Hello everyone, I am so glad to have this opportunity standing here to give a speech to all of you.Before the beginning of my speech, I want to say something about myself.Firstly, I am a shy person by nature.When I speaking in front of many people, I am always feel uneasy.Secondly, my English is poor especially my spoken English.Then if I make something mistakes in my speech please forgive me.Thank you.Just as you can see form the screen, the title of my speech today is “Keep on fighting”.After you saw the title you may have questions like that “Keep on fighting? As well as keep on fighting for what?” yeah, The answer is that everyone of us just stting in the big schoolroom right now should keep on fighting, because of we are young , and we all have dreams in our deep heart for many years.Although our dreams may be not all the same, yet We all choose the same place SepcoIII one big platform to realize it.Two days later, we will formally start work, to pursue our dreams.What should we pay special attention to in our future work? In my opinion, we should do the following things very well.1.Defeat the feelings of loneliness.As we all know, the business range of SepcoIII covers the whole world.It means that most of us have to go to other province or go abroad that far from our home town to work.Then we may can’t help missing our girlfriend or boyfriend, our relatives, and so on.Each of us must find some methods to prevent the feelings of loneliness from making bad influence of our work.2.Keep on studying.A solid base of knowledge is the guarantee to complete our work.we need keep on studying knowledge from books, Networks as well as our colleagues especially the Experienced ones.3.Pay attention to details.“Details determined success or not”, what’s more, details have closely connection with security as well.In order to bring out our dream we must pay special attention to details.4.Unity our colleagues.“ union is strength”, the people who have group sprit will be succeed more quickly.All in all, what should we do on the way towards success are much more than that listed above.But, I think these are the most important things we should do.I firmly believe that each of us will go to success if we keep on fighting for our dreams unceasingly in sepcoIII the big platform.Because we are young, we are strong.

傾心育芳草

各位領導，各位老師：

大家好，今天我演講的題目是《傾心育芳草》。彈指一揮間，一年的時光過去了，我已從一名剛出道的大學生變成了一名準教師。回憶一年的教師工作經歷，我最深刻的體會就是只要師愛像母愛那樣般無私奉獻，就會收獲為人師的幸福。下面我結合自己的工作實際，談談對教師工作的兩點體會。

一、以身示范，引導學生。大教育家烏申斯基曾說過這樣一句話，教師個人的范例，對于學生的心靈，是任何東西都不能代替的最有用的陽光。小學生對教師有著一種特殊的信任和依賴情感，教師的自身素質道德修養，教師的一言一行，一舉一動，無形之中會成為全班幾十個孩子的榜樣。因此在教學工作中我時刻注重自己的形象，事事從我做起，以良好的形象率先垂范，潛移默化地影響著我的學生。平時凡要求學生做的，我首先做到。今年我擔任的是一年級的班主任，面對這些小蘿卜頭們，說實話課堂上沒少發過火，最讓我頭疼且記憶猶新的是剛開學幾次的練習有好幾個小家伙的作業本都被我撕破過，現在想想實在是不應該啊，因為一年級的學生小，根本不懂練習本的格式，我卻只顧一個勁地發火，可仍然無濟于事。幾天下來真正把格式弄清楚的還不不到一半人數。于是我靜下心來思考到底哪里出了問題，在又一次的練習中，我就用很普通的方法，在黑板上畫出了練習本的格子，然后我寫一排學生照著寫一排，就這樣這次練習在很清楚的過程中完成了。當我再次收起作業本時，真的是出乎意料。學生們居然都完成的很好，當時真的很驚喜，原來教學要這樣才行，只需要老師做一個再普通不過的示范，就會收到意想不到的效果，切實感受到了他們的模仿能力是那么強。有了這樣一次小小的經歷，在以后的課堂上從語言到行動，我總是小心翼翼地，深怕一不小心我的什么不良行為就被他們模仿到。從此我也習慣上關注學生的一言一行，因為從他們的舉動中我才能找到更適合的他們的教育和教學方法。

二、關注學生，關心學生。法國教育家盧梭曾說過：“凡是缺乏師愛的地方，無論品格還是智慧都不能充分自由地發展，只有真心實意地去愛學生，才能夠精雕細刻地去塑造他們的靈魂。”教師只有真正地關注學生，關心學生，才能收獲教育的果實。一年來，我也努力地做到細微處見真情，深信愛是一種傳遞。當教師真誠地付出愛時，收獲地必定是孩子們更多的愛。記得一次班干部選舉時，要找一個女孩子做小隊長。我想了兩天最后決定由一個相貌平平，成績平平，而且性格比較內向的女生來擔任，當我宣布她的名字時，班上其他小朋友都咧開了嘴，顯然是懷疑她的能力。其實選她做小隊長，我也沒有足夠的理由，也許是我平常對她的關注多一些，覺得她缺少自信，而且在我的課堂上她看我的眼神和其他小朋友不一樣，總想表現自己但又怕同學笑話，于是我想給她一次表現的機會。而正是這樣一次機會讓她受寵若驚，她表現的特別認真與自信。后來在一次測驗中她得了全滿分，從此同學們也對她刮目相看。她在課堂中表現得也很棒，發言的次數越來越多，學習熱情也越來越高了，遇到什么不懂的問題都主動來找我，班級有什么現象她也主動來向我反映。我覺得她一下子變得開朗自信了，看著她的變化我也感到很欣慰。她的爸爸媽媽也感到了孩子的變化，主動找我交流，其欣喜心情溢于言表。其實每個學生都非常希望老師關注他，哪怕是我們一句簡單的鼓勵，也會讓他們感到格外的自信。也許我們做過的事情都無足掛齒，但足可以影響到他們學習態度。

最后我想說，選擇教師這份職業是我一生的榮幸，我將用我畢生的心血在教育這塊沃土上澆灌出一片綠草地。我的演講完了，謝謝大家！
