· 自命題演講（含自我介紹）+評委互動問答：

選手提前準備演講內容，其中包括自我介紹部分，時間為1分鐘，之后評委將根據上述表現，提出部分問題，要求選手在規定的0.5分鐘內完成回答。

· 時間：1.5分鐘

★ 第二環節

· 個人才藝展示

英語才藝展示環節無須使用音樂、樂器和道具。本環節要求必須是英語語言類節目，如英文歌曲、影視劇配音模仿、英語繞口令、英語故事、詩朗誦等。比賽現場不提供任何樂器，英文歌曲演唱也不提供伴奏或播放設備，選手做清唱表演。個性展示的環節，鼓勵選手們展示自己特長，但是所有環節都將以選手的英語能力為主要考核標準，建議選手們不要過多加入非英語特長。

I'll give a “yes”.One of my junior school classmates inspired me a lot.She was unfortunately to be born with a lower IQ and muscle problem, usually, people always think this kind of person can't be successful in doing anything, even our teachers.But, instead, she takes an optimistic attitude towards life.She works very hard in school and does even better than those who laugh at her.Although she suffers a great deal, she doesn’t lose heart.Her experience taught me a lesson about hope, faith and persistence of life, which reminds me of the movie Forrest Gump.I look up to these people who are broken in body but strong in will.That's why I want everyone to put aside our prejudice against these people.Thanks for your attention and letting me share my opinions with you.
