派遣函/在職證明公證

派遣函公證是指公證機構(gòu)根據(jù)當(dāng)事人的申請，依法對當(dāng)事單位出具的派遣函予以證明的活動。

在職證明公證：是指公證機構(gòu)根據(jù)當(dāng)事人的申請，依法對當(dāng)事單位出具的在職證明予以證明的活動。派遣函、在職證明公證應(yīng)提交的材料（1）營業(yè)執(zhí)照；

（2）如法定代表人親自辦理，需提供法定代表人證明書（應(yīng)注明法定代表人的個人身份信息包括姓名、性別、公民身份號碼等）及其身份證；

（3）如授權(quán)他人辦理，需提供法定代表人證明書（應(yīng)注明法定代表人的個人身份信息包括姓名、性別、公民身份號碼等）、法定代表人授權(quán)委托書、法定代表人身份證影印件（加蓋公司公章）及受托人身份證；

（4）被派遣人/在職人員的身份證（非深圳戶籍的被派遣人/在職人員需提供居住證），派遣函/在職證明中寫明護照號碼的，應(yīng)當(dāng)提供護照），勞動合同和社保單；（5）派遣函/在職證明；

（6）與公證事項相關(guān)的其他證明材料（根據(jù)派遣函/在職證明涉及的內(nèi)容提供如稅單、銀行進賬單等能夠證明被派遣人/在職人員工資收入的證明等）；（7）如申請人申請證明簽名和印章，則要求簽名人親自到場并攜帶印章及公安機關(guān)發(fā)的申請刻制印章登記卡；
