1、自我認(rèn)識

所以。第一個問題。你是干什么的？現(xiàn)在是干什么的？回答這個問題。要點是：你是你自己。不是別的什么人。除非你把自己與別人區(qū)別開來。在共同點的基礎(chǔ)上更強調(diào)不同點。否則你絕無可能在眾多的應(yīng)征求職者中奪魁。對于這第一個問題。自我反省越深。自我鑒定就越成功。

隨后。著手回答第二個問題：你將來要干什么？如果你申請的是一份舉足輕重的工作。雇主肯定很關(guān)注你對未來的自我設(shè)計。你的回答要具體。合理。并符合你現(xiàn)在的身份。要有一個更別致的風(fēng)格。

用這樣的方法。以現(xiàn)在為出發(fā)點。以將來為目標(biāo)。以過去為證實。最重要的是加深了你的自我分析和理解。其實。在面試的時候不一定有機會或者有必要照搬你的大作。但這三個問題的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系點一定會體現(xiàn)在自我表述的整體感覺中。使你的形象栩栩如生。

2、投其所好

清楚自己的強項后。便可以開始準(zhǔn)備自我介紹的內(nèi)容：包括工作模式、優(yōu)點、技能。突出成就、專業(yè)知識、學(xué)術(shù)背景等。

好處眾多。但只有短短一分鐘。所以一切還是與該公司有關(guān)的好。如果是一間電腦軟件公司。應(yīng)說些電腦軟件的話題；如是一間金融財務(wù)公司。便可跟他說錢的事?？傊镀渌谩?/p>

但有一點必須緊記：話題所到之處。必須突出自己對該公司可以作出的貢獻(xiàn)。如增加營業(yè)額、減低成本、發(fā)掘新市場等。

3、鋪排次序

內(nèi)容的次序亦極重要。是否能抓住聽眾的注意力。全在于事件的編排方式。所以排在頭位的。應(yīng)是你最想他記得的事情。而這些事情。一般都是你最得意之作。與此同時?？沙噬弦恍┯嘘P(guān)的作品或紀(jì)錄增加印像分。

第三篇：考研英語如何準(zhǔn)備

每年都不少人掛在單科英語上，但考研英語和四六級相差很遠(yuǎn)，沒有因果關(guān)系，所以不管基礎(chǔ)如何，都可能有喜有憂，必須給予足夠的重視。

三月份到四月份我英語就全用來背單詞了，每天按時按量完成，這一個月背單詞強度比較大，開始是每天三個list，再復(fù)習(xí)前一天的，第二遍是5個list，背單詞就是重復(fù)的過程。四月中旬開始做閱讀和看長難句，閱讀用的是張劍的黃皮書，共兩本。每天一篇，偶爾會一天多篇，閱讀比真題稍難，但用來練習(xí)不錯。長難句用的是王若平的考試蟲，看了一半多，后來覺得就是翻譯句子，覺得沒意思，然后丟了。我覺得關(guān)鍵還是單詞，單詞都認(rèn)識了，基礎(chǔ)差不多的應(yīng)該都能理解意思。所以單詞的背誦應(yīng)該是貫穿始終的，中間我還自己根據(jù)艾賓浩斯遺忘曲線制定了背單詞計劃，雖然由于自己懶沒堅持下去，但方法效果不錯，大家可以試試。

我就差不多是單詞加閱讀一直走到十月份，單詞有點懈怠，但閱讀每天都堅持，因為閱讀四十分，而且其他部分和閱讀都有聯(lián)系，所以是重中之重。我是十月開始做真題，建議真題多做幾遍，好好研究，每個句子，每個單詞，真題真是最好的復(fù)習(xí)資料。真題還是推薦張劍的，應(yīng)該是目前市場上最好的版本了。真題閱讀里面有一些非常好的句子，單詞不難，用到各種復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)，這是作文書里沒有的，分析時可以注意，挺多萬能的都可以用于作文。

我還有一個最大的教訓(xùn)，就是作文一定要提前練，總結(jié)自己的模板，形成自己固定的套路，但千萬要自己踏踏實實寫幾篇。我就是考前感覺總結(jié)得還行，卻沒怎么自己寫，考場上一下子就懵了，最后大小作文花了超過一個小時，還寫得亂七八糟。導(dǎo)致后面有些慌，閱讀應(yīng)該也沒做好，不然應(yīng)該能上80?？记耙驳媚M下，做好時間分配，不然像我這樣手忙腳亂是非常危險和抑郁的。

隨著各校08年考研復(fù)試錄取工作陸續(xù)接近尾聲，2009年考研的大幕又徐徐拉開。回首08年以前近三年的英語專業(yè)考研動態(tài)，我們發(fā)現(xiàn)高校英研的出題思路越來越理性，錄取的傾向越來越偏重“真才實學(xué)、寧缺毋濫”的原則。我們對近三年錄取的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的調(diào)研和分析，提出2009年英語專業(yè)考研五大階段復(fù)習(xí)計劃，希望能給考研后來者提供一些參考和幫助。

第一階段 三月至五月：精學(xué)基英，細(xì)補二外，確?？偡?/p>

在這段時間里，同學(xué)們應(yīng)該重點研讀高級英語和第二外語指定教材。很多同學(xué)認(rèn)為自己是英語專業(yè)的學(xué)生不必要學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)英語，這個想法是錯誤的。英研的出題難度普遍高于專八，有英語專業(yè)考研特有的核心知識和內(nèi)容，考察的重點也不同于專四專八，所以對于本科學(xué)生來說應(yīng)該掌握高于本科大綱要求的知識點，才能在眾多考生中勝出。另外，二外學(xué)習(xí)也不是一日之功，往往這個階段考生們的二外水平才接近初級，學(xué)校的進(jìn)度遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足考研的要求，所以同學(xué)們應(yīng)該提早動手，從這個階段開始系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)二外初中級內(nèi)容，爭取在8月之前掌握書中的內(nèi)容，這樣才能確保二外成績在70-80分，二外絕對是英研提分的科目，不同于政治，再怎么努力成績也不過60分而已。

第二階段 五月至七月：夯實基礎(chǔ)，明確方向

在這段時間里，要注意提高英語專業(yè)考研基礎(chǔ)英語的內(nèi)容，在聽、說、讀、寫、譯方面要有較高的提高和增強。另外，要朗讀背誦一些英文優(yōu)秀名篇，如《英語專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)與應(yīng)試經(jīng)典美文40篇》系列，以提高自己對語言的敏感度。除此之外，要盡早明確自己的考研方向，是語言學(xué)，還是英美文學(xué)，抑或翻譯（筆譯、口譯），商務(wù)英語，英語教育等等。另外，如果你的口語不是很好的話，建議你從現(xiàn)在開始要做做口語發(fā)音等方面的功課，要重視你的語音面貌，否則在復(fù)試中失利將前功盡棄，往年的考生也不乏其人，初試成績名列前茅，但在最后的復(fù)試中名落孫山。

第三階段 七月至九月：突擊“共核”，查漏補缺

該階段應(yīng)該注重基礎(chǔ)英語、專業(yè)課、第二外語三大主科的共核性知識的復(fù)習(xí)和掌握。所謂共核，就是任何學(xué)校都要考的，比如英語的基礎(chǔ)知識，如詞匯、語法、修辭、閱讀、寫作、翻譯等；綜合英語，如語言學(xué)、文化、翻譯等。了解英研的命題思路和重點，檢查自己的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，重點突擊，專項強化。

第四階段 十月至十一月：研讀真題 把握考點

已經(jīng)確定了自己的報考院校之后，就需要在共核性知識的基礎(chǔ)上，研讀所報院校的考試大綱，有的學(xué)校不提供歷年的真題，比如北京語言大學(xué)、華北電力大學(xué)、山東大學(xué)等等，就需要我們從考試大綱和掌握的歷年考試資訊或樣題中深入挖掘考試重點，分析導(dǎo)師研究重點和方向，鎖定考點，分層突破。從2008年的英研成績來看，很多同學(xué)也考到了400分以上的好成績。所以真題很重要，但你的基礎(chǔ)更重要。

第五階段 十二月至考前：考前沖刺 力保成功

在這一段，需要根據(jù)對報考院校信息的掌握和了解，對最后階段的復(fù)習(xí)做出充分準(zhǔn)確的定位與必要的調(diào)整，突破弱項，重點突擊，提高最后復(fù)習(xí)的有效性，掌握答題技巧，融會貫通，確保取得理想成績。

其實考研并未結(jié)束，此階段已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了復(fù)試的準(zhǔn)備階段。雖然說初試基本是首戰(zhàn)告捷，但是各位考生千萬不能對復(fù)試掉以輕心。研招復(fù)試在政策上越來越注重對考生的思想素質(zhì)的考核力度，同時重視創(chuàng)新人才的選拔和培養(yǎng)等等。但是，有一點是一直都沒有改變，并且始終被貫徹重視的—就是對英語的考察。

復(fù)試英語關(guān)是讓很多考生都為之摸不到頭腦，或者根本就是讓大多數(shù)同學(xué)頭疼的一關(guān)。為了幫助考生渡過這樣的難關(guān)，并且對于考研復(fù)試英語有一個整體的了解，萬學(xué)?海文在英語復(fù)試準(zhǔn)備背誦方面給大家兩點建議：勤背誦，練口語。

英語復(fù)試中的口語部分注重的是同學(xué)們說英語的能力。那么，首先就是要向?qū)熃榻B你的一些基本信息以及你聽錄音能說出的一些基本信息。所以，大家在此階段需要抓緊時間訓(xùn)練自己的聽力，然后準(zhǔn)備好一些可能的話題。

一、自我介紹

這個是必須要背的，因為你臨時去想會嗑巴，而這樣就說明你的口語肯定不好。大家要注意，在準(zhǔn)備自我介紹的時候你要很自然，一般參加考研復(fù)試的考官，都應(yīng)該是在40歲上下年紀(jì)的中年人，那么你要把握他們的心態(tài)，他們應(yīng)該都是吃過苦的一些人，這個年紀(jì)的人都在年輕的時候吃過苦，在考研這個年紀(jì)的時候，24、25歲的時候吃過苦，我們的建議是同學(xué)們做自我介紹的時候，表現(xiàn)的不要很強勢。當(dāng)然，保持一定的自信心是相當(dāng)必要的，但不要表現(xiàn)為驕傲了。

大家找到一個自我介紹的模板，自己寫出一個自我介紹的稿子，然后加以背誦記憶。有了事前的充分準(zhǔn)備，那么，在真正臨場的時候就會更加自信、發(fā)揮更好。

二、描述類的文章

有的學(xué)校的面試?yán)蠋煏o學(xué)生一個題目，讓同學(xué)們?nèi)ッ枋?。通常這種都是一幅圖或者是一個畫。要么是數(shù)字性的圖表，要么是漫畫的圖形，這種題目在網(wǎng)上有大量的寫作模板，因為它們也是常常出現(xiàn)在四、六級的寫作考試?yán)锩妫杂写罅康膶懽髂０蹇梢蕴子?。所以，同學(xué)們可以現(xiàn)在準(zhǔn)備幾個套用的模板，這個大家一定要找到，如果找不到，可以在萬學(xué)的主網(wǎng)站上找。找到之后，背誦一些相關(guān)的熱門話題的文章，牢記開頭結(jié)尾、中間過渡的以及表達(dá)自己觀點的句型，然后大家在具體說的時候只需要添加一些內(nèi)容就會收到很好的效果。

三、導(dǎo)師提問

有的學(xué)校的導(dǎo)師臨場會問很多問題。這就是導(dǎo)師提問。關(guān)于導(dǎo)師提問這塊非常靈活，沒有一個具體的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

根據(jù)同學(xué)以往的經(jīng)驗，我們把這些問題分為這有兩類，一類是關(guān)于學(xué)生個人的信息。在這方面同學(xué)們一定要準(zhǔn)備全面，比如說你的個人經(jīng)歷，成功經(jīng)歷，失敗經(jīng)歷，這個很重要。再比如說你的個人夢想，打算，讀研的計劃，甚至你的家鄉(xiāng)，你的家人，你的本科的學(xué)校的情況，還比如說你是跨專業(yè)考試的話，你為什么跨專業(yè)?然后比如說你本專業(yè)考研的，你對這個專業(yè)有什么認(rèn)識，他會問到很多類似這樣的問題，關(guān)于個人的信息一定要準(zhǔn)備好，一定不要臨時去想，因為臨時想很難組織語言，除非你的口語特別厲害，沒有一個人能做到這一點，臨時想得很完美。第二類就是導(dǎo)師可能問到一些專業(yè)類的問題，這個肯定會問的，很多學(xué)校都會問。用英語問專業(yè)的問題，這種問題怎么回答呢?這種問題回答起來確實難度比較高，比如你學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)的，或者理科物理的，他問專業(yè)的，你很可能這個詞都不認(rèn)識，這怎么辦呢?這里有至關(guān)重要的一點要注意：你用英語問專業(yè)問題，沒有一個老師會期待你有一個很好的回答，因為老師知道一個本科生是沒有辦法用英語來表述專業(yè)問題的?；旧洗蠹叶几阋粯拥?，不會回答的很好。不過，同學(xué)們只要動腦筋，用智慧，在參加復(fù)試之前的時候，一定要自己用英語準(zhǔn)備至少三個專業(yè)的問題以及它的回答就沒有太大的問題了。
