上午好，很高興能有這樣一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，能和大家進(jìn)行面對(duì)面的交流。我是本班的英語(yǔ)老師，我姓劉。下面我就我們英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)方面簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō)一下：

在英語(yǔ)課堂上，大部分學(xué)生都能很活躍的回答老師提出的問(wèn)題，積極跟著老師讀單詞，讀課文。其實(shí)這也制造了一種假象，學(xué)生認(rèn)為自己常常被老師提問(wèn)，認(rèn)為自己能夠回答老師的問(wèn)題，于是認(rèn)為自己的英語(yǔ)學(xué)得很不錯(cuò)，自我感覺(jué)特別好。于是下課后在英語(yǔ)上花的時(shí)間就少了。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。

那么在課后學(xué)生到底該怎么做才能把其余的60%補(bǔ)回來(lái)呢？學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，不外乎就是在聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫這些方面下功夫。

你們好！首先感謝各位家長(zhǎng)，今天你們能夠在百忙之中,抽出寶貴的時(shí)間來(lái)參加家長(zhǎng)會(huì)，單從這點(diǎn)就可看出大家對(duì)自己的子女教育問(wèn)題的高度關(guān)注。這也是對(duì)孩子的一種尊重和鼓勵(lì)。開(kāi)家長(zhǎng)會(huì)是為了加強(qiáng)家校聯(lián)系，相互交流孩子們?cè)谛：驮诩业囊恍┣闆r，以便我們及時(shí)調(diào)整工作，提高教學(xué)的質(zhì)量，同時(shí)也希望家長(zhǎng)能了解我們的工作安排，有效幫助自己的孩子在家如何開(kāi)展學(xué)習(xí)，使孩子們能夠在今年的學(xué)習(xí)中能取得最佳的成績(jī)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)家長(zhǎng)、孩子、老師三者共同的心愿。就本學(xué)期的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)與諸位共同探討，研究對(duì)策，幫助孩子學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，用好英語(yǔ)，為今后的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)打好基礎(chǔ)，更確切地說(shuō)是養(yǎng)成良好的聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫的習(xí)慣，掌握一些最基礎(chǔ)的語(yǔ)法。下面我從以下幾方面來(lái)說(shuō)說(shuō)。

一、英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀

三年級(jí)著重學(xué)生基本語(yǔ)音的模仿，四年級(jí)則注重英文的規(guī)范書寫，（五六年級(jí)才是孩子真正開(kāi)始接觸語(yǔ)法。）那么五年級(jí)是很關(guān)鍵的一年，因?yàn)槲迥昙?jí)起到了承上啟下的作用，我們要在三四年級(jí)良好的基礎(chǔ)上讓孩子繼續(xù)保持英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，為將來(lái)升入六年級(jí)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。

二、如何讓孩子喜歡學(xué)英語(yǔ)主動(dòng)學(xué)英語(yǔ)

首先，應(yīng)該讓孩子明確英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的重要性，幫助他們樹(shù)立信心。其次，幫助孩子建立和形成良好的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣分兩部分：一是課堂習(xí)慣，二是課外習(xí)慣。課堂良好習(xí)慣表現(xiàn)為：能集中注意力聽(tīng)，能積極大膽發(fā)言，能適時(shí)的做好必要的筆記。集中注意力聽(tīng)這點(diǎn)我覺(jué)得很重要，很多孩子在做題和考試中遇到困難，很大的原因就是上課沒(méi)有專心聽(tīng)課，現(xiàn)在我的要求是我的講的時(shí)候要求學(xué)生認(rèn)真聽(tīng)，我會(huì)留出時(shí)間給孩子們作課堂紀(jì)錄。課外良好的習(xí)慣表現(xiàn)為：1.能完成老師布置的預(yù)習(xí)任務(wù)。2.能按時(shí)，保質(zhì)保量的完成課外作業(yè)。再者，要關(guān)注孩子的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程，不要只注重結(jié)果。意思是說(shuō)不要等成績(jī)出來(lái)了再說(shuō)，而是時(shí)刻關(guān)注孩子每一天的成長(zhǎng)。

三、本學(xué)期幾點(diǎn)具體做法

1、關(guān)于單詞和句子的背誦和默寫。

這是基礎(chǔ)之基礎(chǔ)。每課的單詞要求學(xué)生能默寫，要求學(xué)生回家背誦并試默，高質(zhì)量的試默要做到及時(shí)、有效。

2、關(guān)于課文朗讀，在這里我不強(qiáng)調(diào)背誦的滾瓜爛熟，只要求能夠像說(shuō)話一樣有條理的說(shuō)出來(lái)。要求每篇課文背誦。

3、關(guān)于作業(yè)。

我們有作業(yè)本和練寫本。作業(yè)本是抄寫四會(huì)單詞，詞組，句子和部分對(duì)話，默寫本，是默寫四會(huì)單詞，詞組和句子，家長(zhǎng)平時(shí)也可以翻閱默寫本來(lái)檢查孩子的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)情況。4.試卷分析

本學(xué)期開(kāi)學(xué)至今，班級(jí)的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛不及上學(xué)期，英語(yǔ)成績(jī)較之也退步了。基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)：?jiǎn)卧~，短語(yǔ)，句型。一旦基礎(chǔ)的東西掌握了，不管它怎么變，萬(wàn)變不離其宗。

4、注意的地方

其次，我想講一下班級(jí)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)情況。其實(shí)在座的家長(zhǎng)對(duì)自己子女的情況比我更加清楚。他們都是在同一起跑線上起跑的，但經(jīng)過(guò)幾年來(lái)的學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生與學(xué)生之間已經(jīng)拉開(kāi)了差距。一些好的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣濃，學(xué)習(xí)勁頭足，課堂上積極思維，踴躍發(fā)言，課后及時(shí)鞏固，形成了良性循環(huán)的好勢(shì)頭。他們的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣好，在聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫方面都能齊頭并進(jìn)，我為他們感到欣慰。可也有一些學(xué)生，平時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)馬虎，基礎(chǔ)不扎實(shí)，導(dǎo)致他們現(xiàn)在課上聽(tīng)講出現(xiàn)困難，關(guān)鍵還不努力，書面作業(yè)拖拉不交，口頭作業(yè)根本不完成，如此一來(lái)，學(xué)習(xí)自然成了件頭痛事。其實(shí)，我們班大部分的學(xué)生還是處于中上等層次，盡管他們平時(shí)不需要老師操太多的心，費(fèi)太大的力，但是說(shuō)起各方面的表現(xiàn)，又總有一絲遺憾，因?yàn)槲覀兛傁Ｍ麄兡軌蛟偕弦粋€(gè)臺(tái)階。

有位教育家曾說(shuō)過(guò)：只有學(xué)校教育而沒(méi)有家庭教育，或者只有家庭教育而沒(méi)有學(xué)校教育，都不能完成培養(yǎng)人這一及其艱巨而復(fù)雜的任務(wù)。所以在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)上，我們的家長(zhǎng)也起到了很重要的作用，下面我給在座的家長(zhǎng)提一些輔導(dǎo)孩子學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的建議

（1）讓孩子多聽(tīng)錄音。在少兒英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，首先是加強(qiáng)聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練和說(shuō)話訓(xùn)練，然后才是讀寫能力的培養(yǎng)。聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力差，用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行交際的能力差，為此，家長(zhǎng)一定要配合學(xué)校來(lái)要求孩子，要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造條件讓孩子多聽(tīng)，多聽(tīng)純正的錄音，聽(tīng)?zhēng)妆椤⒙?tīng)清楚了以后，跟著說(shuō)。我們的升學(xué)考試也一年比一年注重聽(tīng)力、閱讀等需要綜合能力的部分。

（2）家長(zhǎng)要每天留出15分鐘左右時(shí)間讓孩子讀讀英語(yǔ)，不管當(dāng)天有無(wú)英語(yǔ)課。我們要鼓勵(lì)孩子大聲地朗讀、對(duì)話、問(wèn)答，大聲說(shuō)，不害羞，這樣有利于清楚地表達(dá)自己，也有利于他人糾正自己的錯(cuò)誤。讓孩子熟練背誦課文和單詞背誦是一項(xiàng)基本功，可以積累一些日常用語(yǔ)，到用的時(shí)等候就可以脫口而出。但是在檢查過(guò)程中，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)有一部分學(xué)生背得相當(dāng)熟練，可問(wèn)他課文中的某個(gè)詞組或句子的意思時(shí)，他卻一問(wèn)三不知。所以，我們?cè)诒痴b過(guò)程中要注意上下文的理解，在理解的基礎(chǔ)上達(dá)到背誦的要求，課文中涉及到的相關(guān)詞組和句型，要讓學(xué)生熟記，并能用它們來(lái)造句、說(shuō)話。

（3）督促孩子預(yù)習(xí)、復(fù)習(xí)。這是一項(xiàng)很必要也很重要的任務(wù)。所以，家長(zhǎng)的首要任務(wù)是及時(shí)督促孩子復(fù)習(xí)當(dāng)天學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容，提前預(yù)習(xí)下一堂課的學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。主要形式就是跟錄音機(jī)大聲讀英語(yǔ)單詞、句子、對(duì)話、短文等。英語(yǔ)和母語(yǔ)不同，沒(méi)有學(xué)習(xí)的氛圍和環(huán)境，必須“曲不

離口”地反復(fù)誦讀，才會(huì)記得牢。

（4）每天檢查孩子的回家作業(yè)是否完成，保證第二天能按時(shí)上交。檢查時(shí)不要只問(wèn)一下有沒(méi)有做，也請(qǐng)你親自看一看，懂得家長(zhǎng)還可以看看單詞有沒(méi)有抄錯(cuò)，題目有沒(méi)有做錯(cuò)之類的。在具體的實(shí)施過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn)：有些學(xué)生根本不用心學(xué)，能偷懶則偷懶，很多家長(zhǎng)比較負(fù)責(zé)會(huì)查問(wèn)有沒(méi)有教新課，要不要默寫，但孩子喜歡耍小聰明，不如實(shí)告訴家長(zhǎng)。這時(shí)候，你應(yīng)該及時(shí)跟我聯(lián)系，讓孩子知道：隱瞞不是辦法，也會(huì)受到相應(yīng)的懲罰。

（5）有時(shí)我會(huì)布置學(xué)生回去背誦英語(yǔ)單詞，并自己默寫。這時(shí)家長(zhǎng)可以在家?guī)椭鷮W(xué)生默寫，你可以報(bào)中文，讓他默英文。并簽上你的名字（注明默寫），因?yàn)橛械膶W(xué)生讓他默一遍其實(shí)也就是抄一遍交差，一點(diǎn)效果也沒(méi)有。單詞亦是如此，分散記憶、根據(jù)讀音記憶單詞都是可取的方法。有時(shí)，我們回家布置抄寫單詞，其目的不在于抄，而在于提醒學(xué)生記憶這些單詞。但是在日常學(xué)習(xí)中，學(xué)生不重視這項(xiàng)作業(yè)，認(rèn)為只是抄抄而已，不做也沒(méi)什么關(guān)系，其實(shí)他連抄寫都不做，根本別說(shuō)是去背了，結(jié)果幾次下來(lái)，他負(fù)債累累，應(yīng)付不過(guò)來(lái)，學(xué)習(xí)處于被動(dòng)狀態(tài)，從而影響了以后的學(xué)習(xí)，出現(xiàn)退步現(xiàn)象。因此，請(qǐng)大家在家里督促孩子保質(zhì)保量地完成英語(yǔ)作業(yè)，該讀的讀、該說(shuō)的說(shuō)、該寫的寫、該記的記，及時(shí)鞏固，養(yǎng)成良好的習(xí)慣。
