尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師、親愛的同學(xué)們大家好！

寧愿做錯了后悔，也不要錯過了后悔!我是水運工程系10輪機2班的關(guān)存豐，現(xiàn)在在學(xué)習(xí)部擔(dān)任部長助理。我競選的職務(wù)是院學(xué)生會學(xué)習(xí)部部長一職。

山重水復(fù)疑無路，柳暗花明又一村。這是我進學(xué)生會最想說的一句話，10年秋季，我有幸成為院學(xué)生會的一員。我沒有什么特殊非凡的閱歷與令人眩目的資本，但我從基層工作的實踐中得到了充足的鍛煉。從第一次例會，第一次考勤，第一次值班開始，一路走來，我明白：責(zé)任永遠是榮譽的二倍。進入學(xué)生會是一種榮譽更是一種責(zé)任。天下興亡，匹夫有責(zé)。但我想說：天下興亡，我有責(zé)。帶著責(zé)任上路，我成功參與組織了“人文論壇”的口號、標(biāo)志的征集以及影視播放；第三屆“通達杯”大專辯論賽；“自立自強，立志成才，報效祖國”演講比賽；同時，一年多的學(xué)生會生活造就了我堅強的性格,自信的人生態(tài)度。我的學(xué)習(xí)和工作也得到老師同學(xué)的肯定。

學(xué)習(xí)部作為學(xué)生會的重要組成部分，負(fù)責(zé)考核評比全院晚自習(xí)，構(gòu)建良好學(xué)風(fēng)，是教與學(xué)之間的溝通橋梁，也是實現(xiàn)提升學(xué)習(xí)能力與鍛煉自我的有效平臺。如果我當(dāng)選，我將從以下4個方面做好工作：

1、加強協(xié)作，做好聯(lián)系學(xué)校和學(xué)生之間的紐帶

學(xué)生會是一個整體，部門與部門之間就是兄弟姐妹，加強協(xié)作，步伐一致。同時要加強與各系學(xué)習(xí)部的溝通。全心全意的為同學(xué)們服務(wù)。真正做到工作從同學(xué)中來，到同學(xué)們中去

2、提高團隊的整體素質(zhì)與綜合能力 嚴(yán)格地要求自己，提高學(xué)生會內(nèi)部成員的素質(zhì)，增加團體的凝聚力，使內(nèi)部達到真正的團結(jié)統(tǒng)一，使學(xué)生的職能得到充分的發(fā)揮。

3、組織制度建設(shè)

一個強大的組織，必須有一套行之有效的制度保障其運轉(zhuǎn)。在現(xiàn)行制度的基礎(chǔ)上，將進一步制定出行之有效的部門制度。如：值班、考勤、例會制度。真正確保學(xué)習(xí)部的工作透明化。使各項工作行之有效的運行。

4、活動方面，積極進取，銳意創(chuàng)新

做好原有工作的基礎(chǔ)上，適時、適量的改進工作。打造交院品牌活動。

雄鷹展翅急需一方天空，我真心的渴望領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師能夠給我這個展現(xiàn)自我的舞臺。我會向你們遞交滿意答卷。“語言上的巨人，行動上的矮子”永遠是不可取的。機遇與挑戰(zhàn)同在，但我相信，機遇永遠垂青于勤勉、努力的執(zhí)著者。

最后我想用一句古諺來結(jié)束我的演講：“不可以一時之得意而自夸其能，亦不可以一時之失意而自墜其志”。

最后的最后，請大家記住我來自10輪機2班的關(guān)存豐，也請大家記住這個特殊的時刻。十年前的今天，澳門回歸祖國，祖國同慶。十年后的今天，交院學(xué)生會依舊輝煌。

尊敬的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師、親愛的同學(xué)們：

大家上午好！我是來自水運工程系10輪機2班的關(guān)存豐，現(xiàn)任院學(xué)生會學(xué)習(xí)部部長助理，今天我競聘的是院學(xué)習(xí)部部長一職。在這里我要感謝學(xué)院為我提供這次機會讓我有幸參與競選。同時也要感謝在座的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)老師以及同學(xué)們對我的支持和信任。

昨日已成過去，明天才是我的追求，09年秋季我有幸成為院學(xué)生會的一員，我沒有什么特殊非凡的閱歷和令人炫目的資本，但是從基層工作的實踐中鍛煉了自己，從第一次的值班、考勤，第一次的例會，第一次表格的制作，第一次活動的開展，這一路走來我懂得了“細節(jié)決定成敗、權(quán)力就是責(zé)任”。

既然是鮮花就要綻放，既然是樹木就要長成棟梁，既然是石頭我就要鋪出大道，既然是學(xué)習(xí)部部長我就要做好領(lǐng)航員，在我擔(dān)任學(xué)習(xí)部干事以來，在家積極配合院學(xué)生會工作的同時也參加了人文論壇、大專辯論賽的籌劃和籌備，交流晚會、元旦晚會的會場布置，迎新接待、招新宣傳等一系列活動。這一系列的活動培養(yǎng)了我較強的辦事能力和組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，以及駕馭復(fù)雜局面和把握大局的應(yīng)變能力同時勤學(xué)苦干，適應(yīng)性強的個性與廣大同學(xué)間的友好關(guān)系也正是我的優(yōu)勢所在。而這所有的一切正是造就一名出色的學(xué)生會干部所需要的。

另外，在我對這次競選懷有熱情、自信和希望的同時，我想最現(xiàn)實、最實際的還是我個人對未來工作的幾點想法：

? 一切真知的產(chǎn)生都是來源于實踐，如果今天我有幸競聘成功，身上的責(zé)任會更重，我會盡己所能高質(zhì)高效地做好本部門的各項工作。

? 加強各部門之間的溝通、協(xié)作，同時加強與各系學(xué)習(xí)部之間的溝通，全心全意地位

同學(xué)服務(wù)，堅持做到工作從同學(xué)中來到同學(xué)中去。

在現(xiàn)行制度的基礎(chǔ)上我將進一步完善部門的規(guī)章制度。

直前，用辛勤和汗水澆開了儲蓄之花。到2004年底，均州分社各項存款余額達4667萬元，較年初凈增1764萬元，其凈增額在全市各營業(yè)網(wǎng)點獨樹一幟。一份耕耘，就有一份收獲。在存款大幅攀升的同時，我們均州分社職工的收入均超過了2萬元，其中我個人的年收入達到了萬元，是我參加工作以來收入最高的一年，與大多數(shù)職工相比，可以說是夠豐厚的。我想，如果沒有上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我的關(guān)心、支持，如果沒有招標(biāo)上崗、優(yōu)化組合的殘酷競爭，如果沒有能者多勞、多勞多得的按勞分配制度，我就無法象今天這樣揚眉吐氣。下面，我向在座的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事介紹一年來我是怎樣以辛勤和汗水換來豐厚回報的。大家知道，我所在的均州分社地處丹江金融一條街。在方圓不到1公里的范圍內(nèi)農(nóng)行、工行、建行三足鼎力，市場競爭已達到了白熱化程度。我們均州分社牌子不如別人硬、結(jié)算渠道不如別人暢、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品不如別人多、服務(wù)質(zhì)量不如別人高，致使我們在競爭中只有招架之功，沒有還手之力，如果不盡快實施先人一步、快人一招的超常規(guī)舉措，就難以扼制存款下滑的局面。

面對種種不利因素，作為均州分社負(fù)責(zé)人，我義無反顧，沒有退縮。為了在激烈的競爭中不斷發(fā)展壯大，使分社每一個職工能夠拿到較高的工資，我在攬存工作中充分發(fā)揚“拼命三郎”的精神，只要有百分之一的希望，就用百分之百的努力去爭取。為了盡快進入角色，我對轄內(nèi)的客戶分布情況進行了全面摸底梳理歸類，發(fā)現(xiàn)我社附近不僅有市人民醫(yī)院、丹二巷菜市場，而且還遍布餐飲、娛樂、超市，可以說組織資金的條件得天獨厚。摸清市場后，我將不利因素轉(zhuǎn)化成有利條件。通過上門公關(guān)、建立客戶信息卡、定期訪問等手段，激活了一批“沉睡”客戶，發(fā)展了一批黃金客戶。小梅超市與我社僅一墻之隔，但從未與信用社發(fā)生業(yè)務(wù)往來。為了爭取到小梅超市這個客戶，我多次上門做工作，而

小梅超市的老板似乎不太領(lǐng)情，總是若即若離，始終沒有在我社開立帳戶，我沒有因此而放棄，而是一如既往的為其主動兌換零幣，幫助鑒定其人民幣真?zhèn)危幸鉃槠渫其N商品，點點滴滴的真情注入終于打動了老板的心，如今小梅超市已在我社開立了帳戶，月均存款余額保持在30萬元左右。

為了在激烈的儲蓄競爭中站穩(wěn)腳跟，我們一個回合不行，十個回合的毅力拼搏，只要是自己選準(zhǔn)的目標(biāo)，我將義無反顧，勇往直前，不達目的誓不罷休。劉女士是金融一條街上有錢大戶，但多年來一直未與我社往來，眼睜睜地看著一池肥水總是流入外人田，我心里真不是滋味，于是攻關(guān)劉女士便成了我的一大目標(biāo)。去年9月我找到了她家，劉女士見了我，開口就說：“今天怎么又來了，我的錢存在工行，你別費心機了。”不善于吃閉門羹的我有意避開了存款話題，與之談?wù)撈鹑粘Ｉ钪械碾s事。一向細心的我發(fā)現(xiàn)沙發(fā)上放著準(zhǔn)備織毛衣的毛線，我眼

爭存要有路，攬儲要有方，拉關(guān)系，搭橋，然后攻關(guān)是我爭存攬儲工作中的又一決竅。一天，我在一個朋友家玩，朋友告訴我：“市中心有一個體老板家中有一筆錢，就看你有沒有能耐把它弄到手。”聽到這一信息后，我并沒有盲目地上門找這位老板，而是先打聽老板周圍的熟人，通過“人托人，寶找寶”的方式終于和這位個體老板搭上了，但老板否認(rèn)有錢，生硬地向我潑了一盆涼水，但我并沒有因此算罷干休，我又找到了剛認(rèn)識的這位老板的朋友，一起又來到了這位老板的家，老板依然是老板，并不那么爽快，然而看在朋友的份上，還是存了1萬元。誰知這1萬元剛存1個星期，這位老板又打電話，說有急用，我

趕緊把錢送到了這位老板的手中，老板見到風(fēng)塵仆仆的我，不僅未接我送來的錢，反而又從家里拿出3萬元交給我，笑著說：“你們的服務(wù)還算不錯。”從此這位老板不僅成了我們的常客，而且每月存款余額都保留在5萬元以上。

This morning, I would like to argue for true ecological tourism, or, ecotourism.To me, a true ecotour is a tour that allows us to express our passion for nature and for our cultural heritage.（No introduction）

I love traveling.One of my most memorable trips was climbing the Great Wall.There, I cherished seeing people of all races and ages gathered on this ancient edifice.I cherished

seeing these people smiling at each other, making way for each other, and reminding each other to watch their steps.While I love traveling, I'm also sad to see the damage tourism has done to nature and to our historical relics.Many tour agencies like to label their business “ecotours”.But they have cut down trees and filled up rivers in order to build roads, hotels and cable cars so as to attract tourists.And on their tours, some people pick flowers, catch birds and throw away food that might poison animals.This is not ecotourism at all.True ecotourism involves responsibility.While we enjoy the beauty of nature, we should also help protect it.Here let me share an experience.Once, I joined others as young volunteers in an outing.The excursion took us to the peak of a mountain where we got a beautiful view of the city.We were, however, not ordinary tourists.As we were climbing, we were also picking up the trash left on the ground by other climbers.Finally, we carried, in large bags, all the trash down the mountain.The excursion was exhausting, but I believe, after this experience, not a single one of us will ever litter any tourist spot.Moreover, when we were cleaning up the mountain slope, we caught eyes of many others.Some of them might see us as foolish, but more of them, I believe, will take note of the need to protect the environment.My experience was one of an ecotourist.We took, but we also gave.However, on the idea of ecotourism, there are many misunderstandings.I once

A student asked me a couple of questions which I answered hurriedly as I was going to another class.They were good questions, so I thought I'd restate my answers for the class.Student Question:Do we have to come up with a new argument for Body III, counter-argument?

Teacher Response:No.Remember that your counter argument in Body III is about giving a retort to a counter-argument to your topic.So, in Body I and II you have 2 arguments and supporting statements regarding your topic.This is different than Body III.In Body III you don't have to give a new argument to support your topic.In Body III,you do have to explain why the counter-argument is wrong.You can do this by using a narrative figure(ex.historical or famous person narrative)or statistics or other facts.Example-

Topic:Do your homework

Argument I:If you do your homework you will be smarter.Argument II:If you do your homework you will get a better job.Counter Argument: Some studies say, doing homework is a waste of time.A Harvard study claims that doing homework is a waste of time and you can't learn from doing homework.Retort to Counter Argument: 1)This study is wrong.Have you heard of Albert Einstein?Einstein read books and research papers and calculated formulas everynight.He called it his homework.That's how Einstein discovered the theory of relativity.OR2)Yale and Princeton studies show that doing homework for 3 hrs every night is the best way to learn.Student Question:What is the difference between my arguments(Body I&II)and my practical steps(Body IV)?

Teacher Response:topic.Your practical steps are different and they are not arguments.Example-
