尊敬的各位領導，來賓，親愛的老師，同學，家長們：

大家，上午（下午、晚上）好！

這里是【2009年中央電視臺 “希望之星”英語風采大賽河南賽區省決賽】的比賽現場,歡迎大家的到來.我是主持人祁永慶（王瑛）。

本次比賽是由中央電視臺主辦,河南洛陽海外聯誼服務中心承辦的。那在比賽開始之前,先讓我們一起了解一下本次比賽的規則和評分標準。

本次大賽分為三個環節，今天將要進行的是第一環節即興回答，和第二環節才藝表演，這兩部分的比賽。明天上午進行第三環節，命題演講。那選手的排名是按照這兩天，三個環節所得分數相加，得出最后的總分來排序的。在最后，我們將在明天下午4點半進行最終的頒獎典禮。

首先選手請按照抽到的序號，提前做好準備，依次登臺。分別進行即興回答和才藝展示。這兩個環節都是限時1分半，也就是90秒，超時會由主持人打斷。我們現場只能為選手提供一個麥克，在才藝展示的時候如果選手需要準備道具的話，我們會給出20秒的時間讓你準備。但是如果準備時間超時的話就會按違規棄權處理。所以請選手把握好時間！同時還要提醒選手下臺后別忘了保存好自己的號碼牌，明天將不再抽號，而且選手必須憑借號碼牌和參賽證才能參加第二天的比賽。

在選手兩個環節都結束后，評委進行打分，我們會去掉一個最高分，和一個最低分，剩下的分數相加，就是這位選手的最終得分。同時為了以示公正，前三位選手的得分情況我們會在第四位選手結束后公布，第四位選手的成績將在第五位選手結束后公布，以此類推。同時現場的觀眾朋友們，也請您尊重我們的比賽，不要給選手任何提示，并把手機調至靜音狀態。

我叫吳奕萱，我今年11歲，我是小學五年級學生。

我的愛好很多。我喜歡畫畫，我畫的畫可捧了，大家都夸我畫得好。我喜歡體育運動，如跳舞、溜冰、騎自行車、打羽毛球。我經常和姐姐們一起打羽毛球，我們都非常開心。我喜歡音樂，尤其是流行音樂，它讓我覺得很放松。我喜歡英語，我希望有一天我能到世界各地去旅游。

我有很多朋友。我經常和柯婧琪、祝思懷她們一起學習、玩耍。我們還一起逛書店、逛超市，我們在一起非常開心。我愛我的朋友們，她們也愛我！

組別：幼兒組、小學低年級組

★ 第一環節

· 自命題演講（含自我介紹）+評委互動問答：

選手提前準備演講內容，其中包括自我介紹部分，時間為1分鐘，之后評委將根據上述表現，提出部分問題，要求選手在規定的0.5分鐘內完成回答。

· 時間：1.5分鐘

★ 第二環節

· 個人才藝展示

英語才藝展示環節無須使用音樂、樂器和道具。本環節要求必須是英語語言類節目，如英文歌曲、影視劇配音模仿、英語繞口令、英語故事、詩朗誦等。比賽現場不提供任何樂器，英文歌曲演唱也不提供伴奏或播放設備，選手做清唱表演。個性展示的環節，鼓勵選手們展示自己特長，但是所有環節都將以選手的英語能力為主要考核標準，建議選手們不要過多加入非英語特長。

· 時間：1分鐘

★ 評分標準：100分

·發音：選手發音應清晰、自然、完整、易懂。

·準確度：語序合理，用詞恰當。

·內容：內容指選手參賽過程中所表達的所有內容。內容需積極向上，倡導樂觀的工作、生活、學習態度和良好的價值觀，要求內容充實，結構清晰，完整，有新意。

·風度/才藝：選手的表現力強，有一定的臺風并能有得體、生動的肢體語言和跟英語相關的才藝。

內容（40分）：請選手選擇真實而生動的演講題材，邏輯清晰，具有適合本年齡段特點的個性和思想性，選手應盡量通過事例、數字及調查結果來支持個人觀點，不說空話，不講大道理。

It's wonderful for me to be here.Let's start out by asking a question: If you have no feet, will you choose to play football? I'll give a “yes”.One of my junior school classmates inspired me a lot.She was unfortunately to be born with a lower IQ and muscle problem, usually, people always think this kind of person can't be successful in doing anything, even our teachers.But, instead, she takes an optimistic attitude towards life.She works very hard in school and does even better than those who laugh at her.Although she suffers a great deal, she doesn’t lose heart.Her experience taught me a lesson about hope, faith and persistence of life, which reminds me of the movie Forrest Gump.I look up to these people who are broken in body but strong in will.That's why I want everyone to put aside our prejudice against these people.Thanks for your attention and letting me share my opinions with you.
