評委組成： 評委人數不少于9 人，其中外籍評委不少于4 人。中國籍評委具有教授職稱。比賽前應召開評委會，討論并貫徹評分標準，以保證比賽的規范性、公平性與公正性。比賽環節： 分四個階段進行。第一階段
