非常感謝大家!今晚站在這里，我感到非常光榮和謙卑。我從來沒想過這一生中會有機會來到聯合國。謝謝施靜書女士，非常感謝亞洲協會。

我特別想感謝ellie關于老師的評論。在十二歲的時候，我自己開始學英語，為了什么，我也不知道，我只是覺得愛上了這門語言。那時，每天早晨5點我會騎車40分鐘，到杭州的酒店找外國游客，他們教我英語，我帶他們游覽城市作為交換。

從此以后，我開始有了個習慣，那就是用我自己的腦子來思考問題，多花幾分鐘。當所有人都說對的時候，等幾分鐘，當所有人都說不的時候，也等幾分鐘，仔細的想一下事情本身。因為當你從一個不同的視角看世界的時候，你也可能用不同的方式做事。

今晚，我深深的被所有這些創變者所鼓舞。在聽他們的故事時，我意識到世界上有那么多事情我可以做，有那么多事情我能做的更好，有那么多事情我們能一起來做。今天我不是代表我自己，而是代表所有那些和我一起工作的小人物，小企業。

1995年我離開大學的時候，我告訴校長，我要做個創業者，做互聯網。他問我：什么是互聯網?我回答：我也不知道，他聽我說了兩個小時后告訴我，jack，我知道你想有一番作為，我不懂你做的事情。不過如果十年后你想回來，那就回來。我說：好，十年以后，如果我想回來，我會回來的。作為一個老師，你永遠會相信未來。你相信知識會改變人的生活，你相信并希望你的學生比你更優秀。學生是最好的產品。今天我不再是一個老師，但我相信在公司，ceo代表首席教育官。因為話很多，同事們不喜歡我。不過，我負責來說，他們負責做。

在我創業的那個年代，在中國做個小企業家非常困難，我花了5個月時間才借到500美元，而公司還是失敗了。那時我沒有機會，我也不知道怎樣運營企業。我去注冊第一家公司時，想取名叫互聯網，注冊辦公室告訴我，不行，字典里沒有這個詞，你必須換個名字注冊公司。他建議我使用計算機咨詢公司，可是我連計算機是什么都不知道。所以我的第一個公司叫做杭州希望計算機咨詢公司，那時很苦，我當時對科技和計算機一無所知。

另一個我深深相信的事情，是小就是美。如果沒有幫助小人物，那么我就用互聯網幫助小人物。跨國公司被華爾街照顧的很好，只有小企業沒有任何人幫助他們。如果我們為他們創造價值，那我們就會成功。我們的哲學是如果你幫助別人成功，你就會成功。我一直是相信未來的人，相信年輕人，相信創新。

就像秘書長說的，今天的世界麻煩很多。今天世界上充滿了抱怨。我在20多歲的時候也抱怨。微軟、ibm、思科，他們是大企業而我們是無助的小公司，他們太大了。那時，我們也抱怨過。但是現在我不再抱怨了，因為我們也變成大家伙之一了。我想告訴年輕人的是，如果大部分人都在抱怨，那就是機會所在。有些人選擇抱怨，而有些人選擇改變自己，幫助改變別人。機會就在那些被抱怨的地方。我永遠相信這點，我們也是這樣一步步走到今天。

最后也是最重要的一個事情，那就是在座的所有人都會被送一件t恤。這是一件特別的阿里巴巴ipo 的限量版t恤。所有這些t恤都是小人物制造，我們的小企業們。這是要給小人物，小就是美的，小就有力量。印在t恤上的是很少人知道的阿里巴巴成功密碼，就像芝麻開門一樣，阿里巴巴有一個密碼，那就是夢想要有的，萬一有天實現了呢?

Thank you very much!Stand here tonight, I am very honored and humbled.I never thought that I would have a chance in my life to come to the United nations.At the age of twelve, I started to learn English, for what, I don't know, I just feel that I fell in love with this language.Then, at 5 every morning I will ride for 40 minutes, to the hotel in Hangzhou for foreign tourists, they teach me English, I took them to visit the city in exchange.From then on, I began to have a habit, that is to use my own brain to think, just one more minutes.When everybody says yes, wait one minute,and when all people say no , wait for one minute, to think carefully about the thing itself.Because when you look at the world from a different point of view, you can also do something in a different way.Tonight, I was deeply inspired by all these invasive change.Listening to their stories, I realized there are so many things in the world I can do, there are so many things I can do better, there are so many things we can do it together.Today I is not representative of my own, but on behalf of all the small guys all the small enterprises working with me.In 1995 I left the University of time, I told the principal, I want to be an entrepreneur, do the internet.He asked me: what is the Internet? I replied: I don't know, he heard me say two hours later told me, Jack, I know you want to do something, I don't know what you do.But if you wanted to come back after ten years, it will be back.I say: Well, ten years later, if I want to come back, I will come back.As a teacher as I said, teachers will always believe in the future,you believe that knowledge can change people's lives, you believe and hope that your students are better than you are.The students are the best products.Today, I am no longer a teacher, but I believe“CEO” stands for “chief education officer”of my school.I know that my colleagues didn't like me because I speak a lot.However I say, I do the talk ,you do the work.At that time starting my business,It’s so difficult to be a small entrepreneurs in the China, It took me 5 months to borrow $500, but still failed.No chance, and I don't have any idea to run business.I go to register the first company, want to call the Internet, registered office told me, no, there’s not such a word Internet in the dictionary, you must change the name registered company.He advised me to use a computer consulting firm, but I even don't know what the computer is.So my first company called Hangzhou hope computer consulting firm, was very bitter, I know nothing about technology and the computer.Over the past fifteen years, I called me that I was a blind man riding a blind tiger , but those on horseback experts have failed, we survived.Because we consider the future, we believe in the future,we change ourselves,we never complain about others.I told the team in my apartment, we have to prove ourselves, because if we can be successful, 80% young people will be able to be successful in China.We don’t have rich father, have the powerful uncle, we can not get one dollar from the government, we can not get one dollar from the bank, we start from zero.So I must work hard, not only to prove ourselves, but also prove our generation, proves the internet power.This is what I want to share with young people.Another I deeply believed thing, is small is beautiful.If nobody help the small guy we can use the Internet to help the small guy.Multi-National Corporation was taken good care of by the Wall Street, only small businesses had no one to help them.If we create value for them, that we will succeed.Our philosophy is that if you help others succeed, you will succeed.I have been convinced that the future of the people, believe that young people, believe in innovation.As the Secretary General said that the world today is full of problems.Today, the world is full of complaints.I also complained when I was 20 years old.Microsoft, IBM, CISCO, they are large enterprises while we are helpless because they are too big.Then, we have complained about.But now I don't complain, because I am a big guy too.I want to tell young people, if most people are complaining about, and that is where the opportunity.Some people choose to complain, and some people choose to change themselves, changing others.Where the opportunities is where the complains are,where the trouble is where the opportunities.I always believe it, and this is how we got through.The last one is the most important thing, all that is here today will be sent a t-shirt.This is a special Alibaba IPO Limited Edition t-shirt.All these T-shirts are made by small guys, our small businesses.This is for the little people, small is beautiful, small is powerful.Printed on the T-shirt is very few people know that we have a secret of Alibaba's success,just like the open sesame, there’s a secret for Alibaba , that is "KEEP THE DREAM ALIVE”Because it might come true someday.

今天是我第一次和雅虎的朋友們面對面交流。我希望把我成功的經驗和大家 分享，盡管我認為你們其中的絕大多數勤勞聰明的人都無法從中獲益，但我 堅信，一定有個別懶的去判斷我講的是否正確就效仿的人，可以獲益匪淺。讓我們開啟今天的話題吧！世界上很多非常聰明并且受過高等教育的人，無法成功。就是因為他們從小 就受到了錯誤的教育，他們養成了勤勞的惡習。很多人都記得愛迪生說的那 句話吧：天才就是99％的汗水加上1％的靈感。并且被這句話誤導了一生。勤 勤懇懇的奮斗，最終卻碌碌無為。其實愛迪生是因為懶的想他成功的真正原 因，所以就編了這句話來誤導我們。很多人可能認為我是在胡說八道，讓我用100個例子來證實你們的錯誤吧！好，事實勝于雄辯。世界上最富有的人，比爾蓋茨，他是個程序員，懶的讀書，他就退學了。他 又懶的記那些復雜的 dos 命令，于是，他就編了個圖形的界面程序，叫什么 來著？我忘了，懶的記這些東西。于是，全世界的電腦都長著相同的臉，而 他也成了世界首富。世界上最值錢的品牌，可口可樂。他的老板更懶，盡管中國的茶文化歷史悠 久，巴西的咖啡香味濃郁，但他實在太懶了。弄點糖精加上涼水，裝瓶就賣。于是全世界有人的地方，大家都在喝那種像血一樣的液體。世界上最好的足球運動員，羅納耳朵，他在場上連動都懶的動，就在對方的 門前站著。等球砸到他的時候，踢一腳。這就是全世界身價最高的運動員了。有的人說，他帶球的速度驚人，那是廢話，別人一場跑90分鐘，他就跑15秒，當然要快些了。世界上最厲害的餐飲企業，麥當勞。他的老板也是懶的出奇，懶的學習法國 大餐的精美，懶的掌握中餐的復雜技巧。弄兩片破面包夾塊牛肉就賣，結果 全世界都能看到那個 M 的標志。必勝客的老板，懶的把餡餅的餡裝進去，直 接撒在發面餅上邊就賣，結果大家管那叫 PIZZA,比10張餡餅還貴。還有更聰明的懶人： 懶的爬樓，于是他們發明了電梯； 懶的走路，于是他們制造出汽車，火車，和飛機； 懶的一個一個的殺人，于是他們發明了原子彈； 懶的每次去計算，于是他們發明了數學公式； 懶的出去聽音樂會，于是他們發明了唱片，磁帶和 CD;這樣的例子太多了，我都懶的再說了。還有那句廢話也要提一下，生命在于運動，你見過哪個運動員長壽了？世界 上最長壽的人還不是那些連肉都懶的吃的和尚？ 如果沒有這些懶人，我們現在生活在什么樣

人是這樣，動物也如此。世界上最長壽的動物叫烏龜，他們一輩子幾乎不怎么動，就趴在那里，結果能活一千年。他們懶的走，但和勤勞好動的兔子賽跑，誰贏了？牛最勤勞，結果人們給它吃草，卻還要擠它的奶。熊貓傻 回到我們的工作中，看看你公司里每天最早來最晚走，一天像發條一樣忙個不停的人，他是不是工資最低的？那個每天游手好閑，沒事就發呆的家伙，是不是工資最高，據說還有不少公司的股票呢！

我以上所舉的例子，只是想說明一個問題，這個世界實際上是靠懶人來支撐的。世界如此的精彩都是拜懶人所賜。現在你應該知道你不成功的主要原因了吧！

懶不是傻懶，如果你想少干，就要想出懶的方法。要懶出風格，懶出境界。像我從小就懶，連長肉都懶的長，這就是境界。

馬拉拉聯合國演講稿全文16歲的傳奇少女馬拉拉(Malala Yousafzai)是巴基斯坦西北部的一名女學生，以爭取婦女接受教育的權利而聞名。2012年10月9日，馬拉拉在乘校車回家途中，遭到塔利班槍手企圖暗殺，頭部和頸部中槍，一度情況危殆。為表彰馬拉拉不畏塔利班威脅、積極為巴基斯坦女童爭取受教育權利所作出的杰出貢獻，聯合國將每年的7月12日(馬拉拉生日)定為“馬拉拉日”。這篇演講是馬拉拉16歲生日，也就是馬拉拉日當天在聯合國青年大會上的演講，呼吁女性受教育權利，強調書和筆作為武器是最有力的。馬拉拉也是2013年諾貝爾和平獎的候選人之一。In personal revenge against the Taliban or any other terrorist group.I am here to speak for the right of education for every child.I want education for the sons and daughters of the Taliban and all the we saw the guns.The wise saying, “The pen is mightier than the sword.” It is true.The extremists are afraid of books and pens.The power of education frightens them.They are afraid of women.The power of the voice of women frightens them.This is why they killed 14 innocent students in the recent attack in Quetta.And that is why they kill female teachers.That is why they are blasting schools every day because they were and they are afraid of change and equality that we will bring to our society.And I remember that there was a boy in our school who was asked by a journalist: “Why are the Taliban against education?”He answered very simply by pointing to his book, he said: “A Talib doesn’t know what is written inside this get education for each child, that is what it says.Peace is a necessity for education.In many parts of the world, especially Pakistan and Afghanistan, terrorism, war and conflicts stop children from going to schools.We are really tired of these wars.Women and children are suffering in many ways in many parts of the labour and are forced to get married at an early age.Poverty, ignorance, injustice, racism and the deprivation of basic rights are the main problems, faced by both men and suffering the most.There was a time when women activists asked men to stand up for their rights.But this time we will do it by ourselves.I am not telling men to step away from speaking for women’s rights, but I am focusing on women to be independent and fight for themselves.So dear sisters and brothers, now it’s time to speak up.So today, we call upon the world leaders to change their strategic policies in favour of peace and prosperity.We call upon the world leaders that all of these deals must protect women and children’s rights.A deal that goes against the rights of women is brutality and harm.We call upon the developed nations to support the expansion of education opportunities for girls in the developing world.We call upon all communities to be tolerant, to reject prejudice based on caste, creed, sect, colour, religion or agenda to ensure freedom and equality for women so they can flourish.We cannot all succeed when half of us are held back.We call upon our sisters around the world to be brave, to embrace the strength within themselves and realise their full
