2011年下半年北京地區成人學士學位英語

考試考前輔導通知

我培訓中心隸屬于北京教育考試院，具有一支精干的管理團隊和擁有一支專業化的教研隊伍。根據成人本科學生和部分辦學院校要求，我中心在2011年上半年舉辦了四場針對北京地區成人學士學位英語考試的考前串講，學員通過率達到78%，反映良好，因此我們在2011年下半年將舉辦北京地區成人學士學位英語考試考前輔導班。授課教師具有多年對成人學位英語考試輔導經驗，圍繞考試大綱思路、針對考試答題技巧、考生考試注意事項等問題，系統的對考試中重點難點問題進行分析和講解。

講課特點：內容豐富、思路清晰、重點突出。

授課重點側重考試大綱重點范圍講解、試題分析、答題技巧、考生注意事項等。內容如下：

一、語法講解：考試中語法分值達60分以上，其中包括語法選擇，改錯和翻譯以及完形填空部分，所以語法的講與練就是輔導中的重中之重。

二、翻譯部分

考試翻譯部分由英譯漢和漢譯英兩部分組成，針對此題型特點，主要講授翻譯技巧，如直譯法、譯義法、省略法、增譯法和詞組的總結，漢譯英的翻譯技巧，英譯漢的漢語與英語之間的翻譯方法等。

三、閱讀部分

考試閱讀部分由三篇閱讀短文組成，根據規律，第一篇和第二篇較簡單，可采用細節分析法，歸納總結法，上下文推理法等閱讀方法指導學生進行閱讀練習；第三篇閱讀有一定難度，教學上采用排除法，歸納法和細節推理法等方法進行講解，結合歷年試題給予深入指導，力爭為學生更好地完成此部分內容。

四、完型填空

考試完型填空部分是考試中難度較大的部分，學生需要了解和掌握大量的固定詞組和語法知識，為此，在教學上主要講授做題技巧，詞組搭配，語法結構，上下文分析，結構分析和推理等技巧。

五、改錯部分

考試改錯部分主要針對語法的再次考核，根據規律和特點，將有針對性地講解改錯的做題方法，改錯選擇的重點篩選以及改錯的結構分析等。

六、開課時間： 2011年7月16日到8月28日，周六班和周日班，上課時間為上、下午

第二篇：聚成培訓

聚成培訓

對于這次培訓真是感慨良多啊，和田總的培訓相比據稱的培訓就像是在看小品一樣，不能說不好，雖然收獲的也很多，但是這樣的培訓方式或多或少有些難以接受，先說說自己的收獲吧：

1、加強了自己為了目標堅持努力的信心，可以不怕苦不怕累；

2、如何和身邊的人溝通交流，使自己得到最多的利益；

3、認識到自己身邊的員工及自己內心負面的心態以及如何處理的辦法；

4、怎么了解員工的特性，如何更好地利用各種資源；

5、意識到個人能力與團隊合作能力的重點，以及如何發揮團隊最大的潛力；

6、給自己豐富了好多案例分析，給以后的工作可以承上啟下；

7、最多的收獲，就是學會了如何感恩！

這次聚成的培訓內容比較廣泛，不完全是針對餐飲是關系到各行各業的銷售，對于能對自己起到作用的就是上面列出的幾點。

這種形式的培訓會起到一定的作用，但是這種形式也有點難以接受，相對而言還是喜歡田總的培訓，這次培訓有一些能讓人有一鼓勁可以不斷提醒自己，不停地往上走，但有的內容會使人受挫，這種喜憂參半的培訓在自己的意識上很模糊。八個小時的培訓時間，三個小時講得精彩，兩個小時講的驚訝，還有三個小時在感恩，在互動，在哭，總之這次培訓起到了作用，但是自己感覺或多或少的有些不值得，不如多參加幾次公司自己的培訓！北園店 高戰2012.11.04
