本節課節選自新目標英語。這是第六單元的第一課時的內容，其中心話題圍繞Talk about personal traits and compare people這個題材開展多種教學活動，本節課是本單元的重點。在此之前，七年級英語Unit7曾學過用What does he look like? What is he like? 進行對話對人物的外貌及性格進行問答，并掌握了一定的形容詞。而本節課承上啟下，通過繼續對人物外貌及性格的描述來學習比較等級，加深對比較等級的語法現象的理解和運用，為學習后面 Section B 和Unit12 What’s the best radio station?打下基礎。2.教學重難點分析

基于上述對教材的分析，我確定本單元的教學重點為詞匯、形容詞比較級的構成、形容詞比較級的用法。

教學難點為the comparatives with –er/ier and more的結構及讀音，能在交際中準確地運用本單元的話題對自己與他人進行描述，作出比較并進行判斷。

我們教學的對象是初二學生，他們對人物外貌的描述已經有一定的基礎，掌握了一定的形容詞詞匯。為本節課打下了很好的基礎。他們學習英語有較強的記憶力和模仿能力，有待培養知識的擴展運用能力。有較強的求知欲和表現欲，但部分學生存在不自信，羞于表現等思想顧慮，但又希望能得到他人的肯定。因此我在本節課設計了如下的教學方法。第三大板塊：教法滲透

1、興趣活動策略：①問題卡片爭奪賽 事先準備標有數碼的問題卡片，每回答一

This one is nicer than that one.Nancy is heavy.Miss Fat is heavier than Nancy.A basketball is bigger than a soccer ball.Bob is more outgoing than David.這一環節老師的任務就是適時的給與幫助。并且同時板書這些形容詞及其比較級。凸顯出形容詞比較級的變化。孩子們自己說出新句型，然后再進行練習會讓他們掌握牢固，進一步激發他們的成就感。Task 2 I can summarize！

讓同學們自己總結形容詞比較級的變化規則并進行練習。這樣總結出來的規則要比老師告訴他們印象要深刻得多。本節課的難點就這樣在孩子們的自信當中解決了。

Task 3 I can listen!Show a picture to teach new word----twin.練習拼寫之后進行課本上1B 的聽力練習。Listen and number the pairs of twins [1-3]in the picture 拓展：1B部分對學生的要求相對較低，為了培養更多的優分同學，這里我增加了拔高練習。聽對話將句子補充完整。要求學生寫下所缺單詞。Task 4 I can talk!根據多媒體展示的圖片，練習使用比較級進行對話本環節我組織學生以小組對話形式展開。培養學生的合作互動能力。步驟四：鞏固練習Step 4 Consolidation 這部分我打破了原始的練習題形式的鞏固練習，而是設計了一個小游戲，Who is my friend？ 設計思路：

反復操練是記憶的一個重要方法。然而枯燥的練習使用卻達不到預期效果。采取游戲的形式，提高學生的學習興趣和參與意識，這將是本課的又一次高潮。使學生在激烈、快樂的競猜氛圍中，鞏固了重難點。

情感滲透：游戲結束時展示句子“A friend in need is a friend in deed”(患難見真情)“A friend is easier lost than found”(朋友易失不易得)。步驟

五、歸納總結 Step 5 Sum up 我把比較級構成濃縮成口訣形式再次呈現重點內容，巧妙地總結本課重點、難點，領著學生以說唱的節奏，進一步鞏固，加強對本課內容的理解和運用。步驟六 作業設計 step 6 Homework My Friend And I 設計思路：

寫出自己與朋友之間的相同之處與不同之處。通過寫作練習體驗收獲的喜悅。

本課以素質教育為目的，結合教材重點、難點及英語學科特點，利用多媒體輔助教學，從視、聽、說等方面使學生得到鍛煉，提高了課堂教學的效率；充分調動了學生自主學習的積極性；培養了學生運用所學知識解決問題的能力；對學生的思維發展起到了積極的推動作用；同時，也提高了學生的英語綜合運用能力。
