對外漢語教師在教學中的課堂用語

在對外漢語課堂教學中,漢語是教師使用的教學語言,也是學生學習的目的語,使用準確、得體、規范的課堂用語極其重要。

(一)規范語言表達,凸顯教師用語的示范性

教師使用規范、得體、準確的課堂用語尤為重要,因為規范的教師語言是學生學習的直接來源,也是其模仿的直接對象。在對外漢語課堂教學中,對于零起點或有一定的漢語基礎的學習者來說,教師所使用的課堂用語通常是比較實用、短小、精煉的語句,可達到易懂、易學、易模仿的效果,相反則會帶來適得其反的效果。如常態 “吃飯 ”與非常態 “吃食堂”、“吃科知識體系的基礎上,加大教學改革力度,以探究為根基,實施研究式教學,提供師生交互發展的平臺。研究式教學是以建立一種在教師指導下以探究為基礎的教學模式,要求選擇部分有經驗的教師作為任課教師,結合教學內容,圍繞若干題,引導學生積極發問,形成理性思維方式,開闊學科知識視野,掌握探究性的學習方法。對大

三、大四學生,將課內教學與研究,實習和校內外社區服務結合起來,創造機會讓學生參與教師和研究性的項目研究,使知識和研究技能在實踐中得以充分表現與運用,著重培養研究與社會工作所必需的團隊合作精神,分析與解決問題的能力。采取啟發式教學,鼓勵學生提問,甚至與教師辯論。

建立教學質量保障制度,激勵教師心系教學。為了確保教學質量,學院要在規章制度上確立以教學為中心的規則體系,使教師把重心放在提高教學質量上。首先,建立多種信息反饋渠道,使學生信息員、教學督導專家、教學管理人員形成有機聯系系統,使常規教學評價與隨機教學檢查結合,一般信息反饋與教學問題查處相結合,把信息來源、信息調查與反饋、信息處理各環節連貫起來,從而在教學信息自發布之時起,有一個完整的教學管理鏈條,推動教師自我反思,自我提高,實現自主發展。其次,改善教學條件,積極營造良好的辦學環境。學院各級領導都要確保教學工作的中心地位,從行政管理人員自身做起,打破教學與科研相分離的傳統,把廣大教師的觀念引到教學質量上。以觀念轉變為起點,促使各職能部門做好服務工作,配置相應的教學儀器設備,及時對教學設備與場所進行維護與維修,更新與豐富專業圖書,把經費與精力投入到教學工作中。最后,嚴格執行規章制度,維護教學質量管理有關文件的嚴肅性,努力排除外界干擾。火鍋”,這兩種句子結構就不能混在一起,會造成學生使用賓語時出現錯誤或使用不規范。因襲規范的語言表達會對學生產生潛移默化的影響,形成自己的語言能力,使自己的語言嚴謹、順暢。

(二)提高學生學習興趣與自信

對于漢語基礎薄弱的學生來說,第一次上漢語課時,也許他們只會說幾句漢語甚至一句都不會說,一個漢字也不會寫,如果老師能夠告訴學生一些常用的課堂用語,如“上課”、“舉手”、“翻開書”等,并結合一定的手勢與身體語言使學生立刻感受到漢語的意義,并能模仿老師使用它們,便能提高學生學習漢語的興趣和自信心。如每當上課鈴聲響起,教師站在課堂上不動,手指黑板,說“上課”,學生就會進入上課狀態,學生通過模仿便可會說“上課 ”一詞,并能夠準確地明白該詞的含義。

(三)提高教學內容的復現頻率

對外漢語初級階段教學的重點是句型教學,強化句型結構就顯得尤為重要。教學中隨著學習的深入,難度的加大,課堂用語也就要隨之提高難度,增長長度,并注意以強化語法和詞匯為目的。如學習了 “把”字句,“關掉電視 ”就可以變成 “把電視關掉”;學習了 “被”字句,就將其轉變為 “電視被關掉”,等等。學生既聽懂了教師的課堂用語,又不斷重復了語法和詞匯,提高了教學內容的復現頻率,還提高了學習效率。總之,從知識創新來看,獨立學院就是要通過專業學習,不斷提高創新精神與創新能力,這是素質教育的要求,也是獨立學院教育的追求。從獨立學院的傳統來看,獨立學院要具有獨立的人文性格,獨立學院走進社會是指獨立學院把自身的能力施展出來,滿足社會經濟與文化發展需要,反思知識對社會的功用,把新的觀點融入原有的學科知識體系中,或者調整學科知識結構,設置學科知識的實用性邊界,體現獨立學院與社會之間的關系與距離。
