真是一位難以置信的人。對于這次成功，我們和共和黨全國委員會的合作起到非常重要的作用，所以我才這么說，我真的了解一些不可思議的人才。

那些特勤局的人們。他們很堅強，很聰明，也很敏捷。不過我告訴你，我可不想“惹上”他們。當我在人群中行走，向民眾揮手時，他們能將我撲倒在座椅上。他們是一群很棒的人，因此我想感謝特勤局。

非常感謝整個紐約市的執法部門，他們今晚也在這里。這是一些特別棒的人，有的時候我對他們的贊賞其實是遠遠不夠的，但是我們真的是贊賞紐約市的這種治安部門。

人們把這次大選稱為歷史性事件，但是如果真想要載入史冊，我們今后必須要努力做好一切。

我向大家保證，我不會令你們失望。我會努力做好一切。我期望著成為你們的總統，也希望在四年、或者八年之后，我們會看到美國是這樣一幅景象：我們目前為之所做的一切 都是值得驕傲的。

現在競選已經結束了，但我們的工作才剛剛開始。我們必須立刻開始為美國人民效力。希望大家為有我這樣的總統為榮，這也是我的榮幸。
