有壓力是壞事嗎
“I can't stand the pressure and competition,” explained one friend of mine when asked why he decided to quit his highly-paid but demanding position in his company recently. My friend may have his own reasons, but I don't think his decision is wise in reality. It's true that my friend's case is not unique. In the last few years quite a number of men and women have chosen to do something less competitive at the cost of a comfortable, easy life a highly-paid job can obtain. They are afraid that the stresses and strains of work will rob them of joy and happiness and do them harm both physically and mentally.
In fact,however,stress isn't the bad thing it is often supposed to be. Unless it gets out of control, a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and challenge,and to give purpose and significance to an otherwise meaningless, idle life. People under stress tend to express their full range of potential and to actualize their own personal worth——the very aim of a human life.
Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. What we can do is to develop our adaptive abilities to deal with it rather than to escape from it.

自“鄭州空姐事件”后,順風(fēng)車(chē)終于于近日“重新上線”。據(jù)媒體報(bào)道,整改后的“滴滴順風(fēng)車(chē)”并沒(méi)有受到市場(chǎng)的待見(jiàn)。有乘客表示“順風(fēng)車(chē)重新上線第一天,等了半個(gè)小時(shí)接單的卻是一輛‘貨拉拉’的貨車(chē),司機(jī)載著我和另外一單(一盒櫻桃)!”
事實(shí)正如俗語(yǔ)所言:“信任就像一面鏡子,一旦它破碎了,就無(wú)法修復(fù)了。”管理上的不善,必然得承受消費(fèi)者的質(zhì)疑,順風(fēng)車(chē)受冷落是必然的。然而,這樣的過(guò)程也未必是壞事。對(duì)行業(yè)發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō),也許“返璞歸真”反而能“穩(wěn)步前行”。
無(wú)論是“網(wǎng)約車(chē)”還是“順風(fēng)車(chē)”,基于都是早期的“共享出行”概念。可惜,順風(fēng)車(chē)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,并未像許多人所預(yù)計(jì)的那樣,通過(guò)提高閑置資源的利用率,為乘客帶來(lái)優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。低門(mén)檻的準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制,不嚴(yán)格的雙向評(píng)價(jià)體系,讓不少順風(fēng)車(chē)司機(jī)開(kāi)始覬覦背后的“特殊的利益”。
用豪車(chē)注冊(cè)“順風(fēng)車(chē)”,為的是“找妹子”;叫工作車(chē)注冊(cè)順風(fēng)車(chē),為的是“賺外快”;用網(wǎng)約車(chē)注冊(cè)“順風(fēng)車(chē)”,為的是“搶生意”。不良注冊(cè)行為的涌入,讓順風(fēng)車(chē)在逆風(fēng)中曲折前行。最后出現(xiàn)“天人共憤”的犯罪現(xiàn)象,也是惡意積蓄的結(jié)果。
其實(shí)回頭看,在出事之前,順風(fēng)車(chē)用戶在滴滴用戶中,也只占14%。如今回歸到不信任的狀態(tài),行業(yè)熱度得到冷卻,那些抱有幻想的投機(jī)司機(jī)也會(huì)在道德的審視和制度的審查中被淘汰出去,建立嚴(yán)苛認(rèn)證機(jī)制也沒(méi)有了反對(duì)的聲音,這對(duì)順風(fēng)車(chē)發(fā)展來(lái)說(shuō),應(yīng)是好事。
當(dāng)然,順風(fēng)車(chē)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展不能建立在一個(gè)又一個(gè)悲劇之上,強(qiáng)化認(rèn)證機(jī)制,身份驗(yàn)真漏洞僅僅是最初的手段。實(shí)行視頻監(jiān)管、錄音取證、GPS監(jiān)控,并讓乘客有更多的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)會(huì),減少不安全因素的出現(xiàn)。同時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)變思路,積極吸收能長(zhǎng)期服務(wù)的安全可靠的司機(jī),并加強(qiáng)行為約束和教育,用優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)變消費(fèi)者的印象。
進(jìn)一步來(lái)說(shuō),除了在服務(wù)利益上給予支持,是否應(yīng)該在道德層面加強(qiáng)輔助性的鼓勵(lì)?順風(fēng)車(chē)業(yè)務(wù)的本質(zhì)還是“順路捎帶需要出行的人”,提供服務(wù)與謀取收益也是不同的。所以,對(duì)長(zhǎng)期從事順風(fēng)車(chē)服務(wù),主動(dòng)幫助需要出行乘客的司機(jī),給予更多的道德獎(jiǎng)勵(lì),讓參與順風(fēng)車(chē)業(yè)務(wù)的好司機(jī)感受到幫助他人的好評(píng),在口碑與車(chē)費(fèi)間尋找到平衡點(diǎn),這也是有必要的。
近日,有關(guān)滴滴司機(jī)騷擾乘客的新聞屢有出現(xiàn)。手機(jī)約車(chē)的基本前提是平臺(tái)與消費(fèi)者之間的信任關(guān)系,若安全問(wèn)題得不到遏制,基本信任得不到穩(wěn)固,也很難打破目前這種僵局。
