慈化小學英語高效課堂比武課活動小結
自“課內比教學、課外訪萬家”活動開展以來,為了真正實現課堂教學的高效率,慈化小學英語備課組更新觀念,轉變角色,一直在思考這樣幾個具體問題:
1、學生英語朗讀能力較差,如何轉變?
2、怎樣讓學生的學習在課堂上落到實處,而不過多占用課外時間?
3、怎樣激勵學生動口說?
經過研討,本備課組成員一直認為降低講學難度,求精不求多,培養優秀生在課前5分鐘領讀,盡力讓每一個學生都成長進步,力求課堂容量與學情相適應,打造符合我校學情的高效課堂。
10月25日——28日,英語組四位教師各上了一節常規課,課前,上課教師先說課,小組對說課進行評價,然后小組內根據觀察維度表進行分工,課后,小組就所聽課進行評價。通過聽評課,使我們感到這次高效課堂質量高、標準高,是較為成功的,老師們在教育教學各個方面都感受到很大的震撼和啟示。在此,對本次高效課堂活動作如下總結:
1、英語教研組這次高效課堂活動全體上陣,參與面最廣,聽課教師面廣。本組老師都是安排好教學盡可能聽課觀摩學習,批評指教,老師又要上課又要聽課又要評課。各位老師的重視程度高。不管是老教師,還是年輕教師,不管是聽課還是評課,大家從思想上、行動上,是非常重視這次活動,把它當作一次學習、交流的機會。
2、課堂教學方法靈活多樣,課堂學習氣氛十分活躍。有小組競賽,有個人匯報,有小組討論??這些都是學生感興趣的形式,對調動學生學習參與課堂學習有很大的作用。
3、教學手段多樣性。圖片、卡片、多媒體課件,這樣的教學具有直觀性,有助于教學。
4、教師課堂駕馭能力強,注重學生能力的培養。雖然課堂教學信息量多,容量大,訓練密度大,節奏快,但整堂課井然有序。這需要老師過硬的駕馭、課堂能力。
5、教學基本知識落實得很好。對一些語言點解釋明確,句型操練也很到位,6、備課組是高效課堂活動最基本的教學的團隊,大家都以積極飽滿的熱情投入準備,積極備課,發揮了互助協作的精神。備課組在組內共同分析教材,大家交流上課設計和框架,集體制作教學教具。
通過口下不留情的評課,大家也發現英語組老師上課的一些問題。
1、有的教師在教學環節上不夠嚴謹,教學方法反反復復。
2、在板書上設計不夠合理。有的過于簡單,有的過于繁瑣。
3、有的老師語音、語調還要加強。有些可能太緊張,出現了知識點的錯誤。
當然,任何一堂不成功的課也有亮點,任何一堂課成功的課也有敗筆。所以,我們戰斗在一線的老師要不斷的學習,不斷的探索,不斷的努力,才能上好每一堂課。
經過認真的總結與反思,我們認為活動的開展,促進了教師課堂教學水平的提高,尤其提升了教師的教學理念,通過觀摩高效課堂,讓他們學習到了不同的教學方法,對教材的理解更深刻了。

英語期中工作小結與反思

這次期中考試對我來說是喜憂參半。喜的是我們三年級的成績較好,憂的是我們一些學生的成績還是很不理想,只有三十幾分,連最基本的單詞也聽不出來,最基本的日常交際用語也看不懂。
全面分析期中試卷和學生的答題情況,主要問題如下:
一、聽錄音排序、按順序連線學生得分比較低。特別是要排序部分,有的學生無法及時找到正確的那幅圖,排錯一個而導致接下來的全部弄錯,甚至有個別同學放棄不寫。連線部分的出錯率也不低,有些學生不能很好的掌握連線的方法,不能按正確的順序連好。
二、從聽錄音畫圖涂色和聽錄音判斷的得分情況可以看出學生兩極分化明顯,閱讀判斷做的還算好。因為只是要大家判斷對錯,存在一定的投機取巧。而聽錄音涂色和畫圖問題則有的學生錯的比較多,但是也有學生回答的相當不錯。學生掌握了單詞,可是對磁帶的速度明顯不適應。
通過以上情況分析可以看出,學生對基礎知識掌握仍不扎實,如單詞的聽辨,卷面上仍有很多不該出現的錯誤。學生的實際運用語言的能力特別差,沒有靈活性,訓練太少,沒有掌握答題的技巧。
根據期中考試所反映和存在的問題,我在下階段的教學工作中將采取以下的改進措施:
1、利用好早讀課,增強學生聽、說能力。每天確定好閱讀的內容,并及時檢測學生閱讀的結果。如抽讀,默寫,背誦等。
2、在提高課堂教學效率的基礎上,盡可能多地為學生提供練習的機會,特別是加強聽力的訓練。對學習不好的學生盡可能的多創造一些機會。并且堅持每周為學生補充一些相關的習題。
3、針對學生基礎知識掌握不扎實的情況,加強單詞聽辨,并每周將前面的單詞拿出來復習復習。堅持每天一小練,練習做一些基本的聽辨題。
4、對后進學生采取老師面批、當面輔導的方式,同時在班里尋找成績優秀并且認真負責的學生和他們結成“一幫一”的對子,每天幫助他們解決學習中出現的問題,督促他們學習。
5、幫助成績特別差的學生尋找落后的根源,幫助他們設立適當的目標,爭取不要讓更多的同學掉隊。
6、加強學校和家長的聯系,發動家長在家督促孩子學習,幫助孩子默寫,背誦。讓家長及時了解孩子在校情況,讓老師及時知道孩子在家的學習情況。
7、后一階段中要更加注意對英語復習課的內容的準備,加強對學生的基礎知識的整理和歸納,讓學生反復操練,提高復習效率。
相信通過我們師生堅持不懈的共同努力,學生的英語成績會取得明顯的進步。

My English Study Summary
Time flies.It is the last term for me to study English in school.So I think I should make a summary for my English study.In all semester I have no lack of a lesson and in the process of English class,I listen very carefully because the English is very important to us.When the class is over,I do the homework by myself and handle to the teacher every time.So I think my attitude to English is OK.But there have also been some storages of place such as I don’t speak activity.That’s what I should correct.Last year I attended the CET 4 text and got only 421 scores.It’s really a pity.I know the reason is that I was despised it.I think it’s very easy for me to pass it,so I didn’t spend too much time to preparing it.But when I do it,I found the listening text is different from that in high school and I didn’t do it well.What I learn from it is that we shouldn’t despise anything because they don’t look as easy as we think.Now I read English everyday and I think I can pass it this year.In my opinion,I think learn English is a process of accumulation,so you can’t make much progress in a short time,you should read and write everyday and the most important thing for us to learn English is the word.The more words you master,the higher score you will get.Even though this is the last term for us to learn English in class,we should also learn English outside.As we know,with the development of the society,we will meet more and more foreigners and we will have more chances to talk to them,so we still need to learn English well.The only thing I want to do right now is to reach a higher level of English study and I know it will take lots of time and energy to achieve this goal.I can be very proud to tell anyone I haven’t waste the time in the past one and a half years because I learn too much knowledge from it.Therefore I have a long way to go and I know I have gained the confidence.By learning English I learn many different things such as the culture in other countries.So if we have the opportunity to go abroad,we couldn’t have made some minor errors.It also teaches how to get on well with others.A year and a half study life is vivid and the multi-colors;It is the practice and the wealth.I will set sail to hoist the sails, to sail to my ideal goal.

轉眼間大學生活已過去了四分之一,新的學年又開始了。
琬婷在大一期間(因香港的學制與內地不同,香港是初中三年,高中四年,大學三年,所以內地去的學生大學第一年又被稱為基礎年),上學期與下學期都是選修的六門課程,并且都取得了優異的成績,獲得了理學院頒發的嘉獎信,優異的成績也是學生申請參加海外交換生計劃的基本條件。現在琬婷已進入大二的學習,愿我們的琬婷再接再厲,爭取優異的成績!
盤點大學這一年的學習生活,琬婷在緊張忙碌中過的非常充實,大學生活也帶給了她別樣的享受和愉悅。
1.剛進入香港科大,琬婷就參加了科大電臺的播音工作。從初中到高中,琬婷一直是學校廣播站的成員,進了科大也不忘繼續這份熱愛的工作,特別是當他們主持的電臺節目換來收聽率上榜時,一種成就感油然而生。

2.參加了劍道社團,跟著教練挺上心的練習招式,貌似學得很刻苦,回家時曾向我們“炫耀”過她的訓練成果:腳上大腳趾處練起個很大的大水泡,結果走時婷媽還讓她帶了些止血貼以及小紗布,以備不時之需。
3.由于琬婷在心理學這門學科上學得很好,深得教授的青睞,得以入選學校的“本科生研究計劃”,暑假時在教授的心理學實驗室參與教授的研究工作,并因此獲得了8000元的工作酬勞。入選“本科生研究計劃”的學生既可選擇獲取學分,也可選擇工作報酬。琬婷每學期都超了學分,就選擇了工作酬勞。
4.暑假期間琬婷兩次返回廣州(6月30日和8月15日),一是為來自八個省、區到廣州中國大酒店參加港科大面試的考生們服務;二是為即將入讀香港科大的廣東新生舉行見面會活動,向新生介紹科大的學習生活情況,為大家提供咨詢服務。

5.暑假琬婷組織并參與了迎接香港本地生三天兩夜的迎新營活動,內地學生到港后琬婷又參與了為期一周的迎新活動。

6.暑假琬婷參加了一個“心理健康大使”的培訓,為迎接8月份入學的新生做準備。科大寒暑假期間與學生平時正常上課時一樣,學校所有設施包括實驗室全部對學生開放,提供正常服務。這點可能與內地的大學有所不同。
7.為了能有機會參加今年11月初在美國麻省理工學院舉行的國際遺傳基因工程機器設計競賽igem(the international genetically engineered machine competition),自4月份以來,琬婷和小組的成員們就開始積極設計研究課題,經過大家的努力,琬婷組的課題研究最終脫穎而出。

在接下來的幾個月里,琬婷把大部分的時間和精力都花在了這個項目上,有時為了一個問題和教授在一起探討
一、兩個小時,暑假更是差不多都泡在實驗室里。廣東省省長黃華華8月19日到香港科技大學參觀時,學校安排琬婷和另一名廣東學生陪同參觀,琬婷也因實驗室的實驗離不開身而未能參加。
為了這個競賽,琬婷花費了很多心血,她的能力也得到了大家的認可,還成為了項目組的骨干分子。功夫不負有心人,最終,琬婷和7名小組成員將代表學校赴美國麻省理工學院參加這次大賽。無論競賽結果如何,這個過程讓琬婷學到了很多,也收獲了很多,同時也體會到了很多,這些對琬婷來說都是最重要的。
