我心中的奧運是一個科技的奧運，那時中國的科技將非常發達，每個參加比賽的運動員手上可以戴一個特殊的手鏈，這種手鏈可以很準確計算出每個競技運動員跑步的速度和時間，這樣就不會發生因裁判而出現的失誤。

尊敬的各位領導和全體同事： 大家下午好！

服務對于一個企業來說是一個永恒的話題，在品牌中國的今天，如何將我們的服務達到品牌化，系統化的階段，就是要通過我們的言行舉止，體現出我們xx煙草“和風宜人”的文化精神，從而實現我們的大服務。XX年6月我懷著對營銷服務工作的憧憬與成為客戶經理的向往，來到望江營銷部從事高士區域客戶經理崗位的工作。記得有一位美國著名學者曾說過：“你有大象的實力，那你就做大象，你有小蜜蜂的精神，那你就做小蜜蜂，不管做什么，都要做最好的。那怕是扛磚夫，你都要做一流的扛磚夫?！痹捳Z中樸實張顯著魅力，工作沒有好壞之分，只有態度，態度決定一切。在一個炎熱的夏日里，高士鎮虎山村的方干勛客戶打來電話求助，因村民辦理白喜事急需蓋三環、條三環卷煙各25條。救急如救火，我立即驅車前往該戶，指導開具了應急補貨申請書，回營銷部后進行了及時的辦理，第二天當我將卷煙送到該戶時，該戶激動的握著我的手說：“感謝你將卷煙及時送到，我心里的一塊石頭總算是放下了，你真是一位熱心腸的好經理啊，維護了我的信譽，信譽無價呀。”好一個信譽無價，一位普通的零售客戶把他及他商店的信譽看的高過一切，這正是我找尋的價值體系。我及我們企業的整體榮譽感，正是靠我們的努力與維護，去實現客我雙贏。雖然這次為這一戶單獨往返多出20多公里路程，但與別人對你的肯定及意義內涵是遠遠無法替代的，這也不正是對客戶在我心中，責任在我肩上的最好詮釋嗎？

自從范局長來到我們xx煙草，以“細節決定成敗”為我們工作的出發點。從精細化管理著手、細致化服務入手，工作時無小事，讓我學會了在小事、在細微之處用“心”去贏得客戶這一道理。我就遇到一位特殊的客戶，同樣也是因辦理白喜事用煙急需蓋三環卷煙50條，不湊巧的是當月蓋三環品牌卷煙斷貨，因當地消費者消費習慣根深蒂固，我在向該戶進行替代品牌紅梅順卷煙推介時，遭到了該戶的強烈拒絕，指明非蓋三環品牌不可，并用威脅的口氣說到：“你們煙草公司連煙都沒有，還開什么煙草公司，明天如果沒有煙送來的話，你就別來了，來了有你好看?！碑敃r氣急敗壞的我真想上去和他大吵一架、理論一番，但是靜下心來仔細一下，吵嘴并不能解決問題，反而加深客我矛盾，并在當地造成一定的惡劣影響；逃避不是辦法，日后工作還要開展，怎么面對？當我從側面了解到該戶向消費者已經做出了承諾，而且還是一位固執之人時，于是我主動請該戶帶我到消費者家去做好了卷煙品牌的協調，化解了強烈的客我矛盾，為此該戶已成為我滯銷煙與新品上市的主動承接戶。我用真誠的付出，羸得該戶長期的信賴和支持，這正是我踐行“客戶在我心中”的價值所在。
