1、心理測試一般走個過場，上機做題，題很簡單的，沒什么說的2、28號上午筆試，運營管理和人力資源管理各占五十分：

二、是描述一次你遭遇的一次不滿意的服務，從生產運營角度提出改進措施

人力資源：

3、培訓與開發最重要的一步，為什么

4、有效面試要注意的問題

二，1、公司面對市場供求結構錯位，應采取的措施

2、應屆畢業生如何合理設計預期薪酬

下午面試，是小組面試，我們一起進去的有五個人，就問了一下為什么選這個方向，認為做這個方向要有什么技能，做過什么科研，就這類的問題，英語問題就一個，問如果錄取了要從事什么方向研究。

不知結果怎樣，希望好運吧，大家面試一定要自信，有些問題之前就應該考慮好的。

專業課

首先是課本，暨大從2010年后就不指定課本了，企管1-4方向主要看德斯勒的《人力資源管理》，理查德的《運營管理》，如果時間有多可以再看看文成暨大考研網的《復習精編》。

因為只要看專業課，所以時間基本上還是夠的。復習過程覺得主要是先看兩遍，然后做筆記總結，這之后自己基本上就可以知道哪里是重點了，然后就背下自己總結的筆記，比較重要的部分一定要記下來，其他部分也要基本能說的出。《人力資源管理》比較簡單，加之我本科學過，所以很快看完，然后就總結了下框架，由于先看的第九版的，筆記也是第九版的，后來又買了第十版的看，發現有些不一樣的地方，比如人力資源計分卡的概念。感覺這個基本上知道人力資源的框架，能說出來就差不多，因為感覺比較簡單，自己還看了下彭劍鋒的《人力資源管理》算是充實下知識吧。

英語部分

先作一段英語的自我介紹，然后問一個問題，一般不會用英語問專業問題，也有少數人被問到專業問題（比如：論述馬斯洛需求層次理論），更常見的問題是“介紹你的本科專業”、“介紹你的家庭”、“你為什么要跨專業”等等。
