七年級英語上冊期中考試反思

本次期中考試是學生升級以來的第一次大型正規考試，主要考查學生綜合語言的運用能力、基礎知識和基本技能。部分題目比較靈活，突出考查了學生在具體的語境中，進行觀察、思維、判斷、分析、推理的能力。主客觀題型相結合，內容豐富，試卷主要覆蓋了前六個單元階段所學的基本語言知識點語法各項目，知識與技能并重，較好地體現了新課程倡導的理念。整套試題難易適中，面向多數學生，起到了達標檢測的作用。

從學生答題情況來看：選擇題方面主要是一些基礎短語記憶不深刻；閱讀理解還是不能充分依據上下文弄明白意思，今后仍需加強這方面的練習；書面表達主要是平時課文句子的積累，仍需加強課文理解記憶。

鑒于以上情況，下一步教學確立以下具體改進措施：

1.繼續抓好雙基知識的訓練，打牢基本功。使學生掌握一定的英語基礎知識和聽、說、讀、寫技能，形成一定的綜合語言運用能力是基礎教育階段英語課程最重要的任務之一。從起始年級開始就重視雙基知識的積累，努力培養學生良好的聽、說、讀、寫能力和良好的學習習慣，為以后的學習打下扎實的基礎。

2.抓好課外補差，減少兩極分化現象。一方面它需要我們教師要充分利用好每一個四十五分鐘，認真備課，設計教學過程，改革陳舊的教學模式，組織靈活多樣的課堂教學活動，促使每位學生積極參與，從而才能激發學生的學習和參與興趣，提高學生學習英語的積極性，促使每位學生爭相開口，從課堂交際活動中積累豐富的英語知識，發展語言技能，提高語言能力。另一方面，它需要我們教師加強補差，不放棄每個差生，這樣才能大面積提高英語教學質量。

3.盡量創設英語情景，提高學生綜合運用英語語言的能力。學習英語的最終目的在于學生學了以后能正確地使用語言進行交際。因此，在日常教學中，教師自身要加強英語授課的素養，廣泛運用流利的英語課堂用語，來營造英語環境和學英語的氛圍，以激發學生學習興趣和主動性；另外在課堂教學中要盡量創設英語表演的舞臺，讓更多的學生參與到其中來，以此來積極引導學生參與語言實踐活動，培養學生用英語的能力。

4.強化聽讀訓練，努力培養語感。教師在今后的教學中要有意識地加強學生聽讀能力的訓練與培養，課外還要多選用一些內容健康，時代感強、知識性、趣味性并存的短文來讓學生閱讀，通過大量閱讀來培養學生的語感以及通過上下文捕捉信息的能力，從而提高閱讀，理解，分析，判斷的能力。

總之，針對本次檢測結果，除了上述一些需改進的地方之外，也對自己的教學和學生有了進一步的了解，有助于自己在今后的教學中進一步去探索、發現、改進。

本次期中考試已經結束，但成績并不十分理想。我所帶的七（3）班整體較好，而七（4）班兩極分化嚴重，兩個班平均分相差2分，兩個班不及格總共15人。雖然說試題簡單，但是存在的問題依然很明顯。面對成績，談幾點自己的反思。

通過試卷分析，發現學生聽力能力、閱讀理解能力和書面表達能力較弱，具體來說：

1.學生的自控、自學能力較差，由于學生初次做聽力試題，不知如何下手，因此，聽力失分較多。在平時，我雖然一再強調聽力的重要性，并明確告知他們僅僅靠上課時間練聽力是遠遠不夠的，而且從一開學就要求學生每天回家要堅持聽磁帶十分鐘，但是學生還是認識不到聽力的重要性，很難做到老師的要求。

2.部分學生的基礎知識不夠扎實，學生遺忘知識快，過去滾瓜爛熟的東西一段時間不用就忘了。

3.學生的應變能力有待提高，不能正確寫出單詞的正確形式；1-4單元，每一單元都讓學生背誦過一篇作文，一旦遇到考試時的類似作文，學生只會照搬照套，不能根據作文要求靈活變通。

4.理解能力不強，閱讀理解失分較多，不能理解通篇大意，原因是詞匯量少，即使是平時默寫過的單詞一到考試時又不認識了。

5.不能熟練運用學過的句型。

造成這種結果的原因是多方面的，但其中最重要的兩方面是在于教師和學生本身。教師方面的原因：

在本學期我在教學中嘗試高效課堂模式，在教學中忽視了后進生的培養。有些環節往往由好學生一筆帶過。給學生的講解偏少，重難點知識的強調偏少。

其次，在日常的教學當中，過多地重視教師的“教”，而忽視了學生學習興趣的培養。對于個別英語底子薄的學生沒有降低要求。學生方面的原因：

1.學生懶。不愿背單詞，詞組和句型，不愿做題。

2.底子薄弱，對學習英語沒有興趣，上課注意力不集中。

3.個別成績好的學生眼高手低，做題時不認真。學生整體學習習慣差，缺乏主動學習意識

在今后的教學中，我將繼續抓好雙基知識的訓練，打牢基本功；引導學生梳理知識，掌握語法規則，逐步引導學生靈活運用英語知識的能力；培養學生上課時的聽課習慣，要求學生全神貫注，要和老師同步思考出現的問題；講課時，盡量使用簡明、準確、形象、生動的語言。在平時要通過閱讀，培養學生閱讀多種文體的能力，如何從文章中獲取信息的能力和運用英語解決實際問題的能力。在訓練中要注意方法的多樣化和靈活性，同時，啟發他們學會運用多種不同的方法來表達同樣的思想，逐步培養良好的英語語感；設計全面、高校的課

外作業，并進一步培養學生良好的書寫習慣，做到整潔、規范，正確地書寫。總之，在教學過程中，我的教學能力有待提高。但我相信，只要我認識到并及時改正，今后的教學成績會有更大提高。

本學期，我擔任七年級311班和316班的英語教學。兩個班的教學反差很大，他們的情況具體如下：

311班學生的基礎還算可以，所以有些知識點，略點一下就可以領悟了！但在這次期中考試中出現了這樣的情況，尖子不尖，好像感覺很沒有活力，中上階層的學生多，但是拔尖的卻沒有體現出來，滿分120分的有一個同學，過110分的只有21個學生，大多數都是96至109的，同時還有幾個勉強及格或是差點及格，期中這份題對學生來說是簡單的，可就是考不出水平！而316班學生的基礎很差，同一個單詞反復教導，還是讀不準，有些26個字母還沒有掌握，上課無心向學的學生基本占整班的三分之二，所以這次期中考試情況很不好，及格人數二十多個，優秀人數十個左右，和其他班更行對比，成績很不理想！

我認真做了以下的反思：出現尖子不尖的情況，主要是我忽略了這個方面的培養，我應該多在這方面花點精力！同時應該出多點練習給學生操練！因為學生的練習沒有按時完成，操練比較少，所以學過的知識不能得到很好的鞏固，我應該在這方面安排督促檢查的！還有學生的單詞總不過關，每次聽寫單詞時都是不合格！學生的基礎還不打扎實，書寫還是個大問題！

針對以上情況，我在下半個學期做以下的安排：七年級正是打基礎的階段，培養學生良好的聽、說、讀、寫的能力對以后初中英語學習很重要。從各方面嚴格要求自己，積極向老教師請教，使教學計劃及實施有條理，有組織，有步驟地開展。我在教學中的主要環節體現在以下幾方面：(一)任何一位學生都必須書寫端正，否則將會受到懲罰。嚇唬之余，在最初階段還不妨特意抓幾位敢“頂風作案”的學生，以懲一儆百；同時對書寫端正的任何一個學生都給予鼓勵。后來我驚奇的發現，那些中文漢字寫的歪歪扭扭的學生，英文卻完全可以寫的非常端正，儼然一個優秀生的卷面一般，感覺很有成就感。

（二）英語作為一門語言，讓學生在基礎學習階段養成大聲朗讀，敢于開口是非常必要的。在日常教學中，我最害怕不開口的學生。我認為只要他們開口讀、說英語了，那么他們這一生學習英語都將不會存在任何的障礙了。所以在開學最初的幾個星期階段，我特別提醒我的學生們，一定要開口出聲且大聲的朗讀英語。針對個別性格內向、羞于開口的學生，則要將其列為重點關注對象，致力于先張口，再出聲，最后大聲朗讀。

（三）很多時候我們不得不承認，學生的英語考試成績是和學生的單詞量完全成正比的。新目標英語這套教材的單詞量大是眾所周知的。為了讓學生從識記

單詞拼寫這個繁重的負擔中解脫出來，我想我們應該在第一時間向全班學生講述正確的識記單詞拼寫的方法，同時幫助其摒棄他們在小學階段可能業已形成的死記硬背的方法。在教學過程中，我堅決要求學生依據單詞發音來識記單詞的拼寫。所以在單詞教學方面，我一般遵循三步走的順序。1.跟讀。讓學生先學會讀單詞，做到看到單詞，讀音能夠脫口而出。2.記住漢語意思。可以由老師報中文解釋，學生讀出英文單詞；在課堂句型操練中，進一步鞏固單詞的讀音和中文意思的聯合掌握和運用。3.最后才要求學生開始識記單詞的拼寫。事實上，此時由于學生對很多單詞的過目率非常的高，他們可能已經在不知不覺中掌握了本單元里為數不少的新單詞的拼寫了。

（四）英語課堂上的同桌對話模式，我想應該一直被提倡。因此，在七在教學過程編排上，也盡量多的編排對話操練，以爭取讓學生有盡量多的機會展示，尤其是每個單元的A（包括B的前半部分）句型，更是有必要以兩人或四人一組等模式充分操練。而此時，教材后面的聽力材料則完全可以作為早自修朗讀內容，其中個別超綱單詞，不妨也加以解釋，以作為擴展學生單詞量的一個輔助手段。綜上所述，經過下半個學期的努力，我相信一部分同學成績有所提高，只要我們學生用心去學，相信我們就能圓滿的完成英語教學工作，為學生之后的更高層次的英語學習奠定扎實的基礎。

教師：閆亞梅本次數學月考檢測試卷主要以教材為依據，著重考查了基礎知識與基本能力。重視對基礎知識和基本運算的考查。

一、得分原因分析

1、本次考試試題簡單，都是基礎知識。全班40人，成績過百分達18人，72分及格線上有30人。

2、學生的基礎知識比較扎實。基礎題所占比例較高，容易題占較多，并且都是常見習題，沒有偏題。

3、平時學習過程中，小組合作學習較靈活，解決和處理問題的能力較好。

4、考前復習了2節課，學生掌握較好。

二、失分原因分析

1、基礎較好學生認為題目簡單，自己可以拿滿分，導致粗心大意。后面簡答題得了滿分，但卻在選擇題和填空題上失誤了。

2、本次試卷我班的都是學校打印的，由于打印機的問題導致一些加號和減號看不清楚，學生有看錯題目的地方。

3、部分基礎較差的學生已經盡力，但是由于小學知識不牢固，基礎較差，所以還是成績較弱。

三、教學啟示：

在今后的教學中，需要作好以下幾方面的工作：

１、教師在平時教學中要進一步把握好具體目標要求，深入分析教材，重視基礎知識與技能的落實，重視過程與方法的學習，注重數學與實際生活的聯系，通過多種方法，突出培養學生理解分析、操作探究、表述能力和靈活應用知識解決問題的能力，發展學生的數學素養。

2、在平時教學中重視對學生良好的學習習慣和學習方法的養成教育，教師還需在教給學生“嚴謹、勤學、善思、好問”等方面的發展多做探究。

3、重視課本，學生主動參與、勤于動手動腦，樂于探究，盡量要求學生在學習過程中學會自我反思和矯正，變被動學習為主動學習。

4、應當多檢查督促學生，完成練習冊及新課程。對于沒有完成的同學采取一些有效的辦法。
