考研面試技巧

一、面試禮儀。

1.禮貌當(dāng)先：細(xì)節(jié)往往透露出你的不足之處，因此禮貌在整個面試過程中尤為重要。進(jìn)門的時候一定要敲門，然后很有禮貌的表示對老師的尊重，鞠躬比較好，或者對著各位老師說聲“老師好!”問好的時候一定要用眼神掃一下各位老師，不能就望著一位老師說。因為每一位老師都不希望被忽視，這一點要注意。如果平時不注意這方面的同學(xué)們在面試的時候應(yīng)該刻意的注意一下。另外，在進(jìn)面試室之前一定要先把手機關(guān)閉，千萬不要出現(xiàn)在面試現(xiàn)場手機響個不停的尷尬局面。如果真的在面試過程中出現(xiàn)沒有意料到的尷尬局面，在面試結(jié)束后一定要向老師表達(dá)歉意。

2.儀表莊重：在穿著方面，男生應(yīng)該盡量穿西服或者比較正式的服裝，女生千萬不要穿緊身衣或者短裙，打扮得體，展現(xiàn)最真實的一面。這里關(guān)鍵是提醒大家要注意穿著，不能太過于隨便，要讓老師有被尊重的感覺，更有利于整體的氣氛把握。

3.行為動作：在復(fù)試之前，一定要明白自己在緊張的時候，有哪些動作，然后把它戒除掉。因為每個人，在緊張時候都會有自己的行為動作，小動作，比如緊張的時候，會搓手或者揪耳朵之類的這種動作，然后很多人是很不雅的，所以你一定要了解自己的這種下意識動作是什么?然后再面試之前要訓(xùn)練自己，讓自己努力克服掉。

4.談吐清晰：在英語面試的時候，如果是自己口述而不是老師問問題的話，應(yīng)該盡量把自己的英語介紹材料濃縮，語速千萬不要太快。如果你語速太快而且句式復(fù)雜的話，會給老師一種表現(xiàn)太過的感覺，這里的意思不是說老師不愿意聽到學(xué)生很好的表達(dá)能力。關(guān)鍵是在老師面前說話要說的清楚明白，讓老師有很好的印象。還有要表現(xiàn)的盡量謙遜一些，再怎樣謙遜，老師是不太會介意的。

5.態(tài)度誠懇：專業(yè)面試的時候一定要誠實，不會的時候就誠實的說自己不是很了解，把自己所了解的盡量說出來。不要企圖認(rèn)為可以蒙騙過去，因為以前就有這樣的同學(xué)。老師問她看過一些什么相關(guān)的專業(yè)書籍。她其實并沒有看，只是偶爾記得幾個書名就說了。以此表現(xiàn)一下自己的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，殊不知當(dāng)老師接著讓她說說看這些書籍后的感受或收獲時，自己就只能傻眼了。結(jié)果自然給老師留下了不好的印象。因此一定要態(tài)度誠懇，實事求是。

二、面試原則和技巧。

1.精心準(zhǔn)備：參加復(fù)試前最好能到圖書館期刊閱覽室查閱一下近年來本專業(yè)比較權(quán)威的期刊，了解一下本專業(yè)的發(fā)展方向、目前研究的熱點問題及主要觀點，這樣做對參加復(fù)試十分有益。

2.自信從容：機智和才干只能在放松、從容的前提下才能正常發(fā)揮出來。放松自己，不但是更好地回答面試官問題的需要，而且面試中的氣質(zhì)或印象分，在你沒有開口說話之前，就開始形成，并影響面試官給你的最終分?jǐn)?shù)。

3.果斷流暢：很多問題是沒有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)答案的，這時說理清晰，表達(dá)流暢，觀點明確，分析透徹就能得高分，面試得高分的關(guān)鍵很多時候不在于回答問題的內(nèi)容，而在于你如何回答，你的思路是不是邏輯清晰，能夠自圓其說。

4.真實坦誠：在面試的時候老師會問你一些關(guān)于個人的問題，比如家是那的，作一些關(guān)于自己大學(xué)中學(xué)習(xí)的基本介紹，問你是不是讀過與自己專業(yè)相關(guān)的書籍、專著??？對于這些問題你最好如實回答，不要弄虛作假。

三、面試常見問題。

（一）五大問題：

1.專業(yè)知識：考研面試中對專業(yè)知識的考察更靈活，例如老師可能會問一些行業(yè)內(nèi)的一些熱點新聞，要求你根據(jù)自己所學(xué)的知識，來談?wù)剬@些熱點事件的理解。對策：由于研究生教育避免的是紙上談兵這樣，因此考生一定要避免就事論事，僅僅局限于事件本身，也不能空談理論，而是要注意將理論與實踐結(jié)合起來，用理論來指導(dǎo)實踐，或?qū)嵺`總結(jié)提升為理論。

2.研究方向：很多專業(yè)在研究生階段對于研究方向分的非常明確，考查的內(nèi)容也大相徑庭，對于研究方向上的準(zhǔn)備，考生最好的參考就是導(dǎo)師的研究方向。導(dǎo)師的研究方向反映了這階段他關(guān)注的焦點，面試的時候他的興趣點，也很可能與他的研究方向有關(guān)。對策：對此，考生平時要多看相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的一些權(quán)威期刊，對所報考導(dǎo)師的學(xué)術(shù)觀點、論文、專著應(yīng)有較深的了解。

特別提醒：如果你的觀點和導(dǎo)師的一致或者可以在他的基礎(chǔ)上有所創(chuàng)新，那他一定會對你留下不錯的印象。

3.畢業(yè)論文：如果是考大學(xué)本科專業(yè)的研究生，那么很多老師都會問及考生本科的畢業(yè)論文。因為它是大學(xué)4年專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的一個總結(jié)，在一定程度上顯示了考生的研究能力。對于跨專業(yè)考生，本科畢業(yè)論文方向的選擇會反映考生在論文上的敏感和專業(yè)上的偏好，也是導(dǎo)師關(guān)注的重點。對策：在面試前一定要好好把握畢業(yè)論文的內(nèi)容，一旦老師問起，不至于說不清楚。還有，考生可以講本科論文和研究生專業(yè)有結(jié)合點的地方好好準(zhǔn)備一下，到時候有話說。

4.發(fā)表論文及著作：有的導(dǎo)師在面試過程中會問考生是否有論文發(fā)表，尤其對于同等學(xué)力考生來說，可能是必須的，因此對于論文和著作這方面，也是有必要準(zhǔn)備的。對策：有論文和著作的，最好提前復(fù)印一下當(dāng)面給老師留下，沒有的話，可以圍繞自己對科研的設(shè)想具體講述一下。

5.閱讀的著作：請你介紹一本自己閱讀過的專業(yè)書籍，這幾乎是文科專業(yè)面試時的必考題。這是導(dǎo)師了解考生的一個窗口。對策：這個問題考生完全可以在平時的復(fù)習(xí)中解決。閱讀相關(guān)專業(yè)著作不僅可以讓你在枯燥的復(fù)習(xí)中得到讀書的樂趣，而且學(xué)者們的智慧又能給自己以啟迪。

總體來說，很多考生在面試時會由于緊張而語無倫次，因此回答問題之前，提醒大家，一定要理清思路，把要回答的問題迅速整理出一二三點來，然后根據(jù)順序進(jìn)行簡要回答?；卮疬^程也不能圖長，簡單為好。
