我于2002年7月畢業(yè)于一所高職學院計算機專業(yè)。同年9月在我縣一所高中承擔信息技術教學工作。

來到工作單位，深感自己要立即“充電”。于是，2003年11月，參加了成人高考，當時報考了寶雞文理學院，考試成績超過了當年全省專升本最低控制線27分，但還是沒有錄取上。當錄取結果公布后，我很郁悶，心里很難受。我希望能尋找一種學習方式讓自己既學有所獲，又能通過自己的努力獲得較高含金量的學歷。一次偶然的機會發(fā)現(xiàn)了陜師大網院，“她”給我提供了實現(xiàn)夢想的平臺。2004年9月，懷著對陜師大的無限向往與憧憬，我踏出了走進陜師大網院的第一步。

在我國，網絡學習還是個新生事物，如同罩著一層神秘的面紗，使不少人望而卻步，不知自己是否能夠適應這種全新的學習模式。隨著電腦的普及，網絡學習愈來愈呈現(xiàn)出其特有的優(yōu)勢。學習資源豐富，學習時間靈活，其教學資源亦日趨成熟。網絡不只是新新人類的寵兒，而已演變成為大眾的學習媒介。

三年前，當我真正成了網絡學院一員的時候，我開始了對自己人生的挑戰(zhàn)。我時常問自己的就是：能否堅持下來？工作上的壓力、學習任務的繁重、家庭中的老人需要照顧、“網絡教育”這一新事物的接受等等，等等，困難不一而足。我經歷了一個又一個的考驗，甜酸苦辣，各種滋味，然而，我從未氣餒，我咬牙堅持著，每當我在燈下學習，在網上搜索著看不夠的資料，就有一種從未有過的自豪感。每一次登陸陜西師大網院的網站，進入“學生平臺”進行學習的時候，我激動的心情難以言表。我用“我是陜西師大網院的學生”這句話鞭策自己走過了每一個漫長的日日夜夜??

網絡教育方便便捷、靈活，彌補了上班族學習時間上的缺陷，通過網絡，把最優(yōu)秀的教師、最好的教學成果傳遞給我們。網院的學習經歷讓我以從未有過的高度和廣度看待計算機學習。雖然與計算機接觸已久，但想進一步提高就好像是在黑暗中摸索，不知前進的方向。一直希望能有一個系統(tǒng)學習的機會，師大網院終于讓我夢想成真。

當初選擇師大網院就是為網院精心設計的課程所吸引，被網院老師熱情執(zhí)著強烈的網絡教育的事業(yè)心所感動。兩年多的學習讓我有種豁然開朗的感覺，如同師大老師親手引領我開啟了一扇通向計算機新天地的大門。更意想不到的是，采用老師傳授的策略和方法令學習變得生動有趣而卓有成效。

兩年多的網院學習生活讓我深深喜歡上自主學習這一全新的學習模式。從起初的不適應到

現(xiàn)在的樂在其中，心中感觸不少，愿與大家一起分享。

網絡學習完全有別于傳統(tǒng)的被動學習模式。要想充分利用這一全新學習方式的優(yōu)勢并迎接相應的挑戰(zhàn)，須先從改變自身開始。我認為，網絡教育學習的成功關鍵在于以下三個方面：

第一、提高與強化自我管理能力

自主學習的成功很大程度上取決于自我管理能力。包括協(xié)調工作生活與學習的關系，積極應對各項沖突及挑戰(zhàn)；制定嚴密的學習計劃并嚴格遵守；有效利用并管理好學習時間。自我管理能力的提高也意味著自身素質的提升。

第二、充分利用各項網絡學習資源

網院老師精心設計并提供了豐富多彩的網上學習輔導服務：

名師講座讓我們擁有了聆聽專家教誨的珍貴機會，網上“視頻答疑”活動時還可以與老師溝通互動。有老師指導點撥學習，好多學習中困惑立即就解除了。

針對課程學習的各種輔導，是我們學習的得力助手。課程“學習課件”為我們提供網院老師的課程講解錄音，進一步明確了相關課程的內容設置及學習要求和目標，使學習目的明確，更有針對性。“課程作業(yè)”讓我們對課程考試的題型和考查動向有了明確的認識，有助于我們查漏補缺、回過頭來進一步學習，為考試順利過關奠定了堅實的基礎。

另外還可根據(jù)自身情況選擇參加其他在線助學活動，提高相應能力。第三、采用有效的學習策略與技巧。

在《網上學習指南》中，通過問答的形式，老師向我們介紹了很多實用的學習策略和技巧。對順利有效地完成網絡教育學習起到了一定的促進作用。

時光的流逝果真如白駒過隙，轉眼三年的網絡學習就要結束了。回望走過的充滿著汗水與喜悅的三年，我感慨萬千。感謝陜師大網院提供了這一學習機會，感謝老師們的智慧與辛勤勞動，使我們坐在家中即能擁有陜師大的學習資源，聆聽師大老師教誨。師大網院獨特的教育目標，終身學習的教學理念，新穎實用的學習教材，豐富多彩的網上資源，讓我在接近收獲的季節(jié)終于可以自豪地說：“我為我的選擇和堅持感到驕傲！”三年的網絡學習，不僅使我的計算機理論水平突飛猛進，更重要的是讓我學到如何自我約束，自我管理，自我監(jiān)控，合理處理好工作、學習、生活三者的關系。學習使工作變得生動起來，使生活充盈著喜悅與感悟。

社會調查報告是在調查完畢之后撰寫的報告性論文。主要包含以下一些內容：調查的目的、調查的方法、調查的時間、樣本的情況、調查的內容、調查表的分析、分析結果、提出自己的看法等等。

一、標題要求

標題可以有兩種寫法。

一種是規(guī)范化的標題格式，基本格式為“××關于××××的調查報告”、“關于××××的調查報告”、“××××調查”等。另一種是自由式標題，包括陳述式、提問式和正副題結合使用三種。陳述式如《陜西師范大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況調查》，提問式如《為什么大學畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)某地區(qū)》，正副標題結合式，正題陳述調查報告的主要結論或提出中心問題，副題標明調查的對象、范圍、問題，如《高校發(fā)展重在學科建設――××××大學學科建設實踐調查》等。

正文一般分前言、主體、結尾三部分。

四、寫調查報告應注意以下幾個問題

4.調查報告的文字要樸素、明確、實在。要注意把說理和敘事有機地結合起來，要善于用簡要的議論總結經驗，闡明規(guī)律，說明政策。還要注意運用可靠的統(tǒng)計數(shù)字和群眾語言來印證觀點。

內容：這段時間重點了解學校，學校領導介紹了相關的資料，適應周圍環(huán)境，了解寶雞石油中學的基本情況，與指導教師見面并進行了溝通交流，班主任指導教師給學生介紹實習學生，與所代班級的學會見面，跟隨指導老師聽課，了解和熟悉指導教師的授課風格和方式以及學生的基本情況，然后進行備課，指導教師對所寫教案進行批改，提出改進意見，為教學實習講課階段多準備。

心得：在見習過程中我們聽學校領導介紹了學校的基本情況以及學校在管理，科研方面的經驗和特色，同時也安排了最優(yōu)秀的老師來指導我們的教育實習，在這一過程當中我們聽取了優(yōu)秀教師的教學經驗介紹，也領會了各位指導教師的授課風采，受益頗深。聽取了指導教師介紹實習班級的學生思想學習等情況，大致了解了實習班級學生的學習情況，并通過聽課熟悉了教學環(huán)節(jié)和教學方法等，這一過程的準備為我們的正式教學打下了良好的基礎。教學實習講課階段：

時間：9月19日到11月10日

內容：備課，進行課堂教學，聽實習同學的課并進行集體評議，晚自習輔導，課后個別同學的輔導，作業(yè)批改與講評，考試與進行閱卷工作，考試分析，進行學習總結等。心得：實習過程中在指導老師悉心的指導和幫助下我們全體實習學生認真細致的鉆研各學科的課程標準與教材，熟悉教學內容，明確課程的重難點，進一步了解學生原有的知識技能水平，學習興趣，方法和習慣等方面的情況。在此基礎上確定每節(jié)的教學目標，重難點以及所準備采用的教學方法和手段，盡量避免教學方法的陳舊，大多數(shù)同學采用參與式教學方法，教學過程的具體安排并考慮教具的選用和制作，練習的內容和方式，板書的設計，布置作業(yè)，認真寫好教案向指導匯報并征求意見，為上課做好一切準備。

在具體的教學實踐中，我們根據(jù)教材和教案的要求，努力貫徹教學原則，結合學生的年齡和實際水平，上好每一節(jié)課。在教學實踐中，我們認識到：

1．課前一定要進行扎實的備課和精心的準備，這樣上課才會得心應手有條有理。

2．課堂上要注意教學秩序和教學效率。如果課堂紀律很亂，將會直接導致學生接受效率不成，影響最重的教學成績。

3．上課時，態(tài)度要從容大方鎮(zhèn)靜，采用恰當?shù)淖藨B(tài)語言幫助說話，從而使教者更加具有激情，調動課堂的氣氛，使學生在快樂的輕松的氛圍中學習。

4．注意運用啟發(fā)式教學和鞏固性原則，在教學的過程中，啟發(fā)和引導學生去探究和思索，從而完成本節(jié)課的教學任務和教學目標，而不是“注入式”和“填鴨式”的傳統(tǒng)教學法。

在課后，我們主動，虛心地征求指導教師的意見以及帶隊老師聽完課后的一些意見和建議，并重視學生的信息反饋，認真地做好自我分析，評議和總結，對指導教師和帶隊老師提出的意見進行改進，為下一節(jié)課做好準備。

在每一節(jié)課后，都精心選擇分量適當，難度適中，并著眼于鞏固學生知識培養(yǎng)技能，尤應注意發(fā)展學生的智力和創(chuàng)造才能的作業(yè)布置給學生，對布置的作業(yè)及時進行檢查，認真批改并分析研究學生完成本次作業(yè)的優(yōu)缺點，在晚自習的時候進行作業(yè)講評。批改作業(yè)給學生寫評語，要持慎重的態(tài)度，注意保護學生的積極性。

教學實習總結階段：

時間：11月11日到11月23日

內容：通過指導老師評價、小組交流互評、撰寫個人總結等形式，對實習過程中各自的收獲和感想進行回顧，對于自身的不足，小組集體談論解決，虛心接受別人建議。除此之外，準備個人實習材料，為回到學校的應聘工作做準備。

二、班主任實習：

在班主任工作方面，隊員們更是嚴于律己，為學生樹立典范。

內容：開始我們的任務是熟悉實習班級的一些基本情況，召開班委會議，制定實習班主任計劃等。進入正式實習階段每天早讀之前，到教室督促他們打掃衛(wèi)生，檢查儀容儀表，校牌佩戴，督促他們認真早讀。在下午上課之前，進入班級了解情況，對衛(wèi)生保持、紀律問題作出強調。下午自習課和晚自習時間，我要到班里巡視，輔導答疑，給個別學生作思想工作。期間還各自在班級自主策劃和舉辦了主題班會和集體活動。在繁瑣的事情的壓力下我們沒有失落，把被動變成主動，主動去班級，主動去了解學生。

心得：在班主任工作中，學會怎么去了解學生心理，了解學生家庭，了解高中生的性格特點等。在處理班級事務，如何積極的調動學生的參與激情，如何有效的安排工作和任務分配。在處理學生個人問題，如何幫助學生認識到自身的優(yōu)點，如何有效的保護學生自尊心，如何讓學生自己認識到錯誤。在處理學校任務，如何有效的保質保量的完成任務，如何處理與學生之間和與學校之間的沖突，如何在任務中體現(xiàn)自己的能力等。

三、教務工作實習：

內容：配合學校參與“。。中學教師考評問卷統(tǒng)計工作”、“。。學生網上電子學籍填表工作”和“陜西省社區(qū)工作招聘考試”、“陜西省。。成人高考”等在本學校考點的監(jiān)考工作。

心得：通過各種正式的教務工作，極大地提升了我們對學校教務管理工作的認識，對我們綜合素質的提高有一定的積極作用。除此之外，了解到學校各個崗位的重要性，以及工作的不同點，體會到作為教師的艱辛，對工作有了另一種認識，對我們的人生規(guī)劃有積極的引導作用。

四、基礎教育調查報告：

教育調查活動也是教育實習的一個重要組成部分，我們對當?shù)氐慕逃l(fā)展情況，學生的心理問題等多個方面展開調查并取得了不錯的成績。

調查活動內容：我們?yōu)榱藢⒄{查工作做扎實，在調查開展之前，搜尋相關的信息和資料，為調查活動的展開做了充分的準備，為了做好調研工作，我們寫出了合理的重點突出而切合實際的調查提綱，部分采用問卷的形式，也有個別采用的是提要式。體會：俗話說：“巧婦難為無米之炊”，沒有豐富的材料就寫步出好的調查報告，調查活動和調查報告能夠給我們提供經驗，反映情況。根據(jù)這些情況我們認識到了基礎教育所存在的問題，這些問題和經驗對我們在實際教學中和工作中有很大的幫助和啟發(fā)。

五、結語：

將近三個月的教育教學實習，我們小組實習生嚴格按照《陜西師范大學免費師范生教育實習實施方案》的要求，并嚴格執(zhí)行寶雞石油中學相關的教學制度，認真聽取指導老師的建議，在三個月的時間里，我們的教學方法有了明顯的改進，教學經驗有了明顯的提高，也獲得了很多從書本上無法學到的東西，邁出了走向工作崗位的第一步，從教學工作以及所取得的成績，工作紀律等各方面來說，這次教育實習是成功的，受到寶雞石油中學全體師生的高度贊揚和評價。

這次教育實習給我們的收獲很大。我們初步掌握了從事教育教學工作的基本技能，學會了對學生進行思想教育的方法和手段，也深深體會了做一名光榮的人民教師尤其是從事中學教育的一線教師的艱辛和不易，深感肩上的責任重大，對教師這一神圣的職業(yè)有了更深刻的理解和認識，體驗到了教師的苦樂酸甜，為我們以后的教師之路打下了堅實的基礎。

同時，我們仍存在一些問題和不足。如課前準備不足，教材內容的熟練程度不夠，理解不夠透徹，教學效果不是很理想；也存在專業(yè)知識功底不夠扎實，教學技巧運用不夠熟練等問題，需要進一步改進。
