位思考。14.當(dāng)一個學(xué)生上課回答問題不當(dāng)被大家嘲笑時,作為老師該如何處理?為什么?

1>在班上做好教育引導(dǎo)工作,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生哪些方面是值得提倡的,哪些方面是不應(yīng)該做的。同學(xué)之間要互相鼓勵,切莫嫉妒、打擊報復(fù)和互相嘲諷。其次,在班上召開有關(guān)這方面的活動,讓學(xué)生暢所欲言,談?wù)劶刀省⒋驌魣髲?fù)和互相嘲諷同學(xué)提問問題的危害。通過活動,統(tǒng)一同學(xué)們的認(rèn)識,提高同學(xué)們的合作意識,融洽同學(xué)之間的關(guān)系,學(xué)生上課回答問題的積極性就會大大提高。

2>教師要精心設(shè)計所要提問的問題,讓學(xué)生感到能回答,或者跳一跳就能回答的問題.另外,在選擇回到的對象上要有得放矢.幫助學(xué)生建立信心.這樣才能讓學(xué)生開口回答問題.3>教師尊重學(xué)生,有效疏通師生情感,學(xué)生就取信于師,樂意聽?wèi){教導(dǎo);教師教態(tài)親切感人,語言幽默風(fēng)趣,富有吸引力,課堂氣氛就顯得愉快和諧,學(xué)生就能無所顧忌,暢所欲言。相反教師高高在上,表情嚴(yán)肅僵硬,學(xué)生自然會望而生畏,小心謹(jǐn)慎地抑制自己的行為。想要讓生性膽小的學(xué)生也能勇敢地舉起自己的小手,教師需要將重心下移,俯下身子,多和學(xué)生談心做朋友,做一個平易近人、值得學(xué)生信賴的老師。

4>善于“捕捉”學(xué)生的優(yōu)點及時鼓勵。

對學(xué)生正確的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度、好的學(xué)習(xí)結(jié)果應(yīng)及時給予肯定,這種強(qiáng)化機(jī)制能激發(fā)和維持學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)積極主動性,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生進(jìn)一步達(dá)到學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的愿望。5>針對學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)具體評價。要針對學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)具體評價,不能過于籠統(tǒng),使學(xué)生聽起來糊里糊涂的,只說一句“你真棒!”、“太好了!”“你真了不起”等類似的激勵,其效果就不如具體評價的效果好。6>鼓勵方式要靈活多樣。

教師或運(yùn)用語言、或通過愛撫、或傳遞微笑、或耐心等待、或物質(zhì)獎勵??只有在教學(xué)中巧妙運(yùn)用各種各樣激勵的手段,學(xué)生才能暢所欲言、興趣盎然。15.如果有學(xué)生在課堂上故意刁難,你該如何應(yīng)對?

現(xiàn)在的青少年很叛逆,不會輕易聽從和佩服教師,尤其是對于剛走上講臺的青年教師,他們會故意刁難老師,這就對年輕教師提出了挑戰(zhàn)。

要想應(yīng)對這樣的挑戰(zhàn),就要求年輕教師有過硬的專業(yè)知識,對于知識上的問題,不輕易被難住。但任何教師都會有自己不明白的問題,尤其是如今這樣一個信息爆炸的時代,這就要求我們做一名聰明的教師,冷靜思考,巧妙處理。面對故意刁難自己的學(xué)生,首先不可以正面回?fù)簦豢梢灾保壤涮幚硪欢螘r間,然后可以找其談話,甚至可以告訴他,“老師需要你的支持和幫助,就像你也需要別人的支持和幫助一樣”,用真誠打動他,并在今后的日子里,逐步樹立威信。

我考的是初中英語,面試地點在浙江大學(xué)城市學(xué)院,到場時間是2015年1月2日7:30-7:45,屬于早上一批。

為了不遲到,我特地定了附近的酒店,第二天一早就等在浙江大學(xué)城市學(xué)院的1號教學(xué)樓。當(dāng)時人很多,大家都自覺排起隊。保安宣布能夠進(jìn)入教學(xué)樓時,你的面試流程就開始了。

1.排隊進(jìn)入侯考室。英語和語文被安排在同一侯考室,有專門的老師指導(dǎo)你簽報到登記表并且領(lǐng)一個信封袋把手機(jī)放到里面(手機(jī)全程都不能拿出來,否則就算違紀(jì)),然后開始抽簽。抽簽紙上的序號就是考試的批次(如:抽到1的考生第一批去抽題室,以此類推),英語一批大概有10幾個人(語文一批只有4-5個,因為在同一個侯考室,所以當(dāng)時就覺得考英語壓力山大),到時間就會有專門的帶隊老師來一批批領(lǐng)走。我抽到的序號是6,也就是第6批,因此等到了10:25才離開侯考室。侯考室有點冷,大家都希望早點考完早點結(jié)束,所以抽到前面的運(yùn)氣都不錯。補(bǔ)充說一下:強(qiáng)烈建議考生帶紙質(zhì)材料,不然等待的時間太長你會非常非常無聊!

2.進(jìn)入抽題室。進(jìn)入抽題室不用排隊,把身份證和面試準(zhǔn)考證給在電腦前的一位老師,他就會打印出題目。(我前面一位女生運(yùn)氣不太好,抽到聽力題。我一看她抽到聽力題就馬上上去當(dāng)?shù)诙€,因為個人覺得聽力題已經(jīng)抽了,接下來一個肯定不是聽力材料,最后我抽到的是對話題)。抽題結(jié)束時你就會被編號(如:A1、A2...B1、B2...),我抽到的是C1,所以我就跟C1-C6(好像是6個人)一隊去了備課室,會有一個老師帶隊。補(bǔ)充說一下:坐下來和走路的時間你都可以用來看材料,想好如何寫教案。

3.進(jìn)入備課室。進(jìn)來要先簽名,然后找位置坐下,每個人都是單人單桌,有專門的老師會給你備課紙,然后統(tǒng)一計時開始寫教案。時間應(yīng)該是有20分鐘的(不像一些人說的可能只有十幾分鐘之類的),我記得我寫完教案還剩很長一段時間。時間一到就會被領(lǐng)出去,到不同的教室試講。補(bǔ)充說一下:教案盡量都用英文寫!

4.試講。教室門口有編號,C1進(jìn)第一個考室,C2進(jìn)第二個考室,以此類推。進(jìn)入考室后把兩個證件都給考官,不用自我介紹(他們早就在屏幕上看到你所有的信息了),考官有三個,一般中間一個是主考官。然后你要站在講臺旁邊,手上可以拿考題和備課紙(這兩個剛開始不需要給考官,結(jié)束后才交),開始答題。第一步是回答兩個結(jié)構(gòu)化問題,一般是一個一個問,我被問到的題目是:“一個學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績不好產(chǎn)生厭學(xué)情緒,甚至擾亂課堂,作為老師,你應(yīng)該怎么做?”、“一個學(xué)生當(dāng)面指責(zé)你的過失,你會怎么做?”。答完問題后就可以進(jìn)入第二步試講了,試講也要求全英文。我抽到的對話題是有關(guān)animals,全篇就幾句話,大致意思是表達(dá)對動物的喜歡以及如何描述動物。我走上講臺假裝跟同學(xué)們問好之后就開始正式上課,導(dǎo)入時我用了幾個有關(guān)于動物的謎語,好像考官挺滿意的,接下來就是各種內(nèi)容陳述。我本身語速就很快,加上緊張語速好像更快了,互動環(huán)節(jié)也不是很多,結(jié)果剩下超多時間,考官都特別驚訝(哎,我現(xiàn)在都特別后悔,心里各種忐忑)。由于剩的時間很多,他們只好問我一個問題,我記得中間一個考官問的大致是:“你上的是對話課,你如何呈現(xiàn)這節(jié)課的重點?”她是用中文問的,所以我就用中文答了。我出來的時候有一個女生說他們考官用英文問的問題,所以我覺得無論考官用中文還是英文,都建議考生用英文回答!事實上,答辯問題不一定都有,有的考生就沒有被問到,具體看考官心情。試講環(huán)節(jié)時間要把握好,最好一堂課能夠完整的上下來。還有,記得要適當(dāng)板書,并且答題完以后別忘記檫黑板。最后,在出來之前必須把考題和備課紙都交給考官,她會還給你身份證和準(zhǔn)考證,也就是你出來時只能帶出這兩樣?xùn)|西。

5.出考場。考完你就解放了,吃喝玩樂去吧。
