第一篇：2017年第二次英語水平測試通知-遠程

關于舉辦2017年第二次 中國石化英語水平測試的通知

根據(jù)中國石化英語水平測試工作總體安排，2017年第二次英語水平測試擬于2017年5月6日進行，現(xiàn)將有關事項通知如下：

一、測試對象

1.從事或擬從事國際化經營的管理與專業(yè)技術人員； 2.擬參加集團公司國際化人才培訓的人員；

3.擬出國（境）訪問學者、出國（境）參加培訓與學術交流人員； 4.擬申報高級、教授級專業(yè)技術任職資格人員。

集團公司鼓勵各單位組織近年引進的高校畢業(yè)生及有一定英語基礎的經營管理和專業(yè)技術骨干參加測試；其他員工可根據(jù)需要自愿報名，經單位核實信息無誤后參加測試。

二、測試報名

擬參加英語水平測試的考生通過中國石化遠程培訓系統(tǒng)在線報名。考生登錄遠程培訓系統(tǒng)（http://learning.sinopec.com），在“注冊報名”/“英語水平測試”下注冊報名。個人報名截止時間為2017年4月10日24:00。

無法登錄遠程培訓系統(tǒng)的員工，可由所在直屬單位組織人事部門按照考生報名信息導入模板要求，填寫考生姓名、考生類別及其聯(lián)系方式等信息(考生報名信息導入模板見附件1)，然后導入到遠程培訓系統(tǒng)，進行統(tǒng)一報名。借聘人員由借聘單位統(tǒng)一報名。

各直屬單位組織人事部門通過遠程培訓系統(tǒng)對本單位報名參加測試人選信息進行審核，審核截止時間為4月12日17:00。

三、測試內容和方式

測試內容以日常和商務英語為主，包括聽說（聽力、口語）和讀寫（閱讀、寫作）兩部分，重點考查考生在海外實際工作和生活場景中的英語語言應用能力。整個測試貼近海外業(yè)務工作實際，體現(xiàn)石油石化行業(yè)特色。測試分“聽說”和“讀寫”兩個部分分別提供成績，可單獨使用。

本次測試采取閉卷機考形式, 按照聽力、口語、閱讀和寫作四個測試單元依次進行。考生須在計算機上完成全部作答，整體測試時間約三個小時。

請登錄遠程培訓系統(tǒng)，在“中心公告”欄目下，查閱考試通知以及“英語水平測試指南”和“英語水平測試機考操作樣題”。

四、測試時間

測試時間：北京時間2017年5月6日上午9:00至12:00。考試當天考生需提前半小時入場，在聽力開考前完成采集相片、登錄系統(tǒng)、閱讀機考須知等準備工作。開考前五分鐘停止入場，不允許考生遲到或提前交卷。

五、測試組織安排

測試由石油化工管理干部學院負責組織,依托第三方考試機構具體實施。本次測試擬在全國21個城市設立考點（考點安排計劃表見附件2），各單位可就近安排本單位考生參加考試，為本單位考生指定考點。對于報名人數(shù)低于30人的城市將不再設立考點，就近并入相鄰考點。考生報名后，每個考點將根據(jù)考生實際報名人數(shù)，再設置若干考站。

對于參考人數(shù)大于40人的單位，如就近考點參考不方便，可申請單獨開設考點(城市)。

考生具體參試考點、考站等詳細信息參見準考證。

考生2017年4月30日至5月5日打印個人準考證,準考證打印網址http://sinopec-glgy.ata-test.net。

六、測試成績

測試成績在測試結束后兩個月內通過遠程培訓系統(tǒng)發(fā)布，并導入中國石化SAP-HR人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)。各考生所在直屬單位組織人事部門和考生本人可通過遠程培訓系統(tǒng)查詢測試成績。成績達到定級標準的，各考生所在直屬單位組織人事部門可通過遠程培訓系統(tǒng)打印個人成績通知單,加蓋直屬單位組織人事部門公章后作為員工英語水平證明。

七、費用

考試費每人100元,由考生所在直屬單位統(tǒng)一匯總支付。2017年4月11日-12日，各單位管理員在線審核本單位參考人員信息，確認無誤后予以通過，下載本單位參考人員名單，按照報名費用信息表（見附件3）要求填寫后，報送石油化工管理干部學院。需要開具增值稅專用發(fā)票的單位,須提供《增值稅專用發(fā)票開票信息采集表》(見附件4)，對未提供的單位則一律開具增值稅普通發(fā)票。考試費原則上一經收取，不再退還。由石油化工管理干部學院開具發(fā)票并快遞到匯款單位聯(lián)系人。各單位考試報名費需通過集團公司交易平臺進行結算，由石油化工管理干部學院發(fā)起結算流程。

八、有關要求

1.各單位組織人事部門要認真做好測試報名組織工作，要指定專門人員負責報名審核和匯總工作，并于2017年3月31日前將各單位報名聯(lián)系人以電子郵件方式報送石油化工管理干部學院(單位報名聯(lián)系人格式見附件5)。聯(lián)系人：賈作輝、王薇薇，電話：010-52591960、52591863，手機：***、***，電子郵箱: yyfj.glgy@sinopec.com。

2.考生應提前到相應考站報到、準時參加測試。報名參加測試考生確因突發(fā)事件或特殊原因不能參加測試的，須向所在直屬單位請假，并由所在單位報石油化工管理干部學院。考生必須攜帶身份證和準考證，否則一律不準進入考場；除了攜帶打草稿用筆外（藍色或黑色水筆、圓珠筆），不得攜帶外文詞典、電子類詞典以及其它材料進入考場。

3.考生有權全部或單獨取消聽說項目、讀寫項目成績。答題時間結束后,考生需根據(jù)屏幕提示,及時選擇“提交”或“放棄”聽說項目、讀寫項目的答題信息,若考生在規(guī)定時間內未做任何操作，則系統(tǒng)默認提交答題信息。若選擇“放棄”的考生需恢復相關答題信息，應當場向監(jiān)考老師申請?zhí)顚憽吨袊⒄Z水平測試成績恢復申請書》。

不要以為你的水平真有這么高:其實這句話來自托福聽力考試真題,是美國年輕人的常用語言:意思是比較簡單(什么是我最不喜歡做的事情).但是請問各位樓上的,你們什么時候在什么場合用過這句或者類似的英文句子?

而且該句可以在不同的語言環(huán)境下有不同的變化 比如LAST 轉換成 FIRST

Fragreen: 我覺得學習英語還是注重基礎好,我曾經背過新英漢詞典,單詞最高記錄40000以上,發(fā)現(xiàn)許多是沒有用的,連翻譯的時候都沒有用.反而最簡單的詞匯不知道怎么樣用好,現(xiàn)在專門學習單詞10000詞匯

第四篇：英語水平測試實施方案(2015更新版)

浙江大學“英語水平考試”實施方案

一．報名：

1）浙江大學“英語水平考試”分三個單項考試：聽力閱讀機考、寫作機考和口語考試。第一次參加考試時，考生須按照聽力閱讀機考和寫作機考的先后順序依次完成。通過聽力閱讀機考和寫作機考者方可參加口語考試，且必須確認當次的口語考試，棄考記為不合格。聽力閱讀機考、寫作機考和口語考試均設單項及格線，即聽力閱讀機考36分，寫作機考12分，口語考試12分。2）該考試每年舉行兩次，分別在4月和10月進行。考試前會提前通知，請大家注意教務處的網站。考生可從第三學期開始在教務處網上注冊參加“浙江大學英語水平考試”。次數(shù)不限，合格為止，合格后不可再考。

二．考試的步驟

1）考生根據(jù)網上提供的考試日期、場次、和座位號進行注冊。考生應首先注冊聽力閱讀機考和寫作機考。機考注冊時間持續(xù)大約十天。一旦注冊成功，錯過考試責任由考生自負。

2）聽力閱讀機考結束后馬上進行寫作機考。錯過考試責任自負。沒有通過聽力閱讀機考或者寫作機考的學生須重新注冊，參加下一次舉行的聽力閱讀機考或者寫作機考。

3）通過聽力閱讀機考和寫作機考的考生在寫作機考后的數(shù)天內登入教務處系統(tǒng)，根據(jù)網上提供的口試日期、場次進行選擇，參加口語考試。電腦按照報名順序隨機安排考生組成四人一組的口試小組。每組實際考試時間為20分鐘, 每組間隔5分鐘，供教師打分和考生進出。錯過考試責任由考生自負。

4）口試通過后考試順利結束。口試未通過者重新注冊，參加下一次舉行的口試。5）各單項考試通過后都不可再考。6）所有信息都由學校教務網發(fā)布。

三．成績的記載

三個單項考試分別記載。聽力閱讀機考滿分60分，寫作機考滿分20分，口語考試滿分20分。三項都達到及格線視為通過該水平考試。如果沒有通過所有三個單項的考試，成績會記為不合格。考試過程中的各項成績會暫時保留在考試系統(tǒng)中。只有三項成績均通過的學生的成績才會輸入教務處系統(tǒng)。各項成績只記錄為合格與不合格，無論合格與不合格均不計入績點。
