高三英語寫作之寫作指導二倡議書

一、題型特點

倡議書可以是針對某項公益事業向公眾發出的倡導，倡議大家一起做某事，或提出合理化意見、建議，也可以是針對某個人或某個特定群體向公眾發出的求助。

倡議書的主要內容： 1.介紹情況，發出倡議； 2.倡議的理由或意義； 3.倡議的具體內容 寫作注意事項: 1.一定要寫清楚提倡議的理由是什么，也就是為什么倡議，但是理由不要太多，抓住一兩點具體說清楚就可以了。

2.提出的倡議不要面面俱到，要有針對性地抓住主要問題提建議，而與此無關的或關系不大的其他方面，就不必贅述。

3.要充分考慮到倡議的可行性和具體條件。提出的倡議必須是別人能夠做到的或有條件做到的，而不能憑空想象，不著邊際。許多同學在倡議中喜歡喊口號，這種做法雖然沒有什么不妥，但總是給人一種夸夸其談、華而不實的感覺，自然也就很難獲得高分了。

二、答題要求

一篇得分較高的書面表達應該具備以下特點：1)覆蓋所有內容要點；2)有效地使用了語句間的連接成分，使全文結構緊湊，過渡自然；3)語句有簡有繁，應用了較多的語法結構和詞匯；4)語法結構正確，具備較強的語言運用能力；5)語言地道流暢，書寫規范

三、答題步驟

1.審題：細讀提示，弄清題材、體裁與格式，確定人稱、時態。2.抓點：用重點句型和短語列出文章的內容要點。

3.造句：將要點擴寫成句，注意中英文在語言表達方式上的差異。

4.成文：連句成文。正確使用語句間的連接成分，使行文流暢，并注意段與段的銜接，做到邏輯正確、條理清楚。

5.潤色: 盡量使用常用詞匯與句型，但對有把握的高級詞匯和復雜句式也要大膽運用。在覆蓋文章要點的基礎上，可以適當發揮，但擴展的內容一定要緊扣主題，不要寫與主題無關的內容。總之，要做到不漏寫、不錯寫、不多寫、不亂寫。

6.復查：整篇文章所用的人稱是否一致；動詞時態、語態是否一致、恰當；格式是否適當；冠詞、名詞單復數及單詞大小寫、標點及所有的拼寫是否準確無誤；詞數是否符合要求；分段是否合理等。

7.謄寫：修改無誤后，認真規范地謄寫在規定的地方。卷面要整潔美觀，盡量不出現涂改痕跡；字的大小與傾斜度，行距、字距，都要適當，以免難以辨認。

第四篇：公文寫作指導：倡議書寫作格式及

1.概念

倡議書是為倡議、發起某項活動而寫的號召性的公開提議性的專用書信。

2.格式

倡議書一般由標題、稱呼、正文、結尾、落款五部分組成。

（1）標題

倡議書標題一般由文種名獨自組成，即在第一行正中用較大的字體寫“倡議書”三個字。另外，標題還可以由倡議內容和文種名共同組成。如“把遺體交給醫學界利用的倡議書 ”。

（2）稱呼

倡議書的稱呼可根據倡議的對象而選用適當的稱呼。如“廣大的青少年朋友們：”、“廣大的婦女同胞們：”等。有的倡議書也可不用稱呼，而在正文中指出。

（3）正文

正文內容一般包括以下一些方面：

a.寫倡議書的背景原因和目的倡議書的發出貴在引起廣泛的響應，只有交代清楚倡議活動的原因，以及當時的各種背景事實，并申明發布倡議的目的，人們才會理解和信服，才會自覺的行動。這些因素交待不清就會使人覺得莫名其妙，難以響應。

b.寫明倡議的具體內容和要求

這是正文的重點部分。倡議的內容一定要具體化。開展怎樣的活動，都做哪些事情，具體要求是什么，它的價值和意義都有哪些均需一一寫明。

倡議的具體內容一般是分條開列的，這樣寫往往清晰明確，一目了然。

（4）結尾

結尾要表示倡議者的決心和希望或者寫出某種建議。倡議書一般不在結尾寫表示敬意或祝愿的話。

（5）落款

落款即在右下方寫明倡議者單位、集體或個人的名稱或姓名，署上發倡議的日期。
