在今年8月16日晚十一點多鐘，罕見的特大暴雨和洪水侵襲了我們拉拉河鎮熊家店，頓時水位暴漲，大約20分鐘時間，全村房屋就全部進水，水深約1.5米，村里的年輕人基本都在外地打工，村里只剩下老幼病殘留守，這些弱勢村民只能坐以待斃，人民群眾生命財產受到嚴重威脅。

災情就是命令，時間就是生命。在這危急時刻拉拉河鎮派出所梁所長帶領全體干警，心系災區人民安危，發揚英勇頑強、不怕犧牲、連續作戰的光榮傳統，火速馳援，和時間賽跑，戰斗在搶險一線，化解了一處處危難險情，他們奮力搶救，在1米多深的水中，不斷背出老人，有的還用澡盆將老人從水中托出…….。并將老人安置到派出所這個安全的地方并安慰老人，及時給老人送來可口的飯菜。為受困群眾帶去了生命的希望和生活的勇氣，他們向我們災民伸出了溫暖的手，奉獻了一片愛心，送來了一片真情，我們永遠銘記這份雪中送炭的情誼，我們再次向你們表示衷心感謝！
