自己這段時間也沒少search這方面的訊息,自認為也找到了些有用的訊息,這里綜合整理一些朋友的分享,我現在的一個教授給我的意見(他去過法國留學,我決定去法國留學就是被他影響的)和自己的想法,以下這篇文章就誕生了.這里有必要再啰嗦的是，以下的內容抖只是小的我的片面的想法，免不了有些局限性，望各位在法國留學的前輩不吝補充糾正.當然我也希望借這篇貼文起個頭，愿景于這個主題的前輩或者過來人多提供信息，豐富關于這個主題的訊息。

動機信其實可以說是個人名片或履歷的「申論題」，除了看看遞來的身份證件和履歷證明，學校方面更有興趣知道，這個學生為什么要申請這個學位?這學生到底為什么想念我這學位？這也許也可以說是法國學院和臺灣學生熟悉的英美系統之間其中一項差異。因此，在法國大學系統里（較具國際化傾向的工商學院就不得而知了），動機信的地位可以說比推薦信還重要一點，那是學校認識一個學生的基礎，也是他們確認這學生是否和自己對位的起點。

寫這封信之前，可以先想想下面幾個簡單的問題：

一、為什么想念這門學科或專業？

二、為什么想申請這個學位？

三、為什么老遠跑到法國來念這學位？

四、想從這學位里獲得什么？

五、念完以后想做什么？(這點很重要)

由于我們是留學生，因此不少系主任或是指導教授會很好奇想要了解，我們大老遠飛到法國來找他們拿學位的動機與目的。說穿了，一封中國大陸學生或者說有其他國家和地區的學生申請法國學校的動機信，大概就是在回答上面五個問題。

所以呢 我們的動機信也要根據以上五個基本的問題來guide...信的開頭，通常是兩句簡單的自我介紹（像名片上印的那樣簡單，比如目前正在念什么什么學校的的市場營銷專業)，加上「我是怎么知道這個學位的」（學位名稱記得要完整寫出來）。至于怎么知道這個學校專業的途徑 可以是例如：透過網絡search、經過教授推薦、學校聲譽響亮,等等。

例如：

-經過四年的市場學的學士高等教育，我希望有這個榮幸能夠進入本人景仰的貴校攻讀專業碩士學位。

-在各市場學研究期刊上拜讀貴校研究所或者教授于某方面的杰出論述后，我這個目前正在修讀市場學學士的學生，非常希望能夠在貴校上述教授的指導下攻讀碩士學位。-在仔細研讀過校詳細簡介(好像很矛盾)后，本人希望能獲得貴校青睞，獲許入學，以便繼續發展個人在市場學領域的研究生涯。

要攻讀的科目專業交代清楚以后，就要開始自我闡揚了。

以我個friend要報讀的奢侈品管理為例,可以先說說是怎么或者什么時候對上述專業產生濃厚的熱誠,并且在自己多方尋找資料或者更深入的了解之后,就下訂決心要修讀了,而法國又是世界著名品牌囤積(當然不能用這個詞啦)的國家.總之，這段開始，可以簡短講些初階的，很原始的觸發。這個觸發同樣很重要，總不好單純只是興趣，而是伴隨著相當的訓練和后天背景，或是成長環境的助長。好比申請藝術管理，單只說我很喜歡看畫展，卻沒有舉出自己到底有多喜歡，又接觸過多少藝廊背后的辛酸血淚，老師可能會請這位同學繼續看畫展，愛看多少看多少，不必刻意申請藝術經理學位。

接著要展現個人實力，這個就比前一段實際許多了。

豐功偉業盡量寫，申請電影理論，除了學校的專業課程的成績吹噓一下，還可以盡管把自己曾經在相關刊物出版單位做實習，或是在學校社團的框架下辦過多少大小影展活動，甚至曾經在什么機緣下發表過頗受好評的著作等等，全部論析一次。有人可能會覺得，這不是在履歷上都有嗎？不過，這里當然是比履歷會精采許多，履歷上通常只是一個名詞組，而不會告訴評審委員自己當時如何被這些經歷所影響。重點也許就在，我從這些經歷與訓練中，篤定了些什么志向，確定了些什么人生規劃。又比方，研究生物化學的朋友，甚至直接把自己參加過的研究計劃，以及發表過的研究報告，洋洋灑灑用比較詳盡的方法說一次，這些經歷和目前研究主題的關系，這就可以讓未來指導教授看得頻頻點頭了。

再來一段，可以延續前段，開始把個人經歷與該校教學研究方向開始做來嫁接，說難聽是攀親搭戚，講好聽就是「吾人個人生涯與貴科系學位之休戚相關」。這段也是要告訴該校該科目該專業的老師，自己到底想從該科系學些什么，拿這學位又對自己的進修有什么意義。

比方說，來法國念區域政治，可以選的科系不只一個吧？為什么要申請這家呢？總不好說，每家都試試看，上哪家就念哪家。所以就得開始說，貴系所在南亞區域政治研究上享譽學界，特別是某某觀點，似乎非常能夠提供個人研究方向一個有力的支持等等。稍微申論一下中間的關聯，也可以說明自己要從這科系的教學中汲取些什么樣的教育資源。又比方說，自己因為想從事后殖民文學批評，已經拜讀該系所許多大師著作，深深感到個人研究與該系所頗具共鳴。換個比較務實的科系，像是申請人力資源管理科系吧，直接說自己是為了要在企業工作上有所突破，經過老板推薦，認為該企業應該參考法國經驗（什么樣的法國經驗，還可以多講兩句），在法國某管理學院中接受一年培訓是最精明的選擇之類的。

最后一段，差不多該談談自己念完這學位想做什么了。

讀完想回內地某機構就業、讀完想在法國繼續念博士、讀完想在某領域中創業、讀完想透過實習經驗參與某類型研究組織工作，讀完想到美國某實驗室去進修博士后等等?？傊@段就是簡單的個人未來生涯規劃與該學位之相關性申論題。而且法國也不是個提倡移民的國家，萬一你給他們個一名傾向，你是跳進黃河也洗不清啊。

還有一段，可以看文章結構靈活插入，算是留學生動機信寫作自定義選項：為什么要來法國留學？原因可能很多，也很個人，所以不用獨立一段也無所謂，但是建議提一下。例如，來法國念古物修復或是核能電力，應該沒什么好爭議的，這方面的確是有那種「來來來，來法國」的說服力；反之，來法國念傳播，那就不是那么一定了，畢竟傳播好像也不是法國的強項。這時，就得講些機緣、情緣、孽緣…甚至如果聽說該科校風格開明，還可以在這方面展現一點幽默，博君一笑，也許也會讓系上老師為了不想當被好奇宰掉的貓，忍不住把寫信的這家伙喊來面試一下，這下機會就來啦！

林林總總講了許多，只是一種可能性，順序可以彈性調整，內容也可以依照個人的強項發揮。當然，開頭和結尾的敬語少不了，架構上的問題，前輩也提供分享了很多范本可以參考。

第五篇：如何申請國外研究生

從主流，或者趨勢看，美國現在非常流行中文家教。

費用不等，去亞洲和歐美國家的費用是截然不同的。

首先,是要對自己做一個全面的評估,包括出國留學的目的,自己喜歡的再進修科目,偏愛的文化范圍,以及家庭經濟狀況.只有對自己有一個全面的了解之后,才可以不盲目的從大流.其次,通過各種渠道收集最新的留學信息.最主要的通過網絡,也可以參加一些教育展,甚至去一些中介進行面對面的咨詢,留學顧問可以給你一些建議的(初步咨詢一般是免費的，但是一旦涉及細節,他們就要你簽中介合同,那就很貴了)

再次,就是擬訂一個出國留學的計劃書.最重要的是確定找中介辦理,還是要自己辦理.找中介的話，相對比較系統,自己也省力一點；自己辦理的話，比較自由，隨時可以根據自己的情況作一些調整，而且花費也少，但是需要花一些時間。

接下來的事情就比較簡單了：

1.準備語言考試:因為雅思的成績有效期再2年，因此，千萬不要考的太早，出國前半年考就可以了，很多學校是可以先申請，再提供語言成績的。

2.收集材料：一方面是公證材料，例如：戶口本啊，身份證啊，畢業證啊，學位證，出身公正，成績單公證。（大學里面的成績會影響到研究生申請學校的選擇范圍，國外一些知名大學在招收我過留學生的時候一般要求是211大學，而且大學成績的基點都要在3.0以上，所以好好念書還是很重要的。如果實在不行的話，在開證明的時候可以跟大學老師說明是留學用的，希望可以將60分以下成績刪去。）另一方面，是其他瑣碎的材料，護照，護照照片，信用卡等等。

3.學校申請：申請學校＆專業是可以由針對性的全面開花，不需要吊死在一棵樹上的。資助申請的話，可以通過大學網站咨詢當年的申請要求，然后郵件與相關部門溝通確認后將資料郵寄到學校，等待offer。

4.拿到offer之后，最棘手的事情就是準備“錢”。如果家里在銀行有大筆存款的話，就只需要去銀行開據存款證明就好了。如果沒有存款，（絕大多數人都不會在銀行放上100萬的），那么你就需要跟父母去工商銀行去辦理一個留學貸款，這個貸款自己是用不到的，只是用于簽證的時候給簽證官看一下的財產證明

5.簽證遞交：可以事先去問一下簽證處，確認需要準備的文件，基本上也就是那些公證了的文件＋學校的offer.此外就是根據各國的要求進行出國體檢。
