這個學期我在對學生進行培優補差方面付出了努力,也有很大收獲。現將本學期工作總結如下。
一、精心設計教案,創設輕松愉快的學習環境。后進生由于基礎差,很多時候都聽不懂,對英語學習會產生懼怕抵觸的心理。如果這時我們還用一些枯燥乏味、陳舊的方式教學,只會使這群孩子更加厭學,甚至會擴大“后進生”的隊伍。因此,在平時的教學中,我總是精心設計每節課,利用多種教學手段,把教學內容安排在學生所熟悉的情景中,利用形式多樣的游戲進行操練鞏固。讓所有的學生在教中樂,樂中學,學中玩。在無形之中掌握當天的內容。
二、狠抓細節,“強迫”后進生養成良好的學習習慣。許多學生成為“后進生”不是智力不夠而是學習習慣不好。大多數優等生都有很好的學習習慣。所以平時我非常注重“后進生”學習習慣的養成。比如有的學生上課不認真聽講,總喜歡做小動作。我就悄悄跟他達成協議,如果他表現好我就會獎勵他小紅花,表示對他的贊賞,如果他表現不好我就會看看他然后很大聲的講課以示提醒。還比如有的“后進生”總不按時完成作業,我就讓他和周圍的同學進行比賽,誰最先認真完成作業誰就可以在評定表上加紅花。一學期下來有20朵的我將有獎品,作為鼓勵。還有的“后進生”不喜歡背單詞和讀書,我就“強迫”他們背和讀。現在的孩子都很有思想,一般都比較愛面子的。為了不讓自己丟面子有時會“無奈”地去做一些事情。利用這點,我就把一些“后進生”分成幾組,每天一上課就輪流到黑板上帶讀單詞,那些孩子為了自己的“面子”在課后總是積極的讀單詞和背單詞,生怕出錯,一時不敢放松。通過等等這些做法逐漸“強迫”他們養成良好的學習習慣。
三 給后進生“加餐”,豐富的營養使他們不斷成長。所謂的“加餐”就是在課后給學生進行額外的輔導。要輔導首先要明確對象,明確告訴他們輔導中要完成的任務,明確他們的學習責任,對他們全面關心,全程關注。其次輔導要有明確的方法。很多學生之所以成為“后進生”很大程度上是思想不夠重視。所以教師要堅持思想上引導,情感上護導,心理上疏導,知識上輔導,方法上指導等方法有機結合,漸漸改善他們的學習態度,培養他們的學習興趣,減輕他們的學習壓力。
四 關注優等生,成為班上領軍。優等生是班上中差生學習的表率,前進動力和目標。這些優等生有時也會自滿,因為課堂上講授的知識他們一般都是很輕松、容易就吸收掌握了。對這些學生“吃不飽”的現象,也不能輕視,否則會使他們盲目自大,進而喪失積極的思維和強烈的求知欲望。我就在上課的時候,適當增加一些有難度的內容。對待這部分智力因素突出的學生還讓他們做些閱讀性強,推理性強的練習,在練習或檢測中增加信息量。同時開展內容廣泛、形式多樣的英語課外活動。課后輔導他們參加學校及校外組織的各項英語比賽活動。他們也取得了較好成績,進一步增加了他們的興趣。蘇霍姆林斯基說過:“興趣的源泉在于運用。”通過這些活動可以讓學生把所學知識運用于實際,使學生認識了自我,取得了不同程度的成就感,更增添了學習英語的興趣和樂趣,變“要我學”為“我要學”,進而長久保持其對英語學習的興趣。在一學期的時間里,雖然我們取得了一定的成績,但我們也還存在著一些問題,如教育、教學方法、手段還有些粗糙,還有待改進。但我們相信只要學校的支持、老師的配合,我們“培優轉差”工作一定能越做越好的。

一、指導思想
認真學習新課程教學大綱和全冊教材。明確教學任務和教材體系,把握重點單元和章節,在此基礎上制訂全學期授課計劃。掌握教材的教育因素和知識點,根據教材和學生的實際,確定重點難點,明確德育滲透,雙基訓練、智能培養等各項教學目標,精心設計教學程序,選定最佳教學方法。端正教育思想,全面貫徹教育方針,努力探索教學規律,遵循教學原則,積極推進素質教育.二、教學目標
在新課改理論的指導下,我將以學校課改要求和英語教研組工作計劃為指導,積極聽課,加強課堂教學,高效地完成本學期英語教學目標。并積極參加教科研活動,加強理論學習,努力使自身的教學水平、業務能力有更大的提高。同時,通過傳授與學生生活密切聯系的英語知識,訓練英語的聽說能力,培養學生學習英語的興趣和運用英語的能力,最終使學生從“學會英語”向“會用英語”發展。
三、學情分析
本學期我擔任七年級英語教學工作并擔任英語科組長,這一屆的學生中,學生英語基礎知識和聽說能力水平不一,大部分學生雖然在小學接觸過英語,但應用能力十分薄弱,特別是聽力題,大部分學生聽起來都很吃力。面對學生掌握英語的程度不一,我將采用高效課堂模式,分層教學與整體教學相結合的方式完成教學任務,努力提高他們的英語水平。另外,有些學生在情感態度、學習策略和文化意識方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:個別學生不明確學習英語的目的;有些同學對學好英語缺乏自信,不敢用英語表達;缺乏小組合作意識;一些學生沒養成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發現和總結語言規律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。所以,現階段最重要的是激發學生學習英語的興趣和積極性,幫助他們增強信心,克服困難。除了從思想上給予引導之外,更重要的是在教學上,有針對性、目的性、有系統、有計劃地上好課。
四、教材分析
本書共12個單元,其中包括3個預備單元和9個正式單元。本書在之前教材的基礎上有所變動,對Self-check部分刪除,新增加了音標部分,另外對教材重新進行了整合。每個單元都列出明確的語言目標、主要的功能項目和語法結構、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A和B兩部分。A部分是基本的語言內容,B部分是知識的擴展和綜合的語言運用。
五、教學重點和難點
本書教學的重點和難點在于根據學生已有的知識結構和認知規律導入新的教學內容;運用每單元的知識點在課堂上組織學生進行結對和小組練習;組織學生在課堂上運用英語完成各類任務 及對學生完成任務的情況作出評價等。六.具體工作
其一,我必須認真細致的鉆研課程,一步步切實做到“研”課。首先,我必須認真貫徹學校布置的提前一周備課任務,結合學校新課改要求,把握課程的重難點,在教材上認真圈點勾畫,初步思考設計教學步驟與環節,預設學生在學習過程中可能出現的問題與困惑,自我實現初步備課;其次,我會利用每周一次的組內教研活動與課下的閑暇時間,與大家主動交流探討新課的教授方法,對于有疑問的知識點主動提問求教,及時化解疑難;另外,值得一提的是,在每節課前,我都會再次修改導學案,在初次備課的基礎上,根據學生最近期的學習水平,仔細斟酌教學環節的設計,尤其是各個環節時間的分配。最后一步,也是不容忽視的一步就是在每次課下,我會在第一時間反思本節課的教學效果,總結成敗的原因,并及時記錄。
其二,我要積極聽課、評課。我要抱著虛心學習的態度,積極地參加聽課,在聽課過程中對照自我,獲得提升。同時加強不同年級英語教師間的相互聽課,向新老教師學習,以取長補短,提高教師的教學水平。聽課時作好詳實筆記,并在課后交換意見,以相互學習,共同進步。
其三,做好課后輔導工作,七年級學生愛動、好玩,缺乏自控能力,常在學習上不能按時完成作業,有的學生抄襲作業,針對這種問題,就要抓好學生的思想教育,并使這一工作慣徹到 對學生的學習指導中去,還要做好對學生學習的輔導和幫助工作,尤其在后進生的轉化上,對后進生努力做到從友善開始。做好優生的輔導工作,并對后進生及時做好扶差工作,以提高合格率。盡量地去了解學生的心理特征。另外,有相當一部分學生很膽小,在學習不愿意開口。針對這種情況,要盡量去了解每一個學生,摸準他們的心理脾氣,在教學中尊重他們,關心體貼他們,及時鼓勵他們。對那些雙差生,應滿懷熱情地關心愛護他們,決不嫌棄、歧視,而是不厭其煩地說理教育。從贊美著手,所以,和差生交談時,對他的處境、想法表示深刻的理解和尊重。在學習中盡量降低對他們的要求,盡力鼓勵他們,盡量地捕捉他們的閃光點,從思想上點燃他們進取的火花。
另外,作為一名老師,我必須不斷給自己充電,充實自我。積極進讀教學專著,并寫心得體會。能夠抓住機會積極參加教學評優活動,多落實課改方案。同時作為英語教師堅持養成聽英語新聞,看英語節目,閱讀英語報紙和雜志的習慣,以不斷提高自己的英語水平,適應新時期對英語教師的要求。
總之,有了目標、有了計劃,我相信成功的彼岸將不會離我們太遙遠。我將一直懷揣“學校課改”的先進理念,矢志不渝地與我校所有優秀的老師為伍,緊追“學校課改”的步伐,在實踐中思考,在思考中尋求進步,力爭實現自我更大地提升!課程安排及教學進度:
