解題步驟：

一、仔細審題

1、確定文章主題與題材。

2、確定文章基本時態及行文時應包括的要點。

二、提綱

1、把文章要求要點列出來。

2、確定句式、短語（主要為動詞短語）及想要使用的連詞。

3、在列短語與連詞的同時，要構思好文章的整體框架。

三、精心行文

認真仔細地串起提綱，將材料里的相關內容描述出來。在完成文章的過程中應遵循以下原則：

（1）要點齊全原則（詳細看作文評分標準）

（2）一句一意原則（對于普通班的同學）

沒把握的情況下，盡量用短句子，尤其是要注意一個句子只能表達一個意思，千萬不要希望用一個句子來表達出幾個意思。

（3）避生就熟原則

就是在行文的過程中，盡量用熟悉的單詞，若給出的提示詞實在是不會用，就不要亂用，用其它方法表達，但切忌避而不談。

四、仔細檢查

1、細讀文章（檢查文章的句子結構）。

2、注重文章表達的準確性（語言的準確性很重要）。

一般來說，文章成文以后就不要做太大的改動，以保持卷面整潔，但還是需要在語言上做一些必要的小改動，這個時候重點是查：

（1）人稱的搭配

（2）謂語部分是否完整、正確： l 動詞的時態和語態。l 形容詞前面是否有be 動詞的不同形式與之一塊構成謂語。l be后面是否用v的原型的錯誤結構。

（3）名詞的單復數形式

（4）語句是否通順

3、整篇文章的結構和流暢性；主要是看句與句之間的銜接 ,段落內容的組織是否有條理等 l,文章前后的照應。

五、作文評分標準

近年中考作文批改時的給分思路是：內容分6分：6→5→4 內容進行采點給分；語言的準確性占5分；整篇文章的結構和流暢性，4分。

內容語言表達

一檔(13~15分)包含了所有的要點,能圍繞內容適當發揮（有創意）,內容具體、豐富。運用了較豐富的詞匯和正確的語言結構，句子通順，上下文意思連貫，表達清楚，沒有或基本上沒有(不超過1~2處)語言錯誤。

二檔(10~12分)包含了所有的要點，并能有所發揮，但內容欠豐富。語言結構和所運用的詞匯能基本上達到提示的要點求，句子較通順，意思表達較清楚，有少量(3~4處)語言錯誤。三檔(7~9分)漏掉其中一個要點，只是簡單地說明要點，內容不夠豐富、具體，詞數較少(約50~55個)。句子所表達的意思較簡單，不大通順，上下文意思不夠連貫，有一定量(5~7處)的語言錯誤。

四檔(4~6分)漏掉兩個以上的要點，明顯偏離內容要點，內容過少（約40個詞以下）。語言不規范，句子無條理，上下文意思不夠連貫，語言錯誤較多（10處以上）。

五檔(0~3分)未能完成所規定的任務，所寫內容與要點要求幾乎無關，內容雜亂，不知所云。用詞不準確，語句不通順，語言結構很不規范，錯誤過多，幾乎難以看懂。

英語書面表達能力是體現英語應用能力的一個重要方面，它能夠比較客觀地反映學生英語綜合素質和語言應用的能力。從單詞拼寫到語法結構，從遣詞造句到謀篇布局，都能清楚地反映在一篇文章之中。英語寫作能反映學生的英語水平，也能培養學生初步運用英語進行交際的能力。書面表達能力是基礎知識與技能的綜合體現，取決于學生平時的功夫和教師平時的培養。教師應抓好早期的基礎知識、字、詞、句、篇的教學，由簡單的連詞成句，連句成文，由仿寫或改寫到自己發揮等長期訓練，指導學生將學過的語法知識用來檢驗句子的“準確性”；并能符合英美人士的語言表達習慣，使書面表達具有“合理性”；圍繞中學生的校園日常活動、現實社會生活，注重書面表達的“應用性”。同時教師應加強對學生習作的批改和講評，可針對不同水平的學生采取個別面評，自改或重寫，公布范文，提高書面表達的有效性。經過十幾年的實踐，本人對學生英語寫作的指導有以下幾點體味：

一、靈活應用教材，注重寫作的基本功訓練

寫作教學應以課文為中心，由易到難，由淺入深地逐一進行訓練，訓練可分為五個階段。由“詞匯積累”到“句式”的訓練階段從七年級開始就加強學生詞匯方面的訓練，讓學生通過積累的方法增加詞匯量。首先，在每個單元的對話和課文中都有很多單詞、詞組、習慣用語和句型等，老師應堅持每天聽寫學生，強化訓練。對于課文中的重點句型，可以在課堂上幫助學生劃分好句子成分，然后叫學生“讀熟”。其次，讓學生達到會用學過的單詞、詞組和句型造句。在課堂上，針對每節課所學的單詞、詞組及句型，老師帶領學生操練。課后，老師應根據不同學生的特點，分層次的布置作業，幫助學生增強舉一反三的能力。再次，要加強英漢互譯練習。平時引導學生多做一些復述、表演、翻譯等練習，讓學生口頭表述或書面整理，有助于啟發學生的寫作思路，培養和規范學生的英語表達能力。“由句式”到“段落”的訓練階段從七年級開始就對學生進行書寫小段落的訓練，做到口筆同步。隨著教學的不斷深入，寫作內容也不斷豐富，八年級就要注意段落中的時態差異、句型變化以及過渡句的使用等。到了九年級就要注意文章的體裁、格式、寫作方法、復句的正確性以及中外文化的差異性。各種體裁文章的訓練階段在我們所學的課文中有記敘文、說明文和議論文，還有日記、通知、假條、書信、電子郵件等應用文。在實踐教學中，根據教學進度及學生的接受程度在適當的時候介紹各種體裁文章的寫作方法及各自的特點，這樣可以避免寫作練習的盲目性，做到有的放矢，有目標地訓練。另外課文中還有大量的插圖，可以利用圖片讓學生進行看圖說話、寫作。從一些常見的文體練起，由短到長，由淺入深，循序漸進。默寫課文及優秀的作文范文提高學生的英語寫作能力，以課文為中心進行訓練尤為重要，因為課文能夠體現各種英語語法及句法的特點，課文中的句子就是規范、地道的英語范文。因此，每學完一篇課文，都要求學生進行熟練地默寫。這對夯實學生的基礎寫作能力有很大的幫助，會收到事半功倍的效果。教師還可以指導學生對作文進行自批和互批，將文中的主要錯誤批出并糾正，這樣既可以鍛煉學生的改錯能力，又能增強學生修改文章的意識，同時還減輕了教師的負擔。久而久之，學生形成了良好的寫作習慣，寫作能力將會大大提高。

二、注重閱讀與寫作的結合，提高學生的語言表達能力教師要及時對學生進行閱讀技巧方面的指導學生在閱讀過程中會遇到一些生詞，教師應指導學生鍛煉自己在閱讀文章過程中的猜詞能力，聯系上下文語境理解文章主旨大意的能力，注意從閱讀技巧方面指導學生，培養學生自行分析和解決問題的能力。幫助不同層次的學生進行閱讀范圍的指導根據不同學生的個體差異，教師可以幫助他們確定不同范圍、不同標準和不同難易程度的文章，供他們去讀。比如說，可以給閱讀能力強的學生提供一些稍長、有哲理的趣味文章去閱讀，給閱讀能力稍弱一些的學生提供一些簡單易懂的文章，增強他們的閱讀興趣，從而培養各層次學生的英語語言綜合表達能力。教師及時與學生進行閱讀文章方面的互動為了更好的強化各類學生的閱讀效果，教師每周可以安排特定的時間檢查學生的閱讀效果，進行閱讀文章的互動訓練。通過口頭練習和筆試相結合的方式檢查各類學生閱讀指定材料的能力。教師定期地組織學生開展話題討論在平時的英語教學活動中，設置英語角。教師利用英語角組織學生分組進行討論某一固定話題的主要情節、人物特征、中心思想，引導學生在英語交流與互動的寬松氛圍中各抒己見，互相交流。這種做法可以促進學生積極思考，增強他們的閱讀興趣，加深對英語文章的理解，以增強他們的英語口語表達能力及書面表達能力。

三、注重課堂教學中寫作技巧的傳授，提高作文的檔次仔細審題，明確要求每篇習作都有一定的要求，有些是通過文字給予說明的、有些是通過畫面暗示出來的、還有些是要求用對話形式表達的，因此，教師在指導學生寫作時應以精通審題技巧為重點，明確所寫文章的體裁、中心內容、格式及采用的基本時態等。抓住重點，尋求思路首先擬定提綱。構思好文章的篇章結構安排，主旨大意的表達等，然后按時間、空間或邏輯順序開頭，再圍繞中心內容周密選詞、造句，做好句語句之間、段與段之間的過渡。擬好文章的結尾。語言規范，準確地道平時在指導學生作文時，要求學生盡量使用學過的、最熟悉的、也有把握的句型結構，重短輕長，就易避難，以寫準確、通順為最基本要求。在寫作中盡量避免繁、難的句式，多

采用簡單句來表達意思。但為了使文章可讀性強，可以適當地使用復合句，復合句要注意連詞的正確使用及從句時態的正確性。4過渡自然，通順流暢寫作時前后句、上下文要正確使用and，or，but，because，so，then，after等連詞，使文章過渡自然。不重復使用可置換的詞，但要注意前后的一致性。

5字跡美觀，書寫整潔工整的字跡會給人以良好的感受。寫作時，如果時間允許，應先打草稿，修改過后再謄寫清楚，這樣可以提高作文的檔次，給人以美的享受。
