——《燈光》讀后感

點評：從郝副營長舍己為人救人的事跡中，我們了解到了生命的意義不在于個人獲得了多少，而在于為別人，為社會付出了多少。

現(xiàn)在，差不多每家每戶都有電燈，但卻沒有人想過，現(xiàn)在我們能用上電燈，而其中有多少人為此而亡，那些革命勇士，名族英雄，為了祖國的未來，為了我們這些后輩的明天，不惜用自己的生命做代價。那些英雄是如此英勇，他們換來了我們的今天，所以，我們應(yīng)該永遠(yuǎn)把他們銘記在心中。

——《海倫.凱勒》有感

《海倫·凱勒》這本書寫的是一個真實的感人肺腑的故事。我一口氣讀完了他，從中得到了許多教益。

這本書記敘了美國聾盲女作家、教育家海倫.凱勒的一生的事跡。海倫一歲半因病喪失了視力和聽力。在這種一般人都不能忍受，無比痛苦的情況下，她沒有向命運屈服。在老師的幫助下，她與病魔抗?fàn)帲莆樟宋宸N文字。在24歲時，以優(yōu)異的成績畢業(yè)于哈弗大學(xué)拉德克利女子學(xué)院。以后，她把畢生的精力投入到位世界盲人、聾人謀福利的事業(yè)中。受到許多國家的政府和任命極高的院校的贊揚和嘉獎。

一個盲人能取得這么大的成就，是何等令人敬佩！她以超人的毅力、頑強的精神，走完了一生之路，并以人類做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)，成為一個知識廣博、受人尊敬的人。

掩卷沉思，我深深地認(rèn)識到；一個人能不能取得成就，不在于先天的條件有多壞，而在于有沒有奮斗的精神。

Everyone was born with different backgrounds.They may be rich or poor, but we all live in society.We all have our own life.We both contact and independent.We all have our own purpose of life.We have dreams and we all want to achieve them.If life is like a journey.Everyone is on his way to the purpose.We do our best make our own dreams come true.Of course,on our way there,we meet different kinds of people.Some of them may be our best friends and others may be enemies.We should be thankful to all of them.Thanks to our friends,thanks for encouraging us when we are frustrated.Thanks to our enemies,thanks for them beat us makes us know we can be better and promoted us to make a progress.In order to achieve our own dreams,we must try us best to do everything and exercise ourselves as possible as we can.We should have a strong desire to make our dreams come true.If life is like a boat.To achieve our goals,we must stretch out pule.we

must have our own direction.Everyone is independent and everyone is on his own.Maybe sometimes we and our friends have the same purpose,so we can journey together and be there faster.But remember,each one has his own purpose,Indeed,you guys may have something in common,how can we know when you guys will break up.Never lose our directions.It's horrible when on our way to the purpose but we lose directions,can make a man frustrated and lose his confidence for life,can make a group collapsed very quickly.As long as we set up our goals,there's never a way to get back.Along with the confidence,courage and belief to get there.We may lose something or somebody,and we can also gain something and somebody.It's all indeed.We shouldn't be sentiment.Maybe we need cool,we need calm down to analysis what's the more important at this difficult situations.If life is like a box of chocolates,we all don't know what we are going

to get.Life is impermanent.It's full of challenge.We should beat them one by one,after you have get through all the difficulties,you may like this feeling.Life is like weather,sometimes it may rains,sometimes it's sunny.,sometimes it's sandy and sometimes it's snowed.Meanwhile,it's like a canvas,we are going to pain everything on it.After we done all we should do.We may find the meaning of life finally.Life is never just being.It is becoming, a relentless flowing on.Our parents live on through us,and we will live on through our children.The institutions we build endure,and we will endure through them.The beauty we fashion cannnot be dimmed by death.Our flesh may perish,our hands will wither,but that which they create in beauty and goodness and truth lives on for all time to come.生活永遠(yuǎn)并非靜止的，而是變化的，甚至無情流逝。父母的生命在我們身上延續(xù)，我們的生命在子女身上延續(xù)。制度我們建立，精神長存

Don't spend and waste your lives accumulatiing objects that will only turn to dust and ashes.Pursue not so much the material as the ideal,for ideas alone invest life with meaning and are of enduring worth.不要把生命浪費在囤積那些最終只能化作塵與土的東西。追求理想而不被外物所累，因為只有閃光的思想才能賦予生命意義，創(chuàng)造持久價值。

Add love to a house and you have a home.Add righteousness to a city and you have a community.Add truth a pile of red bricks and you have a school.Add religion to the humblest of edifices and you have sanctuary.Add justice to the far-flung round of human endeavor and you have civilization.Put them all together,exalt them above their present imperfections,add to them the vision of human kind redeemed,forever free need and strife and you have a future lighted with the radient colors of hope.給房子一點愛，你就擁有一個家；給城市一份正義，你就得到一個社區(qū)。給一堆紅磚加上真理，你能創(chuàng)辦一所學(xué)校，給最簡陋的房屋賦予宗教，你即建造一座圣堂。給悠遠(yuǎn)漫長的人類事業(yè)一個公正評價，你便看到了人類的文明。將這一切歸為一處，彌補當(dāng)前不足，發(fā)揮人類的救贖，追求永遠(yuǎn)自由和不息斗爭的精神，在絢麗希望照亮下，美好未來向你走來。

For starters, why are we so overly impressed by and obsessed with objects and achievements of immense scale，首先想一想，我們?yōu)槭裁磿薮蟮奈矬w和成就刮目相看、情有獨

When it is actually the tiny little things that, when put together, make big

things possible? 而實際上，正是一個個細(xì)小的事物聚沙成塔，才造就了樁樁大事。Why do we create our own little worlds so we have the illusion of being completely in control of our entire existence.我們?yōu)槭裁聪敕皆O(shè)法營造自己的小世界，結(jié)果產(chǎn)生錯覺，認(rèn)為自己完

全掌控了整個生命的存在？

When we know with absolute certainty that we are not? 而我們千真萬確地知道，事實并非如此。

Why we go on and on about individuality being the very essence of who

we are.我們?yōu)槭裁匆晃蹲非髠€性，認(rèn)為這是生命的本質(zhì)。

And then accept a degrading level of conformity in virtually every facet

of our lives? 繼而又大言不慚地承認(rèn)，幾乎在生命的每一個方面，我們都存在共性

呢？

Why do children believe in fairies, but “grown-up” don’t?

為什么孩子相信神話，而“大人”不相信呢？

And why do we get so hung up on what we don’t agree on, when in fact it’s our differences that make life interesting?

為什么我們對分歧毫不讓步，而事實上，正是彼此間的差異才使生命

如此有趣？

We all have filters on, so we mostly see only what we want to see.When you finally open your eyes, you may be shocked at the obscured way you have been viewing the world to suit you own little plans.我們都戴著有色眼鏡，所以大多數(shù)人只看到自己想看到的東西。最終睜開眼睛時，你可能會大為震驚，沒想到為了滿足個人的小算盤，自

己竟會這樣模糊的看世界。

With those filters removed, you can take a closer look into yourself and ask objective questions about the universe and your place in it.In other words, investigate the meaning of life.摘掉有色眼鏡，你可以更真切地發(fā)現(xiàn)自我，詢問有關(guān)宇宙以及你在其中的位置這類客觀問題。換句話說，探究生命的意義。So what is life all about? Well, you often hear that “l(fā)ife is a journey,” but

a journey to where, exactly?

那么生命的意義何在？嗯，你經(jīng)常聽人們說”生命是一段旅程”，但確切地說，這段旅程的目的地是哪兒？

Some people say that life is all about acquiring knowledge.If that’s true, then why do smart people always dress so badly? 有些人說，生命的意義在于獲取知識。如果是這樣，為什么聰明人總

打扮得這樣糟糕？

There are those who say that life has no purpose;it just “is”.Whoa, that’s

just so “deep!”

也有人說，生命根本沒有目的，生命就是“存在”。哇，Then there are people who say that we’re simply here to have a family.After all, the desperate need to replace ourselves is etched into the genetic

map of every living thing.還有人說，我們來到世上，就是為了組建一個家庭。畢竟，繁衍后代的迫切需要已經(jīng)深深地印在了每個物種的基因圖譜中。However, this means that our entire existence is driven by our primitive sexual urges.Okay, sure, a long weekend maybe, but our entire existence?

I don’t think so.但是，這意味著我們的整個存在都是由原始的性沖動驅(qū)使的。好吧，也許一個漫長的周末可以這樣，但是整個生命歷程呢？ In fact, come a tiny bit closer and I’ll let you in on a little secret----事實上，靠近一點兒，讓我告訴你一個小秘密----All these ideas sound completely stupid!所有這些想法聽起來都愚蠢無比！!The only theme that resonates throughout the numerous popular life theories is love.Love, in all its fragile forms, is the one powerful, enduring force that brings real meaning to our everyday lives.在無數(shù)廣為流行的生命理論中，唯一永恒的主題就是愛。愛，盡管它的存在形式非常脆弱，卻是唯一強大而持久的力量，它給我們的日常

Of course, I’m not talking about romantic, “kissy-kissy” love, although

It’s well documented that a broken heart feels far more painful than squeezing lemon juice over a deep paper cut.一顆破碎的心比傷口上撒鹽更為痛苦，But the love I mean is the fire that burns inside us all, the inner warmth that prevents our soul from freezing in the winters of despair.It’s the love

It encourages us to greet each moment the same way we greet an old friend at the airport, to embrace opportunities to express ourselves in a way that makes us feel glad we exist.它鼓勵我們張開雙臂迎接每一個時刻，就像在機場迎接一位故友，它鼓勵我們擁抱展現(xiàn)自我的機會，讓我們?yōu)榇嬖诙械娇鞓贰his love of life leads us to help others simply because it feels great to

We all know how wonderful it feels to be a rock for our family and

friends.我們都知道，成為家人和朋友的可靠支柱是美好的感覺，But as good as it sounds, and as “you’re here to live the life you love” rings true, it still brings up a whole pile of sticky questions.不過，盡管這聽起來蠻不錯的，“你來到世上就是為了過自己喜愛的生活”，這好像也不錯，可是仍然有一大堆糾纏不清的問題。Specifically: Why exactly are you here? What is it that you truly love? 特別是:你到底為什么來到這世上？你真正摯愛的是什么？ People who don’t ask themselves these questions invariably go through life wondering why it isn’t a lot more fun.那些不這樣捫心自問的人總是滿腹狐疑地審視生活，不知道為什么沒

They often feel they’ve been left behind.他們經(jīng)常感覺被遺棄了。

Or they can’t quite put it into words, but they sense that something just

smells a little funny.要么是他們說不清楚，但的確察覺到有些東西味道不對。The truth is that often we’re so focused on what we are doing that we lose

We get caught up in an avalanche of fears and desires that propel us into a

So we rush, rush, rush to get to a certain ideal point in our life, and then

what?

于是我們跑啊，跑啊，奔向生活中的一個理想目標(biāo)，可然后怎么辦呢？ It’s just like when you drive all the way to the store, get out of the car, and then can’t remember what you came for.就好像你開車一路狂奔到商店，趕快下車，然后竟然無法想起要買什

So many of us start off dreaming about a wonderful life that is wild and

free.所以說，我們許多人一開始都夢想過一種無拘無束、自由馳聘的美好

生活，But that’s usually a long way from where we actually end up.但通常我們實際到達(dá)的地方離期盼的目標(biāo)還很遠(yuǎn)。

Sadly, we often discover this fact right at the end, when it’s too late.You

can’t start all over again.可悲的是，我們往往到最后才發(fā)現(xiàn)這個事實，但為時已晚。And let me tell you, there are some awfully bad feelings in this world.Like “bubbles in the bath” guilt.讓我告訴你吧，這個世界上有許多極其糟糕的感覺，比如，“洗澡時

水面冒泡”般的內(nèi)疚。

“pungent foot odor in the shoe store” embarrassment.“買鞋時發(fā)出難聞的腳臭”般的尷尬，And “I can’t believe I did that on the first date” anxiety.還有“我不敢相信第一次約會自己就做了那件事”般的焦慮。But of all the awful feelings that make you feel sick to your stomach, nothing feels half as bad as knowing you had a chance to do what you

truly love, and you didn’t take it.但是在所有令你不快的糟糕感覺之中，最糟糕的么莫過于明明知道曾經(jīng)有機會做真正喜愛的事，卻沒有抓住機會。

So what is your life’s passion? What were you put on this earth to do? The answer to these questions will unlock the great mystery of life;it’s as

big as they come.那么，你生活中的激情是什么呢？你被帶到這個地球上，到底是為了什么?這些問題的答案將解開生活的難解之謎，它就像問題來臨時一

樣重大。

Here are a few hints that may help you get on the right track: 下面是幾點啟示，也許能幫助你開始有益的思考：

First, no one is going to tell you about it.It’s like walking around all day with a sign on your back that says ”Kick me.” You must discover it for

yourself.首先，沒人會提醒你。這就像整天背著一塊“踢我一腳”的招牌走來走

去。你必須自己發(fā)現(xiàn)問題。

It’s also highly unlikely that one day you’ll suddenly be bathed in bright light and your life’s purpose will be laid out in a divine vision.同樣，這樣的事情也極不可能：突然有一天，你沐浴在明亮的陽光下，你的生活目標(biāo)神奇地展示在眼前。

And it’s guaranteed that you won’t find it on television.而且，在電視上找到答案也純屬癡心妄想。

Yes, it’s remotely possible that one day the blood will rush to your brain and enable you to work it all out without too much bother.是的，更為不可能的是：有一天，血液涌進你的大腦，一切問題隨之

迎刃而解。

But the best way is to spend some quality time alone, asking yourself the

tough questions.但是，最好的辦法是保證一些高質(zhì)量的獨處時間，好好想一想這些棘

This exercise is not that hard, and it’s all about being honest.It’s as easy as “Raise your hand if you could get more out of life.”

這做起來并不是那么困難，首先一定要誠實。很簡單：“想從生活中

得到更多的人請舉手?！?/p>

It’s also about getting to the essence of what really matters.Never mind who moved your cheese—ask yourself why you were looking for cheese

in the first place!其次一定要關(guān)注最要緊的核心問題。不要管是誰動了你的奶酪，先問

問自己為什么要尋找奶酪!For some people this will simply be a case of seeking out the moments in their life that are beautiful and true and then building a plan around them.對一些人來說，這只不過是尋找生命中美麗而真實的時刻，并圍繞它

們制定一個計劃。

For others it may feel as if they are staring into an abyss.對另一些人而言，這好像是朝深淵里看。

In extreme cases, such intense introspection may cause the brain to swell to dangerous dimensions.Trust me, it’s worth the risk.在極端情況下，這種強烈的內(nèi)省會使大腦膨脹到危險的境地。相信我，冒這種風(fēng)險是值得的。

If you ask the big questions and listen carefully to your heart, you will

eventually hear destiny call you.如果你捫心自問這些重大問題，并傾聽內(nèi)心的回答，你最終會聽到命

A little voice—call it your conscience, your inner self, or your internal mother-in-law—will always tell you the truth if you are prepared to hear

At first you may only become aware of how your life has been stuck in a

And when you know, or even suspect you know, what you should be doing with your life, then do it!Take a wild leap in the dark if you have

Place your hand over your chest and feel your heartbeat.That is actually your life clock ticking, counting down the moments you have left.One day it will stop.That is 100 percent guaranteed, and there’s absolutely

nothing you can do about it.把手放在胸口，感受心臟的跳動。那其實就是你的生命之鐘在滴答作響，細(xì)數(shù)著余下的時刻。有一天它會停止。這是千真萬確的，而你對

此絕對無能為力。

So you can’t afford to throw away a single precious second.Go after your dreams with energy and passion, or you may as well stand back and

watch them wash down the drain.所以你不能浪費任何一秒鐘珍貴的時光。精力充沛、滿懷激情地追求夢想吧，否則不前，眼看著夢想付諸東流。

If you waste your life sitting on the fence, you’ll end up going nowhere in

the brief time you have left.如果你坐在柵欄上浪費生命，在余下的短暫時光中，你將最終一事無

As they say, “You can’t cross a chasm in two small leaps.” It takes courage and commitment to live your dreams.正如人們所言，“你不可能兩步就跨越鴻溝?！睂崿F(xiàn)夢想需要勇氣和付

Of course, one needs to remember where courage ends and stupidity

begins.當(dāng)然，不要忘了勇氣和愚蠢之間的界限。

The truth is, we are born with potential greatness and blessed with numerous opportunities to soar to dizzying new heights.事實上，我們所有人生來都擁有巨大的潛力，享有無數(shù)的機會，可以

But sadly, many of us are too lazy, too concerned about what others might think, or too afraid of change to ever stretch our wings and realize our

It’s so important that you just do your own thing—whatever makes you truly happy—and do it as best you can.It doesn’t matter whether your

Keep in mind that whatever you do, mistakes are part of life.So don’t waste time kicking yourself for the past.記住，無論做什么，失誤總是生活的一部分，所以不要浪費時間，為

過去追悔自責(zé)。

Don’t stall or stress over whether you’re doing the right thing.You’ll always know the answer in your heart.不要為自己的作為是否正確而思前向后、緊張不安。你的內(nèi)心總是知

道答案的。

Rather than be discouraged, always remember that rejection and resistance are almost guaranteed when you are doing something very

important and very special.不要感到沮喪，一定要記住，當(dāng)你做非常重要而特殊的事情時，總會

遇到拒絕和抵觸。

When you set out to live your dreams, lots of people(including those who love you the most)will try to hold you back.當(dāng)你決定追求夢想時，會有許多人（包括最愛你的人）竭力阻止你前

進。

In this world there are many miserable pessimists who have given up their dreams and will tell you, “You’re wasting your time—you’ll never

make it.”

在這個世界上，有許多可憐的悲觀主義者，他們放棄了夢想，還告訴你：“你在浪費時間----你永遠(yuǎn)不會成功的。“

You may well be surrounded by people who secretly want you to achieve less or even fail completely just so they don’t look bad.“Forget about it,” they’ll say.“It’s not worth it and it’s not right for you anyway.”

So it’s important to understand that following your own path is incredibly rewarding, but it’s definitely not easy.所以重要的是要明白：堅持走自己的路非常值得，但絕非輕而易舉。Like everyone else, you will have some days that are better than others.向每個人一樣，有些日子會相對好過。

Occasionally, everything may seem like a total disaster area.偶爾，一切都好象是一場災(zāi)難。

People will look at you strangely when you tell them what you are trying

to achieve.當(dāng)你告訴人們你想實現(xiàn)的目標(biāo)時，人們可能會怪異的看著你。And you’ll start to listen to your detractors and doubt yourself.“Why, oh why, didn’t I keep my job selling hot dogs?”

然后，你開始聽信詆毀者的冷嘲熱諷，開始懷疑自己：“為什么，為什么我沒有繼續(xù)干賣熱狗的工作？”

But whatever happens, just hang on!但是不管發(fā)生了什么事情，一定要堅持??！

Remember that everybody struggles at times.It’s incredibly draining to live through the day doing something you really don’t enjoy or even care

about.不要忘記，每個人都常常要奮力拼搏。整天做著不喜歡或不關(guān)心的事

情，真是讓人精疲力竭。

But if you follow your dreams, at least you will exhaust yourself doing

what you love most.但是如果你追求夢想，你至少是為自己最愛干的事情而累趴下的。Now, you may not think that this will measure up to much in the global scheme of things.But believe me, it does.現(xiàn)在，你也許認(rèn)為這不符合事物的普遍發(fā)展規(guī)律。但是相信我，這非

常符合。

When you get the most out of your life, savoring every last drop.當(dāng)你從生活中得到最大回報時，盡情品味最后一滴甘露。It will transform everything about you from ordinary to extraordinary.它將改變你的一切，讓你從平凡走向卓越。

When you do what you love, you can pull back the bed sheets every morning feeling excited about beginning another day.如果做自己喜歡的事情，那么每天早上，掀開被子，你會為新的一天的開始而激動不已。

人來到這個世界，從生到死，走完或完成了整個人生的過程，這就是人們常說的生命。一個人，無論種族國度，無論是男是女，無論生命的長短，無論其職位的高低，無論從事何等的職業(yè)，都將如此的度過這一歷程。

如何找尋到自己所真正喜歡的生活？其實我們的內(nèi)心深處早就有了答案，也早已聆聽到了命運的召喚。有些人重視它的呼喚，而有些人卻忽視它，只為了逃避眼前荊棘的刺痛。生活仿佛陷入了無法擺脫的慣例，但請不要忘了如果那是永遠(yuǎn)的慣例，責(zé)任將只在于自己。因為近在眼前的目標(biāo)，對于每個人而言真正唯一不同的就是做與不做的區(qū)別。畢竟，“靠近”與“遠(yuǎn)離”的區(qū)別也就是每一秒、每一分、每一刻的單純積累。或許人性中永遠(yuǎn)都存在因害怕失敗而遠(yuǎn)離目標(biāo)的自我防御機制，但這并不是不可逾越的鴻溝。當(dāng)然要想兩、三步就跨越鴻溝也只是一種美好的想法。只有勇氣和付出才能成為積累的必須。

書里的歌聲仍然一如既往地吟唱著，古老的話題涌動在人們的心里。我相信，每個人對生命都有自己的理解和向往。不論我們奔跑、跳躍還是懶散地坐著，總有一刻需要停下來想想，這是我們熱愛生命的方式嗎？不管答案何時出現(xiàn)，至少為自己最愛干的事情而累趴下，的確是一種難以言喻的幸福?；蛟S這時，是否已改變了原有的生活，仿佛已經(jīng)顯得不那么重要了，因為我們已懂得了為答案而改變。

有人說：生命其本身是無意義的，但偌大的世界有你不多，無你不少。當(dāng)生命賦予了人，便注定會有意義了。人為了生存，為了活好、過好，便自然有了為生命不息的追求，而這種追求便富有了生命的意義。但生命這東西，它屬于人只有一次，如能正確地運用它，讓其在奮斗中閃耀出絢爛，在平凡中呈現(xiàn)出真實，那么，一次也足矣?？墒?，許多的人，卻在游戲人生，蹂躪生命，連一次也不善于度過。正如：魚兒生于水，死于水；草木生于土，死于土；人生于道，死于道。

作為人，應(yīng)該是軀體與精神的結(jié)合體。只有兩者的完美結(jié)合，那才是真正的幸福。生命的意義不在于生命的長短，生命的意義也不在于物質(zhì)生活的豐富，生命的意義在于對人類的貢獻(xiàn)。生命是短暫的，生命的意義才可以永恒?！渡囊饬x》很好地展示了生命的真諦，保爾的生命更是為我們年輕的一代做出了永恒的、不可褻瀆的榜樣!對于生命的意義，人人各有不同。只有懂得生命真諦的人，才可以使短促的生命延長而富有真實的意義。那么，生命的真諦究竟是什么呢？在我看來，生命的真諦就是同世相處，與時俱進，隨遇而安。有的人，把自己的生命視為一支蠟燭，一生為了燃燒自己，照亮別人，常給人以光明，人們感謝他；有的人，把自己的生命視為一頭奶牛，一生為了多吃草，多耕地，給別人多擠出些牛奶，多創(chuàng)造些豐碩的果實，給人以力氣與健康，人們感激他；有的人，把自己的生命視為一本書，一生辛勤耕耘，積累知識，吃盡了苦頭，榨干了自己的心血，為的是給別人增加營養(yǎng)和智慧，讓別人活得輕松愉快，得以享受，其作用，不光是教育現(xiàn)代的人，而且還能教育和影響后來的人，擁抱正確的人生，人類記住他。而有另外一種人，他們把自己的生命與權(quán)力捆綁，將一生視為金錢，為了權(quán)財?shù)恼加?，不擇手段，一生紛爭，中飽私囊，損人利己，不管別人的死活，常常帶給別人的是困惑，是人患，是災(zāi)難，是遺憾，是仇恨。這種人，無論對己，還是對別人，都是十分有害的，他們不僅在縮短自己的生命，同時也在傷害和踐踏別人的生命。

其實，生命的真正意義是活得充實，活出自我，活出平安。既然無可選擇的到世，走上這么一遭，就得好好珍惜生命存在的價值。珍惜生命，就要好好珍惜今天，向往明天，讓生命綻放火花，回報社會。生命短暫，切不可猬瑣偏狹。只有熱愛生命的人，才是幸運而幸福的。

由自己去主宰，誰不能主宰自己，永遠(yuǎn)是一個奴隸，甚至于潰臨到生命的終結(jié)點。生命，如果能跟時代的崇高責(zé)任聯(lián)系在一起，就會感到它無限的閃耀而永垂不朽。生命是一條艱險的狹谷，只有勇敢而正義的人才能通過。我們被你接踵而至的恐懼和欲望包圍，強迫我們加入一場不可能獲勝的賽跑。

主宰自己的內(nèi)心，捫心自問這些重大的問題，并傾聽內(nèi)心的回答，我們相信最終會聽到命運的召喚。

其實，我們經(jīng)常過于專注眼前的事情，而看不到前進的方向。但是，我們實際上在做什么呢？現(xiàn)代世界充滿了令人質(zhì)疑的干擾、時限和次序。晝夜混為一談。我們被接踵而至的恐懼和欲望包圍，強迫我們加入一場不可獲勝的賽跑。于是我們跑啊，跑啊，奔向生活中的一個理想目標(biāo)，可然后怎么辦呢？就好象你開車一路狂奔到商店，趕快下車，然后竟然無法想起要買什么。所以說，我們許多人一開始都夢想過一種無拘無束、自由馳騁的美好生活，但通常我們實際到達(dá)的地方離企盼的目標(biāo)還很遠(yuǎn)。可悲的是，我們往往到最后才發(fā)現(xiàn)這個事實，但為時已晚。你不可能再從頭來過。有一天，血液涌進你的大腦，一切問題隨之迎刃而解。

但是，最好的辦法就是保證一些高質(zhì)量的獨處時間，好好想一想這些棘手的問題。這做起來并不是那么困難，首先一定要誠實。很簡單：”想從生活中得到更多的人請舉手。“其次，一定要關(guān)注最要緊的核心問題。不要管誰動了你的奶酪，先問問自己為什么要尋找奶酪！對一些人來說，這只不過是尋找生命中美麗而真實的時刻，并圍繞他們制定一個計劃。對另一些人而言，這好像超深淵里看。在極端情況下，這種強烈的內(nèi)省會使大腦膨脹到危險的境地。相信我，冒這種風(fēng)險是值得的。如果你捫心自問這些重大問題，并傾聽內(nèi)心的回答，你最終會聽到命運的召喚。如果你愿意傾聽，一個微弱的聲音-姑且稱之為良知。內(nèi)在的自我或內(nèi)心的岳母-總會告訴你真相。起初，你可能只覺得生活陷入了無法擺脫的慣例。然后，你可能意識到你真正想要的是什么，但你就是不能讓夢想成真。然而很快，你就會發(fā)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)近在眼前。這好像你正在去海灘的途中，卻忽然想起家中的電熨斗插頭還沒拔當(dāng)你知道，或者僅僅懷疑自己知道，應(yīng)該怎樣生活的時候，就立刻去做吧。如果有必要，在黑暗中向前大膽的一跳，觸地后馬上奔跑，因為你必須爭分奪秒。盡管我們感覺自己不可戰(zhàn)勝、長生不老，但我們的生命遠(yuǎn)比想象的要脆弱。把手放在胸口，感受心跳的跳動。那其實就是你的生命之鐘在滴答作響，細(xì)數(shù)著余下的時刻。有一天它會停止。這是千真萬確的，而你對此絕對無能為力。

你不能浪費任何一秒鐘的珍貴的時光。

所謂意義，應(yīng)該是客觀的，自然的。我要說的是人類，而并非某一個人，那么所謂的奉獻(xiàn)論就是談不通的，對于博大而永恒的宇宙來說，人類連個垃圾都算不上，人類只是為了自己而活，我們說保護環(huán)境也只是保護適合自己生存 的環(huán)境?？茖W(xué)的發(fā)達(dá)以及進化論的突破，使人類越來越清楚自己的位置-自然的產(chǎn)物。你來到這個世界上不是你自己決定的，甚至你離開這個世界時也不是。人類是渺小的，充其量不過是宇宙新陳代謝過程中微不足道的一環(huán)。芝麻大的意義和飯粒大的意義有區(qū)別嗎？這不是悲觀，事實本來如此。但是反過來想，世界的其他組成部分也同樣平凡，而且人還是萬物之靈，物競天擇，適者生存，至少在地球上，人類是呼風(fēng)喚雨的霸主。單獨的一個人，宏觀來看更沒什么意義。我們是自然而然的存在，盡管沒意義，但生存是我們的權(quán)利，至少還沒人有權(quán)利剝奪我們的這個權(quán)力。如果說有意義，應(yīng)該是指相對的意義，是創(chuàng)造意義而不是尋找意義。小的范圍來說我們報答了父母，養(yǎng)育了子女，愉悅了他人；大的范圍，我們可能幫助過一些人，為社會做出貢獻(xiàn)，為人類發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)，從而載入史冊。這也是社會的主流意識。不過我想強調(diào)的是人本來并沒有任何義務(wù)，你可以選擇什么都不做，如果你能夠生存下去的話。我們之所以，希望做得出色一點，無非是為了活得更好，活得更精彩。

給自己確定一個意義，這說明活著的意義取決于不同的思維屬性。人活著就是活著，不要將自我掛在千秋萬代的終極面前而顧影自憐，給自己確定一個具體的行動方向，然后努力去靠近最終的目標(biāo)，終極的成功很難獲得也不必在意，活著的意義便在于人在靠近目標(biāo)的過程中思維和情感的真切躍動。“人活著的意義便是沒有意義。”為了最后的成功而將自己陷于痛苦是舍本逐末的，成功的意義也就顯得曖昧，活著的意義彰顯于個人豐沛的情感和豪邁的思維張力,意識的流動便是生命存在的證明。
