專四輔導(dǎo)之便條寫作

（一）便條的寫作

便條是一種簡單的書信形式。要求考生仔細(xì)閱讀和分析所給的情景，確定便條所涉及的內(nèi)容，如寫便條者與便條接收者的身份、兩者之間的關(guān)系及情景的正式程度等。

便條的特點(diǎn)在于內(nèi)容簡短，大多是臨時(shí)性的詢問、留言、通知、要求等。與正規(guī)書信相比，便條的語言更為口語化，比如要通知某事只需這樣開頭：Just a line to tell you that...而無須像正規(guī)書信那樣This is to inform you that...開頭。有急事需要告訴別人而又不能面談時(shí)，就可以寫便條，如請假條、留言條等。一般不寫地址，與普通書信基本相同。結(jié)尾時(shí)也無需要結(jié)尾禮詞，只需要寫上便條者姓名。

便條的日期通常寫在右上角，一般只要寫上星期幾，也可以寫明上午、下午的具體時(shí)間；日常應(yīng)用中，寫上幾月幾日的也很普遍。但一般不寫年份，因?yàn)楸銞l的內(nèi)容多半是當(dāng)日或近日內(nèi)要辦的事情。

便條具有用途廣泛、形式簡單、文字要求不十分嚴(yán)格的特點(diǎn)。

基本寫作格式

便條內(nèi)容和類型不盡相同，可以靈活變通。但必須包括以下四個(gè)基本要素； 1）Date：便條日期2）Salutation：稱呼3）Body：正文 4）Signature：署名

注意事項(xiàng)

1.詞句簡潔，盡量避免應(yīng)酬語和敬詞 2.切忌內(nèi)容空洞、言不達(dá)意。分類舉例

1）請假（Asking for Leave）

人非圣賢，孰能無過。在社會(huì)交往中，人們常常會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些疏忽、過失等。如果發(fā)生此類事情，就會(huì)給對方帶來麻煩和不便。為了避免誤解，不影響感情，在這種情況下，應(yīng)寫信給對方予以解釋，以請求諒解。此類信要寫得及時(shí)，態(tài)度要誠懇，用詞需謙遜。一般在信一開始就向?qū)Ψ奖硎厩敢饣騼?nèi)疚，然后說明原因并提出補(bǔ)救的辦法。

××× 這是對好友問候便條的回復(fù)。形式簡單，內(nèi)容明了。過去完成進(jìn)行時(shí)“I had been suffering…my childhood”表示動(dòng)作從過去一直持續(xù)到現(xiàn)在。便條寫作中的語言表達(dá)：

中國人與西方人看問題的方法的確在許多方面存在著差異，而且這種差異的的確確在束縛著中國學(xué)生，成為他們英文寫作中的攔路虎，使他們不能準(zhǔn)確而簡潔地表達(dá)思想。

比如寫下面一則便條，因母親突然生病，周末你不能和湯姆去跳舞了，你找了舞跳得很好的時(shí)黛來代替你，并表示抱歉。

Joe 從便條中可看出，英語表達(dá)先“果”—I won't be able to go to dance with you this weekend后“因”—my mother is suddenly taken ill，即所謂“先果后因”。

一般來說，在單個(gè)句子中，英語句子也是先中心，也就是將主要思想、結(jié)果放在句首，放在主句里表達(dá)；而漢語正相反，一般為后中心，主要的觀點(diǎn)、信息往往放在句末。如：He had to stay at home yesterday because he was ill．（因?yàn)樗×耍蛱焖坏貌淮粼诩依铩＃?/p>

Tragedies can be written in literature since there is tragedy in life．（生活中既然有悲劇，文學(xué)作品就可以寫悲劇。）

所以說，大學(xué)生用英文寫作時(shí)，要按照英美人的思維模式進(jìn)行思考，避免寫出中國式的英語。

演講社于每周六在學(xué)生活動(dòng)中心舉辦全校性的演講培訓(xùn)與比賽。我們將邀請五名資深專家及教授作為演講教師與評委。每次比賽中，前六名獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)邔⒈唤o予獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

The Spring Festival Evening Get-Together has been held in China for over two decades, which seems to have been an indispensable company during the traditional New Year?s Eve for a great number of people, who appear to be accustomed to enjoying the sights and sounds of a brilliant feast, while gathering with their beloved family.However, an increasing number of people have voiced different opinions towards it, as more diverse life styles have emerged nowadays.Some prefer to go to a fancy restaurant to enjoy a gourmet meal;some intend to go on a vacation to an incredibly exotic destination for a novel and thorough relaxation;others may have even more post-modern notions, like go bunging, hiking, or cycling for entirely new different experiences, forgetting all about the Spring Festival.To me, the Evening Get-Together is supposed to be here to stay.It may not remain a must for all people, but it can bring us a strong sense of festivity and serve as an alternative among the variety of holiday activities.Besides, with such a gathering, family members will have a perfect opportunity to enjoy more fun and happiness, for nowadays most people are so engaged in their daily businesses that they can rarely find any extra time to stay with their family, which, if not properly adjusted, might add further to the already worsening situation of the values of Chinese families.2006年12月23英語四級作文真題及參考范文 【Direction】

３．我的看法． The approach of the Chinese Lunar New Year poses a national issue concerning the necessity of holding the CCTV Spring Festival Gala.Its established status is being challenged by a growing number of people, especially by younger generations.It is increasingly difficult to cater for all tastes.Some individuals deem that it should be canceled or replaced by other programs.These young people focus their attention on other forms of celebration instead of immersing themselves in TV.Despite that, the majority of mid-aged people and senior citizens uphold the importance of the traditional performance.The most striking feature of this gala is its traditionally close link with ordinary people's lives.Most of people view this gala as an annual staple on the traditional Chinese Spring Festival Eve.They all have a restless night and glue their eyes on the television.I am not supportive of the view that the grand gala should be abandoned.Undoubtedly, it plays a vital role in the celebration of Chinese New Year.To increase its appeal and meet young adults' need, the upcoming performance should invite some big names including super stars from Hongkong and Taiwan.We are all eagerly anticipating this unforgettable evening show.本次四級考試作文總體上來說并不是很難。但表現(xiàn)出兩個(gè)出人意料：一是體裁，二是題材。

對于體裁來說，本次四級作文屬于正反對比論證類的文體。比較出人意料，又回到了老的考查模式。很多學(xué)生把考前死背的作文模板派上了用場。但是這只能得到最基本的分?jǐn)?shù)。雖然模板對于考查學(xué)生的語言表達(dá)并不益處，但還能測試出考生的語言基本功。從四級考試寫作的測試目的來看，還是注重考查學(xué)生對基本語法、基本詞匯運(yùn)用能力的掌握情況。所以除了模板之外，考生還要在基本表達(dá)上狠下功夫，只有在平時(shí)多操練，在考場上才游刃有余。除此之外，學(xué)生還要在作文中多采用閃光點(diǎn)，這樣就會(huì)使作文在基本分?jǐn)?shù)上有所提升，有所突破。

對于題材，本次四級作文的話題是關(guān)于人們對于春節(jié)晚會(huì)的不同看法，屬于社會(huì)生活類話題，一反常態(tài)，沒有再次考查校園類話題。但是對于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生來說，與大學(xué)生有關(guān)的社會(huì)話題也是需要關(guān)注的，這也說明考試方向的變化：校園類話題與社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)話題同等重要,這一點(diǎn)對于未來考四級的學(xué)生的作文備考的方向有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
