“不要臉”指的是“Don’t be shy;don’t be afraid of making mistakes.”

這對初學者尤為重要。我記得短短一年多時間，我和其他兩位同班同學可以做其

他同學的老師，我每次都主動發言，經常犯錯誤，被其他同學當作笑柄，特別有

幾次我害羞得都把頭低下去，只想鉆地洞，但后來我領悟到，哪怕出錯也要出在

自己身上，這樣老師更能幫助我，自己也可從中吸取教訓。我曾做過一次小實驗，在我印象里有一次我犯了特別低級的錯誤，在半年后我問一位關系較好的同學

是否對此還有印象，他居然都不記得了，我想要是再問其他同學的話也不會有人

把它放在心上。所以大家大可不必怕丟臉，但被人笑話后我們應牢記教訓，改正

不足，特別是盡量避免犯同樣的錯誤。

“不要命”指的是 “Don’t spare any effort in English leaning.” 要做到

這一點非常難。英語里有這么一句諺語 “No pains, No gains.”（不勞無獲），學習英語是痛苦的。我經常是在午夜時分感受著深夜的來臨。有很長一段時間內，我學習時間不夠，連電視都顧不上看了。有一次父母想讓我休息一下，在一小

時內接連到我房間叫了我八次去看會兒電視，我都沒答應。喝牛奶是我每天的習

慣，他們以此理由勸服了我。后我來把喝牛奶的時間定格為晚上七點，這樣我就

一舉兩得了，因為當時在中央四套播放“World Wide Watch”英語新聞節目。

第二篇：英語學習心態,不要為了學習而學習

說到幸福，我覺的現在的小孩子的確比我們這一代幸福，物質和素質教育讓他們享受到了更優越的學習條件；說到幸福，我又覺得現在的小孩子沒我們幸福，沉重的課業和負擔和沒完沒了的輔導班讓他們自己可以享受的時光又是那么的少。很多培訓班是為了家長而開，而不是為了學生自己而開，填鴨式的教學模式讓孩子厭惡了學習，讓孩子的學習心態真的就是為了學習而學習。學習變成了考學的工具，變成了家長的心愿，變成了自己的負擔。尤其是近幾年的英語教育，學生的心態更是被許多培訓班的死板教學模式限制住了興趣和思維。其實英語學習時間快樂的事情，不要為了學習學習。

各地教育工委、教育局，州職校，州高級中學：

根據州委組織部關于“兩學一做”學習教育要強化問題導向，“學”要帶著問題學，“做”要針對問題改，把解決問題貫穿學習教育全過程，堅持邊學邊改、即知即改的要求，現就做好“兩學一做”學習教育邊學邊改、即知即改和問題整改工作有關事項通知如下：

一、查擺問題的對象

“兩學一做”學習教育查擺問題的對象為：各地黨委（黨組）、各黨支部、全體黨員。

二、查擺問題的重點

.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部班子及其成員要圍繞思想、組織、作風、紀律等方面存在的問題進行查擺。

2.全體黨員和縣處級以上黨員領導干部分別對照“兩學一做”學習教育明確的全體黨員和縣處級以上黨員領導干部重點解決的問題進行查擺。

3.全體黨員還要聯系本職工作，立足崗位特點，對照“四個扎扎實實”的要求，找出差距和不足，有針對性提出加強和改進工作的具體措施。

4.查擺問題要同抓好黨的群眾路線教育實踐活動和“三

嚴三實”專題教育的問題整改結合起來，持續深入地糾正“四風”，抓好不嚴不實問題的整改，切實整治群眾身邊的不正之風，使解決問題前后呼應、持續推進。

三、查擺問題的主要方式

.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部和全體黨員要緊緊圍繞中央和州委提出的學習教育需重點解決的問題，緊密結合各自實際進行再對照、再細化，進一步查找存在的問題。

2.查擺問題要面向黨員和群眾廣泛征求意見，班子（黨委、黨組、黨支部）成員要相互談心，支部班子成員要與每名黨員談話。

3.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部班子和全體黨員要堅持問題導向，堅持邊學邊改、即知即改；黨委（黨組）、黨支部班子問題的查擺和整改，也可依托年底前召開的支部專題組織生活會和黨委（黨組）民主生活會集中進行。

四、強化整改落實

.針對存在的問題，建立問題清單，明確整改時間和路線圖，“兩學一做”學習教育邊學邊改、即知即改和問題整改實行黨員、黨支部、黨委（黨組）逐級月備案制度，備案制度從XX年8月起執行，每月初將上月情況進行備案。

2.黨員個人問題的查擺和整改，每月一報，由黨員本人向黨支部報備。（附表）

3.黨支部班子問題的查擺和整改，待年底支部專題組織生活會后，向所屬黨委報備。（附表）

4.各地區所屬黨委（黨組）班子問題的查擺和整改，待年底黨委（黨組）民主生活會后，向所屬地方黨委組織部門（“兩學一做”學習教育領導小組辦公室）報備。（附表）

5.各市、縣、工委各黨委班子問題的查擺和整改，待年底黨委（黨組）民主生活會后，向州委“兩學一做”學習教育領導小組辦公室報備，同時報備民主生活會上形成的班子成員的問題查擺和整改情況。（附表）

五、有關要求

.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部、全體黨員查擺問題要實準、清楚、具體，不能籠而統之，大而化之，對查擺出來的問題要認真梳理，列出清單，建立臺賬，制定整改措施，落實整改責任，明確整改時限，實行動態管理，完成一個銷號一個。

2.各地黨委（黨組）及其“兩學一做”學習教育工作機構要加強督導，對各地黨組織對問題清單、建立臺賬、整改落實情況進行督促檢查。

3.各地黨委（黨組）、黨支部可采取適當的方式，將黨員個人、班子及班子成員問題的查擺和整改情況在一定范圍內通報；也可以通過板報、簡報、黨務公開欄和新聞媒體宣傳、公開整改落實情況，及時反映整改成效。

3．英語演講稿的基本組成部分

從大的方面看，英語演講詞實際上是屬于一種特殊的說明文或議論文，其基本組成部分是：

1)開始時對聽眾的稱呼語

最常用的是 ladies and gentlemen，也可根據不同情況，選用 fellow students, distinguished guests, mr chairman, honorable judges(評委)等等。

2)提出論題

由于演講的時間限制，必須開門見山，提出論題。提出論題的方法有各種各樣，但最生動，最能引起注意的是用舉例法。比如：你要呼吁大家關心貧窮地區的孩子，你可以用親眼看到的或者收集到的那些貧窮孩子多么需要幫助的實例開始。另外，用具體的統計數據也是一個有效的引出論題的方法，比如：你要談遵守交通規則的話題，你可以從舉一系列有關車輛、車禍等的數據開始。

3)論證

對提出的論題，不可主觀地妄下結論，而要進行客觀的論證。這是演講中最需要下功夫的部分。關鍵是要把道理講清楚。常見的論證方法有舉例法、因果法、對比法等等，可參見英語議論文的有關章節。

4)結論

結論要簡明扼要，以給聽眾留下深刻印象。5)結尾

結尾要簡潔，不要拉拉扯扯，說個沒完。特別是不要受漢語影響，說些類似“準備不足，請諒解”，“請批評指正”這樣的廢話。最普通的結尾就是：thank you very much for your attention。

4．英語演講稿的語言特征

1)多用實詞，多用短句，少用結構復雜的長句

在英語演講中，and, but, so, then 等虛詞要盡量少用，that, which 等詞引導的定語從句也只會使句子結構變得復雜，而使聽眾難以跟上演講者的思路，從而影響演講的效果。相反，多使用實詞，短句，可使得演講內容更清晰，氣勢更磅礴。

2)演講要注意使用各種修辭手法，增加演講的感染力和氣勢。英語演講中常用的修辭手法有：漸進(climax)、對照(antithesis)、排比(parallelism)、警句(epigram)等等，例如：

that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth．(排比)這個民有、民治、民享的國家將不會從地球上消失。united, there is little we can not do;divided, there is little we can do．(對照)

團結，我們便將無所不能；～，我們則會一事無成。
