英語口譯學習心得

我的日子滴在時間的流里，沒有聲音，也沒有影子。轉眼間一個學期就這樣匆匆過去，讓我戀戀不舍。在期末的時候寫一份總結，回顧這幾個月學習，甚是有幸。

首先，明確自己學習口譯的目的。我記得 The Seven Habits of Successful Person 一書中有一句 With ends in mind，以始為終，我非常喜歡。學習口譯首先要問清自己為什么學，對于我來說一方面是興趣使然，另一方面是今后謀生手段，所以選擇這個專業。如果真正弄清楚了意義，那么就會努力去學習，在困難的過程中不斷實現自我激勵，才會有可能成功做成事情。

其次，對于學習來說，沒有放之四海而皆準的規則，英語口譯更如是。通過跟著老師學習，上網查閱資料，閱讀一些翻譯書籍，向翻譯前輩請教，與同學們交流，我覺得口譯學習更多的是要找到適合自己的方法。以自己現有的實力為基礎，查缺補漏，吸取他人之長，結合自己的興趣，統籌安排時間，制定出學習計劃，按部就班地提高口譯水平。

談到具體的學習方法，我覺得首先要選好與自己水平相適應的書籍來做練習，在學校上完課自己還要做一個單元的配套練習，增加自信的同時提高英漢互譯水平。這是一個艱巨的目標，需要堅定的自制能力，不過效果是顯著的。另外，增加單詞的積累也是非常重要的。我在做翻譯練習的過程中發現有很多中國特色詞匯，習語諺語等，這就需要大量記憶。做口譯練習的時候自己也常?？偨Y一些經驗，發現會議口譯是有規可循的，把握規律，然后反復練習、記憶最終達到脫口而出的效果。還有讓我受益良多的就是擴大自己的知識面。增大自己的閱讀量，每天手機上網讀些中文的材料，政治財經地理歷史軍事等都要閱讀；我還訂閱economist這個雜志，鍛煉自己用英文獲取信息的能力，了解西方主流媒體對世界熱點問題的輿論態度，以及全球政治經濟走向。這對自己今后從事翻譯工作奠定了夯實的基礎。

除了正確的方法，還有一樣東西也很重要，持之以恒的精神。這聽起來像是大白話，但真理往往是很樸素的。通過這次的英語口譯學習，我更加認識到語言的學習是一個循序漸進的過程，在平時的學習中一定要貫徹持之以恒的思想意識，想在短時間內突擊取得什么成績的想法基本就是白日夢。課堂上老師講的都是方法性、啟發性的東西，是引領你學習方向的一些指導思想，如果不能通過持之以恒的實踐將這些指導思想內化為自己的營養，進步也不會太大的。語言是文化的近親，要想學好永遠都不夠，這是一個需要終身學習的東西，當學到一定的階段的時候會發現學習沒有止境、樂趣也是無窮的。

最后，特別慶幸自己報了選擇了這個專業，有萬老師給予我們建設性的指導和建議，讓我少走了很多彎路，口譯水平也提高了許多。這個學期沒有虛度，甚是開心。

第二篇：口譯學習心得

學習口譯的小結

學習口譯課程的收獲：

口譯課程對于我們是一個全新的挑戰，初接觸時覺得過程甚是艱難。經過一個學期的學習與磨合，我在聽譯方面能的能力有了些提高，雖然事實上還只是知道了些皮毛而已。

從口譯的基本理論知識上，明白了什么是口譯、口譯的特點、口譯的類型等等；從課堂上的練習上，聽辨信息能力、辨音能力也得到了提高；從老師教授的學習方法上，明白了如何進行口譯記憶與記錄口譯筆記等。所授所學十分的豐富，可實際的接受能力又是因人而異的。

個人在口譯學習上的問題：

首要的問題是聽力，這是我的弱項之一。課堂一直都在訓練，畢竟時間有限。知道這只能是個人的問題。老師也只能耳提面命，要加強這方面的訓練呀。因此也常常覺得對老師有種愧疚感。

第二，記憶方面。聽的時候，腦子要記，筆頭也要記。對于手腦平衡思維不夠的，還真是個大麻煩。

第三，則是翻譯。在聽的時候，所有接受到的信息，需要在短時間安內經過邏輯思維，以清晰的語言組織出來。這需要有較好的母語表達能力以及廣博的知識。總而言之，這是個復雜的過程?？谧g對口譯工作者的要求很高。扎實的語言基礎、較強的記憶力、較好的表達能力、良好的心理素質等都是口譯員應該具備的素質。

建議；

一、避免制造緊張的氛圍，因為會導致同學們的思維混亂，口齒不清。也需要提高同學們的心理素質。

二、可以設置口譯模擬。讓同學們互相合作。在犯錯誤的過程中，我們會學會思考，進而容易接受。

作為個人，也許將來我不是從事口譯員的工作，我相信今天所學的知識在潛移默化中對我是很有助益的。在今后，我會加強對自身的管理，為將來的可能口譯機會做準備。

中國經濟發展出現了高增長、低通脹的新局面。國民經濟繼續快速增長，市場物價基本穩定。據統計，去年我國國內生產總值完成74，772億元（9008.7億美元），比去年增長8.8%，其中，第一產業增長3.5%，第二產業增長10.8%，第三產業增長8.2%。物價漲幅持續走低，全年商品零售價格總水平比去年上漲0.8%，居民銷售價格上漲2.8%，漲幅分別比上年回落5.3和5.5個百分點。經濟增長方式轉變取得了進展，經濟效益有所提高，每萬元國內生產總值能源消耗比上年降低了5.2%。
