(二)一把炒米

炊事班老班長和一個大個子戰士，還有一個小個子戰士，在一次作戰中沒有突圍出去，與隊伍失去聯系，被敵人圍困在一個叫葦子溝的山上。

已是第七天了。

這七天，三個人是靠吃野花啃樹皮活過來的。

此時，三個人都無力地靠在一棵粗壯的老榆樹上，三個人的目光都很貪婪地望著米袋里的那一把炒米。

初二汪智銳

本學期，本人任教初二級五個班的歷史課，四個住宿班，一個走讀班。兩個多月來，本人自始至終以認真、嚴謹的治學態度，勤懇、堅持不懈的精神從事教學工作。

作為年輕教師，能認真制定計劃，認真備課和教學，積極參加備課組活動，并能經常聽各老師的課，從中吸取教學經驗，取長補短，提高自己的教學的業務水平。每節課都以最佳的精神狀態站在教壇，以和藹、輕松、認真的形象去面對學生。還注意以德為本，結合現實生活中的現象層層善誘，多方面、多角度去培養現實良好的品德和高尚的人格。

教育是愛心事業，為培養高素質的下一代，本人時刻從現實身心健康，根據學生的個性特點去點拔引導，對于個別差生，利用課間多次傾談，鼓勵其確立正確的學習態度，積極面對人生，而對優生，教育其戒驕戒躁努力向上，再接再厲，再創佳績。

作為教初二歷史課的老師，明白自己對教材不是非常熟悉，故在課前做到認真備課，多方面去搜集相關進行資料。為提高每節課的進行效果，教學質量，本人除注重研究教材，把握好基礎、重點難點外，還采用多媒體教學等多樣形式。通過培養學生學習歷史的興趣，調動學生學習的積極性、主動性，提高課堂的教學質量，按時完成教學任務。

通過半學期努力，能制定好復習計劃，并能認真備好復習課，培

養好尖子生，提高中等生，幫助差生。但由于本學期授課時間較短，期中復習內容較多，復習比較倉促，同時發覺很大一部分學生接受能力較差，學習自覺性不高。加上本人今年接住宿班班主任，致使本學期教學成績未達所想。現對這半學期工作做簡單總結：

一、備課。不但備學生而且備教材備教法，認真設計每一個導學案，根據教材內容及學生的實際，設計課的類型，擬定采用的教學方法，并對教學過程的程序及時間安排都作了詳細的記錄，認真寫好教案。每一課都做到“有備而來”，每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備，并制作各種利于吸引學生注意力的有趣教具，課后及時對該課作出總結，寫好教學后記，并認真按搜集每課書的知識要點，歸納成集。

二、增強上課技能，提高教學質量，使講解清晰化，條理化，準確化，條理化，準確化，情感化，生動化，做到線索清晰，層次分明，言簡意賅，深入淺出。在課堂上特別注意調動學生的積極性，加強師生交流，充分體現學生的主作用，讓學生學得容易，學得輕松，學得愉快；注意精講精練，在課堂上老師講得盡量少，學生動口動手動腦盡量多；同時在每一堂課上都充分考慮每一個層次的學生學習需求和學習能力，讓各個層次的學生都得到提高

三、小組合作，學案導學

1、今年學校采用小組合作，學案導學的教學模式，每一個班級組建成若干個最優化的“同組異質，組間同質”的合作學習小組。這樣既能充分發揮每個學生的優勢，有利于組內成員取長補短，共同提高，又便于開展組間競賽，公平競爭，發掘小組的群體智慧，實現優

勢互補。

2、培養學生學會傾聽

開始合作，很多同學在其他同學發言時，有的是因為沒有輪到自己發言而喪失了剛才的那份熱情；有的是還在等著發言，在思考著自己的想法；也有的是因為沒輪到他而覺得無所事事??很少去關注同學的發言，才出現了“老師，我說” “老師，我還有??”“前面不是說過了嗎？”這樣的情況。因此，我著重培養學生靜下心來，學會“傾聽”：在“聽”的過程中學會“挑刺”，發現其他小組存在的問題；更要在聽的過程中吸收其他小組合作學習的成果；在“聽”的過程中學會如何規范、清晰地表達，提高“說”的質量。

三、虛心請教其他老師。在教學上，有疑必問。在各個章節的學習上都積極征求其他老師的意見，學習他們的方法，同時，多聽老師的課，做到邊聽邊講，學習別人的優點，克服自己的不足，并常常邀請其他老師來聽課，征求他們的意見，改進工作。

四、批改作業。布置作業做到精讀精練。有針對性，有層次性。同時對學生的作業批改及時、認真，分析并記錄學生的作業情況，將他們在作業過程出現的問題作出分類總結，進行透切的評講，并針對有關情況及時改進教學方法，做到有的放矢。

五、積極推進素質教育。目前的考試模式仍然比較傳統，這決定了教師的教學模式要停留在應試教育的層次上，為此，我在教學工作中注意了學生能力的培養，把傳受知識、技能和發展智力、能力結合起來，在知識層面上注入了思想情感教育的因素，發揮學生的創新意

識和創新能力。讓學生的各種素質都得到有效的發展和培養。

六、狠抓學風。我所教的五個班，學生比較喜愛該科，上課的時候比較認真，大部分學生都能專心聽講，課后也能認真完成作業。但有為數不少的學生，因為怕班主任責備，學習上存在的問題不敢問老師，作業也因為怕分數低而找別人的來抄，這樣就嚴重影響了成績的提高。雖然大部分同學對該課很感興趣，學習勁頭也濃，只是后進生基礎太差，考試成績都較差，有些同學是經常不及格，我找來后進生，了解原因，有些是不感興趣，有些是沒有努力去學，我提出批評以后再加以鼓勵，并為他們定下學習目標，時時督促他們，幫助他們；一些學生基礎太差，抱著破罐子破摔的態度，或過分自卑，考試怯場等，我就幫助他們找出適合自己的學習方法，分析原因，鼓勵他們不要害怕失敗，要給自己信心，并且要在平時多讀多練，多問幾個為什么。同時，一有進步，即使很小，我也及時地表揚他們。

在以后的教學工作中，要不斷總結經驗，力求提高自己的教學水平，還要多下功夫加強對個別差生的輔導，相信一切問題都會迎刃而解，我也相信有耕耘總會有收獲！
