很高興，能夠進入到復試階段。開學兩個月以來，經過對學生會工作的了解，更加堅定了我進入外聯部的決心!

加入學生會，對我來說是一種全新的人生體驗。以往看過一部電影，叫赤壁。里面諸葛亮說了一句十分經典的話，他說，什么都會一點，生活才更好一點。我很喜歡這句話，于是又做了一個小小的改動來作：什么都體驗一點，生活才更好一點。

我總認為，人生一世草木一秋，造物者既然賦予了我們寶貴的生命，那我們就要善待生命，實現生命的價值。人一生不可能是一成不變的，總需要這樣那樣的全新的體驗。所以，我站在那里，參加競選學生會成員。我不想我的大學生涯是那么的平凡與枯燥，不想當我白發蒼蒼的時候暮然回首，哇塞，我四年的大學生活白過了。所以請各位學長能夠給我這個機會。

我的初高中都是很普通的學校，根本沒有什么學生會的概念。每一天都是三點一線的重復生活。到了大學，我相信每一名大一新生都會發現，在那里我們顯得那樣的稚嫩。無論是社會閱歷還是生活經驗，好像我們的年齡都長在了身上一樣。所以我們需要鍛煉。

我印象最深的就是在高考結束后，在步步高連鎖店里工作的一份難忘經歷。那讓我真正的懂得了自我的不足。所以我想好好的磨練一下自我的本事。而外聯部正好為我們供給了這樣一個平臺。外聯部廣泛的與外界交流溝通，不僅僅將外界的信息帶進學校，更將很多的優秀x人帶到社會，使x在社會上得到更多的認可。所以我迫切的期望，我能夠成為這其中的一份子。

大凡找工作的人，都有對面試的擔心，而英語面試最令人頭痛。面試氣氛總是緊張的，一緊張就容易出錯，中文“臺詞”都會結巴，何況英語！

可俗話說，養兵千日，用兵一時，學了那么多年英語，好歹有些積累，總不能栽在這上面。那么，如何過好英語面試這一關呢？

外企英語面試啥樣子？

各外企的英語面試形式各異，但基本流程是差不多的。

第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔任考官，他們會從你的個人簡歷出發，詢問一些有關個人的問題，比如請你用英語做一個自我介紹。有些公司，也會有一部分英語筆試，如雅芳公司，其筆試中包含一個中英互譯的項目，主要考查應聘者基本的語言運用能力。

第二輪面試則由部門主管經理出面，這時候，有關業務方面的問題成了面試的重點，所以英語面試也從個人情況轉向了專業領域。比如應聘市場部，則應聘者通常會被要求談一談以往最成功的一個案例，或者自身的業務強項等。

如果前面一路綠燈大亮，那么，最后一輪面試就要和bigboss———公司的總裁面對面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當然面試就變成全英語的了。總裁詢問的問題一般會和公司的精神、企業文化有關。一位曾任職默沙東制藥的小姐說，她在參加的默沙東最后一輪面試時，默沙東老總看到她是學新聞出身的，便要求她談談對中國新聞媒體的看法，因為默沙東制藥一直對新聞媒體有其比較獨特的態度。通過這樣比較宏觀的問題，招聘方想要發現的是，應聘者的理念是否與公司的文化精神相契合。

如何應對英語面試

英語從小開始學，可學了10來年，有的人還是“啞巴英語”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關頭，則對一些“成功英語面試培訓”饑不擇食。其實，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時積累的基礎上，注意一些細節，運用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個成功的籌碼。

首先，平時要注意訓練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問題，如果考官一個問題出來，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來兩三個“Pardon”，那現場氣氛定會急轉直下。說話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過渡詞來給自己停頓和思考，同時，也使得自己的表述顯得口語化一些。

其次，發音要標準。在與外國boss面談的過程中，發音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因為害怕犯語法錯誤而不敢說，大多數時候一些細小的語法錯誤并不影響交際的進行，老外們也不會特別在意。如果要說某個詞卻一時想不起來，那就換種說法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會導致冷場。總之不管怎么樣，都要自信滿滿地，把英文說得讓人聽上去像那么回事。

■先期準備

主要是個人情況和業務方面。專業英語的準備要充足，有時會被要求用英語解釋一個專業術語或解答一個技術問題。還可去公司的英文網站了解一下企業文化，這在與bigboss面談的中會有幫助的。
