我們初二英語備課組是一個團結、合作的備課組，全體備課組的每一個成員,都能以主人翁的態度積極參與備課組工作，團結協作，忘我地工作，為提高初二年級英語水平作出了自己最大的努力。這學期來，初二英語組在學校各級領導的關懷指導下，在教導處的直接領導下，按照教研組的部署，學期初制定了務實的學期工作計劃，圍繞集體備課、即時式備課、教學質量反饋、隨堂課研討和理論提升能力五方面開展活動。我們英語教師立足崗位，團結協作，求真求實，教書育人，順利而圓滿地完成了半學期以來各項教育教學任務。為把今后工作做得更好，現從以下幾方面加以回顧：

二、期初集體備課互動生成 期初的集體備課活動在學校的組織下，采取新老教師“傳-幫-帶”結對子的方法，讓經驗豐富的老師談自己上課中的所得所失，成與敗，給其他任教的老師寶貴的經驗和借鑒。教師從自己的實際情況和客觀條件出發，深入研究教案，根據課程改革的目標，通過不斷“調適”個人的教學習慣、行為方式、角色地位、教學策略，使自己的教育教學行為，落實到每位學生的發展上。

三、周一本段即時式備課落到實處

即時式備課在本年級英語組應用得廣泛而有效。上課前三三兩兩地討論一下，上課后再簡單地闡述自己上課過程中的得失供后人借鑒，這就是我們英語組的即時式備課文化。這學期，每到周一，大家都會聚集在辦公室討論上課心得，或討論隨堂聽課的感觸，或討論接下來的教學內容。在活動中，我們的思維碰撞著，享受著集體討論帶來的智慧。

四、教學質量反饋系統及時

按照期初制定的計劃，本年級備課組每教學完一個單元進行一次質量反饋，這成了我們教研活動雷打不動的常規。由于本組成員都抓得較實，所以課外有許多試題的編寫任務就落到了每一位任課老師的肩上。所幸的是每位老師都能積極地承擔任務，不折不扣地完成試題的設計工作，使質量反饋工作有條不紊地及時展開。本組各任課老師研討熱烈，尤其是同段的英語教師，各個教師教學認真，治學嚴謹，積極補差，所以13位任課教師的所任班級平均分都能控制在幾分內。

五、隨堂課的研討簡單有效

課前課后的討論無所保留，課堂教學更是完全開放，組內老師間都能主動地去聽隨堂課。我們組的老師能經常跨年級聽課，并且都能以一絲不茍的態度投入到自己的課堂教學中去。在隨堂聽課活動中，我們總能聽到其它老師的教學特色和教學創新。古語有云，“三人行，必有我師”，而我覺得，“聽他人課，必有所得”。

六、課外英語活動生動有趣

英語讀、背、寫和英語講座等活動，在獲得知識的同時又提高了學生學習英語的興趣。讓每一位同學都能參與到學英語當中來，體驗成功學習英語的快樂。

七、課外輔導已成時尚

每個班都有相對英語學習較后進的同學，各任課教師能做到不輕易放棄，都能及時地給予他們課外輔導，在大家的共同的努力下，各班的落后面都有不同程度的縮小，為我們提高平均分和及格率奠定了基礎。

八、競賽前集中輔導、個別指導效果明顯

在本學期的全國中學生英語能力競賽中，我校初二年級通過初賽有16人以高分取得資格代表年級參加最后的決賽；在剛剛結束的片區全能競賽中，我校初二的英語總積分率位居全片區第一，更值得我們一提的是，一等獎人占了2/3。

九、聽說課基本模式已略見雛形

在新課標理念的引領下，我校初二級英語正在摸索具有本校特色的聽說課基本模式。在廖春玲老師的示范課當中，我們全組成員再三觀看課堂錄像，從中診斷課堂，發現有特色、有價值的東西，從而形成一種固定的模式。

回首這一學期的工作留下一串足跡，忙碌中也留下反思，有得有失，需要改進的方面是：

八年級對于一名初中學生來說是富有挑戰性的一年，它是決定學生初中生涯成敗的關鍵一年。從行為習慣、德性的形成來說，是逐漸告別幼稚，走向成熟的起步年。從學習任務來看，八年級又是整個初中學習中承上啟下的關鍵一年。既要把基礎知識打扎實，又要為初三的學習作好充分的鋪墊。八年級的學生要做好的事情太多了。因此，作為班主任，我深知自己肩負的責任重大，在平時的工作中，我不敢有絲毫的懈怠，盡我所能，既做他們的嚴師，又做他們的知心朋友。
