北京大學國際法學院（Peking University School of Transnational Law, 簡稱“STL”）位于北京大學深圳研究生院校區(qū)，是中國也是全世界范圍內(nèi)，唯一一所提供全英文環(huán)境下的美國法Juris Doctor學位教育（J.D.學位）和中國法法律碩士學位教育（J.M.學位）的法學院。STL嚴謹?shù)慕虒W、中英雙語法學教育模式能夠讓學生更好地適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟全球化背景下日益顯著的普通法系、大陸法系以及中國法律傳統(tǒng)之間的交融。

國際法學院自2009年起每年暑期舉辦優(yōu)秀大學生夏令營（Summer Honors Program，簡稱SHP），項目為期一周，面向全球招生。夏令營將從來自全國各高校、港澳臺和國外地區(qū)的申請者中擇優(yōu)錄取學員，通過采用蘇格拉底式教學法，結(jié)合美式J.D.和中國法律碩士入門課程教育、模擬法庭以及知名企業(yè)法務(wù)部門和相關(guān)法律機構(gòu)參觀活動，培養(yǎng)學員對法律的興趣和熱情，引導學員進入法律之門。每年都有大量夏令營學員選擇通過推薦免試或全國法碩聯(lián)考進入我院學習Juris Doctor和法律碩士雙學位項目。

2017年夏令營的申請工作已經(jīng)開始，具體安排如下：

一、項目介紹

1、時間：7月29日-8月5日（包含香港行）。

2、地點：深圳和香港。

3、招收人數(shù)：90人。

4、項目安排：具體行程安排會在學生審核工作完成后通知。歷年活動安排包括美國法J.D.和中國法J.M.入門課程、模擬法庭競賽、與STL在校生和校友的交流會、深圳知名企業(yè)參觀（例如“華為”、“萬科”等，具體以實際安排為準）以及重要政府及司法機構(gòu)參觀學習（例如 “香港高院”、“香港立法會”等，具體以實際安排為準）。

5、注意事項：港澳通行證及簽注由學生在赴香港前自行辦理。

二、選拔要求

1、全國重點院校本科大三在校學生，港澳臺和國外留學生，綜合表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異，課程成績無不及格。

2、熟練掌握英語，需在申請材料中提交英語語言能力證明的材料，如托福、雅思、GRE、www.tmdps.cn, 并請在標題中注明“夏令營申請：姓名+學校+專業(yè)”：

1）在線申請后下載打印申請表，手寫簽名后掃描成PDF文件，連同其他文件一起電郵至夏令營招生郵箱；

2）中英文個人陳述；

3）外語水平證明（國家英語四、六級考試成績，英語專業(yè)四級、八級成績，或TOEFL、雅思成績，或GRE/GMAT成績等體現(xiàn)自身英語水平的證明材料一份）；

4）在讀證明及本科階段成績單（由教務(wù)部門蓋章），前兩年半總評成績排名證明（由教務(wù)部門蓋章或院系出具證明）；

5）其他可體現(xiàn)申請人學術(shù)水平的證明材料（非必需，可選擇性提交）。

四、費用及獎助學金

1、費用

人民幣3000元（含食宿、保險及香港行費用，不含由其出發(fā)地往返深圳交通費用）。確定擬錄取名單后，STL會通知學員將費用統(tǒng)一匯入北京大學深圳研究生院賬戶，由深圳研究生院代收代支。

2、獎學金

夏令營表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異者，如果獲得本科院校推薦免試資格并最終保送至北京大學國際法學院繼續(xù)攻讀碩士研究生，將在研究生入學后獲得3000元夏令營專項獎學金。

五、結(jié)業(yè)證書

1.Course Overview Arrow highlighted the prevalence of uncertainty in health care markets: physicians are

uncertain about how to treat patients, especially when medical technology is changing so rapidly;patients are uncertain about the effectiveness of medical treatment;and consumers and health plans are uncertain about the appropriateness and quality of providers’ services.Economic models explain some but by no means all consumer and producer behaviors in the medical services sector, and as for making health care policies, the economic concept of efficiency is a helpful criterion but not the only criterion for judging the desirability of alternative arrangement(e.g., distributions and redistributions).Given the uneasy balance of efficiency and equality/equity, there is by no means a best health care system suitable for every society, which is especially true for a developing economy Like China.In this class we will discuss why standard economic models of behavior and efficiency sometimes work and matter and sometimes do not in this industry.We are going to discuss the available information related but not limited to the following questions: do people behave in ways that are or could be made to be efficient(and equitable)? how much inefficiency is there in this industry and what are the causes? how is health care usually financed in a society? and how might a country better manage its resources dedicated to improving the health of its population?

The main context of this course is:(1)to consider the economic analysis of the medical care sector, namely how medical care is provided and financed;(2)to explore the implication of market failures in health care market such as moral hazard, adverse selection, and externality;and(3)to help you get informed with the making of health policies and how different health system evolved and developed, and also to discuss various reform ideas.Comments and questions in class are strongly encouraged.Things that seem confusing or controversial are usually that way for many students;everyone will benefit if you ask questions.And because the class will deal with policy, there is a lot of room for honest feedback and constructive disagreement.No one knows the complete answer, or even the right answer, to many of the questions that will be raised in the classes.We do not set out to find the perfect answers, in different context, a solution may have quite ambiguous delivery and effect.However, if you do not think you can tolerate the fact that most of the discussion will be from the point of view of economists and will seem to be somewhat detached(that is, not from the point of view of a beneficiary or a kind-hearted philanthropist), then you probably shouldn’t be taking this class.2.Course Requirements Requirements ? 四、復試形式

凡申請哲學系推薦免試者須通過我系的復試。復試分為筆試與面試兩項。

筆試總分100分，包括：英語40分，哲學基礎(chǔ)知識60分（邏輯學專業(yè)60分為邏輯學基礎(chǔ)知識，其他專業(yè)考核中國哲學、西方哲學、馬克思主義哲學基礎(chǔ)知識各20分），考試時間為150分鐘；面試由各專業(yè)教研室組成的專業(yè)小組組織進行。

面試與筆試成績的權(quán)重各為50%，有一項不合格不予錄取。復試時間和地點與復試名單于9月22日在哲學系網(wǎng)站公布。

五、資格復審及錄取

在發(fā)出錄取通知書之前，將對獲得初取資格的免試生，按以下要求進行資格復審，通過者方可被錄取，未通過者，將被取消錄取資格，由學生所在學校本科教務(wù)部門按本科學籍管理規(guī)定辦理相應(yīng)手續(xù)。

2017 年 9 月 8 日-18 日，北京大學開通北京大學 2018 年推薦免試研究生網(wǎng)上申報系統(tǒng),具體安排請見網(wǎng)站的有關(guān)通知。

2、申請材料寄送

2017 年 9 月 18 日前，申請人將填好的全部申請材料（統(tǒng)一使用 A4 紙）裝入自備的信封，直接寄（送）達所報考的學院（系、所、中心）研究生教務(wù)辦公室。過期不再接受申請。

全部申請材料一經(jīng)收到，恕不退還。申請材料中，正式成績單（如確有困難）可延至 9 月底補交。

3、教育部推免服務(wù)系統(tǒng)報名

為促進我國高校優(yōu)秀大學生之間的思想交流，加強青年學生對經(jīng)濟學科研究和經(jīng)濟學院的了解，北京大學經(jīng)濟學院將舉辦“2017年全國優(yōu)秀大學生夏令營”活動。此次夏令營活動將于2017年6月24-28日在北京大學經(jīng)濟學院舉行，活動包括項目介紹、名師講座、專題研討會、聯(lián)誼交流、優(yōu)秀營員評選等活動。

一、活動簡介

北京大學經(jīng)濟學院現(xiàn)有金融碩士、保險碩士、稅務(wù)碩士和國際商務(wù)碩士等四個專業(yè)碩士點；有政治經(jīng)濟學，經(jīng)濟思想史，經(jīng)濟史，西方經(jīng)濟學，世界經(jīng)濟，人口、資源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學，財政學（含稅收學），金融學，風險管理與保險學等九個博士點。其中，專業(yè)碩士項目實行校內(nèi)校外雙導師制，致力于培養(yǎng)兼具扎實理論基礎(chǔ)與實踐能力的復合型人才；博士生項目致力于培養(yǎng)有專長、厚基礎(chǔ)、素質(zhì)高的研究型人才。“2017年全國優(yōu)秀大學生夏令營”活動涵蓋經(jīng)濟學院上述所有專業(yè)點的專業(yè)碩士項目和直博生項目的體驗活動。夏令營將邀請各專業(yè)教授參與活動，向營員介紹各學科的培養(yǎng)目標、培養(yǎng)方案、師資隊伍、培養(yǎng)教育方式和學業(yè)支持體系。

本次活動共擬招收營員200人左右。申請工作自即日開始。本次申請和參營全程均不收費。同時，北京大學經(jīng)濟學院將為營員提供伙食費用補貼和京外營員的住宿。

二、申請資格

1．大學在校經(jīng)濟學及相關(guān)專業(yè)三年級本科生（2018屆畢業(yè)生），非經(jīng)濟學專業(yè)學生應(yīng)具備良好的數(shù)理和經(jīng)濟學基礎(chǔ)或者修過經(jīng)濟學相關(guān)課程。

2．對經(jīng)濟學有濃厚興趣，有志于經(jīng)濟學學術(shù)研究或應(yīng)用工作，并有較強的潛在研究能力或應(yīng)用能力。

3．學習成績優(yōu)異。

4．英語水平良好。

5．健康狀況符合規(guī)定的體檢標準。

三、申請材料

1．“北京大學經(jīng)濟學院2017優(yōu)秀大學生夏令營”申請表（在報名系統(tǒng)中填寫后生成、打印并粘貼照片）1份；

2．個人陳述（附件下載）1份；

3．專家推薦信（附件下載）2封，即需要2位副教授及以上職稱專家分別推薦，密封并在封口騎縫處簽字；

4．本科階段成績單（由教務(wù)部門蓋章）1份；

5．本科前兩年半總評成績排名證明（附件下載、由教務(wù)部門蓋章）； 6．獲獎證書復印件各1份；

7．國家英語四、六級考試成績或TOEFL成績、GRE/GMAT成績等體現(xiàn)自身英語水平的證明材料復印件1份；

8．體現(xiàn)自身學術(shù)水平的代表性學術(shù)論文、出版物或原創(chuàng)性工作成果等材料的復印件1份。

其中，本院申請者必須提交第1-2項，非本院申請者必須提交第1-5項，申請博士生項目體驗的所有同學還必須提交第8項。其余為可選材料。請務(wù)必根據(jù)材料清單各項要求準備好申請材料，申請材料的完備情況會一定程度影響到申請結(jié)果。無論申請是否通過，申請材料均不予退還。申請者應(yīng)仔細核對本人是否符合申請條件；如發(fā)現(xiàn)申請人提交虛假材料、作弊及其它違紀行為，責任自負。

四、申請流程

1．第一步為網(wǎng)上申報。請在“北京大學經(jīng)濟學院研究生夏令營報名服務(wù)系統(tǒng)”（地址：http://222.29.71.252/servecon/）進行網(wǎng)上報名并提交。系統(tǒng)開通時間為即日起至2017年5月26日中午12:00（請參考本通知第七條的在線申請步驟說明）。

2．網(wǎng)上申報成功后需提交紙質(zhì)材料。請將本通知第三條所述的申請材料按順序一并裝入A4大信封，信封正面注明申報專業(yè)（方向）、姓名、所在學校及院系，注明“北京大學經(jīng)濟學院夏令營申請”，并請務(wù)必注明系統(tǒng)生成申請表頂端的報名ID號。所有材料郵寄至北京大學經(jīng)濟學院招生辦公室（具體地址見本通知第六條“材料郵寄地址與咨詢”）。請以快遞方式郵寄，建議采用EMS或順豐快遞，不接收到付的快遞和包裹。申請受理以收到紙質(zhì)

材料為準。

3．注意事項：

（1）每份材料如超過兩頁紙，請自行用釘書針或膠水合在一起；各份材料請按照前述順序依次放置。

（2）郵寄材料截止日期為5月26日（以投遞時間為準），過期不再接受申請。（3）只在網(wǎng)上報名，不提供紙質(zhì)材料的，視為自動放棄。

（4）申請者不能同時申請碩士項目和博士項目，否則材料不予受理。

五、材料審核及夏令營資格審定

1．材料接收：因報名材料較多，不提供電話確認。所有紙質(zhì)材料只適用于當次申請，一經(jīng)接收，不予退還。如有需要還請?zhí)崆皞浞荨?/p>

2． 材料審核及夏令營入營資格審定：夏令營材料審核和夏令營入營資格審定工作由專門工作委員會負責。夏令營入營名單將在經(jīng)濟學院網(wǎng)站上公布并以短信方式直接通知本人，請保持手機和郵件暢通。未入選者，不另行通知。

六、材料郵寄地址與咨詢

材料郵寄地址：北京市海淀區(qū)頤和園路5號北京大學經(jīng)濟學院綜合樓112室招生辦公室收，郵編：100871。

七、在線申請步驟說明

1．需登錄北京大學經(jīng)濟學院服務(wù)網(wǎng)在線申請系統(tǒng)申請。地址：http://222.29.71.252/servecon/ 2．注冊賬號并登錄網(wǎng)站：

（1）點擊左上方導航欄“登錄”菜單，點擊“創(chuàng)建新賬號”標簽，輸入用戶名和電子郵箱。點擊“創(chuàng)建新賬號”按鈕。

（2）登錄您填寫的電子郵箱，點擊系統(tǒng)發(fā)送的郵件正文中的“一次性鏈接”，設(shè)置密碼。

（3）點擊“登錄”菜單，使用新建的用戶名和密碼登錄網(wǎng)站。3．填寫并提交申請：

（1）點擊左上方導航欄“表單”鏈接，打開“‘北京大學經(jīng)濟學院2017年優(yōu)秀大學生夏令營’報名系統(tǒng)”。

（2）按照申請表要求填寫信息，提交申請表。

4．郵寄申請材料

（1）再次打開申請表，會提示您已提交此申請表，點擊“查看你的前一張表格”，可以查看、修改信息。

（2）確認信息無誤后，點擊“下載PDF”打開PDF表格，打印表格并簽字，連同其他申請材料一起郵寄到經(jīng)濟學院招生辦公室。
